OUTRAGE: Muslim Who Deliberately Murders Jew @ Baltimore Theater Gets NO Prison Time

By Debbie Schlussel
More judicial moves in favor of the “Muslims who deliberately murder non-Muslims are lone nutjobs” school of thought.
Remember Mujtaba Rabbani Jabbar? The 25-year-old Muslim medical student from a wealthy Baltimore neighborhood went to a movie theater in a Jewish neighborhood in June, looking to murder someone. He said he’d been planning it for some time. And he succeeded. He murdered 62-year-old Paul Schrum, firing four bullets into his head and other body parts.
Well, for this pre-meditated act, Jabbar was found guilty of first degree murder, but sentenced to a Maryland psychiatric facility.

Muslim Mujtaba Jabbar Murdered Jewish American Paul Schrum

Writes reader Gary G.:

I live in Baltimore – the chances of shooting a non Jew in this theatre is slim and none. . . . You are an Attorney. How can one be convicted of First Degree Murder – premeditated – and then be found unfit? UNREAL – Keep up your good work Debbie. I read you all of the time.

Gary, the answer to your question is: When wimpy prosecutors are unwilling to pursue justice and buy into the “any Muslim who deliberately murders non-Muslims in America must be insane” philosophy. That was the case here.
And Jabbar’s parents’ “apology” to the Schrum family was half-assed and sounded more like they were upset their murdering Muslim son is not home with them. They didn’t even have the guts to read it themselves and had their lawyer do so:

Having Mujtaba away from home, detained in prison, has marred our lives in an irreconcilable manner. Each and every night we pray that he may be forgiven for his tragic act and that he might recover from his woeful ailment.

So, an insane asylum is going to cure him from the ailment that is extremist Islam? Dream on.
One wonders what Mujtaba Jabbar’s parents taught him about Jews and other non-Muslims. Or, rather, we don’t wonder at all. Because we’ve seen the “fruits” of his upbringing: The headstone on Paul Schrum’s grave and the tearful video interview with his wife, Rona. They would have celebrated their 39th anniversary, this past Sunday:

I dont know how such a young man could do such a terrible thing. I don’t think he has any remorse.
He adored me and I adore him. Most of all, I’m so sad that our two grandchildren will know their grandfather from pictures, that they will never get to know him.

“Religion of Peace,” once its victims are all Resting In Peace.
This wasn’t a case of mental illness. It was a hate crime.

Would the family of Mr. Schrum have a cause of action against the doctors whom declared Jabbar “no threat” prior to the shooting?

Picking up on this story, has anybody heard anything about the six flying “imams” lately?
About the Muslim who shot Jews and killed one, in Seattle?
About the Muslim student who tried to kill his colleagues at the University with his SUV?
About another Muslim who tried to kill the Infidels by jumping with his car on the sidewalk ?
Etc. Etc.
Why we don’t hear anything about these terrorists?
Because our government is sleeping with the Saudis. In fact, the Saudis have the U.S. government and the Europeans in their pockets.
It doesn’t matter where the Muslim terrorists come from, the Saudis will back them up just because they are Muslims. The Saudis will hire CAIR, or pay the liberal traitor lawyers.
The Saudis are funding and building the majority of the mosques in America, in Europe, in Australia and in Canada.
What can we do about the Muslims who are living among us?
The only solution is to kick the Muslims out of our countries, to demolish their mosques, to ban them from stepping on our soil again and to outlaw this devilish cult called “Islam.”

This and all the other incidents you silly people recall (i.e. shooting into a school bus in NYC, hitting Jewish student, shooting up El-Al counter in LA, the DC Area snipers, Seattle JCC, UNC, etc etc) are nothing more than lone acts by deranged individuals. LONE (muslim) ACTS. By deranged (muslim) INDIVIDUALS. NO (muslim) CONNECTION WHATSOEVER. Now MOVE ALONG. Nothing to see here. We don’t need to see his identification. These aren’t the hoozlims we’re looking for…

A little shout out before the tirade—Eminem is a classic example of those among my generation that gives me a bad image in society.
Posted by: Squirrel3D—you little *pisher,* IRONY is obviously lost on you…but since you’re most probably a Young Republiscum, you probably think http://art-bin.com/art/omodest.html is about eating babies in Ireland!!!
Now addressing the topic HERE—*THINKING* that the only enemy of Judaism is “Islamo-fascism” is VERY dangerous!!!
Over a hundred years ago Dostoevsky revealed the unwritten commandment that has been behind every pogrom since the beginning of Judaism—Love thy neighbour, but HATE the Jews—and about seventy years ago we know who brought this to fruition on the most massive scale imaginable.
Thirty years ago a certain BORN AGAIN Nobel peace prize winner made anti-Zionism part of Amerikkklan foreign policy…and boy George “Walk-on-water” Bush spoke of how Jews couldn’t get into heaven because they didn’t accept JC as their personal Lawd & Saviour [until Mamma Bush shut him up] while swastikas were being painted on cars in Brooklyn.
TRY to find a pro-Israel or Jewish article on Google and you have to go four pages deep before you get by the “poor Palestinians” results…if you’re not getting crap like THIS: http://www.missiontoisrael.org/gods-covenant-people/chapter9.php
i’m pretty sure killing a Jew in Baltimore is a misdemeanor anyway

