Predictions: Trump Will Lose Michigan (Very Close) & The Whole Enchilada; Here’s Why . . .

By Debbie Schlussel

donaldtrump.jpg.hillaryclinton.jpg

Today, I proudly voted for Donald Trump. But, sadly, as a nearly lifelong Michigan resident, I predict that–while it will be close–Donald Trump will lose Michigan. However, there are some good signs, which could change things, and I discuss those below. I also think Trump will lose the “whole enchilada” (am I still allowed to say that, my “bad hombre” friends?). I also think it will be much closer than predicted by the Hillarybots. And here’s why . . . .

Michigan: Hillary needs Michigan to win. Trump doesn’t. And he’s come pretty damned close to taking it away from her. He’s done a great job and is to be commended, as is his campaign team and family for what they did here. Michigan is called a “blue” state, but that’s only for the Presidency. We have a Republican Governor as well as both the House and Senate in our State Legislature (even if all of ’em are complete RINOs).

This is the first time in decades and certainly in my recent memory that Michigan has been at all in play. And I give Donald Trump for moving it into the toss-up column, something neither Mitt Romney nor John McCain (nor even George W. Bush) were able to do. Trump was smart to flood Michigan with himself, his family, and Mike Pence for the last 10 days. By doing that, not only did he keep Michigan in play, but he tweaked the Hillary people (getting them to show that they would even grovel to Hezbollah for votes) and messed with the Clinton game plan. Believe me, Barack Obama was pissed he had to trek to Michigan and troll and butt-snorkel University of Michigan students (and schmuck Obama-fan, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh) for votes.

The good signs: If you go beyond the population-and-vote-rich Oakland and Wayne counties, Trump signs are everywhere “outstate.” Trump is huge in Macomb County–Michigan’s third most-populated county, and he will win there. Macomb County used to be called “Reagan Country” and was considered a bellwether county. As it voted, so went the nation. But no longer. Macomb went for Obama the last two elections, as it’s become overrun by minorities and many Muslim immigrants from the Middle East. And the Reagan Democrats who used to live there have aged, moved to Florida for retirement or otherwise relocated. It’s still more conservative than not. But it’s not the place it used to be. More and more mosques pop up there, every year.

The question–since Trump leads in Macomb and outside Oakland and Macomb Counties–was always: are there enough votes for Trump outside Oakland and Wayne (the county which contains Detroit and Muslim Dearbornistan and Dearbornistan Heights) to beat out those two latter counties, which will overwhelmingly go for Hillary? Before last week, I said definitely no. But absentee ballot requests in Detroit were down 30% over the same time last week in 2012. And out of over 50,000 absentee ballots requested, just over 35,000 had been returned. In 2012, it was more than 81,000. That’s bad for Hillary, since Detroit goes more than 80% for Hillary. In 2012, four precincts in Detroit didn’t have a single vote for Romney. Today, Detroit media was reporting at about 5:30 p.m. Eastern that turnout was low and only about 20%. Since the polls were scheduled to close at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, I doubt there was enough voting to catch up to 2012 levels. Again, bad for Hillary. Good for Trump.

The bad signs: At my polling place, which is in a mostly Black neighborhood, I had to wait in a long line for the first time ever. I always vote at about just after 10:00 a.m. and it is usually empty. Not this time. I was voter #355. I was told this is much higher than at the same time in the day in 2008 and 2012. However, there are also a lot of White Orthodox Jews from my neighborhood. And like me, they voted mostly for Trump. They are dwarfed, however, by the number of Blacks that live in my neighborhood and who dominated the lines at the polling place where I voted. Bad for Trump. Good for Hillary.

As I noted, I don’t ever remember Michigan being in play since 1988 when George H.W. Bush ran for the first time and won. As you’ll recall, John McCain pulled up stakes in September 2008 and basically gave up on Michigan, leaving Obama to spend his resources elsewhere. That Hillary couldn’t do that is a good sign. Trump awakened a sleeping force here like no one else could or ever did since Reagan. But Michigan has changed significantly since the Reagan Revolution. It has many more minorities (Blacks and Hispanics), many more Muslims, and fewer White working-class Reagan Democrat voters.

I think it’s gonna be close. But I believe Hillary will still pull it out. I hope I’m wrong. And it’s going to be much closer here than I ever expected.

Nationally: I don’t think Trump will win for the following reasons:

1) Trump’s ground game: Hillary Clinton had 20-25 get-out-the-vote workers for every one that Trump had. The GOP just didn’t help him that much.

Hillary’s ground game: Take the Obama ground game–which was down to a science; down to each likely Obama voter and whether or not he or show voted yet and/or needed a ride to the polls–and perfect it by a few years. That’s what her organization has. And Trump simply wasn’t as organized or even close.

