Radioactive Vannity: Why Roger Ailes Forced Hannity From Tea Party Event

By Debbie Schlussel

By now, you’ve probably read Matea Gold’s LA Times story (and subsequent World Nut Daily utter plagiarism of the article) about FOX News forcing Sean Hannity out of the Cincinnati Tea Party event.  He canceled at the last minute, after being billed as the keynote speaker at the event to which tickets were being sold.  And this coward, Vannity, lied to organizers, telling them there was a Hannity family emergency and letting them believe someone in his family was seriously ill.  What a lout.

radioactive.jpgseanhannitylaughing2

freedomconcerthannity

This video from a Tea Party participant is veeeery interesting:

Yes, Sean Hannity is radioactive.  Since I posted my first story, a month ago, about Hannity’s Freedom Concerts scam and the Freedom Alliance charity rip-offs, Hannity and Premier Marketing, Inc. have steadfastly refused to produce the financial records for the concerts, including the hundreds of thousands of dollars of concert revenue that paid for Hannity’s private planes and on which a hefty profit was pocketed.  Ditto for Freedom Alliance, which has refused to provide a detailed accounting of monies spent on consultants, direct mail, and other wastes of money.

And because of that, everything Sean Hannity does–where there is money involved–is rightfully under suspicion.  Because of Hannity’s involvement and charging for tickets, everything is stuck under a dark shadow of doubt.  That’s why Roger Ailes made him cancel.  Hannity is damaged goods.  It’s ironic that the Tea Parties were billed as volunteer angry citizens just showing up to protest Washington wasting their money . . . and yet the event cost over $70,000 to put on.  Hmmm . . . sounds like ObamaCare.

And here’s the scoop on what happened:

You have to read between the lines on the LA Times Hannity story and know the background.  The order to cancel Hannity’s Tea Party broadcast came from FOX News Chairman Roger Ailes, not Senior Vice President Bill Shine–a shameless Hannity toady.  Shine, who is quoted in the article, is one of Hannity’s best friends.  They often drive into work together from their Long Island homes.  Both are big Howard Stern fans and listened to his terrestrial radio show religiously.  Shine produced Hannity’s show and Hannity forced out FOX News’ previous Senior VP of News, Kevin Magee, so that Hannity’s guy, Shine, could get the job.  Shine knew all along that Hannity was hosting his FOX News show from the Tea Party event.  They don’t set up the satellite trucks and feeds at the last minute.  It’s all set up well in advance.  And Hannity promoted it–and the ticket sales–repeatedly on his radio show, to which Shine listens, and on his website.

Shine knew, and Roger Ailes probably took him to the woodshed for being blindsided by this. Hannity is self-destructing.  He’s let legitimate questions stand because he refuses to answer them or provide proof, for example, that he paid for his own private jet trips to the Freedom Concerts, as he claimed.  He can’t provide that proof, because, in fact, he didn’t.  The luxe travel was paid for by the Freedom Concerts.  And Ailes and FOX News are worried.  Their well-paid star property, Hannity, is actually a two-bit whore . . . doing nothing unless he personally benefits.  It raises questions any time he appears anywhere and money is involved.  And that’s why Ailes put the kabosh on this.

Like I said, the Cincinnati Tea Party people put a sketchy budget breakdown of the $70,000-plus cost of their event on their website.  Now, because of the issues I raised, which Hannity has yet to disprove or refute, he is radioactive.  People know about his private planes, the lies about how the Gulfstream 5 and Embraers Legacy 600 flights were financed from concert revenue supposedly going to severely wounded soldiers and the kids of the fallen.  Any event which features him must show their budget.  And I’m not saying the Cinci Tea Party budget is legit.  We have seen no canceled checks, no invoices, just some amorphous categories of expenses listed by the accused.  And I’m not gonna take their word.  You shouldn’t either.  Like Ronald Reagan said, trust but verify.

I would like to know, for example, who was paid the $50,000 in security, refreshments, ticketing, and facility costs.  We need names of vendors and their principals to see if there was any self-dealing or impropriety.  Who got the bulk of the $9,000 in expenses listed for three speakers, including Jonah Goldberg?  We’ll never know, unless the Tea Party organizers provide real financial information, rather than a nebulous, brief breakdown.  And they used the same BS excuse as Hannity’s Freedom Alliance cronies–that “profits” would go for the future.  Uh-huh.  Sure they will. And finally, who paid for Sean Hannity’s private plane flight to and from Cincinnati and how much did that cost? Let’s see the canceled checks and bank records on it.

And, now, everything Hannity touches is tainted with these questions.  Legitimate questions he still hasn’t answered.  Oh, and let’s see his contract with the Cincinnati Tea Party officials.  They’ve yet to disclose it.  He hasn’t either.  I guess that’s another “Hannity family emergency.   Can’t talk right now.  Gotta go.”

Yes, the once-hot FOX News property, Sean Hannity, is not only self-destructing, he’s proving to be a liability and a headache not worth the male diva prima donna act.

I hear from sources at FOX News, Glenn Beck is licking his chops, and that Vannity could be moved to the less prestigious Greta Van Susteren slot. It may not happen tomorrow, next week, or even this year. But Hannity is on the decline. This is just the latest point until the impending nadir.

