45 Muslim Doctors Planned Attacks on America, or Why I feel Like Cassandra

By
In mid-May, I and described the case of a by deliberately refusing to treat him. Several pan-Arabists and pan-Islamists, lefties, and assorted other clueless vessels who love to shroud themselves and Muslims with the generally false adjective “moderate” cast doubt on me.
As usual, I felt like Cassandra, the persona from Greek mythology, who always predicted in advance what was going to happen and warned others who laughed at and doubted her. When it was too late, they saw that her predictions and warnings always came true.

First, Do Harm

Now, we learn not only that all eight suspects in the attempted British Islamic terrorist bombings from last week are Muslim doctors, but that 45 Islamic doctors planned terrorist attacks on the U.S.
Call me Cassandra Schlussel (with all due apologies to my friends at the great site The Cassandra Page).
Now, the British are changing their policy of recruiting and not scrutinizing Islamic medical professionals they’ve brought to their country. And they’ve pledged to tighten the system and crack down on this problem.
But, here in America, we’re NOT doing the same. Michael Chertoff a/k/a “Mr. Burns” has sent ZERO directives to Citizenship and Immigration Services to re-evaluate medical visas for Muslim doctors. Unfortunately, many Muslim doctors come here on special visas to work in small towns and at big universities, when we actually have no shortage of either. And the DHS Serpenthead looks the other way, despite past front page stories on this in the Wall Street Journal.
And a question for my friends in the FBI offices in Detroit and Chicago, who I know read this site. When will you re-open your stalled investigation into the large group of Syrian medical doctors in Detroit who raised money for HAMAS and other terrorists? You know you have wiretaps and financial records documenting this, but you did nothing and shut it down. Why?
Will it take them killing their American patients or killing other Americans for you to finally do something?
Actually, I think you will never do anything, no matter what. The episode (see also, ) speaks volumes.
And that’s why you’re Famous But Incompetent. The street level agents are good, but they’re working for FBI supervisors who engage in PC Orthodoxy with the “Religion of Peace and attempted British bombings by Doctors.”

Debbie–
Good stuff as always, but—
Cassandra was not a goddess. She was the daughter of Old King Priam of Troy (she was a princess of Troy).
She was very beautiful, and Apollo fell in love with her. She did not reciprocate, and her prophecy gift was cursed with the non-belief aspect.
The worst example was when King Agamemnon of Greece brought her home as a sort of war trophy, and she knew that both she and the king were to be killed as soon as they landed.
She also warned the Torjans about the Trojan horse–to no avail.
THAT POINT IS DEBATED. SOME SAY SHE WAS A GODDESS:

SOME SAY SHE WAS NOT. EITHER WAY, YOU GET MY POINT. BUT IN THE INTEREST OF ACCURACY, I WILL CHANGE IT TO SATISFY ALL WITHOUT CHANGING MY POINTS.

Deb, I don’t know if you’ve come across this story but I thought it was pertinent to this blog topic:

Cassandra was cursed by Apollo. No one was to believe her predictions.
Who put the curse on the Bush administration? It is impossible to believe anything they say.
The difference is Cassandra told the truth.

The FBI are more concerned with fictional “hate crimes” against Muslims here in the U.S. than they are with going after Muslim terrorists. They basically state (in a roundabout way) on their website that the FBI exists to protect terrorists already in the U.S. from “hate crimes”: http://www.fbijobs.gov/043.asp

Debbie:
You are, as always, a true Cassandra. You have been since before 9-11, when you warned us about Islamic terror in America and CAIR long before the rest of the country became focused on Islamic terror for five minutes after 9-11.

Actually, I’m not sure that I like the Cassandra analogy anyway, since lots of people believe Debbie, and she is NOT cursed.

Debbie, when i was in school the administrators brought in an Iranian man for several weeks to observe. He was a bastard, rude to staff, and told me that the Americans deserved to be taken hostage in Iran because they were trying to help the Kurds or something like that. The professor Levine told me he didnt want the guy around, but he just suffered through it like the rest of us. He was the first and last iranian they brought in. The Kuwaitis on the other hand were polite, apparently apolitical, and not that religious. One i became friends with and i used to tease him about writing back home to tell his local newspaper what a friend he was to Israel and the Jews. He would always say “No No No”.

