Pat HAMAS Buchanan: Qaeda Attacks on US Justified b/c of Israel – TownHall, Human Events, WND Run Column

By Debbie Schlussel

I was away, this morning, at super-secret meetings regarding a few upcoming important projects in our fight against the imposition of Islam and its extremism and intolerance on our American way of life.  I’ll be telling you more about these in the coming days, weeks, and months.  Stay tuned.  (And, no, it has nothing to do with putting up useless bus ads in order to promote myself and file PR-driven lawsuits to raise money.  Nor ride a poor young girl who has cancer.  Nor use rallies against a mosque I know will go up, so I can make myself the main speaker and get on FOX News.  I will leave that to the Scamelas of the world, who made their money in the car loan fraud scam biz using Muslim straw buyers.  I do things that actually get results, and that’s the aim.)

hamaslogo.jpgpatbuchanan.jpg

They Look Great in Brown

But while I was away,  Pat Buchanan–Hitler fan and eternal friend of Sean Hannity–wrote up his latest anti-Semitic, anti-Israel trash.  And, of course, all of the fake conservative sites who pretend to be on the side of Israel–Town Hall, Human Events, World Nutjobs Daily–are running the column.  I refuse to link to the column or any of those sites, as they are frauds.  But here are the key points and excerpts from Herr Buchanan’s diatribe, including justifying Al-Qaeda and Islamic hate for America because we are allied with Israel (Heil, Pat):

He claims there were no weapons aboard the HAMAS Gaza flotilla ships, because apparently he thinks that knives and giant sticks/pipes aren’t weapons (so long as they are beating Jews and not him).  Buchanan claims Israel inspecting ships likely carrying contraband to its sworn enemies

was an act of piracy. What the Israeli commandos got is what any armed hijacker should expect who tries to steal a car from a driver who keeps a tire iron under the front seat.

Then, Buchanan, a racist bigot and never a friend of Blacks or the civil rights movement, is now out-Sharptoning Al and out-Jacksoning Jesse, invoking Selma against Israel. No biggie that several of the men, who died marching with Blacks against what was real discrimination were from that evil group Buchanan consistently lynches: the JOOOOS. Pat Buchanan, civil rights activist. Down with the struggle, a struggle he opposed lifelong:

But we have a blockade of Gaza, say the Israelis, and this flotilla was a provocation. Indeed, it was. And Selma was a provocation. The marchers at Edmund Pettus Bridge were disobeying orders of the governor of Alabama and state police not to march.

Michael Schwerner and Andrew Goodman are turning over in their graves at the prospect that Buchanan would invoke what they died for and bloody it with his HAMAS verbal fecal material. It’s rich, but nothing grows under Buchanan’s fertilizer.

Yet, today, liberal Democrats who regard Martin Luther King as a moral hero for championing nonviolent civil disobedience to protest injustice are cheering not the unarmed passengers trying to break the Gaza blockade, but the Israelis enforcing the blockade.

Dumbass, pipes and sticks and knives–those are weapons. Try taking them through the airport security screening. There’s a reason they won’t let you. Ah, Pat Buchanan, MLK, Jr. acolyte. Really? Then, check out what Martin Luther King said about Israel-haters like you. He made his feelings clear, Paddy: You are an anti-Semite.  Oh, and Pat, King specifically and strongly disagreed with you on this whole column:

Peace for Israel means security, and we must stand with all our might to protect its right to exist, its territorial integrity. I see Israel as one of the great outposts of democracy in the world, and a marvelous example of what can be done, how desert land can be transformed into an oasis of brotherhood and democracy. Peace for Israel means security and that security must be a reality.

–Martin Luther King, Jr., March 25, 1968 speech.

Buchanan whines that Turkey is our friend because of the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Korean War.

Why are we not at least even-handed between our friends?