I am glad to see that the Tea Party is bringing attention to the ObamaNation of the DemocRATic Party, which is destroying our country from within. I still don’t believe the Republicans are the answer and I wish more people would consider supporting the Libertarian Party. Personal responsibility and the U.S. Constitution are the cornerstones of our Republic. In the words of Reagan, government is NOT the solution, it’s the problem.

Bonzer Wolf on April 16, 2010 at 2:51 pm

Bonzer, I am a libertarian and I believe the party will never be taken seriously until we field candidates who do not come across as lunatics. Ron Paul, who is kind of the poster boy for the party, does not have the chops to carry a winning ticket as a third party candidate. He makes all of us look nuts. I hate that this kind of consigns us to voting Republican in national elections, but unless we can develop attractive, intelligent, ARTICULATE candidates, we’ll continue to be a footnote, and not a national presence.

It sounds like Debbie may have brought down vannity. Congrats to you Debbie! I take a couple things away from this, one fox news is who I thought they were shameless thugs. Two its time for vannity to be fired. His ratings have sucked for a long time he loses almost half of oreillys audience on a nightly basis and greta has been beating him recently. Also, beck needs to hit the road, his ratings have been coming down and his show is pathetic. He talks into a teleprompter for the entire show and says the same type of things everyday. When he was at cnn I watched his show he had guests like peter schiff and john williams of shadow stats. Now he rarely has guests and if he does there from the liberal cato institute. His show is truly unwatchable. I could care less what fox news does and seeing as how they have a bunch of washed up hacks working for them I think they will move beck to vannitys spot. Heaven for bid you get an independant staunch conservative to host his own show. Fox needs new blood desperatly and stop with these rinos.

tyler on April 16, 2010 at 2:59 pm

And the Hannitys’ who’ve brought conservatism into low repute, aren’t the solution; they’re the problem. Yup, he talked about conservatism in exile; at the time no one had a clue it would be Hannity winding up in exile. When you don’t walk the talk, it gets right back at ya. After years of getting away with not having to do that, its finally caught up with Hannity. All we have to do now is wait for the denouement.

NormanF on April 16, 2010 at 3:02 pm

Tyler…. there are few people who can make politics sound interesting and entertainment. Rush Limbaugh does that very well but he’s the exception to the rule primarily because he’s good at what he does: entertain people. The rest just don’t know to really connect to an audience.

NormanF on April 16, 2010 at 3:07 pm

I agree to an extent Norman. I just think having very conservative views is what’s needed. Discuss the twenty five million illegals here. Expose businesses that employ them which I worked at one. Talk about getting good oil deals from Iraq since we liberated them. A point Michael Savage has made. You don’t hear any original ideas like this. Expose the real threat of islam and talk about how it’s the quran thats the problem, like Debbie did today. You could have a ton of information and I would probably watch it. It wouldn’t be politically correct so fox won’t do it. I don’t listen to talk radio anymore and when I did I only listened to Savage and from all of his original ideas you could have enough material for six months worth of shows.

tyler on April 16, 2010 at 3:17 pm

So finally after all these years the world is catching up with Hannity and his fraudulent behavior. So where do we turn now? How do we know the Tea Party isn’t just as corrupt along with everyone involved to provide false hope for those who are truly conservative patiently waiting for a candidate to run against Obama. We’re going to need a candidate who can override the liberal vote along with the Acorn votes pulled out of thin air or some officials trunk.

ARISHEM on April 16, 2010 at 3:36 pm

Deb, I DO NOT LISTEN to that phony piece of LI crap Sean Hannity. And if I ever worked for a news/talk station I would want PRONTO to get into being a PD…SO I COULD TAKE LORD HANNITY OFF THE AIR.

If he wasn’t doing satellite radio I would love to have Mike Church on said station. You appear on his program every week with your movie reviews and he does his great documentaries about the founding fathers.

Among the people I listen to for talk include Laurie Roth from the USA Radio Network; I listen online since no local radio station has the balls to carry her. I also listen to John Gambling on WOR 710…the Gambling family has been NY Radio royalty dating back to his grandfather. Of course Michael Savage I tune into as well.

I would listen to Curtis Sliwa, but he is heard on a hard to pick up station in AM 970 The Apple WNYM which is supposed to be be broadcasting 50,000 watts daytime, 5,000 watts nighttime.

Bob Porrazzo on April 16, 2010 at 3:47 pm

I think the most sickening thing about Vannity is his greed. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against obtaining wealth and enriching yourself. Hell, I want to be rich some day. But Vannity’s greed goes far beyond what most people of good conscience would do. He is a multimillionaire who can pay his own way to Freedom CONcerts and Tea Party events, but instead, he takes advantage of his position and rips off the clueless. What a scumbag.

One other thing that you must consider about this jerk. He is supposed to be Catholic, but his actions say otherwise. He supports contraceptive devices, which the Catholic church says is a no no. But the bigger one is his greed. As you know, greed is one of the Seven Deadly Sins. Greed is also a mortal sin to Catholics. If he is truly Catholic, he would go to confession every day and pray at least 100 Hail Marys and Our Fathers every day for penance.

