Myers, Bush and ICE–your hands have so much blood on them because you kiss these illegals’ asses, we should impeach you for treason. It never ends–this couple the latest victim of your selling us out.

If not–some one should do like Robert Spencer and David Horowitz with JihadWatch–call it–illegalwatch or squatwatch or something. Catalog the daily carnage and the cost each day of the squatting invaders. Hopefully, we can build some awareness momentum because you know for certain that each presidential candidate–McCain, Hillary or Barak—will surely grant amnesty citizenship rights (gag) on millions who are here illegally. We need to make that a non option at the risk of a nationwide revolt.

Wait a second, anger against Myers and Torres is misguided in this situation. No one wants to let a criminal alien go or into the country. The Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) a.k.a the “Kangaroo Court” and Congress who keeps bowing to pressure from pro-immigrant groups and immgration lawyers are the ones who pull the rug out from efforts to get rid of illegal aliens, not the ICE management on their own. Most of the country is only now experiencing what we in California had to live with for the past twenty years with criminal El Sals and the like. Congress and the ignorant public are as much to blame as anyone, you hire these people illegally to clean your homes, wash your car, and fix your poisonous fast food. Put some pressure where it belongs – on the immigration courts and their judges and Congressmen from the states slow to learn about the issue.
Also, isn’t it premature to rally on the part of the victims here without knowing who ordered the hit and why they were killed. A couple of illegals from Texas and Mexico show-up in Detroit for a “hit”? Where is the rest of the story here?!?

Since you failed to do any research on your own to discover who these people were, I’ll inlighten you. Brij Chhabra was a computer programming consultant and yoga instructor. His wife suffered from Multiple Sclerosis. She had a pending lawsuit against a family friend in Texas, Mr, Narayan Thadani for the tune of 1.5 million dollars for misappropriations of her families finances. He and an associate have been arrested by the FBI and are awaiting arriagnment for the contract hit. Oh and Mr. Miguel Angel Servando is an illegal alien from El Salvador, along with his friend Mendoza, the other hitman. The ignorant public are not the ones whose job it was to deport this man, it was ICE job and concidering the fact they had this man in custody and ordered for deportation, but failed to do so, they are the one’s who will have to take responsiblity on this one.

Code 7 has it right, and nothing Assistant Secretary Myers, or John Torres could have done would have prevented this tragedy.
It’s the system people, and it’s the laws that our Congress pass or don’t pass that allows this to happen, again and again. ICE isn’t responsible for writing these laws, with loopholes large enough to drive a Mack Truck through! It’s your Congress. Put the blame where it belongs.
Debbie would like to direct your anger at the two people she doesn’t like, (and she’s doing a pretty good job of it) but it’s intellectually dishonest at best.
Code7 is right on target, as usual. You guys may not get it, because it’s easy to follow the lead sheep, but you are wrong.

For the most part, there are a lot of good comments and sound insight on this tragedy but it once again illustrates the failures of this system as a whole.
It’s bad enough we have piss-poor leadership in the upper ranks of management but it’s further aggravated by spineless policies in the Executive Office for Immigration Review, that is, the playground of the Immigration Judges who refuse to nut up and get rid of these social deviates. On top of that, Congress can’t seem to get rid of that glazed doughnut look on its face from fellating the pro-illegal/rights groups that wimper and whine at every turn.
Some of these countries don’t have diplomatic relations with the U.S. which is one of the BS stories we get told as to why certain classes of aliens can’t be removed. I, both personally and professionally, don’t give a rat’s ass whether we do or not. Ship the little pukes back, even if out of the back of a C-130 doing a touch and go at 120 knots! In addition, maybe cutting off foreign aid to these flecks of excrement on the global screen and putting that money back into our country where it belongs will get their attention. I’m tired of financing the world and getting nothing in return.

This is not the first story or complaint that Debbie(the far more intelligent than you) has written about ICE, or EOIR, it is just another example of their long standing ineptitude. If she wrote the story and accused EOIR, you probably would have blamed ICE or some other organization.
I can only conclude sheepdog, that with all the fur covering your eyes, you are the perfect example of how these maggots slip into our country, more distinctly, you are also part of the problem.

