HILARIOUS: Obama’s Immigration Chief Focuses on “Important Issues”

By Debbie Schlussel

While the Obama administration focuses on suing Arizona for doing the job he won’t, Barack Obama’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chief John “Moron” Morton focuses on the important issues of ICE, which–hint, hint–have zero to do with immigration enforcement or customs laws, or even law enforcement at all.  Rule of thumb: when lacking the necessary changes in substance- always important to emphasize the changes in form.  ICE . . . We Make Sure You Get Our Signatures & Titles Right!

Moron’s Priorities: Obama Immigration Chief John Morton

Wants You To Get His Signature Right

Note that this ICE directive–sent to many agents and officials beyond those listed in the “To” line–is marked “high importance.”  Yes, we know what IS of high importance to Obama’s Homeland Security people . . . and what ISN’T.  Your tax dollars at work, people:

Daniel Ragsdale

Thank you,

[name of ICE official redacted] for Theresa Pauling

Well, at least, this isn’t his usual Islamo-pandering to open anti-Semites.

Hey, since he ordered all accused violent criminals freed until trial–so they can disappear and never face justice or deportation–we have to focus on the important threats . . . like incorrect signature blocks.

it is a shame they have to use such small font to fit their over blown titles on their business cards.

ender on July 7, 2010 at 11:10 am

Ragsdale had a meltdown over his new title and screamed out “fuck” during the meeting. He regained his composure and told the attendees that he was going home to drink his two bottles of wine. Poor Danny, no the Deputy Assistant Secretary Anymore….what an idiot!!!

Rumor has it that John Morton is leaving ICE in January. He has some political aspirations ( Judge John )….I think its time for ICE to clean house and get qualified leaders.

Rumor has it that when John and Beth leave in January – Dan and his pet poodle will be out as well. It’s time to get competent leaders. ICE stop hiring people based on quotas. Wake up!

It’s time to bring back ICE’s Jackass of the month. Who do you think is the most incompetent and destructive manager at ICE? Vote Now!

Top heavy inverted pyramid agency. Too many self-important know-nothings. If you look long and hard enough, you’ll probably find an Assistant Deputy Secretary’s Assistant Director for Executive Administrative Affairs for the Secretary of Homeland Security’s Assistant Deputy Director’s Deputy.

Next memo will be about Muslim outreach including a pamphlet on how Muslims discovered America and were the first immigrants.

The bureaucratic obsession with organizational charts and titles to the nth. John Morton is doing his job with utmost efficiency… making sure ICE honchos cross their dots and t’s correctly.

John, congratulations on an earnest initiative to protect America’s homeland security!

Self important pencil pushers will be our downfall if we let it!

Sam Adams on July 7, 2010 at 1:16 pm

I would like them to also include email and home addresses for these morons. That would give us a good place to send the illegals that they love so much. Hell, buy up property around their homes and let about 30 of these illegals occupy each home. Or if there is any public land closeby, build a tent city for illegals.

Jarhead on July 7, 2010 at 1:41 pm

Once again, the President and his crony Eric Holder manifested their subliminal “caucasianphobia,” by wasting taxpayer money pursuing an overturn a perfectly legal Az immigration law.

Yet, they refuse to even investigate charges of “ethnic intimidation” for the 2 Black Panthers who were videotaped- stationed near front doors of a voting poll in Philly. They were garbed in military attire, clutching “pipes” in hand- and espousing “racial” remarks.

The “post-racial” President, aye? Yeaaah right.

The only thing that matches their incompetence is their egos.

I think this pole smoker is the same one who wants salad bars & bingo games for detention facilities. These limp-wristed appointees are an embarrassment.

When Ragsdale and Morton have complaints filed against them by the former EEO Director (Deborah Lewis), it is clear that these guys operate in complete ignorance and don’t have a clue what they are doing. I urge you to FOIA these documents to get a clear understanding of what is really going on in ICE leadership. You will be surprised. Who picks a fight with the EEO/Diversity Director.

This turd sounds a lot like the kind of people who become bureaucrats in the state of Michigan. They work for an elected government in a Republic, but yet they want to be served and worshiped like kings and gods.

RT on July 8, 2010 at 5:18 pm

Senior immigration bureaucrats are the same the world over, chosen on their capability to make their political masters look good and smell sweet.

Bronson on July 9, 2010 at 1:11 am

Everyone in New York knows that Theresa Pauling is a borderline alcoholic who sleeps around with immigration judges. She applied for the Chief Counsel position in Arlington and didnt get it, then applied for the Chief COunsel position in New York twice before they gave it to her. She is hated by the entire office.

Morton has nearly run the agency into ruin travelling all over the world as he takes money from operational programs to support his travel habit.