Jarhead on April 16, 2010 at 3:53 pm

It’s clear Hannity is not an intellectual powerhouse. He’s memorized a collection of phrases (ie “g-d america, unrepented terrorist, regan conservative, etc) that he incessantly repeats. Maybe he has OCD and can’t complete a segment without saying these phrases.

I confess to watching the show (on TIVO while pressing the fast forward button while he’s talking). Ever since Debbie exposed his charities the guests don’t look to happy – Bob Beckel looks especially unhappy. Even Hannity looks a little shaken.

He needs to be off the air and not replaced by Beck. Beck wasn’t bad when he had guests, but now he just sits there and navel gazes.

Good work Debbie Schussel. All I can think about is how Frum got attacked because he picked up your Hannity charity story. They’re all gonna be eatin’ crown and looking for a new bread & butter supplier.

sandy on April 16, 2010 at 4:21 pm

i am thinking he must make millions in salary ?? why would he be a putz for a few bucks………

drew299 on April 16, 2010 at 4:33 pm

Bob P. is right. Mike Church’s show is a million times more entertaining and informative than Hannity’s could ever hope to be. I would love nothing more than to see him get the opportunities that Hannity has to reach a large audience.

He’s the single best reason to listen to Sirius. Plus I found out about Debbie’s site from his show – THANKS MIKE AND DEBBIE!

Dont Tread On Me on April 16, 2010 at 4:36 pm

According the Nielsen’s first quarter ratings, Hannity’s numbers were up nearly 50% from the previous year.

I’m not saying Hannity is a very strong intellectual conservative, or that he isn’t even a little disingenuous … I’m just saying the numbers speak for themselves. You can read between the lines all you want, but I don’t think Hannity is going anywhere any time soon.

Vince on April 16, 2010 at 4:37 pm

Vince – I agree that ratings will not force Hannity out. However if the charity concert racket gets more coverage he’s out. I know alot of people who LOVE him. I’ll never understand why – he repeats everything. I think they love him because they see him as a man of the people – just a regular good guy. If he is being dishonest about the charities there goes the nice guy image.

sandy on April 16, 2010 at 4:59 pm

I used to watch Hannity and Colmes, mainly for Colmes, because he would think things through. But, as Hannity got more formulaic, so did Alan, and then the whole thing jumped the shark, and now it’s a mess.

Sean Hannity: I always KNEW there was something dark going on behind the scenes, and now we know what it is. That Boy Scout thing he does, being a cute “gee-whiz” teddy bear. Hey: You don’t get up that high on the food chain being the male version of Pollyanna — you got to have teeth.

It’s been a good act, Sean. You’re a better actor than I gave you credit for.

Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out.

As for replacing him and the blubbering Glenn Beck: How about Larry Elder? Or, the unsinkable Dennis Miller, the wackamole of infotainment?

Jonesy on April 16, 2010 at 8:47 pm

Things can change dramatically if the FTC and the IRS decide to launch an investigation into Sean Hannity’s finances from Freedom Concert and-maybe-Cinci Tea Party.

If both of these scandals continue to grow, Roger Ailes may decide to cut Hannity loose before he damages the FOX News brand.

Antoinette on April 17, 2010 at 4:39 am

Newsflash- FOX is not a conservative news network. It is a bit to the right of CNN, which is a bit to the right of MSNBC. All of them are left of center. O’Really(sic), Greta, Shep, Huckabee, Sean…still waiting…where are the conservatives (who don’t eat dinner with Al Sharpton)? Ailes would give Al Gore a show if he thought it would get enough viewers.

Jay Patrick on April 16, 2010 at 5:37 pm

Sorry to be OT, but I know you can’t resist a good sports/criminal story. I certainly don’t defend Ben Roethlisberger (in fact he is becoming downright Clintonesque), but the hypocrisy of the Obama-loving Rooney family (Steeler owners) as they distance themselves from Roethlisberger is too much to take, especially after Dan Rooney stood proudly behind another player even after he shot a policeman in a famous incident in the 1970’s. Not all criminals are created equal in Steeler-land.

salt1907 on April 16, 2010 at 5:41 pm

Why don’t you see if MSNBC will have you on the Rachel Lesbo or Keith Overbite show to spill the beans to the public about Vannity?
That would be very very entertaining to see.
I’m sure they would pounce on the chance to have a red blooded American conservative throw Vannity under the bus & expose him as the scamming fraud that he appears to be.

Who cares? on April 16, 2010 at 6:21 pm

It was hard for me to believe Hannity was a scammer, but DS posted the facts and facts don’t lie.

This story should help those who didn’t want to believe it.

Hannity is imploding. Just another hypocrite jerk!

Skunky on April 16, 2010 at 6:33 pm

G-d bless Debbie Schlussel. She’s never flinched yet when facing down muslim thugs, fat lez Hoprah, J-no, various MSM phonies, and now Hannity Levin and North! To these we can add MI gov GranHo, atty gen Cox, jihad Darrell, Palin, Bush et al et al. She has never sold out for dirty money or the slimy way to the microphone or camera.

There is a true patriot and example here for us to trust and emulate. DS rocks.

BB on April 16, 2010 at 7:19 pm

I too resisted the temptation to see hannity as a con. He clearly does little of his own writing, most of his rants are bits lifted from conservative blogs. Yes he is very cheap and lacks all credibilty now.

