To My Irish-American Friends & Readers, Happy St. Patrick’s Day; Old Irish Joke No Longer Funny–Your Homeland is Becoming Muslim

By Debbie Schlussel
**** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE: An Irish Reader Tells us of the Muslim Expansion Among only 5 Million Irish ****
Happy St. Patrick’s Day to my Irish-American friends and readers. You drink green beer today. Some of us (not me) eat green bagels.
I have always had so many friends who are proud of their Irish heritage. After Hispanics, Blacks, and Germans, those with Irish heritage are the fourth largest ethnic group in America, numbering in the tens of millions. They’ve overcome what was once an “Irish Need Not Apply” ethos at the beginning of the last century to become Presidents of the U.S., CEOs, and the summits of every field.
And there has always been a special calendar relationship between this holiday and a Jewish holiday, Purim. They usually occur close in time. And while you drink today, on Thursday Night and Friday, the Jewish holiday of Purim, Jews are commanded to drink so much that they cannot tell the difference between the hero, Mordechai, and villain, Haman, of Purim.

Luck of the Irish, er . . . Muslims by the Great David Lunde

There have been several Jewish Irish politicians, including a former Mayor of Dublin. And while I don’t celebrate the disappearance of the Jewish people, statistics show that Jewish intermarriage in America is most commonly to Irish Catholics. (One of my closest lifelond friends, Beth, is the daughter of an Irish Catholic who converted to Orthodox Judaism.) Famous Irish American composer George M. Cohan, a philo-Semitc, sympathized with Jewish Americans when he was once refused a hotel room because his surname caused him to be mistaken for a Jew.
But while today celebrates that St. Patrick drove out all of the snakes from Ireland, he has a new enemy to slay, a new giant snake that is growing in Ireland. I used to tell this joke to my Irish friends, but sadly it’s no longer a joke, but becoming true (here’s the much shortened version):

A tourist is on a tour of Ireland. He’s told not to stray from the group in the midst of the war between the Catholics and the Protestants. But while he’s taking photos, the tourist soon finds himself lost from his group in a back alley.
Soon, a man from a distance away is running towards him. It’s clear the man running is some sort of soldier or terrorist. He’s armed with a machine gun and a lot of bullets. The armed man asks, in his Irish accent, “Who are you? State your name and your religion, or I’ll kill you.”
The tourist doesn’t know what to do. If he says he’s Catholic and the armed figure charging toward him is Protestant, he’ll die. If he says he’s Protestant and the armed man is Catholic, he’s also a goner. So, as the armed man continues demanding the tourist’s identity and gets closer and closer to shooting range, the tourist figures out how to save his life.
Tourist: My name is David O’Houlihan Horowitz. I’m a Jew.
Armed Man: Glory Be! I’m the luckiest Palestinian Muslim in all of Ireland!

Like I said, that used to be funny. But, now, Islam is in the stages where it will slowly dominate Ireland. Right now, the numbers are still minute, but in a few generations, St. Patrick might be known as St. Fouad. Islam is the fastest growing religion in Ireland.

KISS ME, I’M IRISH: Irish Muslim Abiola Egbeyemi w/Niqab “Enhanced” By David Lunde
Muslims are immigrating to Ireland in greater numbers and the ones already in the Emerald Isle are putting on niqabs (full face veils) and burqas (the full Ninja) where they once did not. An example is this Irish woman, Abiola Egbeyemi of Carlow, Ireland, who went from clubbing and drinking to wearing a niqab and becoming an extremist Sunni Muslim. Prominent Irish magazine/website Metro Eirann has a special section for Islam. “Current Affairs,” “Business,” “Sports,” “Arts & Culture,” “Islam.”
Although Shi’ites claim only 2,000 Shi’ite Muslims in Ireland, there are far more–tens of thousands–Sunnis there. And both groups are dominated, in Ireland–as in the rest of the world, by extremists. A visit to Irish Sunni site IslamIreland shows giant mosques sprouting up all over, extremist Islamic schools for kids and seminars.
While the Harvard gym bows to Muslims here, there are enough Muslims in Ireland to merit their own “ladies only” gyms. Oh, and the mosques? Well, just like here in America, giant monstrosities, like the Islamic Cultural Center of Ireland (ICCI), are funded by the Gulf states. In the case of the ICCI, it’s funded by the UAE’s Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Maktoum Foundation.
This is all possible because, like America, the Irish have been far too tolerant, far too welcoming of Islam. That’s why Ibrahim Tahir, a devout Muslim bookseller from Singapore, wrote this on his blog, about his time living in Ireland:

I was once asked to come on county radio to talk about Islam during Ramadhan ‚Äî this was in 1996. One of the questions asked by the host was, “Have you ever been a victim of bigotry here in Ireland because you’re a Muslim?”
I famously replied, “No, in fact people are nicer here than they are back home!”