YES or NO?
Also—Why is that we read about these people being discovered in traffic stops and often after being arrested for committing a crime–yet they are not sent home? You both make it sound like it is illegal to deport people who are here illegally.

You are wrong, on every point you attempted to make in your response to me, and because you won’t or don’t “get it”, or apologize like you should, I won’t continue this dialogue. You want to make it personal (comparing my intelligence to a blogger, and talking about my fur covering my eyes).

I am only concerned with the truth, and this Ever Vigilant Sheepdog stands up for people that are wronged on this site, in case you hadn’t noticed.
I might have disagreed with code7 in the past, but on this issue, he was correct, and he offered an experienced opinion, knowing full well that many sheep, that blindly follow DS’s bell, would take him to task for it. Good for him.
There are essentially three hoops we must jump through to deport/remove a criminal alien. He or she must be removable, not entitled to any form of relief (family, asylum, etc), and we then must be able to obtain travel documents from the country he/she is a citizen of.
But, even when this process works, there is nothing to prevent this person from returning, via whatever means possible. He/she is then subject to federal criminal prosecution for re-entry, when they are caught (in a traffic stop as you say, or any other way they come to our attention)and they are often prosecuted for this violation.
If this happens, and they get a prison term, they will again be removed upon completion of that sentence. Once more though, after they are removed, what is to say that they won’t come back yet again? If you have a solution to this problem, please offer it, or better yet, suggest it to your Congressmen and Senators.
I hope this helps you understand this huge problem a little better. We can deport/remove all day long, but until our borders are secure, and the incentive (jobs) that draws most of these illegals here is eliminated from the equation, this sad story will play out again and again.
This all goes to my original point, on this topic. No intellectually honest person, in possession of all these facts, would put this blame at the feet of A/S Julie Myers or John P. Torres. It sounds good if you have an axe to grind (DS), but it’s just not factual.
With all due respect, this problem is way bigger then either one of them.

wf2012 – I was refering to a “knee-jerk” reaction that goes with the mob mentality that the media sells its product with, not intending at all to blame the victims or be unsympathetic to their murders. “Do my research?” What would that be, google the NY Times?
The most famous case involving letting an illegal alien go that went on to murder innocent people was actually another agency’s fault, Malkin got it wrong, DS got it wrong, John Walsh even got it wrong. And yes, I can prove it, but to whom? Everyone has made up their mind that they know who is to blame.
This problem has been around a lot longer that Torres or Myers. ICE and INS before them tried desparately to control their side of it, but guess what? They can’t control: the police that don’t call and say they did, the prosecutors that don’t charge and go to trial if necessary, the public who often jump to conclusions from the media who are driven by special interests, and the courts who only see a saint-in-a-suit vs. the jack-booted thug.

Breaking the law doesn’t matter to these people or they wouldn’t be here to begin with–but consequences would make a difference. And despite what you say–when these people are caught committing crimes, they are NOT removed–read this story and the daily newspapers every day which contain accounts of “catch and release” illegals who go on to kill, steal, smuggle, squat or whatever–this is thread an obvious case in point (and countless more from DS in her site archives).
For caught illegals, I support Sheriff Joe Arpaio style tent cities for these illegals to spend time while their deportations are processed.

I’ve answered your question, and I am not making excuses at all, simply explaining the finer points of the process to you. I’m sorry if you can’t understand this simple answer. Yes or No isn’t applicable here.
Doesn’t mean it’s the right way to do it, but it is the way your elected officials have it drawn up. You see, ICE Officers and Special Agents don’t get to make the laws, we just enforce them, as they are written.
You are free to support Sheriff Joe, and his media antics, or you can wish for the Easter Bunny to come see you this Sunday.
Neither will solve our problem with illegall immigration, but they might make you feel good for a few minutes.

The story indicates that Servado was ordered removed by an Immigration Judge in February. A person who is order removed by an Immigration Judge has a right to appeal that decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Most people that don’t have serious criminal convictions are allowed to post bond, just as accused criminals are. If Servado was ordered removed but appealed it is not surprising that he was out on bond and this cannot be attributed to any failing by ICE, the EOIR or anyone else. Even if he didn’t appeal, the Order of removal would not become final until 30 days after it was entered, which means ICE would have had no right to revoke Servado’s bond and take until some unspecified date in March.