Lars on April 16, 2010 at 7:57 pm

Sean Hannity has become so problematic that even Fox News is taking notice now. His television program struggles with even getting outside guests of ny stature to participate. I have a feeling that Roger will be making a switch soon. Beck, whether loath or love him, has earned the right to a better time slot for his program due to his ratings. Mr. Beck consistently tops 2 million viewers with his pre-prime program, and would do even better with a prime time slot. In the end, it will be a business decision, and Mr. Hannity will probably be demoted or have his contract paid off just to get rid of him.

sorrow01 on April 16, 2010 at 9:25 pm

Tsk..tsk..tsk, I bet the libbies are just loving this. True, Hannity incessantly reminds us of the Reagan but guess what, culturally, we reside on a different planet today. We can’t live in the past.

Today’s youth are being brainwashed and indocrinated into multiculturalism through public education. Many of today’s youth view the world from an “emotional” driven environment, and voting for an African-American to the Oval Office regardless of qualification, makes them “feels good” in the name of “social justice.”

But, I call it “WGS” (white guilt syndrome). And the Hannity’s of the world need to step aside or else, the phalanx of Orwellian media will have his lunch and discredit the movement.

Patrick on April 16, 2010 at 10:35 pm

Ya wouldn’t mean Hannity’s not a “great American”? Would you?

spiffo on April 16, 2010 at 11:11 pm

Ms Schlussel: I do not doubt that you may well have succeeded in mortally wounding Mr Hannity’s amazing career. I never cared all that much for Hannity; nor, in fact, do I doubt that many, if not the vast majority of your allegations regarding Mr Hannity are true. However, I would like to sound a gentle note of caution to us all, lest you (or your readers) take pleasure in Hannity’s undoing.

man_in_tx on April 16, 2010 at 11:12 pm

Debbie

I’m glad to see somebody call out frauds like Michael Medved, Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin et al for being the frauds they are. Medved masquerades as someone who has things right on Muslims, but only when Robert Spencer is his guest; otherwise, he’s a champ dhimmi when it comes to excusing what Muslims do, particularly the people who run Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States, et al. On the Seattle jihadi Naveed Latif some years ago, Medved made it a point to mention that this Paki thug was Christian, which he wasn’t. And by being such a fervent supporter of Mel Gibson, he demonstrated that there can be Judeophobic Jews on the GOP side as well. Illegal immigration is not his worst sin – his worst sin is being a blind supporter of everything done by either Bush or the GOP part of the Congress.

By itself, I wouldn’t normally have a problems w/ that if it were just his views, but he also has that infuriating habit of condemning those who vote for third parties on principle, rather than hold their noses and vote for a GOP that they strongly disagree w/. He calls Libertarians Losertarians, but has never managed to explain how ‘Losertarians’ are better off by supporting GOP candidates who stand for everything they oppose, and oppose most of the things they stand for.

I am unaware of Rabbi Lapin and what he’s done wrt these issues. Last time I heard him, he was urging that the only reason for US troops to be in Iraq would be to kill people & destroy property, which indeed is the only job of the military, not nation-building. Actually, for my support, it’s essential that any public figure explicitly names Muslims the enemy, and make it a point not to interfere in internecine Muslim conflicts, except maybe for the sake of prolonging them.

Also, just for the record, I support the Loyalist Party, not the Libertarians.

Infidel Pride on April 17, 2010 at 1:47 am

Infidel, you are quite right on Medved…he has become such a squish, it is nausiating to me. His continued support of Mel Gibson is troubling…I gave him a pass the first time, but now I think that nasty hypocrite IS a Jew hater. I can’t respect that.

Medved, however is tactically correct on his Losertarian views. No matter how you slice it, you just can win as a third party. He’s all wet in other things and comes off as a wimp now. Disappointing. Used to love his show.

Skunky on April 17, 2010 at 12:02 pm

Medved HAS explained, and it is simple:

By supporting a party which, he believes, CANNOT win, you have divided the vote for the Republican Party, and that will allow a Democrat to win.

Simple. You may not believe the Republicans are in concordance with your beliefs, but CERTAINLY the Democrats must be even further from your beliefs.

Remember what happened when a third party candidate named Ross Perot ran. It resulted in a Presidency for Bill Clinton.

You can rant about this stuff all you want, but the facts do not change because you want them to. Politics is not “organized” like engineering, or science. Simply because you may have VERY VALID beliefs, that does not mean that you must vote those beliefs when the electorate is going to vote in such a way that you will wind up dividing the vote base for the more conservative of the two major parties. If you cannot wrap your mind around this, then I pity you.

Guy Noir on April 24, 2010 at 3:28 pm

Dennis Miller would be fantastic, as would Mancow. Other talk shows who still impress me are Roger Hedgecock and while it ran, Lee Rodgers. Didn’t much care for Melanie Morgan, but liked OV as well. Some of the substitute hosts, like Michael Smirkanish (sp?) were also good.

Another annoying thing about Hannity was his often playing Levin’s moronic ‘Get off the phone, you big dope’ and Levin sometimes calling ‘Dr’ Hannity, the one where he pretend-plays a councillor. I’ll somehow bet that flirty Flipper has more brains than Hannity does.