Yes, too nice.
So, to my Irish American friends and readers who today are celebrating their homeland and heritage, remember that while today you drink beer that is the green of Ireland, tomorrow, or in a not to distant future generation, you will not allowed to drink beer in your homeland. But it will still share the color of the Irish. Green, after all, is the color of Islam (a reason why it dominates the Saudi and HAMAS flags, and that of other not so nice Muslim groups).
Once the Muslims (the Spanish Moors) came to your island homeland and left behind them the “Black Irish.” Today, they are on the Irish Isle not to leave anything behind.
But to dominate and take over.
Blarney = Looking the Other Way as Islam Invades Ireland.
**** UPDATE: This is from a loyal Irish reader and frequent correspondent:

You forgot to mention we are just about 5 million and if these people keep breeding we will be overwhelmed in a very short time.
We suffer from Elites and I mean Elites. It took us 800 hundred years to be free from England and now we are about to spend etentity serving animals.
May God and St. Patrick help us from these Devils.
Keep up the good work. May God protect you.

St. Patricks is a religious holiday in Ireland, they used to close pubs in that country for this holiday, now tonight many Americans will get drunk and go to the roads and possibly kill a family or someone or might drink so much and die from alcohol poising. Lucky me I have my religion which is Islam and it tells me not to drink because I actually follow the religion. Debbie, what a funny joke, NOT! Thanks for the smarocks with crescent moons inside them, Ill save those and put on my site later. Thanks for the laugh because you sound soo ridicoulus. So go ahead, act Irish today, drink it up, and go behind the wheel and maybe, just maybe you be spending your night in jail.
Dont drink and Drive be responsible.

Right where to begin. Miss Debbie Schlusel you are not irish and dont speak for them. just because you claim to be half irish and half jewish you cant convince a people that were oppressed for centuries to favour american right wing way of thinking. A nation whos leaders and some of thier followers are hell bent on oppressing other nations and clinging for power. Irish people are generally a people of honour all the ones i know and they are actually from ireland not plastic irish wanabes who dwell in a land they call home other than ireland. so if you really love ireland so much go back there get your citizenship and if you still think bad of muslims do something about it. other wise back off. Debbie why do you rant about islam and muslims so much. You are fighting a war you will never win. You cant brainwash a free thinking mind. Peace to all who are reading this.

Shu on March 17, 2014 at 8:43 pm

So you going to go drink and drive tonight??? Also btw Jesus Prophet (Isa) Peace be Upon him will be coming back, not Mohammad( PBUH), you need to read more besides Ms Debbie here, try reading like a book about Islam and actually knowing whats it about, you wont learn from Fox News. Besides I dont believe in killing myself either, because like I said since you cant read, I respect all forms of life, but I guess you miss that part, take care may Allah bless you

My Cork City born grandparents would turn over in their graves…..my grandfather was what is sometimes called a ‘patriot’. He’d be ready to fight the invasion, I can tell you that for sure.
Ireland withstood many, many invaders. I pray to God they withstand just this once more.
Nooooo, not my Ireland!!!!

Debbie,
I have a close froend who travelled to Republic of Ireland a few of times. The last time was two years ago. According to him Irish factories were buzzing with busy production lines. Corporations from many parts of the world were setting up shop there and Irish economy was one of the fastest growing in Europe. However, he was shocked to see many Irish were instead of seeking employment at home, were trying to make it to the USA. Guess what? Immigrants from Poland, Yugoslavia and Romania were taking over jobs in Ireland while the Irish were planning to move to America. What shocked my friend the most was the many Irish who were sympathetic towards the Palestinians. Being victimes of Barbary pirates who came ashore and abducted almost the whole village of Baltimore to be sold into slavery in North Africa, he had hoped that most of the Irish would be pro-Israel. He was disappointed.

sorry but this is past what happened.doesn’t mean all Germans are Nazis does it because of what Hitler done.and yes Irish sympathize with Palestine because we understand what colonization is like and its not past because they still control the north .America had it too easy and wouldn’t understand OK.you are all wrapped up in your own propaganda bubble that you are afraid to think outside of the box.read books educated yourself don’t act like a sheep.Irish are independent minded individuals that’s why we can look on both sides on the situation.and whats wrong with mosques being built here.they pose no threat to us and shariah law doesn’t either.its because of Americas lack of respect for others beliefs and cultures that these atrocities happened.so don’t play the victim and say oh look what we did for them and how they treat us.no you invaded their countries post 911.and what has Saddam Hussein got to do with you guys.and also this freeing Muslim women under shariah law crap also.don’t give me that.you failed that debate when you supported the mujahadeen of Afghanistan when they were fighting the communists who under their regime the women could work drive dress how they like and yes you America ruined their chance.Ireland has respect for other religions and cultures and still funnily enough retains its religion and culture more so than any other country in the west.so how are we being taken over .Holland and England never had an identity to loose.their language only thing they have.we have trad music food drinks poetry artists.what do they have but centuries of torturing and maiming innocent civilians enslaving them.we have a clean history.we are the most welcoming people regardless of race or creed and also the Muslims really do blend in here well and even the burqa wearers are involved very much in local interests.most of them don’t wear the burqa in airport because of the hassle they get anyway or if requested to lift it up in the bank they would do so.they don’t kick up a fuss.Irish and Muslims mix very well especially Arabs and Iranians as they share our sense of humor that we famous for.they also do so much for local charities. So don’t judge before you know. And I’m speaking as an Irish civilian not American Jewish one who visited and i don’t mean that in a bad way i mean that’s what you claiming you are so don’t take offence.

