I remember watching this. I remember laughing at the marksmanship of leftist Danny Glover. I don’t think his leftist leanings were known at the time. At least I was unaware.

I have noticed that lately, every Muslim man can do something outrages inside the jet plane and just get a finger wagging. If there is no serious prosecution , this kind of crap will continue.

Lethal Weapon 2 wasn’t the best of the series (I think 1 and 3 are better) but we all get some guilty pleasure at that scene. Because we all want justice done, and it so rarely is.

I’ve remarked in the past how talent and righteousness don’t always go together. Before politics entered the picture, I also enjoyed Glover’s work in the original Lonesome Dove miniseries.

I heard that he wasn’t charged with anything! I might not have this right, but he lit a cigarette in a bathroom (illegal), said that he was blowing up the plane (illegal), and that’s nothing? Explain to me how we’re taking terrorism seriously? All passengers on the plane should file civil suits, but he should be in jail.

Funny how you have danny glover, a far left loon, doing something that left wing loons would whine about.

A better scene would have Danny Glover sit down with the guy, and talk about why the shooter hates Mel Gibson, and what can be done to make things more civil. What can Mel Gibson’s shot up character do to make it better for the attacker. That is liberal logic for you.

Then again, the shooter was white and danny glover was black. So to a liberal it might be ok. Blacks attacking whites is usually justified with liberals. If Danny glover’s character was white and the shooter black, then you might have a major issue. It would be considered racist.