Hmmm . . . what decade are we in? Because someone’s stuck in the ’60s–several decades ago, when the Cuban and Korean episodes happened. I heard we were once at war with the British. Therefore, we must never change our policy regarding them, right? Times change, and so do countries and their behavior toward America. Check your calendar, Pat. Here’s what’s happening in the 2000s and 2010s: Turkey has now had four years of government-sponsored, anti-American TV shows and movies (“Kurlar Vadisi – Valley of the Wolves”) and wants us to stop using Incirlik for our Air Force base. That’s a friend? What has Turkey done for us lately, other than inducing a mindless US President to tell French TV that America is a Muslim Nation, while he was on his trip there?

Ah, the good ole’ “even-handedness” invocation. Why are we not at least even-handed between Al-Qaeda terrorists and Americans? After all, some–many American Muslims–would say they are our friends, right? And HAMAS is part of the Al-Qaeda network. The groups work together, and there were 40 Qaeda-tied men on the boats. So, Pat, why are we not even-handed with men who wire their underwear to detonate, and their sponsoring organization? Let’s allow them a ship of “food” to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab in Michigan . . . via Dearbornistan.

America is a superpower with interests in an Arab world of 300 million and an Islamic world of 1.5 billion. . . .

Really? Is the Arab world that hates us, votes against us in the UN consistently, helped men who murdered thousands of Americans–is that where our interests lie? No. But it might be where Pat Buchanan has a lot of paid speaking engagements. And definitely a lot of sympathy for his predilection to support Nazis and Jew-killers.

Buchanan goes on to attack Israel on the security fence (he supports a fence on our Southern border), the war with Hezbollah (would love to see what he’d say if they kidnapped American troops or rained rockets on his swanky McLean, Viriginia home and gaudy Mercedes Benz), and brings up every single other thing he hates about Israel. It’s like a bad, shrewish, bitter wife, and yet we didn’t even make the mistake of marrying this draft-dodging Jew-hater, who loved lying about himself to get out of serving during Vietnam as much as he loves lying about the Jews and Israel.

Then, Buchanan says that Israel’s security need

does not justify denying 1.5 million people what they need to live in decency.

According to The Washington Post, “80 percent of the population (of Gaza) depends on charity. Hospitals, schools, electricity systems and sewage treatment facilities are all in deep disrepair.”

With our silence, we support this. And we wonder why they hate us.

In other words, usually anti-welfare state Buchanan has found a welfare state he loves above all others: the terrorist welfare state, and that’s because it breeds murderers of Jews, now that the Nazis he and his Reich-fan German mother supported are mostly dead. And Buchanan makes quite clear with this last sentence that he’s part of the “why they hate us” crowd that constantly justifies Al-Qaeda’s attacks and attempted attacks on America by blaming Israel and blaming U.S. foreign policy in support thereof. Those who do that are anti-Semites, plain and simple, who hide behind the “why they hate us” BS, but the front is obvious, the veneer so thin, their SS tattoos show through.

Yet, despite this highly offensive column and a career of them (with Buchanan saying American Jews didn’t serve during Vietnam, when plenty, including my Dad, did, and yet Der Fuhrer Pat faked a knee injury and got out of it), many of you who say you are strong supporters of Israel continue to patronize the Town Halls, the World Nutjob Dailys, the Human Events, and the Sean Hannitys who constantly promote this anti-Semitic hack, our modern day Goebbels. Why? If you do, you’re a hypocrite. Even Barack Obama has come out this strongly against Israel and the Jews. And yet your animus for him far exceeds Buchanan. Why?

Time to be consistent. Time to e-mail Town Hall, World NutJob Daily, Human Events, Sean Hannity, and FOX News and tell them that as long as they promote Buchanan and feature him, you will divorce them from your reading and viewing. And time to follow through and actually do that.

You can’t have it both ways. Either you support Israel and oppose its enemies on all sides of the aisle. Or you don’t support Israel and oppose its enemies. Time to make a decision and stick with it.

Father Coughlin would be proud. But not just of Fuhrer Pat. It’s the megaphone conservative sites and Sean Hannity all too willingly give him that makes all the difference. If it were not for them, he’d be howling in the wind with his verbal swastika collection.

In Hebrew, there are many words with dual meanings. One of them is “Hasbarah.” It literally means explanation or interpretation. But it can also mean public relations or propaganda.