Infidel Pride on April 17, 2010 at 2:03 am

Infidel…Smerconish is a total phony! He endorsed Obama and is practically a Liberal. He is an absolute disgrace!

Rusty Humphries has a great show. He is one of the few Conservatives that does not back down. He takes it to McCain, O’Reilly…and even Beck now and then. He got sore at me for the latest Hannity thing, but he didn’t realize where I was coming from ‘cuz I was interacting on his live feed. Thought I was speading lies, but I’m not. He’ll see.

Quinn and Rose and Rush I just can’t do without. I like Mike Church, but I am not as Libertarian…but he knows his stuff and is sooo funny. Wish Wilcow was not on during Rush.

S: Rusty Humphries?! Ha. That guy is a creep. He bragged to his gay friend, the plagiarist Aaron Klein of WND, that he was happy when his wife died. “The bitch is dead. Let’s go celebrate.” Then he married some bimbo, right after. Hmmm . . . did the authorities investigate? They should have. DS

Speak for yourself. I’m not scared to speak up against fox news and liars. More of us on the right have a duty to do it because the left seems to think we all approve of the likes of vannity. I have been criticizing fox news and all the rest for years. Debbie is brave I will admit that so if thats your point I agree. I wish there were many more like Debbie but unfortunately I haven’t found any. I want to start a blog and a youtube channel to adress mostly my disdain of fox news but talk is cheap and I haven’t done it yet. I really believe there are millions of people like us but right now our voices aren’t being heard.

tyler on April 18, 2010 at 10:36 pm

Um, Tyler, I was speaking kinda covertly about her thoughts on Rusty Humphries if you must know. She said something in her reply that I had NEVER, ever heard someone speak of but of which I had thought privately in my mind. I had been wrestling with it in my mind because I still think he is one of the strong Conservatives on the radio who is not afraid to take on McCain, Beck, O’Reilly, William Ayers ghost-writer and the “birther” issue.

So she confirmed something I deductively suspected and has been the only person to think that his re-marriage was rather quick. That bothers me and it has for some time. So I was a bit jazzed to see I was not the only one to think that way.

Hey Debbie,All: I attended this Tea Party in Cincinnati. I am in no way a fan of Vanity/Hannity so it was nothing to me that he cancelled. However the reasons given and timing – since i arrived early on for the evening – were not convincing at all/dubious at best. I am certain there are several people upset…not me however. And Hannity on his television show has not uttered one word of apology which i find somewhat amazing, it would have been polite to say “something”! Perhaps that is how far the lie then goes.
However I heard some very good speakers at this event — Jonah Goldberg’s message was particularly good.
I cast my vote for Laura Ingraham who appears regularly to debate/and sometimes wholly carries OReilly’s program. She is a take no-prisoners conservative, and very tough on any who comes to debate. She was given a show in the 5 p.m. slot pre-Beck so I wonder if they would have her back.
Laura at 5 p.m., OReilly [who i disdain more and more everyday] in 8 p.m. slot, and Glenn Beck in at 9 p.m. — there is some meat here, i’d say. I would totally enjoy the absence of Vanity/Hannity…yes he is a poseur and THANKS DEBBIE for your work in exposing him for the cheapo-fraud he is!!! Awesome! Keep on rockin!

R: Laura Ingraham – a “take no prisoners conservative”? Ha. Definitely not. She supports animal rights, is against real estate development, is an eco-freak, a huge kiss-ass to leftist Bono, supports gay rights, supports more AIDS funding, says Islam is moderate and that most Muslims are moderate, etc., etc., etc. And there’s more. Please wake up. If that’s conservative, what’s liberal. DS

rerader 07 on April 17, 2010 at 4:16 am

Guys, this is my first time that I have ever posted on this board, I originally posted on Andrew Breitbart’s boards, he doe’s a great job on his site (not taking nothing away from Breitbart), but unfortunately his website has somewhat turned into a tabloid webpage. This is one of the few websites that’s exposing the stuff that Hannity is doing, folks, it’s no different what Hannity is doing is similar to what Obama is doing to our great country, so in other words, Sean Hannity is like a Elmer Gantry of the right wing. Ms. Schlussel, your doing a good job on this guy’s so-called Freedom Concert event shows, when I first listend to his show 5 years ago, I listend to him on a daily basis for three straight hours, I thought the dude was a real conservative, until I discovered Michael Savage that same year.

But when Dr. Savage mentioned that Hannity’s Freedom Concert’s where a fraud, I was stunned and I almost disagreed with Savage, but when Savage’s show finished that day, I went onto my computer, researched the story and wouldn’t you know it’s a fact, and Savage was right. Ms. Schlussel, I read that some employees and contributors for NewsCorp are clients at Priemere Speakers Bureau, is Limbaugh, Malkin, Al Sharpton, O’Reilly, Juan Williams, Van Sustern, etc. are clients at Priemere Speakers?

Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!!!

“A nation is identified by it’s borders, language & culture!”