Another sad story of MUSLIM HATRED infecting OUR WORLD.
THATíS HOW Muslims reconcile living amongst non-MuslimsÖby MURDERING them.
FROM THE KORAN: “slay them wherever you catch them” (Qur’an 2:191).
A medical student no lessÖ
YupÖintelligence is no protection against this CULT and Islamic brainwashing techniques. SEND IN the deprogrammers, and the jailers!
Muslims are simply a HUGE PROBLEM and must be forced into submission.
FINALLY, even the EU Parliament charter has asked Muslims to reject extremism (as quoted, from the Jerusalem Post):
“The views of so-called fundamentalists who believe in Islamic theocracy are simply incompatible with Western liberal democracyÖ”

A mental asylum? Is that the punishment for deliberately murdering someone in the name of i-slam? These Mozloom dogs at ADC and CAIR must be celebrating right now.
Is Mujtaba Jabbar going to get shock treatment as part of his mental therapy? I hope someone switches the medical wires with actual live electric wires so that he meets his maker in hell!!!

anonymous twit on December 20, 2006 at 4:25 pm

I believe others have termed this phenomenon of Muslims suddenly going on a killing spree, as Sudden Jihad Syndrome (SJS).
These individuals (the murderers) strike me as psychopaths. The key defining characteristic of a psychopath is lack of remorse. And psychopathy is NOT the same as a psychosis.
A psychotic (someone suffering from, say, schizophrenia) could be delusional and thus unable to form “intent.” Hence, if a schizophrenic commits a crime, they could be absolved.
Psychopaths, on the other hand, are NOT delusional– they are many times calculating, “rational”, but able to commit (without batting an eyelash) heinous, dreadful crimes. Many serial killers have been identified as psychopaths (no conscience, no remorse, completely self-centered, egotistical, and beyond rehabilitation.)
Personally, I think a diagnosed psychopath who commits a murder should be executed (because of the nature of the problem– that is, a psychopathic personality type — such a person can never be “cured” and, hence, poses a constant danger to society…particularly if such a person escapes from prison, they’ll just commit another offense.) Execution is the “cure.”

Hate Crimes?
I thought you people didn’t believe in hate crimes.

GodOfBiscuits on December 20, 2006 at 4:35 pm

Hey Eminem…I’m not a republican. I’m an independant conservative. I know that word is forgien to you, Mr. Democrap. How dare you use me to try and further your anti-american, anti-jewish agenda. You don’t repersent all of us in our generation, stop trying.
Anyway, I didn’t know about this story…mostly becuase I’m just sick of the news in general. But, it’s another example of the media giving radical muslims and jew killing a free pass. Discrimination is somehow non-existant when it comes to the jewish people.

Squirrel3D on December 20, 2006 at 4:38 pm

Who was the idiot prosecutor? Maryland (where I live) is a People’s Republic.

lexi on December 20, 2006 at 5:52 pm

I am a pharmacist and I’ve worked with psychiatric patients for many years. If Mr. Jabbar had had some psychiatric disorder, there would have beeen a long medical record of such. There would have been a long history of anti-psychotic use, perhaps anti-depressant use, and possibly substance abuse.
There would probably have been some prior institutionalizations, and most likely countless police calls. Psychiatrists would have been involved, and people with whom Mr. Jabbar interacted would have been well aware of his disorder, as this is something which is difficult to hide.
On the other hand, if there had been no such history, and if the alleged illness had mysteriously appeared on the day of his crime, then I have little doubt that it is a fabrication.
In my practice, I have discovered that most patients are not violent, and those that are tend toward the impulsive or “raging” kind of behavior. The sort of premediated act committed by Mr. Jabbar is a rarity indeed.

“shooting up El Al counter in LA”
Doda,
That was the cold blooded murder of a beautiful 20 year old girl on the Fourth of July. The manifestation of endemic hatred amoung Los Angeles area Muslims all worked up over propaganda of which they have little first hand knowledge- isolated individual violence? Hardly.

code7 on December 20, 2006 at 6:48 pm

The whole insanity defense is ridiculous. Everyone is a little insane, some more than others–if you can’t contain your insanity and you commit a crime, you need to pay the price for your crime. In this case, a good old fashioned hanging would do the trick just fine, an “insanity” defense not withstanding. Maybe you could wipe the dribble off the goon’s face after the hanging.
The ONLY cases where insanity might be an allowable reason not to carry out justice is when a person is like an old alzheimer’s patient and can’t comprehend a thing. That would be like a negligence deal.
The real insanity is our system allowing this defense to fly in such cases as this Jew-hating muslim murderer. If the man killed a gay at a gay bar, it would be called a “hate crime” and no amount of insanity defense would be allowed. Should Hitler and friends be given a moral pass because they were “insane” megalomanics? This sh-t never ends with that defense–but we will waste weeks on shrink/counter shrinks being paid big money to argue sanity/insanity in court. Remember Chapman and John Lennon?

