CAIR’s Hollywood “Diversity” Seminar: HAMAS Tightens Its Grip on Hollywood

By
For years I’ve documented on this site and elsewhere how Hollywood whitewashed Muslim terrorists completely out of most movie and TV scripts. The few times Muslims are actually portrayed as terrorists, we’re enlisted to sympathize with them. It’s not their fault. It’s ours. In addition, they’re really working for the White corporate American man (always the case on “24”–read about it and , among my other work on this). And most other Muslims are shown as the sweetest, most tolerant, most peaceful, most victimized group of people you’d ever meet on this planet.

CAIR:

Council on American-HAMASic Relations Tightens Its Grip on Hollywood

So, given this, I had to laugh when I received this e-mail and linked “article” from HAMAS unindicted co-conspirator/unindicted terrorist group CAIR–the Council on American-Islamic Relations–in my inbox yesterday. They already control the agenda, but they whine that they need to control the agenda, especially with the folks at FOX who repeatedly kowtowed to them with “24”. Absurd, but no surprise:

CAIR-LA, FOX Co-Host ‘Hollywood 101’ Workshop
(LOS ANGELES, CA, 10/8/07) – The Greater Los Angeles Area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-LA) and FOX Television recently co-hosted a “Hollywood 101” workshop and studio tour to introduce aspiring Muslim writers, directors and actors to the entertainment industry. The event, held at FOX Studios in Century City, was also designed to help promote a positive change in Hollywood’s portrayal of Muslims and Arabs.
Those taking part in the event included students and entry-level professionals hoping to build contacts in the industry and seeking tips on advancing their careers. Participants were given a tour of the studio lot, a presentation on FOX internships and a one-hour interactive seminar featuring five industry professionals.
One participant, Nadia Afghani, said the unique event introduced her to the possibilities awaiting Muslim artists in the entertainment industry. “The CAIR Hollywood 101 seminar was phenomenal…I walked away that day feeling inspired, motivated, and hopeful for the Muslim (community),” said Afghani.
CAIR-LA Executive Director Hussam Ayloush said efforts to engage media outlets that shape popular culture are crucial to promoting an accurate and balanced portrayal of Muslims in America and around the world.
“Our goal is to help nurture aspiring Muslim artists and to act as facilitators in providing support to emerging Muslim talent in the entertainment industry,” said Ayloush.
Ayloush thanked FOX, in particular its Diversity Department, for co-hosting the event and realizing the importance of engaging young American Muslims who seek to work as entertainment content creators.
CAIR, America’s largest Islamic civil liberties group, has 33 offices and chapters nationwide and in Canada. Its mission is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.

Hilarious that this is being done through CAIR’s “Diversity Department.” CAIR is not interested in us seeing a “diversity” of Muslims, just one: the whitewashed kind I’ve identified above.
They already control the “cleansed” lens through which America sees everything in the entertainment realm. They just want to make sure that they maintain–and tighten–their (and HAMAS’) grip on Hollywood.
Keep that in mind with any portrayal of Muslims, Christians, Jews, America, and the Mid-East, that you see coming out of Hollywood.
They’re not exactly holding the same kinds of seminars for the Minutemen or the U.S. Military or pro-Israel groups.

CAIR has learned well from its mentors, Jesse and Al. Soon to come, picketing jobsites that donĂt hire enough Moslems.

CAIR is a subversive group that should be exposed for it’s the enemy propaganda. Hollywood useless idiots will work with the Islamist enemy to brainwash the American Sheeple into dhimmitude. God help America.

NBC’s “Law & Order” Promotes Anti-Jewish, Anti-Israel Sentiment
Damaging misinformation is being conveyed about Israel not just in news stories, but in popular culture items as well, such as Oprah and Vogue magazine, and now a popular NBC police drama. A “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” television episode that aired Tuesday, February 27, 2007, fosters negative stereotypes of Jews as disloyal Americans and Israelis as brutes who demolish Palestinian schools and kill innocent civilians. During this time of escalating anti-Semitism and anti-Israel animus, the show’s executives have shown extremely poor judgment to promote such an anti-Jewish, anti-Israel storyline.
True, it is only a fictional TV show, but because the “Law and Order” series (of which there are numerous variations) is advertised as having plots “ripped from the headlines,” some viewers may not realize the program is pure fiction. TV executives obviously have the right to air an offensive episode presenting anti-Jewish and anti-Israel sentiment. But rights are generally tempered by individuals acting responsibly and weighing the real-life consequences of their actions. It’s time for NBC to consider the impact of its dramatic characterizations that denigrate Jews and Israel.
The NBC blurb for the show:
Season 6 Episode, 9/8pm 2/27/07
POISONED JOURNALIST REPORTS HIS OWN MURDER TO DETECTIVES
When journalist Josh Lemle (guest star Lee Tergesen) learns he has Polonium-210 poisoning, he rushes to tell his old friend Detective Logan (Chris Noth). Lemle is convinced it traces back to a story he’s working on, but all leads turn up clean. A secret dinner is revealed and the detectives learn there may have been a case of mistaken poisoning. Logan pledges to help the dying Lemle get to the bottom of his murder, which is just a matter of time. Chris Bauer, Eric Bogosian and Julianne Nicholson also star. TV-14

obscene, that in order to be seen as ‘even handed’, the entertainment people need to demonize the Israelis
and to make arab slaughter of Jews understandable

Hollywood is going Looney Tunes. As Porky Pig (Can he exist in today’s Hollywood?) might say: “That’s all, folks!”

“Porky Pig (Can he exist in today’s Hollywood?)”
No way, too offensive to Muslims. Funny how Jews never found him offensive, I guess we’re not politically correct enough.

I find the behavior of many Americans strange. For example, you will seldom see an American soldier portrayed as benign and comforting in Hollywood productions, with few exceptions. The truth, however, is the opposite in most cases. Michael Yon has photographed and reported on soldier conduct, as well as a young sergeant named Brian Horn (173rd Airborne)with his “Anysoldier” site. When you are afoot in a far away land, the first “hopefull” thing that catches your eye, that seems “familiar” are the children. They for the most part haven’t acquired the suspician or hatred of their elders, and remain curious. Just like kids at home. GI’s react to that positivly, and in some places that is risky business. Splody-dopes can be very young. But, even with the risk, the GI will still warm to the kids. I’ve been there, done that, in a past war, so I’m not guessing.
My point here is simple. I am not surprised by distorted portrayals of decent people on television and in movies, usually in outrageuous unrealistic scenarios to boot. There are Americans among us who need to express their “shame” and foist it upon the rest of us. Their entire rationale for existance requires it…a demand for attention on them, as if the rest of us are dolts of little intellect. Popular dhimintude tody is but the most recent manifestation of this abberition. It’s a surrender mentality when you suck up to those who’d kill you, by abandoning and denying the characteristics that make you American in the first place.
Not sure I have made a clear point here, but I tried. These apologists do not speak for me, nor do they represent reality. Unless we cave in to them.