SR: Andrew Breitbart’s face is dark brown from his extreme butt-kissing of Sean Hannity and FOX News. He took the lead in apologism and lying to readers on Vannity’s Freedom Concert scam. And all of his videos on ACORN with Hannah Giles and O’Keefe turned out to be heavily doctored and basically false. He is a hack as much as all the others. Please wake up. He’s a phony who just wants to line his pockets, like he did when he founded the liberal Huffington Post. DS

Sean R. on April 17, 2010 at 10:48 am

Andrew Breitbart founded the Huffington Post??? Sorry I guess I missed that one. I thought it was Arianna Huffington, Kenneth Lerer, and Jonah Peretti, at least according to said Huffpo, as well as Wikipedia. Leave it to those damn liberals to lie. At least we have DS to set the record straight.

N: Breitbart brags about this. Google it. DS

Has anyone gone to the Hannity forums ever? I use to like Hannity but the way his has his people run his forum is pathetic. You get free speech, to a degree. You cant say anything negative about Hannity. You mention Beck too much, or during a time when Hannity is on the air, you get BANNED!
Hannity and his pal Levin, have a problem. They are completely jealous of Glenn Beck. Hannity does not ever let the words “glenn beck” slip from his lips. He acts like he doesnt ever exist. Levin, well known to be Hannity’s pal, takes constant cheap shots at Beck. Notice, this all started when Beck went to Fox and go excellent ratings. He has been getting more attention than Hannity/Levin and they cant stand it. Beck has become the media whipping boy, and they are jealous because they cant influence and reach and teach as much people as Beck has. Not saying I always agree with Beck, but I enjoy him a heck of a lot more than either of the other two phonies.

What happened to the video above? Did someone by chance, download it?

ISmokeAndItSucks on April 17, 2010 at 11:02 am

Good work Debbie, keep hammering him and the Ohio Tea Party to produce their records, now!

I just wish Michelle Malkin and the rest of them would stop defending Vannity.

Not one peep from her, who is supposed to be the “whistleblower extraordinaire”.

Yeah, right.

She is only interested in protecting this phony Conservatism akin to Obama and the Democrats.

And that Tea Party is Ohio is just not credible if they do not produce their records.

T: Puh-leeze. Fraudkin has always been a phony and a hypocritical hack. She doesn’t know the meaning of “whistleblower.” “Ass-kisser” is a word she knows quite well. DS

Theodosa on April 17, 2010 at 11:04 am

I was thinking about posting a link to this on Hannity’s forums, but I think Id get banned immediately. They dont take kindly to anyone questioning Hannity. Over there, you cant say anything negative about him or you get booted. Its rather amusing really.

ISmokeAndItSucks on April 17, 2010 at 11:10 am

Jamie,

When Sean opens up all of his records to full disclosure we can stop reading through the lines and finally get the truth.

Unfortunately that may not happen until hell has a hole in the ice and winged pigs are coming out of the hole.

Theodosa on April 17, 2010 at 11:26 am

And along with Hannity, all the pseudo-conservatives who defended him and do not have the honesty to admit they were wrong. At least sixty years ago politicians took the lead in combatting the socialist/liberals. Of course they generally had opportunist reasons, but they did some things right. ow they just sit there, defer to the talk show hosts, appear every now and then on the talk shows, listening to the talk shows praise them uncritically; Rush’s substitute host couldn’t even bring himself to clearly support Hayworth over McCain. So the talk shows have virtually eliminated themselves as a serious conservative force. While Hannity is one of the worst, fundamentally they are all alike.

Little Al on April 17, 2010 at 12:37 pm

Vbcvbcb
your vid exposes yourself as a hack Hannity crony.
The facts stand unrefuted–Hannity and FA were dropped from Charity Navigator as a recommended charity from the exposing that less than 8 percent of their collected slush is spent on it’s stated mission. Where are the tax returns and audited financials for 09 and 08?

They are probably even more damning. Freedom Concerts gig financials are a bigger mystery. And you do a half assed video to try to perfume the pig.

Nice try but no cigar. Hannity Levin North inc is exposed as a fraud.

I find it interesting how many Republicans say, as they’ve said for the past 30-plus years, “Government is the problem” – yet they all seem eager to be a part of that government, don’t they? And once in office, either elective or appointed, they never refuse the salary and benefits that come with that office – do they?

Not even their icon, Ronald Reagan. And after these paragons of low taxes and limited government end their terms, I notice they don’t refuse the pensions, the Secret Service protection, the office space and support staff, the presidential libraries – all paid for by the taxes they say are so evil.

Yes, government WAS the problem for Ronald Reagan – the problem being how to spend all that he was making at the public trough while cutting programs and services to benefit the average American.

David from Ohio on April 17, 2010 at 3:04 pm

Interesting what you propose. This would be an individual of extreme wealth, someone like a Bloomberg or an Ahmanson. Of course the practical aspect of reimbursing the USA for the expense of Secret Service protection is a problem. The protection would not be needed except for the existence of the executive position of the POTUS.

Frankly, a good counter argument could be made that the salaries and expenses are immaterial overall, or are primarily “sunk costs”, since the POTUS receives something like $350k salary and most benefits “in kind” (use of orchestra, autos, airplane, resort–Camp David). Thoughtful concept anyway.

I bet Savannah is one of them thar birthers and reads Wingnut Daily everyday and thinks Sarah Palin was sent to us by the Holy Ghost.