Well, now, in Pat Buchanan, I’ve come up with a new Hebrew word: HAMASbarah. That’s the propaganda and PR for Islamic terrorists and Nazis that this cretin does with every breath he takes.

Thanks to Debbie for her tireless work alerting us ad protecting us from people trying to destroy America and our ally, Israel.

I saw Buchanan’s article on Townhall today and was appalled. Townhall won’t get my web traffic anymore, I can find Ann Coulter, Malkin and some of the others’ writings elsewhere.

Good luck with your new project, we are all eager to hear of it and if you need some legal or other help with it you know where to find me.

Jewish Marksman on June 4, 2010 at 2:51 pm

Don’t be harsh on him… he did lose someone in the Holocaust – who fell from the guard tower!

Which must be why Buchanan feels a kindred bond with today’s Hamas Islamist Nazis.

After all, no one could be worse than the uppity Jews – how dare they defend their own country and embarrass Hamas Pat. That simply will not do.

Which makes you wonder why conservatives allow him space on their sites with his kind of view. Implicit approval usually equals a kind of acquiescence to them. And there should be zero tolerance for any one who expresses a loathing of Israel that goes well beyond the bounds of disagreement with Israeli government policy to denying the country’s right to defend itself and finding Arab Nazis commendable.

The only people on welfare Pat Buchanan likes are Gaza Arabs… precisely because they hate the Jews. One can check one’s principles at the door to get the better of someone one doesn’t like.

That’s all we really need to know about him and I hope one day he joins his colleague Robert Novak in the place where the latter is awaiting him.

    Good riddance!

NormanF on June 4, 2010 at 3:19 pm

Agreed. Its just makes me sick to see someone with his neo-Nazi and anti-Israel views be presented as though he is a mainstream conservative. Conservatism is embracing our enemies and rejecting our friends? Then Buchanan has a lot in common with Obama. Its just all the conservative frauds and poseurs don’t want to owe up to it.

NormanF on June 4, 2010 at 3:04 pm

Perhaps Buchanan that nimrod is taking some stuff from Helen Thomas…or Rachel Maddow in about 40 years!

This from the zairesh who wrote,

“While I want Israel to beat HAMAS, there is only one way to do so–total annihilation of the Palestinians, who are all HAMAS. And again, Israel neither has the guts to do this, nor the ability to do so with its unfortunate dependence upon America and the international community.”

Snaggle-Tooth Jones on June 4, 2010 at 3:11 pm

Why is anyone surprised by what this whacky nutjob writes regarding Israel and the Palestinians? He has consistently written this anti-semetic way for over 20yrs now.
Before he died Bill Buckley read him the riot act and basically drummed him out of the official conservative movement.

Time for RUSH Limbaugh, Malkin, Hannity, Coulter, etc to do so as well.

Also, to be fair, Al Franken in one of his books called out Buchanan as an anti semitic nazi sympathizer as well. So if the liberals can see it,……why can’t the cons?

Although………it’s not quite clear that these cons will do so. Dont know which way they’d go on that one. After all, Robert Novak was never officially drummed out of the con movement and he was a big anti semite as well. Cant take any bets that Limbaugh, Coulter, Malkin, etc. will drum him out of the movement, publicly and officially.

Aside from defending that Nazi SS deathcamp guard (name escape me for the moment) WHAT EXACTLY CONSERVATIVE has Buchanan stood for and lead the charge for, from a policy perspective, on the front lines of the conservative movement since about 1992? Answer: NOTHING.

Besides running for Pres. with a Pro-choice VP on his ticket, claiming that the DOW Jones is tied to the zionist protocols, and bashing anything Israel, what exactly has this person done to merit today’s modern conservative worshippers adulation?

M: Good luck with that. Hannity, Malkin, Coulter, etc. all praised Bob Novak, the open HAMAS supporter and Jew-hater. They have zero guts and won’t dare pull their columns from those sites. They are whores and would prefere the money and attention. DS

mimzy on June 4, 2010 at 3:35 pm

To Snaggle-Tooth Jones: it sounds like you might soon give up on Israel unless America “returns to the fold”. The Jews have survived 5,000 years of love and hate from the world. America’s turning away from Israel under Obama won’t last forever. In the meantime, Israel does have God on her side.