It’s a sad reflection of Amerikkklan literacy when you have to explain what Cassandra is:(
With HMOs and now terrorist doctors, it’s a good thing that when i need SERIOUS medical care, i go to civilised countries like Canada.

Its time to elect a President who will put in people serious about Protecting this country and more importantly will broom these Liberal hijacked government bureaucracies.

jpm100 on July 5, 2007 at 8:23 pm

I wouldn’t rely on the government to protect you completely. Exercise your 2nd Amendment right, just in case. There are people in the gov’t that work very hard to make America safe but they constantly run into bricks walls from the PC/America hating FBI and State Dept. Ok, well there are a few good FBI agents but many are too PC and just don’t have the stomach for warfare and that’s exactly what this is.
I was trying to explain to two retired Feebs with no military experience, mind you, that stress positions and fake menstral blood is not torture. They continued to argue with me that we shouldn’t stoop to the terrorists level. How in the world is rubbing red ink on a Haji telling him it’s menstral blood they same as cutting off genitals of captured soldiers? I tried to explain to them that in war when people’s lives are in danger, you need to be creative, you need to make people uncomfortable, you don’t need to torture them but you need to get the information in a timely manner. You don’t have time to build a F@#in repore with them, like the FBI does in the U.S. They just didn’t get it. I recommend every FBI person working on terrorism needs to hang out with some soldiers in Iraq, Infantry not some support unit at a palace.
Ok, I got way off on a tangent but we are in deep shit with this PC thinking. Prepare yourselves and keep a rifle in your house and learn how to use it. How do you think we won our independence, because everyone owned their own rifles and the average Joe was able to defend his land.

Cassandra Schlussel speaks the truth. jpm100 wants a president of and for the people. But not one of the 18 wannabe candidates for president at present has any real intention to do the job right… just different degrees of wrong.
We the people need to pressure these clown candidates until there isn’t a phony molecule left in their clown minds and they understand we mean it. Maybe then there will be a real leader left standing.

Emenenema, I found your remark about going to Canada rather curious. I lived in Buffalo from ’81 ’til ’03. I drove a taxi there for 13 years so this isn’t a scientific finding and I was just a cab driver. Over the years I noticed a pattern of Canadians coming over the border to go to the hospitals on this side. I was just one cab driver so it’s a rather small sampling. But, I dare say that all Canadians wern’t put in just my cab. Some were coming over for dialysis. There was even a time that the Saudi royal family came over and rented out two floors of Buffalo General Hospital. Only hospital staff and cab drivers knew what was going on. The mother of one of the kings or princes needed a speciality. They took over two floors for security purposes plus they needed room for the family members that traveled with her. Boy, I wonder what the bill was. Gee, just think, if you lived in Miami you could catch the next raft to Cuba to take care of your medical needs.

HOO-RAY,Norman finally got one right.
As for Ms. Schlussel, let’s compromise on the moniker…I offer “Princess of TRUTH”.

billybob on July 6, 2007 at 9:48 am

billybob, Do not take this personally, but we need to highlight the issue of this blog.
Cassandra not only told the truth, she could predict the future. Apollo, who was pissed at her, made sure that those in power would not believe her (or follow the warnings).
Ms. Schlussel, princess or goddess or simply pretty woman, not only speaks and publishes the truth, she also most accurately PREDICTS and WARNS. It is Bush and his gang who are adverse to the truth and the warnings. Why? (I am not anti Bush; I am pro America and its people.)

when i opened my first chiropractic office in 1995 it took about 3 weeks to become credentialed with medicare to provide care for medicare recipients. when opening my second office in 2004, it took three months. the consultant i hired for credentialing purposes, told me the delay was because of new homeland security measures. i was hopeful at the time that the delay was at least related to weeding out illegal muslim docs from practicing here, but now who knows if anything would be done if they did find any.