Theodosa on April 17, 2010 at 7:13 pm

Wow .. Did I wake up in another world ? a conservative bashing the hand that feeds them ? The angry Tea Buggers have no idea what they are even angry at, and Hannity just provokes them more untruths to rant about.

BL: You must be joking. PUH-LEEZE, none of these people “feed” me. Not even close. I expose frauds on all sides of the aisle, right or left. That’s the difference between me and the rest. They are just the amen crowd for whomever pretends to be on their ideological side. And they all attack me for daring to tell the truth about them. DS

Diamond Girl on April 17, 2010 at 7:33 pm

hi Debbie, great work. this is all why these tea parties look like a mess.

so! the rumors are true…its the time slot Beck wants. 9pm will yield him more viewers, lets just hope he does not run for Prez someday…we never know.

Hann needs to retire and go home. you cannot do radio, tv, events at once, make a choice and do one thing.

LP on April 17, 2010 at 10:24 pm

The reason vannity does a daily tv show, a three hour radio show, events, book signings and writes a book is for money. Like a previous writer said, his greed is astonishing. Its scary just how greedy him and palin are I think they have a serious problem. All these hacks seem to be exactly the same, just look at how many books beck says he has written in the last three or four year I think its like fifteen books or more. Beck also has a tv show and radio show. They say its to better America and inform people but if it were me I would do it for fifty thousand a year if your message is important. Why does palin charge the tea party a hundred thousand if her speech is noble and will have a purpose. Its sickening to me that no one ever calls these phonies out. Were told of a left wing media but why haven’t they exposed vannity with Debbies info by now? Its just one big racket!

Just as the singer of Big Blue Something had “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” to connect him to his “moving on” girlfriend (“And I said, “What about ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s'”?), Debbie and I have a mutual disgust of Sean Hannity, despite whatever disagreements I may have with her from time to time. I don’t know if this is anything more than a tempest in a teapot, but clearly Fox was unhappy that Hannity’s show was being used to bring in money for a political event. If Hannity got smacked down for it, fine – you push the envelope, sometimes you get pushed back. But it’s the godawful, stupid lie (illness in the family) that shows the true colors of the fraud Sean Hannity. There was no reason he couldn’t have said, “It turns out that it’d be a conflict of interest for me to do my show as a participant in this rally” and that would be that. Nooooo; instead, Hannity needs to lie. Sean Hannity has a silver tongue, and a sharp memory, but in the end, he stands for Sean Hannity and only Sean Hannity. And I won’t even begin to talk about the creepy people he surrounds himself with . . ,

gmartinz on April 17, 2010 at 10:40 pm

I fell off the Hannity bandwagon some time ago. I don’t know if it was the incessant self-promotion (constantly mentioning who is on the show tonight and buy my book), the same repeated rhetoric every show – seriously listen to first 20 minutes of every radio show and it is exactly the same – or this new book he wrote about his plan to save America. I have a little blog that I pay for and I wrote a few paragraphs on how to take back America at the beginning of the year. It didn’t take a whole book. I just laughed when I heard him touting his plan because it is nothing special or “new”. He consistently has Newt Gingrich (the sellout) and John McCain (liberal RINO supreme) on as regular guests. Greta has more conservatives on her show. And his pathetic great, great, great, ad naseum American panel never has regular everyday people on – that would be something to see. So nothing surprises me about this schmuck. I’ll continue to get my news and commentary from the new media.

FreedomsWings on April 18, 2010 at 12:19 am

Oh, man, you are so right! I was even thinking about all the self-promotion this clown does. And it isn’t the necessary “I’ll be appearing here” or “I’ll be on so-and-so’s show.” It’s the “I was the first to do this” and “I was the first to say that.” First, first, first. Me, me, me. My God, you’d think he’d conceived and delivered Jeremiah Wright, the way he boasts about “discovering” Reverend Wright’s true nature. And to say nothing of his embrace and promotion of the UNBELIEVABLY WRONG ALL THE TIME Dick Morris and the morally reprehensible Newt Gingrich.

gmartinz on April 18, 2010 at 4:04 pm

Many ostensibly ‘conservative’ news outlets spanked Debbie for first reporting on Hannity’s questionable charities, but really gave no story to the ‘family emergency’.

If there was/is an ’emergency’ one would think that even the ‘conservative’ newsies would want to report to Hannity’s fans what it was…circulation numbers and all that.

I think Hannity’s getting woodshedded by Roger Ailes right this minute.

PA: There was no spanking. There was just attempted flailing at the air. They provided no refutation of a single fact I presented about Hannity’s scam and fraud and resorted to fabricating, as well. Not to mention regurgitating the denials of Freedom Alliance, as if the shameless denials of the scammers are truth. DS

P. Aaron on April 18, 2010 at 3:10 am

Michael Savage has pointed out the frauds of this guy and others for some time as well. Nice piece Debbie in reporting “fair and balanced”. All frauds need to be pointed out, no matter what side they claim to be representing.

thomas o'malley on April 18, 2010 at 8:20 am

ZerO’Reilly, Chicannity and Speck are, just like the MSM motuh pieces they slam, snake oil salesman spewing teleprompter assisted nonsense out of fear of losing their multimillion payday. Corrupted by their own success they will, like a carnival barker, say or do anything to line their pockets or bank accounts

ZerO’Reilly is nauseating when challenged, like the MSM libtards, he throws out his Harvard education when he is incorrect or challenged. Especially when legal descisions don’t fit his emotionallly incorrect view on the subject. His degree is from one of the lame liberal arts colleges prevalent at all colleges today. Couldn’t hack it as a teacher, but he learned how to manipulate his viewers by practicing in the education system.