Ragsdale is a gay prick. He was thrown out of the Enforcement and Compliance unit for incompentence and guess what – gets promoted – only at ICE!!!!

sickofice on July 18, 2010 at 7:11 pm

hey – is Susie Barr still sleeping with Dave Shaw? I know they created an ASAC position for this idiot in Miami. Is that the reward for sleeping with the COS (Chief of Strippers)

sickofice on July 18, 2010 at 7:16 pm

Challenge Morton to show you any memo in which he’s asked his trial attorneys to be aggressive in prosecuting any particular segment of the illegal alien population other than, maybe, terrorists. Then ask him to show you all the memos in which he instructs his prosecutors to take time out from court to scour their files for criminals to release, or to terminate removal proceedings, or to waive appeal. Demand he show you the memos relaxing detention standards to the point of being dangerous to our officers. Finally, ask him to show you the memos he readily shares with the defense bar, to alert them to his relaxed policies toward criminal aliens.

The latest investigation surrounds our newest member of ICE’s “D” team. The new CFO Radha Sekar; who hales from DOD has an ax to grind with white men.

Jack on October 6, 2010 at 8:54 pm

Rumor has it that John Morton will be leaving ICE in January. It appears that John has aspirations to become a judge.

Jack on October 6, 2010 at 9:08 pm

A case of quid pro quo has lead to another IG investigation at ICE. It appears that the CFO (Radha Sekar) has an infatuation with exotic birds. Ms. Sekar received a rare bird by a member of her staff. Ironically, this same staff member was allowed to work from home for several months. It was later uncovered that this privelaged employee was building her retirement home on government time.

Dan you better get your girl under control!

KT on October 8, 2010 at 10:51 pm

ICE CFO who has no background in Finance or Accounting has now been named Facilities CZAR of ICE. First order of business was to set up a lobbying process so LEOs have to lobby to have money for repairs. Yep she is holding all of ICE’s money and programs have to lobby her for money. So the dozen or so locations ICE owns are unsafe and in a state of disrepair.

JT on November 4, 2010 at 8:48 pm

Portal III is another case of waste, fraud and abuse on the part of the CFO. When will senior management wake up and get compentent leaders. The screw up will cost ICE a couple million dollars.

MG on November 11, 2010 at 9:53 pm

Can someone tell me why ICE would hire a CFO with no budget, finance or asset management experience. Her lack of experience in these core areas are presenting a systemic risk to all programs within ICE. This breakdown will have a ultimate affect on Dan and John’s future.

C on November 14, 2010 at 11:20 am

I just filed a 31 page complaint to my congressman & the Senate DHS Comitee about the Fraud Waste and Abuse. I wonder if you can add turning the other way when you see bad stuff happen. When I was on detail I heard them beg CFO and RagsDale to close firing ranges in Flo-rida that have bullets ending up fired into neighborhoods. Raggie and CFO made it about money rather than safety. They look the other way until it becomes front page newz.

Speaking of turning the other way good they have got rid of the Facilities Drag Queen Wallace. She collapsed drunk in my lap at a conference after asking to sleep with everyone at the dinner table. Dinner was skipped tthat night by about 8 of us due to nausia BUT I hear she is coming back as the relocation director. I am on the list and have yet to be asked when I want to move & how many people I got. She came here and went straight to the bar never came to the office. Just like her enterouge three week tour to Hawaii with only one meeting over three weeks. Damn that 100 Grand for that ICE payed vacation could have put another officer or agent on the street or payed down some of DROs billion dollars in debts. Drinking on the job has its benes.

Good luck with Grassley and Thompson.

ChezFed on November 15, 2010 at 9:22 pm

You cannot speak of Pat Wallace without mentioning her significant other Marianne Plumb. Marianne was former hair stylist; who was brought into the Federal government by Pat as a GS13 and quickly rose to the grade of GS15. One Saturday I was notified that a fight broke out on the third floor. Security entered the OAM Directors Office; where they witnessed two women fighting. I was told that Ms. Wallace had Ms Plumb in a headlock. Ms. Plumb appeared to have bruises and marks on her face. Both women were intoxicated and fighting like a couple of pit bulls. Ms. Wallace was quickly removed from her position as the Director of OAM; only to find herself taking in a new role as the relocation Director. Once again ask yourself; who is making these decisions. Incompetence is running rampant at ICE. Ask the CFO why she placed Pat in charge of a major program. As far as Marianne; she has been seen in the halls of PCN roaming from Program to Program.

