I’m not going to beat a dead horse and call you names Debbie, I’m sure you have your reasons for what you said about this whole affair. This woman was separated from her crew deliberately, obviously the crew didnt’ miss her or if they did they didn’t feel it necessary to come and look for their companion. This huge group sourrounded her and started raping her, and kept it up for anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, she was raped by about 30 men, they may have bitten her nipple off , she was full of blood and Seman, they unrinated on her and she was finally rescued by a group
of muslim women and about 20 soldiers. I doubt if she will go overseas again, they kept chanting kill the American and Jew, jew, she is neither, she is from South Africa, born and raised and she is not Jewish. None of these men will be arrested, if she were a muslim woman she would probably be stoned for exciting the men. I don’t think looks enter into this, she just happened to be the only white woman there. These men are animals.

I want to say, after reading this whole blog, I am a white American woman, a Christian with many Jewsih friends, I never uderstood antisemitism, I still can’t figure it out but I don’t understand the Muslim people either. This is not human behavior. I don’t think any reporter or foreigner should go to the middle East, I think we should pull out our troops and be done with them, but I am sure most people will not agree with that, This is an illegal war and our troops are still dying over there although you will never know how many, its been 5,000 since the wars second year. so who knows. All those violent men who raped Lara need to be punished. The military in charge needs to investigate, find who was involved and punish anyone who raped Lara with multi-year prison sentences.

The media should take better care of their reporters. A report is that 140 journalists have died in Egypt since January. That is too high a toll.

Lara was totally a victim, but I personally wouldn’t go to an Islamic culture, especially because I am a woman, nor would I don their horrible Islamic threads. I think if she would have donned those horrible Islamic women’s ugly black tent like clothing she may have faired better, but as 140 journalists have been killed there…I don’t know.

Egypt & its culture make me sick, especially after hearing about what happened to Lara. Also, seeing again the ugly Islamic clothing of the women there…it symbolizes violent anti women Islamic culture. We should ban such horrible Islamic clothing here in America. Women in America who wear Islamic clothing terrorize me. I feel women who wear Islamic clothing in America, especially as they don’t have to wear such clothing and many Muslims say they don’t have to wear it to be Muslims, are terrorists.

The media has made a mockery of American soldiers because judging from my own personal experience things in the other side of the world are different and are much worse, but the media makes it sound as is all our fault and is not.