Raymond on June 4, 2010 at 3:48 pm

I just read Buchanan’s piece. I don’t know who he is trying to fool or who he is trying to score points with. It doesn’t matter.

His logic is flawed, his use of MLK is terrible and he is wrong.

I have only paid attention to a few of his pieces over the years and, in some ways, I have agreed with him. But not here and not at all.

From now on, everything I read of his will be through the lens of his false logic.

I said above “It doesn’t matter”, but I was wrong. It does matter because his logic must be shown the door, not glossed over.

Alz on June 4, 2010 at 4:00 pm

I read his column on TH. His anti Semitic screed did not go unnoticed by the readers. Many of the responses, perhaps most, were bitterly critical of Buchanan and many were calling for TH to stop running his crap on their site. As for me, anything that Buchanan writes or says will now be immediately consigned to the trash heap. It’s time for him to ride off into the sunset. Maybe he can find a new gig as a spokesman for hamas.

Thank you Debbie. You taught me awhile back about the conservatives that are NOT conservatives; and I’m a lot older than you!! I have written to Hannity, O’Reilly many times to no avail about why they allow people like PB to spout their hate! How do we make a difference to the likes of FOX? Just keep writing?

BLESS ISRAEL on June 4, 2010 at 4:06 pm

Thank you, Debbie, for continuing to expose the anti-semites that continuously get a pass from the conservative community!

Buchanan is not afraid to show his hatred for Isreal and Jewry.

We should never tire from exposing these ENEMIES!

docgary on June 4, 2010 at 4:39 pm

One has to conclude that it’s related to Pat “Buchenwald” Buchanan’s anti-Semitic hatemongering that he’s one of the very few pseudo-“conservative” voices on the moonbat-leaning MSNBC. Albeit a stereotype.

ConcernedPatriot on June 4, 2010 at 5:38 pm

Kenny Commodo: the anti-Buchanan folks over at the TH combox discussion are getting their asses handed to them by the resident paleocons.

Snaggle-Tooth Jones on June 4, 2010 at 5:53 pm

Another excellent post, Debbie.

Two things:

1) Pat Buchanan, along with the late Robert Novak, are idiots at least when writing on anything pertaining to Israel.

2) I agree that those conservative websites that Debbie mentioned that claims to be pro-Israel needs to drop Pat Buchanan’s column.

JeffE on June 4, 2010 at 8:46 pm

Twenty years ago when I used to watch Crossfire, I would never have believed that Buchanan was an anti-semite. Back in those days I really respected him. Then it seems with the end of the Cold War, he suddenly became an isolationist and then about 10 years ago starting deriding the “Neo-cons”. The interesting thing was that all of the neo-cons he ripped on all happened to be Jewish. Finally in the last 5 years he has been openly anti-Isreal and anti-semitic. I remember that Michael Savage used to have Buchanan on his show and then finally split with him.

jimmyPx on June 4, 2010 at 8:51 pm

When Savage dismissed Buchanan from contributing to his radio show, Savage stated, pure and simple, that “Buchanan is an anti-semite.” Buchanan fits in very nicely at MSNBC, however, with his viewpoint on Israel.

Neil on June 5, 2010 at 4:33 pm

I Remember when he also held the Jews responsible for getting us into the first gulf war. Never mind that saddam hussein invaded kuwait and the kuwaiti ambassador to the U.S. went to Congress to beg America to go to war on their behalf. Yet that cockroach pat buchanan claimed it was the Jewish lobby and their “amen corner” who got us into the war.

Laura on June 5, 2010 at 1:47 am

It looks like they’re all coming out of the woodwork; the long-standing anti-semites like Buchanan and Thomas feel invigorated (though to aplly this term to Helen Thomas…), and new ones, including new self-hating Jewish writers are popping up. The New Republic seems to be taking more and more of an anti-Israel position, openly repeating all the terrorist criticisms of Israel.

