Reason #454,738 Not to Shop @ Muslim-Owned Gas Stations (& How to ID Them)

By Debbie Schlussel

As I’ve told readers before, I refuse to buy gas at Muslim-owned gas stations.  And a recent episode in South Florida, in which a Muslim refused gas to a supporter of Israel is yet another reason to add to my myriad of reasons NOT to shop at these places:

I don’t know where their cash is going and whether it’s being sent “back home” to fund terrorist operations (as has happened in Michigan many times in the past–and many gas stations were owned by Hezbollah agent and financier Ali Jawad, whose relatives in the Safieddine family were convicted of participating in cheating customers out of gas).  In the 1980s, in a joint State of Michigan-FBI investigation, Muslim-owned gas stations were caught ripping off customers, giving them far less gas than what the pump said they were getting.  The money was going to finance Islamic terrorist groups:  the P.L.O., Abu Nidal, and Hezbollah.  I have no way of knowing if they aren’t doing the same thing now . . . and I assume that they are, in fact, doing it.  And, as I’ve noted, many Muslim-owned gas stations have been caught cheating customers at the pump, just recently (see here also, with Arabs who ripped off customers).  I don’t know how little of the cash they earn is actually being declared to the State and the feds.

Plus they hate me.  And there’s no way to know if the gas or soda money they earn is used in mosque dues and Islamic school tuition–both other sources of anti-Semitic, anti-American, pro-terrorist hate–or “zakat,” Islamic “charity” donations, which funds who knows what. Check out how a Christian pro-Israel man was treated by a Muslim gas station employee in Tampa.  And check out how it was Christians who protested this anti-Israel gas station.  If only even a sliver of my fellow co-religionists were as supportive of Israel and the Jewish people as these fine, courageous Christians, whom I’m happy to have as friends and allies.  Kudos to Tampa Bay TV reporter Tanya Arja for covering the story:

About three dozen people stood outside a Brandon gas station Thursday, protesting the treatment of a customer.

Mark Moser says he was pumping gas at the Citgo station on Brandon Blvd last Friday when the pump stopped at $1.88.

Moser told FOX 13 he went into the station to ask why and was surprised by the clerk’s response.

“I told the gas attendant, ‘My pump shut off, what happened?’ He said, ‘Yeah, I shut the pump off,'” Moser recalled. “I said, ‘Excuse me?’ He said, ‘You pray for Israel; I pray for Palestine. You’re not getting any gas here.'”

Moser believes the clerk saw the decal on his windshield that reads, “Pray for Israel,” with a Christian fish on one side and a Star of David on the other.

He has two other decals on the windows that read, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.”

The owner of the gas station, Nasir Abuoleim, said through his attorney that they investigated the claim, and that the employee admitted to denying gas. . . .

Moser — who held a sign at the protest that read, “Denied gas for praying for Israel” — said he is not Jewish but that the Bible tells him to support Israel. He said he is not after money; he just wants to take a stand.

Good for Mark Moser. He should adopt my strategy of not shopping at Muslim-owned gas stations (or any Muslim-owned businesses, for that matter). Even if he’d never had the spigot turned off for supporting Israel, he has no idea where his money is going, once it reaches the hands of the Muslim owner of this establishment. And why take a chance?

A couple of years or so ago, I was late to a meeting with some feds in downtown Detroit.  I was at the bottom of my gas tank and in a hurry.  I pulled up to what I knew was a Muslim-owned Sunoco gas station because it was an emergency and I really needed gas.  But as soon as I went inside, I could hear the two employees saying how HAMAS is really a respectable organization and “not the bad guys.”  I walked out.  Not a penny from me for those cretins. I went somewhere else, and was even later to my meeting. Sorry, guys.

Locally, here in the Detroit area, friends have asked me how they can avoid Muslim-owned gas stations.  I have a few tips, which you can use no matter where you are in America (and you can use for others businesses, not just gas stations):

*  Shop at corporate-owned gas stations, like Costco, 7-Eleven, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and Meijer.

*  Shop at stations you know are owned by the corporate gas station chain, instead of franchises.

*  Ask questions and find out who owns a station.  I’m never afraid to ask who owns a gas station, and if they are afraid to tell me, then I know it’s likely not someone to whom I want to give funds of any kind. If a gas station owner’s name is Mohammed or Mahmoud or Ahmed or Hamid, I’m not buying from them.  “Mo,” “Mike,” and “Sam” are often used to hide names like Mohammed.

If the owner’s name is Milad–a Christian Arab name (which refers to the birth of Christ)–or Paul, that’s my new gas station. If the owners are Christian Arabs, I let them know that I am shopping there because they are not part of the Ikhwan (the “Brotherhood”). They know what I mean and like to hear it, often resulting in even better customer service.

* Look around and notice what’s on the walls behind the counter. If you see artistic-looking Arabic writing posted on the wall–which is usually koranic verses or the name of allah–it’s a Muslim-owned gas station. In the Detroit and San Diego areas, many gas stations are owned by Chaldeans–Iraqi Catholics. I shop at those, because they are easy to identify. I look for a Cross or a picture of Christ or the Virgin Mary somewhere on the wall, or a Cross around the neck of the owner.

*  Be wary of gas stations, where attendants tell you the credit card mechanism isn’t working and that you must pay cash only.  That’s usually a sign you are getting cheated, and they are hiding income from the feds and possibly funneling it to terrorist operations and/or overseas.

Or with a name like Barry Hussain Obama, this should have been a no brainer when it came to running our American country. What’s wrong with people these days?

Foreget the terrorism. How aer large swaths of Arab immigrants supporting large families with no skills in this economy?

Yes, I know, they use free labor and loans from their clan families, no taxes, workers comp, etc. I don’t buy it, however. The last Caucasian gas station went out of business ten years ago in my (large) community. Where’s the money coming from? Marriage fraud only goes so far…

Debbie hi I am glad I came across ya site. I live in a neighborhood that has high income families with that said I am pissed that every gas station is run by rag heads within 5/6 miles and they have this Muslim BS signs, posters in their windows , counters etc . The scary part is their sitting on two large bombs called gas tanks. If they all decided to blow um up can you imagine the devastating effect in n around the tanks not to mention no gas to bf found for miles if any. Their selling Worlds finest tax free candy n charging taxes on it where is our Attn Gen now? The sad thing is people are lazy and will shop at these stations ignoring the scary truth that they hate us. And if anybody tells ya different their prob involved with these Muslims . Wake up America …..blacks n whites lets join hands and fight the real enemy!!the terrorist not each other.

I am a white female born in America and after reading this I know I’m in the minority as being an owner of a gas station…we should be opening in a few months…thanks for the interesting commentary.

Bible say’s to those who support Israel; I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curse thee.

I definitely want God’s blessings. I definitely do not want God’s curses!

I will not patronize any Muslim owned business or work on, or in any Muslim home or business( I’m a contractor ). They are not honest people, I know of other contractors who have not been paid , or have had bad experiences dealing with Muslims , almost every job in fact.
