New Nigerian Immigration Scam: Marry Your Daughter

By Debbie Schlussel

I’ve written many pieces on the increased frequency and tolerance of incest and child molestation within Islamic families.  But in this case, it’s not about real incest, just faked marriage to stay in the country–perpetrated by Nigerians who are apparently Muslims (based on their first names).  Anyone else would be embarrassed to marry their daughter, even if the relationship is a fake.  But leave it to certain illegal aliens to do anything to get what they want, including a fake wedding of father and daughter.  This is the mother (or is that, father-daughter?) of Nigerian scams.

Daddy Dearest: Brit Immigration Official Married Daughter to Get Her UK Visa

Oh, and by the way, the scammer works for the British government–for their IMMIGRATION authority(!)–the British “Home Office,” which has been aware of the scam for two years and did nothing about it. That’s no surprise to DebbieSchlussel.com readers since I recently posted news about British Attorney General Patricia Scotland and how she, herself, knowingly employed an illegal alien assistant. And the UK wonders why it is sinking.

A Nigerian Home Office worker ‘married’ his own daughter to get her a British visa. . . .

The extraordinary scam was apparently executed by Jelili Adesanya while [British government] ministers turned a blind eye.

Mr Adesanya, 54, has lived here for more than 30 years and holds a British passport, but wanted his daughter, her husband and their four sons to join him from Nigeria.

He faked a wedding ceremony complete with a photograph of the happy ‘couple’ which helped fool immigration officials that his daughter, Karimotu Adenike, was really his wife.

Miss Adenike, who is in her mid-30s, was duly granted permission to live in the UK.

The pair are waiting for her to be granted a permanent right to remain before they undergo a quiet divorce and attempt to bring the rest of her family here.

It is expected she would try to remarry her real husband to get them all visas.

But despite being tipped off two years ago, the Home Office seems to have done nothing to stop the scam by one of their own workers.

Until recently, Mr Adesanya was employed as an occupational health nurse for the Home Office, working with immigration officials at Gatwick airport.

A whistleblower sent letters to the High Commission in Lagos and the UK Border Agency including specific details such as names, addresses, passport numbers and even a copy of the wedding photograph.

When there was no response, he sent emails to then Home Secretary Jacqui Smith and ministers Vernon Coaker and Phil Woolas on February 1 this year. He heard nothing. . . .

Although her settlement visa expired last month, she [Miss Adenike] is hoping to be given the right to remain. . . . His daughter had confirmed the arrangement when she told a friend she would shortly apply for her own British passport and ‘divorce daddy’.

Last night Jonathan Sedgwick, from the UK Border Agency, said: ‘These individuals are already under investigation, and I want to make it clear that abuse of our immigration laws will not be tolerated.

Yeah, sure. There is no “death” of the West. There’s only the suicide of it.

You know… PC officials in the UK deserve what they get coming to them. They don’t listen to good people in their own country and in Nigeria who warned them about the scam. If the West is losing against scammers like the one Debbie profiled here, just imagine how much its losing to Muslims.

That’s small cause for comfort. Countries that don’t mind who comes to take up residence in them have pretty much lost the right to police their own house. That’s not by any means just the UK… its happening here too on Homeland Security’s and ICE’s watch or more accurately, the absence of it.

THERE ARE NO prim and proper Brits left.

The Brits of old would politely, but quickly, send these marriage frauds packing…

A popular Toronto writer of British heritage, Kathy Shaidle, has coined an appropriate phrase, when she sees contemporary Britain condone similar stupidity,

“Come back Luftwaffe, all is forgiven!”

I’m losing the energy to comment on these pathetic bastards anymore (meaning our own PC officials and politicians who allow the country to be given away). Yet another sappy caregiving commercial will be broadcast come anther election year and these foolish americans will vote in the same scumbag politicials who cause this same behavior on our own shores. Someone tell me where will it end and what will be left of us when its over. I’m watching closely the hearings being put together for the 9/11 terrorist and I already see the case they’re putting together to allow their release.

I don’t know, this isn’t very far removed from people like Jessica Simson’s dad who says and does creepy things all the time in regards to his daughters.

So what’s the deal with them having different last names to begin with? And then she kept her different last name after the wedding?

Is it just me or does dad look like OJ Simson?

I’m not going to lie-she’s pretty hot but I wouldn’t want to get involved with a girl whose dad is her ex.

Last night on the History channel they were talking about WWII and how overnight 120,000+ Japanese Americans were placed in internment camps as potential threats to America. The soldier they interviewed was of Japanese heritage but was born and raised in Utah. His comment was, (paraphrased) “the internment camps made us (Japanese-American soldiers) want to show everyone that our commitment and support and pride in America was as strong as anyone elses. And they wanted to prove it by representing the United States heroically in the war.”

They wanted to show that they were good Americans too. What a concept. Hurray for those soldiers and for our wartime leaders for protecting us when hard decisions had to be made.

Today’s leaders can be handed a bad guy with obvious proof of ill-will and they turn a blind eye.

We really need to lose our dependence on oil or our PC attitudes will be our downfall.

I’m beginning to think that another immigration law that needs to be changed (in addition to the automatic citizenship for being born here, creating the anchor baby problem) is the permanent visa you get for marrying an American. If these Americans ran the risk of having to go back and live in their spouse’s native country, would they be so quick to choose an immigrant – especially an illegal – to marry?

DG in GA on November 19, 2009 at 10:11 pm

I’m sure this has landed on the doorstep of America already. Being that ICE is no longer in the marriage fraud/illegal alien scams business (then again, they never were!)this will propogate until it becomes another festering boil on this country’s weak immigration butt.

Hey DG in GA, don’t bother looking for another immigration law to be changed; DHS and their illicit offspring can’t, better yet, won’t enforce what’s already on the books.

Hey, as long as those BS report entries on 5 year old, legacy customs milk the t*t cases keep coming, you’re in good hands. LMAO

Its a war between the haves and the have-nots! The whites have been dominating the world for years, and its over. We rely on the the third worlds cheap labour and oil way too much to get back to work ourselves. We would need to STOP all immigration of any Muslim to our countries and shut down the Mosques. But we are all terrified of them, look what they just did in France!!!!

I had a relationship with a guy who is non muslim but yet conditioned and controlled by his family, father mostly. He was a great guy until it came when I needed to move on cause there would never be a life with him. He went back home to Iraq to find a wife and picked what was left among them. Paid her family money and her paper work is now in the process of getting her here. His family here lives in a duplex together at least 16 people and still counting They all work, go to school, college bring the money into one house and yet live off the system. They all have to marry within their religion and not race.
I had another relationship with a Muslim in which I still work for and am trying to find a way out of here. He is married, but not legally, prearranged to his cousin and his 2 brothers that live here same situation.
I hear these guys say all the time they have no money yet their family comes in and out of America and how is it ok for them to be married by a verbal agreement in the United States, living together and not married legally, entitled and able to get benefits as a husband and wife as if they went before a judge, priest and God, legally.