Without doubt, the reason Buchanan is on Town Hall, etc., is that there is sympathy for his views in those quarters. If there wasn’t, he’d be bounced. Any public figure who is not carrying out a sustained defense of Israel on this issue is not really a friend. A couple of sporadic, pious statements by politicians, the day after, are soon forgotten, and, if not followed up, cannot be taken seriously.

Little Al on June 5, 2010 at 7:32 am

Couldn’t agree more, Pat is a disgrace and has been for years.
That he and Helen Thomas agree on this should be proof to anyone that they are both blatant anti-semites.

Daniel K on June 5, 2010 at 9:48 am

Debbie what are you doing to me! Every time I mosey on to your site I get educated on fake conservatives! I used to enjoy Hannity in the afternoons, not anymore. I enjoyed skimming Townhall and WND, not anymore. You keep this up and all I’ll have is you…oh wait, never mind I’m cool with that.

Thankfully Michael Savage has banned Pat Buchanan from his show after his book the unneccesary war that made Hitler out to be the victim.

adam on June 5, 2010 at 10:34 pm

I usually agree with you Debbie, but I don’t see what good it does to attack other people who are fighting the same Anti-Jihadist cause as you. I live in NY & had a relative who was killed in the Twin Towers. I am very offended that a HUGE Islamic center is being build at Ground Zero. Especially one that will be funded by the same Saudi Arabian blood money that supported the 19 murderers who killed 3,000 innocents. Pamela Geller has put her personal security at great risk to organize & be the front person for the June 6th Rally. People do not usually risk their lives to get their faces on TV. You make yourself look very small by criticizing others who are fighting for the same ultimate goals as you. By the Way, I’m not so sure that enough public pressure can’t be asserted to stop the building of this Mosque … G-d Willing.

Great, insightful words Debbie. Neo-Nazi slime like Pat Buchanan are the real traitors to America, not the “evil Zionists” they obsess over. Every time they downplay and distort the Islamic Jihad being waged against all non-Muslims, America is a just a little bit more likely to be attacked.

You can blame American’s lack of vigilance and understanding of the real threats we face to the anti-Semite scum like Buchanan and the Paul’s who hate Jews more than they love life

Israel has God on its side? I think maybe you should do two things:

1) Get your nose out of that Scofield Reference Bible and lose that dispensationalist hoo-haw;

2) Start looking honestly at the *bloody facts of the matter*, and not Zionist spin, beginning in 1948.

I notice that neither you nor anyone else here has commented on Debbie’s desire to see all Palestinians exterminated.

And WE’RE the Hitlerian ones, hmmmmm?

It looks like that your reply to Raymond is, not that he is incorrect when he pointed out that G-d is on Israel’s side, but instead that G-d’s opinion on this is irrevelent. Spoken like a true conservative (saracasm).

STJ: “2) Start looking honestly at the *bloody facts of the matter*, and not Zionist spin, beginning in 1948.”

I noticed that your link says nothing about the 1948 war, so let me guess what you would claim your “bloody facts of the matter of the matter” are.

“Zionist spin”: On the day of Israel’s independence, seven Arab countries attacked Israel with the intent to wipe Israel out. They also called upon the Arabs to temporarily leave Israel to make the job easier. Israel was able to successfully defend themselves.

“Bloody facts of the matter”: On the day of Israel’s independence, The Israeli bullies decided to pick a fight against seven Arab contries while at the same time kicking out the Palestinian Arabs.

I think that I will go with the “Zionist spin”.

STJ: “I notice that neither you nor anyone else here has commented on Debbie’s desire to see all Palestinians exterminated.”

    I saw Debbie’s post:

    http://tinyurl.com/2g4pe34

She wants Israel to win the war against Hamas–and so do I.

I think Todd told it best in his comment on that thread when he said:

“When Debbie says, ‘While I want Israel to beat HAMAS, there is only one way to do so–total annihilation of the Palestinians, who are all HAMAS,’ she utters the one unmistakable solution to the Mideast mess. No war is won against fanatics when the enemy is allowed to stand in even the smallest part. Would FDR have hesitated to kill every Nazi party member and sympathizer if that’s what it took to win WW2? As it was, we did a pretty thorough job on that score. We had to go nuclear on Japan and convince Hirohito to de-deify himself to win in Asia. (BTW, that was the last act of utter courage any Democrat leader can lay undeniable claim to.)
Thanks, Debbie, for saying what needs to be said.