BB on December 20, 2006 at 7:40 pm

So it is official: being a jihadist qualifies you as being legally insane (a much higher burden than being simply medically insane)! I knew it.

Peter1469 on December 20, 2006 at 8:15 pm

And to expand- to be legally insane you actually have to not think that your actions were wrong. It sounds like this fits the bill. But that is why I have said that the US must reexamine the 1st Amendment?s freedom of religion to get it clear that murder in religion?s name is not really the freedom that the Constitution contemplates. If a religion states that killing Jews is good then that religion should be regulated. Religious leaders that support this line of thought should be stripped of their citizenship and deported immediately. The Constitution is not a suicide pact. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Constitution_is_not_a_suicide_pact

Peter1469 on December 20, 2006 at 8:20 pm

God of Biscuits,
Exactly who are “you people”? Your comment about “I thought you people don’t believe in hate crimes” is hypocritical. I looked at your blog and from what I can see you are a gay man who wants equal rights for gays, including marriage, children, etc. You spend an awful lot of time complaining about Christians and anyone else who is denying your “needs”. Well, I would ask you to think about a few things. In your blog, you are expressing what you feel are injustices to gays. Why can’t people who feel that injustices are being done to Jews by Muslim killers express how they feel? Would you like a snarky gay basher to come on your site and make all kinds of anti gay comments albeit slyly? Is it Jews you hate, conservatives or both? The other thing I want to say is that you may want to do some research into what the Muslims are going to do to gays should the Jihad win and we live under Sharia law. I am hopeful that they will not win once more people wake up to the threat. However, I strongly suggest you wake up to what actually will await you should you as a gay man have to live in an Islamic world.

CarpeDiem on December 20, 2006 at 11:13 pm

Einstein once defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again while seeking a different result.
Muslims kill over and over again, but their goal is always the same, eliminate non-muslims. There is no insanity here, only cold blooded murder.

WillPower on December 20, 2006 at 11:25 pm

PREFACE: I wasn’t going to comment on this until I began reading the “comments”. People are so woefully ignorant of the law in general, and the M’Naghten Rule in particular, that I just HAD to write something. Having said THAT, I also believe that the influx of Muslims into America must be stopped. Further, most of the comments here mirror (some are verbatum) the postings on blogs regarding this case and Muslim crime in general.
1.) The “insanity defense” is rarely invoked and almost NEVER results in acquittal. MUCH less than 1% of the time. In Maryland, the stat is a FRACTION of 1%. May we then conclude that this really IS a case of “diminished capacity”? I noticed that NO ONE here posted the results of the mental health assessments of this offender yet are quick to judge the outcome.
2.) The pharmacist who commented should stick to counting pills. Schizophrenia usually has its onset in early adulthood, therefore, the fact that there is little to no psychiatric history behind this guy is NOT unusual at all.
3.) How could this be a “hate crime” when the shooter didn’t even know the victim or his religious beliefs? Why aren’t ALL violent crimes “hate crimes”?
4.) Many states have revised their “insanity defense” law to “guilty but insane” (GBI). The offender, when found GBI is committed to a state psychiatric institution until they are deemed cogent enough to understand their actions and are then transferred to a state prison to serve out a lengthy sentence in most cases.
5.) MOST (sane) people would prefer incarceration in prison over such in a psychiatric facility. If anyone doubts me, please feel free to arrange a tour for yourselves.
6.) This offender will most likely never walk free again.
And Finally …
7.) To those of you most vociferous – What have YOU done to look into the law in YOUR state and what actions have YOU taken to get them changed to reflect YOUR views?
Amen and Merry Christmas!

All of Rockethead’s comments come straight from CAIR-less.
Let’s stop importing these 7th century barbarians. They are incapable of living in a civilized society.
This is what you can expect from the followers of Osama Obama’s father’s religion.

I guess then it’s safe to assume that the only thing you’ve done to change Maryland law to your liking is to prattle on like an anonymous juvenile troll?
I thought so.
Merry Christmas anyway.

Merry Christmas, you say?
At least the Christian God, Jesus, has a birthday that everyone is aware of. Isn’t it too bad that there isn’t a damn muzlum on Earth who can tell you on what day your prohet was spawned?

How you’re allowed to keep posting here is testament to Debbie’s tolerance of the mentally challenged. As far as “seriuos help” is concerned; you’re one giant fucktard!
