Sean Vannity*: Conservative Plagiarist Decries Obama/Hillary Plagiarism

By Debbie Schlussel
Egomaniac-with-no-substance, Sean Hannity, strikes again.
Many readers have written to inform me that, today, on his nationally syndicated ABC radio show, Sean Hannity a/k/a Sean Vannity decried the allegations by both Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama leveled at each other that they engaged in plagiarism.
Readers wrote because they recognized the hypocrisy of Hannity–who regularly plagiarizes me, Michelle Malkin, Hot Air, and others, including two cases where I documented exclusive stories I broke (on Imam Husham Al-Husainy’s Hezbollah activities and the Muslim Footbaths at University of Michigan-Dearbornistan), which he ripped off without credit–in decrying plagiarism by others. He reads our sites word-for-word, presenting it as his own work and thoughts. At the beginning of his week-long rip-off of my work on Al-Husainy, Sean admitted to me that he got the info from my New York Post column and this site and promised to repair his misdeed, but instead kept ripping me off without credit.

His show is a daily three-hour substandard plagiarism of Rush Limbaugh, so much so that Rush, years ago, had to post an audio watermark on his soundclips that Sean was stealing and re-running on his show. (Like the old adage about flatulation–“the one who denies it, supplies it”–Hannity ran around flagship station WABC, asking, “Who is stealing Rush’s clips?”) Now, Vannity rips off many of his clips from Hot Air to avoid that. Even the stupid “You’re a great American” greeting he gives callers who call his show is ripped off from another radio talk show host.
Reader Marlene writes:

Hi, Debbie:
In case you don’t know, Sean Hannity is on the air making a big deal about the plagiarism rift between Clinton and Obama. I sent him a e-mail telling him that he had a lot of nerve to even address this topic and brought up him that you had accused him of plagiarism and proved it. I asked him to hurry up and ban me. He is such a punk.

Hey Sean: Pot. Kettle. Black. And here’s a clue for Sean, since he’s constantly lecturing listeners on what “conservatives believe”: Conservatives believe in intellectual property ownership and respecting that ownership. They don’t believe in shoplifting, as you regularly do from other conservatives who dream up the thoughts you rip off.
I must ask: If Sean Hannity can do it, why can’t B. Hussein O. and Cankles do it, too? Talk about hypocrisy.
* The Sean Vannity nickname was coined by Michael Savage.

A conservative doesn’t pass off others’ thoughts as his own and he doesn’t accuse others of doing what he himself does. If its kosher for Sean Hannity to plagiarize, then there’s nothing wrong if the Democrats engage in it. Don’t throw a rock at a glass house if the reflection in it is your own misdeeds.

Let’s see, if we fight ourselves then it won’t take much for the real opponent to finish us off. Get off the Sean Vannity kick, DS, and move on (not org).
[TOM: PLEASE GIVE ME THE KEYS TO YOUR HOUSE AND ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, SO I CAN STEAL YOUR PROPERTY. AFTER ALL, I AM A CONSERVATIVE, AND “IF WE FIGHT OURSELVES, IT WON’T TAKE MUCH FOR THE REAL OPPONENT TO FINISH US OFF.” SORRY, BUT I DON’T TAKE ANY THIEVERY OF MY PROPERTY LIGHTLY NO MATTER THE IDEOLOGY OF THE THIEF. GET A CLUE. IF YOU BELIEVE IT’S OKAY, JUST BECAUSE YOU’RE ON THE SAME SIDE, YOU ARE *NOT* ON MY SIDE. I WILL NOT MOVE ON UNTIL HANNITY APOLOGIZES AND QUITS RIPPING ME OFF. WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHINE A LIGHT ON THIS PHONY/HYPOCRITE. DS]

Dear Debbie;
I heard this monologue on todays show, and I just about fell out of my chair. He actually said something like, I “ALWAYS” give credit where credit is due. Or I “always” reveal my sources.
I wish I could remember exactly what he said, but I can’t. But I immediately thought of you.
Double oy!
Sincerely;
EJO

I had never heard “the carpenter” (another name given him by Savage) until I returned to Philadelphia in 03. He got on my nerves after about a year and the FNC hour of him with Colmes became unwatchable after the same amount of time. He’s on during drive time and it’s a shame that during drive time here in Philadelphia Savage hasn’t gone on the air yet. They do a tape delay of Savage from midnight to 3am. I take a nap when the carpenter is on so I’m all rested up for Savage. God, I hope Michael kicks CAIR’s ass, like kicks them out of the country or at least has them in orange jumpsuits and pink sneakers.

Thats one of the reasons I enjoy your site.What Sean is doing is very wrong and shamefull. His plagiarism will one day be used against him. It breaks me to say this b/c I used to enjoy listening to his shows. I would exspect O’Reilly to do something like this but not Sean.At least he should give credit where its due.
Correction: Actually Michael Savage coined him as Pawn Vannity; not that it really matters.

I say—-G-d bless DS, every which way! Hannity, I would love to respect you more, but Debbie is spot on–a hypocrite needs to get his own poop in a pile before he lectures on others’ loose poops.
Figure it out Hannity, you plagiarist! Why not just do right here–get right with DS–you can’t ignore the facts that she has published here for a long, long time on this topic. Do your pennance with Debbie (it is Lenten time and you are Catholic). Then have Debbie on your show for a while to deal with the issues you can’t do on your own without her!
Wake up Hannity!!

Sean Hannity is not only a plagiarist he has sold out conservatives and helped destroy the GOP.
There was a time that I watched his Show on TV and listened to his radio show.
Now, I cannot stomach to listen or watch anything Hannity is involved with including FoxNews. Not only does he rip everyone off and then call it his own, he has become the propaganda mouthpiece for the Rockefeller wing of the RNC.
My last straw with FoxNews was when Geraldo Rivera said this about Michelle Malkin and Bill O’Reilly allowed him to continue to threaten and berate MM on his show every week. Here are some the comments made by the racist, illegal pandering Rivera:
“Michelle Malkin is the most vile, hateful commentator I’ve ever met in my life,” “She actually believes that neighbors should start snitching out neighbors, and we should be deporting people”.
“It’s good she’s in D.C. and I’m in New York,” Rivera sneers. “I’d spit on her if I saw her.”

FoxNews was a good idea that has gone wrong. It really is a shame there is no real conservative news outlet that conservatives can rely on for factual news like Debbie provides on a daily basis. I can still remember when Debbie appeared regularly on FoxNews but no longer.
What does that tell you about FoxNews and people like Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly.