Todd on January 8, 2009 at 9:52 pm”

If you don’t like it, then tell Hamas, and all other of Israel’s enemies to end their crazy, illogical, illegal, and evil war against Israel. Of course, they won’t listen to you, and assuming that they won’t, then it’s either that Israel does what Debbie and Todd says needs to be done, or Israel will be the ones wiped out–short or long-term. (G-d forbid)

I’m sorry, STJ, but that’s the way it is.

STJ: “And WE’RE the Hitlerian ones, hmmmmm?”

Well, on Buchanan’s Hitlerism, would you mind explaining Buchanan’s book The Unnecessary War (no link from me) which basically makes Hitler–who was after all a fascist–out to be a victim in World War II.

Finally, as for your theory that Israel is being/becoming fascist, I would say that judging by Buchanan’s stance on Hitler and fascism, that if this were so, then Pat Buchanan would be Israel’s best friend. However, Buchanan is anti-Israel, so therefore that is but a tiny piece of evidence that Israel is in fact not only not fascist, but is in fact anti-fascist.

JeffE on June 6, 2010 at 10:48 pm

Debbie reviewed his op-ed on the eve of the 70th anniversary of World War II last year and I would only say that someone incapable of recognizing an extinct evil is incapable of recognizing a present day evil. Buchanan had to exonerate Hitler. So why should it surprise people he exonerates in that same spirit Hamas today?

      Why indeed.

NormanF on June 7, 2010 at 6:28 pm

To those of you here among the “respectable Right”, here’s what The American Conserative — you know, a REAL conservative magazine — said about Schlussel’s utterance:

[[In the 1950s, (the conservative publisher Henry) Regnery published several important books arguing for justice for the Palestinians. These included Freda Utley’s Will the Middle East Go West?, Alfred Lilienthal’s controversial What Price Israel – which Regnery ran by Elmer Berger and Willi Schlamm before publication; both of them urged him to bring it out – and Per-Orlow Anderson’s They Are Human Too. Regnery discusses these books in his Memoirs of a Dissident Publisher, which is available as a free PDF from the Henry Regnery Legacy Project (as is Utley’s book).

That was then. And now? Today we have Fox News, Pajamas Media, and people like Debbie Schlussel, who unburdened herself recently of this bit of bloodlust: “While I want Israel to beat HAMAS, there is only one way to do so-total annihilation of the Palestinians, who are all HAMAS.” Most of the neoconized Right doesn’t put matters quite so bluntly, of course. But follow the logic: they claim that vast civilian casualties are allowed, as long as the IDF only deliberately targets Hamas. Yet the more civilians the IDF kills, the more potential groups like Hamas have to grow. When this is the case, there are logically only two ways to end the conflict: either the killing must stop or it must intensify to the point where the Palestinians cannot fight back at all. (Or as IDF chief of staff Moshe Yaalon put it in 2002, “The Palestinians must be made to understand in the deepest recesses of their consciousness that they are a defeated people.”)

Schlussel advocates slaughter outright; the more respectable Right simply excuses it.]]

General Yaalon is exactly correct. But let me put it another way:

Arabs/Muslims (including Hamas)lays down their arms = peace.

Israel lays down its arms = its total annilihation and genocide and then the Arabs/Muslims looks for its next victim.

And oh the dig at neo-conservatives. Its always spelled J-E-W – and that’s code for saying Jews have too much influence on conservatism and America. Unlike Hamas Pat and his ilk. Oh how they pine for the good old days in which Jews couldn’t criticize them.

What’s fashionable again? Anti-Semitism, isolationism and an obsession with conspiracies. No wonder conservatism is lost in the wilderness. As long as it tolerates the likes of Hamas Pat within its ranks, it won’t get the respect it ought to deserve.

    Really a shame.

