Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

Exactly how long does she expect the country to be locked up? Is Michigan suppose to become the new North Korea? I like the way she trashes the protesters. Isn’t this the party that is always telling us that protesting is a “patriotic American duty”? I guess not if it is about them. If it is safe to go to planned parenthood, why wouldn’t it be safe to go to the dentist or a doctor’s office. It has nothing to do with being for or against abortion.

Wearing of burqas (for public safety of course) is recommended but not mandatory at this time.

In 2012, the world adopted the name Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), another oronavirus that originated in bats. Because Obama was president, there was no problem labeling it based on origin; it is still labeled MERS today. But because Donald Trump is president, the world has to kowtow to China and label this “COVID-19.” We should be calling this one WRS. The media and leftists are such frauds. Has anyone noticed how similar her name sounds to Kretschmer Wheat Germ? I’m not joking. Some have compared her appearance to that of a Klingon from “Star Trek.” But it figures that those on the Left who scream “sexism” and “misogyny” and “she’s being targeted just because she’s a woman” anytime this wench is rightly criticized for her fascistic measures, has engaged in far more demeaning, degrading, sexist, misogynist insults against South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem who, thankfully, has thus far not caved to the mobs demanding these totalitarian, Stalinist lockdowns for the entire country.

Meanwhile, speaking of her fealty to Planned Parenthood, I hold Whitmer partly responsible for inducing and inciting a 22-year-old Michigan mother, Marylinn Feher, last April, to murder her newborn son and then have her boyfriend dump the baby’s corpse into a garbage disposal. That, to me, is the perfect encapsulation of the Left’s attitude towards life – utterly worthless and highly disposable.

There have been a number of surprises over the last year or so even from the right with the NRA, the President and Bob Barr seeking refuge in violating and condoning trashing the US Constitution over Red Flag laws.

Not surprising governors now even Ron Desantis has stepped outside the constitution but not without notice. The more I learn about this virus the more I feel the virus patent owner needs to be held accountable for the care custody and control of that substance and it’s use.

What I have found out is that it’s a lot more delicate than previously thought and is not passed on through hand to mouth as stomach acids destroy it quickly. Sneezing or aerosol appears to be the best mode of transmission and the numbers are appearing to look like a normal flu. Often too ventilators are a problem.

The lockdown is one thing. But what strikes me is how she’s used it to create a fiefdom of her own, w/ her bizarro rules.

If one is stuck at home, now is the perfect time to do all those home improvement jobs that one was sitting on, and what does she do? Ban the sale of paint and garden seed. So that the only options for people would be watch Netflix, play video games, sleep or… smoke weed (which has not been banned, even though paint is).

Then there’s the rule about going to one’s 2nd home outside the city, while allowing out-of-state residents to do that. Also, when allowing kayaks and jetskis while banning motor boats, did she also rule that only one rider is allowed on either?

I do hope that she’s the VP pick for Biden, so that Vice President Pence can take her apart during the debates for her above anal policies ?
