Libs make death threats toward conservatives on public forums all the time.
They attack(usually in groups)conservatives with a vengeance because we post comments like, “It’s in our best interests to govern within the confines of the constitution.”
Popular forums do absolutely nothing about the death threats or any of the other comments which are raunchy, anti-semitic, racist, pornographic, etc…
I’ve only met one conservative Youtuber, for instance, who removed some very raunchy comments toward me and other conservatives from one of his video’s comments section.
Other conservative video owners don’t even respond to personal messages alerting them to death threats toward conservatives, when there’s clear evidence that libs are creating a problem on one of their videos.
This is getting so frequently knitted in to everyday discussions to the point, I’m afraid, that it’s starting to seem like normal discourse, especially to young people.

I can vouch that libtards get away with death threats. In Rochester NY there’s a suburb named Brighton. Their town meetings are recorded and posted on the Internet. People actually watch the meetings and one sharp eye viewer noted a comment made by a town clerk and reported. The town clerk was caught whispering to a town Chief of Police “Can’t you shoot him? I’ll take responsibility”. Results? A public apology but she kept her job. Death threats are not funny or “cute”. They are also against the law. I think this dummy should be arrested and charged with making a death threat. The courts have ruled repeatedly that your 1st amendment rights on when you incite violence (classic example yelling “fire” in a crowded room or “i’m gonna kill ..).

Problem is, it seems that making the comment “SOMEONE should kill…” is not LEGALLY considered a crime or threat. If someone ACTS on the statement, there MAY be legal consequences for the original commenter…

Twitter has a very specific (and wrong?) policy of stating that a statement has to include specific details to be considered a threat, i.e. “Someone should kill x” is not a threat, but “I will kill X tomorrow morning, at 9:15 AM, while X is leaving home for work” is a threat that twitter will act upon…

Mzzz. Lopez is just another brainless, clueless, ignorant attention whore… like so many others who utilize Twitter.
