EXCLUSIVE: Jill Stein’s MI Recount Lawyer Was Dem Party Chair, Is DNC Member; My Own Michigan Recount
If there were any evidence that Jill Stein’s costly recount attempts are being done on behalf of Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party, it’s the identity of her chief Michigan recount lawyer.
The attorney leading Stein’s Michigan recount legal machinations is none other than Mark Brewer, current member of the Democratic National Committee. I used to call Brewer (who has attacked me publicly for being a conservative and right on the issues) the Michigan Democratic Party Chairman-For-Life, because he was chairman of the Michigan Dem Party for years, since I can remember (he held the job at least 18 years). But in 2013, he was finally unseated by a younger but equally liberal model.
Brewer is as liberal and as loyal to the Democrats as they come. He was a big Hillary Clinton supporter and has known the Clintons for years. He wouldn’t be leading Jill Stein’s recount efforts in Michigan without the Clintons’ and Democratic Party’s sanction and–more likely–urging.
Brewer is an attorney at the ambulance-chasing personal injury firm, Goodman Acker, which is also dominated by Democrat activists and officials. Partner Gerald Acker, who is the “spokesmodel” in the firm’s schlocky TV advertising, is a major Democratic Party donor. Acker was all over the Detroit media, pimping the Obama Iran deal in the same manner as he pimps his sleazy firm’s, um, “services.” I’m told he is also a J Street donor (though I cannot verify that). Acker’s son, Jordan Acker, is fresh from the Obama White House, where he used to work until recently. Prior to that, he worked at the Department of Homeland Security for Obama’s incompetent Janet Napolitano. The junior Acker was also the Communications Director of the Michigan Democratic Party. As a self-hating Jew (like daddy), he worked for anti-Semitic, Marxist nutjob, Democrat Congressman John Conyers.
Also, a partner in this law firm once filed a grievance against me and my law license with the State of Michigan for exercising my First Amendment rights. The grievance was filed on behalf of my liberal Democrat trial lawyer opponent Marc Shulman (who paraded as a Republican) in a Republican primary because I exposed that his largest donors and fundraisers were fellow ambulance chasers who advertised on TV. The grievance went nowhere.
This law firm couldn’t care less about the Green Party or Jill Stein and her absurd, disruptive, and expensive recount efforts.
So, it’s pretty clear what’s going on here: Jill Stein’s recount effort in Michigan (and, you can bet, everywhere else she’s seeking one) is a project of the Democratic Party.
While there are several legal challenges to the recount that have been filed (by the Republicans and by Donald Trump, as well as by Michigan’s grandstanding, Hezbollah-loving Attorney General, Bill Schuette)–and one case filed by Stein in U.S. District Court here (to be heard this morning)–Stein’s recount is expected to begin on Tuesday.
It’s expected to cost Michigan taxpayers $2 million . . . for nothing.
I know about recounts in Michigan more than most. That’s because in 1990, I ran for the Michigan House of Representatives and officially lost by just one vote. I was 21 and somewhat naive, working hard and believing I would win, despite all of the establishment actors (primarily establishment RINO Republicans) working to steal the election from me. And steal it, they did. When Donald Trump said the election was rigged, he didn’t know the half of it. I learned the hard way.
I went through a long recount, and we found a few ballots in my favor that had not been counted. This resulted in a court case because Michigan law required those ballots to be counted, and I would have been put over the top to victory. Sadly, the Michigan Election Commission members overseeing the recount were establishment pondscum and refused to certify me as the winner. In those days, they still used a lot of punchcard ballots with chads in many Michigan localities, which meant that chads could fall off and change results each time they ran the ballots. That’s why Michigan law required that they could only run the ballots again once, which they did, and I came out the winner. So, they violated Michigan election and recount law, and they kept running the ballots through until the election results they wanted (against me) came out. And they refused to include in the count the ballots that would have put me in the victory seat. That included the ballots of a Naval fighter pilot friend of mine and his wife, both of whom sent their absentee ballots from the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Florida.
Unfortunately, the sleazy judge who heard my case, Robert Sosnick, decided against me (and against counting the ballots of several people, including my Navy pilot friend). Then, I learned that he’d represented my opponent Barbara Dobb (who lived with a convicted drug dealer and, I was told, had a criminal arrest record for prostitution) when she embezzled from her job, and his representation appeared to occur while he was also serving as a county prosecutor–a direct conflict of interest and violation of the law. Also, according to many witnesses to their relationship that I heard from, he reportedly had a “relationship” with my opponent during his apparently improper representation of her. Yet, he ruled in her favor, with no embarrassment whatsoever (and no disclosure to us of his relationship to and with my opponent). When I learned, after the fact, about the judge’s relationship with my opponent, I told the Detroit newspapers. Instead of apologizing, Judge Sosnick demanded I and my lawyer come to his courtroom upon an hours notice. After telling the newspapers that he’d give me a new hearing and new trial with a different judge, he instead spent an hour yelling at and lecturing me on how I’d cast doubt on our “hallowed legal system.” Awwwww, I’d caught Judge Sosnick with his pants down . . . and now he was trying to cover his very exposed ass.
None of this is gonna happen for Jill Stein. She got trounced in Michigan, garnering only 1% of the vote (less than Gary Johnson). She wasn’t like me with one vote in the balance and several ballots that should have been counted. There is no way she’s gonna win. And I don’t believe they will find the 10,000 votes (or so) for Hillary to be put over the top. But they’ll try. And that’s exactly–and solely–what this is about.
That’s why Mark Brewer and Goodman Acker are representing Jill Stein in this recount attempt in Michigan. This is all about Hillary and the Democrats. Nobody else.

BTW, Jill Stein just announced she’s withdrawing her attempts for a recount in Pennsylvania, so Donald Trump will still have enough electoral votes to win, even if Michigan and Wisconsin.
So, why on Earth are we going through this??? Why is she going through this?

I knew Stein was dishonest…she had to know going into the election that the best she could do was to siphon votes from one candidate or the other so I reasoned that she was now having regrets (buyer’s remorse, if you will) and trying to make up for it. But with these new, illuminating facts I realize she is just another political whore. With this revelation provided by Debbie I am sure the effort was supported mainly by the usual suspects (Soros and Clinton Clan), but I can’t imagine that the true Green constituency will be pleased that they too donated for a lost (and, more importantly, misdirected) cause.