    E on November 16, 2010 at 6:06 pm

CFO Sekar says she wants to promote within, but she continues to recruit through the FCIP program which she has led everyone to believe is only for college graduates which in fact should be open to all employees regardless of education. The FCIP Program should be available to all qualified candidates but CFO Sekar and Director McPhaul only target college graduates. The program has never been opened to the public or any qualified ICE employees. Check out the 5 CFR Parts 213 and 315 RIN 3206-AJ28 “recruiting and attracting exceptional individuals with a variety of experiences, academic disciplines, and competencies necessary for the effective analysis and execution of public programs.” Also read and/or look at the Federal Register Presidential Executive Order 13162 Federal Career Intern Program Sec. 2. The Program is another step in the Administration’s effort to recruit the highest caliber people to the Federal Government, develop their professional abilities, and retain them in Federal departments and agencies. Cabinet secretaries and agency administrators should view the Program as complementary to existing programs that provide career enhancement opportunities for Federal employees, and departments and agencies are encouraged to identify and make use of those programs, as well as the new Program, to meet department and agency needs. Take a look at USAJobs- if you read the announcements from other agencies utilizing the FCIP Program it states “Open to all U.S. Citizens.” Why is CFO only advertising these positions directly to colleges only? Additionally I wonder how the tax payers would feel if they knew funds were being expensed to fly in groups of students for one day interviews. What about the current ICE employees who are continually denied opportunities/career advancement? How can Director McPhaul run a program of this magnitude (with CFO Sekar’s endorsement) knowing it’s in violation of OPM and DHS policy? ICE has stated that it would like to retain and attract the brightest workers, but you have managers (Director Agarwal, Deputy Director Jarvis, Director Macecevic, Director McPhaul and CFO Sekar) that are treating their employees unfairly. Why does management feel its okay to open a window of opportunity to a select few when it should be open to all? Whatever happened to open completion/fairness? Dan, Dan.

BT on November 16, 2010 at 7:26 pm

Why doesn’t someone report all of this stuff? There is the OIG Inspector General. The Office of Special Counsel. OPM. Senators&Representatives. Etcera. In the DoD this stuff would be nipped in the bud immediately! Sekar comes from DoD and yet she acts as if she don’t know the rules. Wow she really comes from private industry and was just a lowly coffeemaker at the Pentagon. If you guys up in DC don’t report this stuff it will never get fixed. We tell John when comes out to the world and he promises change but change dont happen unless Washington Post or Congress embarrasses their ass. Promoting FCIP interns over 20year people is tragic. Fire the whole crapload of folks from the top down. I hear Bertucci is looking for an assistant at CIS.

As far as Wallace. I have seen her drink more than a college frat party all by herself. I hear she will grab your junk under the table when she has a few. If you are every desparate seek help but Wallace will take a run at you. I saw her out with Plump one night in DC all groped up together. That fight with the headlock was probly a lovers spat. Its true Plump was a hairdressor. There is also a TGI Fridays waitress walking around with a GS14 Salary that doesn’t even have a highschool diploma. She must have been good at bringing drinks to Wallace and Plump (sounds like a mother-daughter singing group) at TGI Friday because she is the Deputy Director of CFOs Office now.

A competent leader can get efficient service from poor employees, while on the contrary an incapable leader can demoralize the best of an agencies employee….(The CFO and her puppets in action)

ICE Senior Leadership should be held to a higher standard. Waste, Fraud and Abuse will not be tolerated by anyone. If you have any additional information related to the above subject please post the information. This information will be submitted to the appropriate personnel.

Lets talk about the CFOs Chief o Staff. Hes a gs-11 and ordering around the rest of the SES and gs-15s throughout the CFO shoppe. Its embarrasshing. Count the number of Black Leaders in CFO? 1 and he was asked to leave although he was good as hell. Imagine that.

CFO came to DFW and promised she would move everyone. Get us out of the damn fire hazard building in a crime riden neighborhood. All she did was have us parade her around to dinner all week.

This whole place is going to hell in a hand basket. Please call the IG and make them do their job. Ha, we’ll see! Right on to whoever reports this to their Senator.

Pre-selection of employees is illegal. If this occurs please report to OPR or contact OPM. If you feel your rights have been violated contact EEO. Remember your not alone – leadership should be held accountable for there actions.

So now ICE is at it again, spending time and money to “get a new financial system.” Why would leadership, Radha Sekar lead and dedicate government resources to moving OHA, one of the ICE Share Service Centers customers to a “new financial system,” what an awful way to spend tax payers dollars in this time of crisis.

What does it cost to move OHA to a new financial system? Did Ms. Sekar do a cost benefit analysis? Would there ever be a return on investment?

Meanwhile ICE lets criminals on the streets because of lack of money, really? And DHS allows our citizens in Boston to come in harms way while they are busy thinking and spending money on new financial systems.