Debbie, I have ignored Pat Buchanan for a very long time but today, having nothing urgent to do, I decided to see if what you said about him was accurate. It was, and what a little cesspit his website is. I read a few of the comments to the column you refer to and it just made my skin crawl. So thank you for causing me to go check that horrid man out.

T: Thanks for the backhanded compliment and calling me a liar. Thanks but no thanks. If you didn’t know Pat Buchanan was like this, you are very ignorant and haven’t been paying attention for decades. Your ignorance is no excuse to doubt my work. DS

Tonestaple on June 7, 2010 at 4:51 pm

Debbie’s father was a far better American patriot than Hamas Pat will ever be. As Debbie noted, he paid his dues in Vietnam while Hamas Pat made sure he never had to risk his life for the country he supposedly loves. One has the impression he likes its enemies far better than he likes America. And conservatives accept that kind of stand. If only they had shown the kind of intolerance towards him they show for Obama. What’s the difference? And ignorance of his record is no excuse indeed – those familiar with him and his work know exactly for what he stands.

NormanF on June 7, 2010 at 5:52 pm

Buchanan is an idiot. For me, he lost all credibility as a thinker when he stated that after the fall of ’42 the Germans weren’t any threat. (Or something to that effect.)Now it’s true that El Alamein and Stalingrad are regarded as turning points of the war in Europe — BUT a turning point is only a turning point after everything that comes after it. The idea that you reach a “turning point” and then you’re safe is ridiculous. My point is that Buchanan is a very superficial thinker, and not worth reading. I’m not Jewish, but recommend reading Ayn Rand and Ludwig von Mises, both of Jewish descent and both endlessly informative. A final note: the cause of the Jewish people is the cause of all minorities and the freedom of mankind. Islam refuses to recognize NATURAL rights, that is the rights of all men. (Natural rights puts our common nature above any religion.) For any Muslim to demand a recognition of rights when they do not grant the same is pure hypocrisy.

Thanks, JeffE. I rest my case.

And Debbie, as I read the comments you’ve interspersed here, I wonder how it is that *anyone* considers you any kind of an authoritative voice. You’re clearly dumber than a bag of hammers.

And I rest my case, STJ.

    Concerning your comment to Debbie:

    Stay Classy, STJ.

I’m sure there’s a second thing that you are wondering about:

Why–as of this writing–no one has left any comments on your blog on at least any of your twenty most recent entries?

Obviously Pat is a bit of a racist and would have prefered that the US were a whites only country.
The problem in this case is that he also is an apologist to the muslim world and thinks the US would be better off if it did not support Israel as it does.
I believe he is now appearing mostly on MSNBC where he belongs with the anti-Israel ultra-liberal crowd.
I do not understand though why you are so harsh on Sean Hannity who seems to me quite supportive of Israel?

JeffE asks:

“Why–as of this writing–no one has left any comments on your blog on at least any of your twenty most recent entries?”

Because it’s a mostly unknown blog with, accordingly, few readers. But that’s OK; *YOU* read it, didn’t you?

There are certain tactics being employed, I assure you.

Thanks for exposing the human excrement that is Buchanan. It’s disgusting that he gets a forum on MSNBC on a regular basis and fellow Jew haters like John McLaughlin buddy up with him over the airways. One can only hope that he will soon join his fellow Nazi Robert Novak in the depths of Hades and Helen Thomas will ride shotgun.

DS,

Your Martin Luther King quote is a lie. He never made this “speech” in 1968 or any other time. To suggest that he would have supported Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians over the last 40+ years is an affront to his memory.

Some choices better than others, which is why it’s a must tto bbe very selective with

german cockroaches how to get rid of on September 25, 2014 at 1:39 am

there are many DIY ways to kill cockroaches like sprays, traps, and mixtures like bric acid, salt,
and sugar(to lure them in). If you are unsure who to call,
look for listings for pest or termite cintrol companies.
Food trappers are another way too trrap the roaches aside.

Agreed. Its just makes me sick to see someone with his neo-Nazi and anti-Israel views be presented as though he is a mainstream conservative