Chicannity has been exposed by Debbie for what he is a fraud.

Speck is the most dishonest of the bunch because he is Obama-lite, i.e. without his teleprompter or assistants he would be like the kid in school who pays someone to take his test for him. He is a hypocrit. Professes freedom of speech yet calls Geert Wilder a fascist, uses the Cato Institute for support of his isolationist, anti-Israel military views and, worse, claims to support free enterprise but the only businessman whom he can get to appear on his show is Mr. Huntsman. A powerful businessman in the Utah Mormon community. To me it appears Speck wants to ingratiate himself with the movers and shakers of his faith, i.e. make connections to better himself financially by providing a place to go when his show runs its course, not promote free enterprise.

OccamsrazorX on April 18, 2010 at 10:27 am

Debbie, I read your accusations about Mr. Hannity and the scam using Freedom Alliance. I respectfully ask you, where is your proof?

N: Ah, another Hannity-bot who cannot read tax forms or read at all. Did you try clicking on the many links, tax forms, witness statements, etc? Or was that too complicated for you? There’s plenty of proof. The question is where are your reading glasses and reading comprehension skills? DS

In the end, once actual data is revealed, we will all be able to believe. But, like Reagan I say, “trust, but verify.”
Seems to me it would be easy to verify the assertions the expenses are paid for by Hannity himself. Seems to me it would be easy to show funds are going to accounts intended to benefit youth of the fallen.
The real truth is, if the Tea Parties are being used to advantage anyone personally, it is subject to all sorts of critical attack. My initial reaction is the movement was founded w/ the best of intentions by folks who really do want their constitutional republic to survive & flourish.
If Hannity is part of any plan or action that denigrates or damages the Tea Party movement, I will never forgive him. If he has used that movement for personal aggrandizement or profit, I will never forgive him. His personal agenda has always touted his love of country & his desire to see our fallen soldiers & their families treated right.
So I hope & pray the Cinci people are ready, willing, and able to show what was spent on whom & for what purpose. I hope & pray their finances are all in order. I hope & pray they can show there were no shenanigans. I hope & pray Hannity can also show his personal expenses & can prove he did not profit from Tea Party money.
I understand they had to charge to cover their overhead. I also understand that one cannot hold a major event at a venue for free. Somewhere along the line, someone must be paid to cover the expenses of a venue. This too is understandable.
I also know many speakers from all political positions demand &/or desire special accommodation for them to speak. Bendable straws sounds outrageous, but lets be real here folks, they are also incredibly cheap. Not wanting the roof of the mouth cut by a straw while in the midst of an energetic speech because the straw does not bend, is understandable. In the end, water they like, a straw, or other minor accommodations mean nothing. Its the real expenses that will discredit any involved.
So lets demand the expenses be revealed so we can all either put this to rest or show we have been had by political opportunists seeking personal financial gain! Much of this or could be understandable & even acceptable.
But, not if personal profit motives are involved.

S Rubicon on April 18, 2010 at 9:31 pm

Debbie, I can only hope and pray that Sean Hannity comes correct re the Cincinnati Tea Party, the Freedom Concerts, and any and all expenditures related to his appearances. That being said, great job in uncovering the wrongdoing. I USED to be a fan of his several years ago, but as I kept listening to him, something didn’t seem right in my gut. I finally stopped listening to him altogether. I listen to Rush and Dr. Savage as far as talk radio goes. I think for the next year or two, you’re going to see the charlatans being weeded out, and the TRUE rock-ribbed conservatives staying on the radio.

As an aside, Hannity did one of his shows from a field eight miles from my house last September, to point out the drastic water situation in the San Joaquin Valley. Kudos to him for that, but I now wonder about the expenses of THAT trip.

Jon on April 18, 2010 at 10:32 pm

As much as I despise Hannity, I believe you’re on a complete wrong track here.

In recent public statements Rupert Murdoch said that FOX News shouldn’t be supporting the Tea Party movement. Hannity’s forced retreat has surely more to do with these statements than Hannity’s alleged “radioactivity”.

Hey Debbie, thanks for the information mam, I didn’t know that Mr. Breitbart founded the far left wing Huffington Post, but I’ve heard O’Keefe & Giles story on exposing ACORN, in which ACORN is the modern day Tammany Hall.

I’ve come to realize DS that on these forums your moderators don’t use “awaiting moderation” BS whenever anyone is done typing their post, whereas on Breitbart’s website, almost everytime I post on his site, there’s that annoying “awaiting moderation” message, I don’t know who moderates Breitbart’s website and I’ve complained to Mr. Breitbart on that, I don’t use profanity language, I don’t use racial/ethnic slurs (I am NOT a close-minded racist or bigot, etc.), etc., all I do is give out the facts and the truth on his site & I don’t use no type of agenda as well.
