The above would only be relevent if these two Saudi men were Shias. Also if they are Shias they couldnt possibly be Al Qaeda or radical Salafists (all anti-shia)
At best they could be Hizbullah or Iranian agents.
Taqiyah as a concept originated/exists under Shitte Jurisprudence.

The students and driver had absolutely every right to be alarmed at the eerie presence of Islamic Arabs on the school bus — history has taught us that these cowardly worms often target young people, children, and buses filled with people.
Must we start arming the bus drivers with tasers, or other such weapons, in order to accomodate the socialist Liberal’s multicultural dystopia?

Though I am not an Islamic Scholar, Takfir is completely different from Taqiyah. Maybe you intended to use some other term?
NO, TAKFIRIS ARE EXTREMIST SUNNIS WHO ARE BASICALLY AL-QAEDA MEMBERS. THEIR DOCTRINE IS “Takfir wal Hijra”–EXCOMMUNICATION & EXILE. PART OF THEIR BEHAVIOR AND BELIEF SYSTEM IS TO UTILIZE TAQIYA TO DECEIVE THE INFIDELS AND NON-BELIEVERS. THEY ARE NOT SHI’ITES.

Famous Sunni scholar, `Allamah Wahidu ‘z‑zaman Khan of Haydarabad (India) says: “Taqiyah is proved from the Qurían, “except when you have to guard against them”; and ignorant people think that taqiyah is some?thing peculiar to the Shi’as, while it is allowed in the Sunni faith also at times.” [4]