Three years past, and it has gotten worse, tara, not better. Love your Joycean musings. Incidentally, the Irish sided with the Nazis in WWII.

Debbie,

Thank you so much for this story. I have been waiting and scanning the blogs to see if anyone would voice the horror that is plain to see here: that IRELAND has become a haven and hub of Islam, and hence, ground zero for the production of new terror.

I cannot tell you how sick the ‘elites’ and University lecturers are here, they almost to a MAN treat Islam as the most wonderful religion. MY ignorant idiot feminist (LOL) theology professor extolled the virtues of the burka in class recently, I later discovered she was merely parroting the views of the hideous American philosopher and self hating jew Judith Butler. These are the kinds of people these creeps look up to here now.

I am so sick with disgust at the useful idiots here. They have no memory of the sacrifice those who went before us made, no gratitude for all the plenty we now enjoy, no vision for the future….I cannot say enough about the rot—and we haven’t even started on the joys of the welfare state!!! Everyday is another attack on the Catholic Church.

Thank you for this, you are my new hero. I am going to make sure I read all your links connected to this alarming topic asap.

take care,

Mary

I was very surprised, during a trip to Dublin this summer, at the huge display of Palestinian Arab propaganda in the city’s main shopping area, very close to the entrance of Ireland’s famous institution of higher learning, Trinity College. There were quite a number of young adults hanging around the display, all of whom appeared to be of Middle Eastern ancestry. They were handing out anti-Israel literature and also urging people not to purchase Israeli made goods. With the display so close to the entrance of Trinity College, it was obvious, too, that they were also attempting to foment disdain and hatred for Israel among the young college students. Television news, at least in our hotel, featured the Fox News Channel, Fox’s oversea’s sister network, Sky News, CNN, the BBC and local channels featuring Irish news. At least the citizens of Ireland get a somewhat fair and balanced view of the world, for now, vis-a-vis Fox/Sky News.

The Irish government has a very long history of antisemitism. Review their history during WWII.

To the Muslim poster above:

I have a newsflash for you, many non Muslims frown (to put it VERY mildly) on DUI and promiscuity. And, while I respect your decision to become Muslim I prefer to “frown” upon DUI (and other forms of alcohol abuse) and promiscuity without becoming a Muslim. Unfortunately, Islam (and therefore you) doesn’t respect my decision.

@ muslim man
What were the attributes of the most perfect example to mankind that attracted you
(Quran 68:4, 33:21)

And verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on an exalted standard of character.

Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example
to follow

You know–Self praise and all that–If he were alive today he would be incarcerated in prison and the key thrown away

OH my word, maybe Irish Americans who are appreciate of their cultural heritage would learn about their culture and feel bad for Ireland being invaded will return to Ireland in aide or the Irish government set up some sort of program to have people with Irish Ancestry to return to Ireland, Like Jewish do for Israel maybe with a program like that many Irish will return to Ireland and we can double the population and drive the Muslim out or minimize their impact. why should they be allowed to migrate into Ireland when they have no right to. Maybe more American Irish will hear of this and get upset and would want to return, i AM 7/8TH Irish, 1/8 Dutch, my Last name is Mulrooney and comes from the country of Galloway I have served in the United States Army, and studding Journalism, I love the United States, but I love Ireland as well. I have only been to Shannon’s Airport on my way to Iraq everyone was so nice to us Troops while we waiting to re-board our plane to continue our trip in 2003. If I could afford to I think I would move to Ireland and find me a fair Lass (woman)and start a family I am almost 31 years old so I guess its about time for me to start. Continue on the family line My Great Great Grandfather John Mulrooney and his Brother Darby Mulrooney left Ireland in the 1840s.

Christopher Mulrooney on May 17, 2010 at 9:03 pm

You have one incorrect statement in your interesting piece of prose. The Spanish who left the black Irish were in fact Mrranos and were Crypto Jews. A few particular Irish Family names are associated with this group,as Rogers, Kissane and Cashman. They are in fact from a common ancestor who fled Catholic Spain. These three family names are predominently RC or C of I today although there is a growing interest in their past.

Stephen on June 24, 2010 at 1:05 pm

Girlfriend the Irish were Muslim before there ever were Muslims. Think about it how else could an Irishman have ever held the keys to the Kaaba? An Irish “Murray” is simply a Muslim “Murdaugh” we are all related.

Rachel on April 24, 2015 at 11:49 am

Another hint that Ireland will fall to Muslim domination sooner rather than later: Their vote today to completely redefine the institution of marriage to accommodate the intransigent demands of the homosexual lobby, effectively throwing the family unit and concern for societal stability under the bus.