2) Poll-watching and fraud: Donald Trump was still asking for and recruiting poll-watchers as late as the end of last week He can’t rely on the GOP to help him in this regard because the GOP signed a boneheaded consent decree in a court case decades ago, agreeing not to challenge questionable voters (I’ll write more about that in a separate post). So Trump was screwed on this and anything goes at these minority and inner city polling places. Ditto for other polling places where liberals (who tend to comprise the poll worker population) are running the show.

Hillary is well-stocked with poll watchers and the DNC army of lawyers and eager supporters are helping out their poll-watching and vote-challenge efforts.

We know that over 200 dead voters cast absentee ballots and/or voted in the Los Angeles area in this election, according to CBS News. That’s just there. Imagine how that translates incrementally to a vote tally across the country. These things add up and, yes, they can and do decide elections. Think about it: John F. Kennedy beat Richard Nixon in 1960 by less than two votes per precincts.

I think a lot of dead people and illegal aliens are voting for Hillary all over the country. We know Obama encouraged the illegals to do so. And Trump has nobody to challenge most of them.

3) Never-Trumper Traitors: we know that some GOP-ers and faux-conservatives are supporting Hillary. They are frauds and Benedict Arnolds. They should NEVER be forgiven. NEVER EVER. Especially schmucks like John Kasich, the entire, entirely worthless, ungrateful Bush Family of pigs, that complete ahole Bill Kristol, the bleeping, effeminate Lindsey Graham, on Podhoretz, Glenn Beck, Michael Medved, Ana Navarro, Ben Shapiro, David Frum, and many other unworthy frauds. But Trump needed every faux-conservative vote. And he won’t get them. Thankfully, many never Trumpers woke up and changed their minds today. But there are enough to make a dent. Evan McMullin–whom I call, Eggen McMuffin, cuz that’s about all he is to me–may take Utah and hurt Trump irreparably. I don’t think it will happen. But the guy deserves to be dropped into a snake pit.

It’s for all of these reasons (and a few more) that I think Trump will lose Michigan and the Presidency tonight. But I hope I’m wrong.

My insightful, former-officeholder friend, Dennis, thinks Trump will pull it out and win here. Stranger things have happened: Bernie Sanders defied the polls here and beat Hillary. And when I was general counsel of the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative (to end affirmative action), polls showed us losing by two-to-one. But we won by about 60-40, a virtual landslide. There may be a Bradley Effect here (where people lie to pollsters because of embarrassment and un-PC-ness). I hope there is.

Those are my predictions and reasoning. Why do you think will happen and why?

All valid points, but the images of Trump crowds filling stadiums contrasted with the images of Hillary crowds filling hallways is too strong, in my mind, to dismiss. The election comes down to the degree of election fraud perpetrated by the Clinton machine.

Rather than looking outside Wayne and Oakland Counties, I prefer to look inside them for those who might not fit the predictable mold.

There are a LOT of 2nd Amendment people in Wayne and Oakland County who might seem to fit into the “Hillary Camp”. They may ether no-show or vote for Trump.

There are more than a few “Never Hillary” people out there.

There are some minority men (and women) who do not want a bossy elitist woman strutting around with her nose in the air and telling them what’s good for them.

There are more than a few minority males out their who prefer the cleavage of Trump’s 3rd wife in the White House to the alternative “1st spouse” being offered.

Outside of Oakland and Wayne County: This election is occurring on the eve of firearm deer-hunting season in Michigan. This is something short of a state-wide religious pilgrimage. The NRA (like ’em or not) has poured a lot of soft money in advertising against Hillary Rodham. A lot of hunters have Hillary’s 2nd Amendment views on their mind.

If the right people in Wayne and Oakland County showed up at the polls, Trump could win. It will look like Hillary Rodham won both counties, but the total vote margin will be badly eroded.

I’m not worried about Muslims TONIGHT. I’m concerned about the long-term trend, but more Mosques don’t necessarily translate into a ton of votes for Hillary.

Sincerely,

It’s over. Hitlary just took Colorado. She’s guaranteed Kaliforniya. Get ready to die. By Thursday.

IF Trump DOES win (impossible), . . .

America’s train hits the wall doing 105. WHEN Hitlary ascends to the throne, America’s train hits the wall doing 140. It’s going 120 now. Big deal.

She’s down by 20, and about to pull ahead.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on November 8, 2016 at 11:14 pm

Trump just hit 254. That’s as high as he goes. Done. President GASP!!! Clinton again.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on November 8, 2016 at 11:40 pm

Watching the news networks, few seem to understand some things at play. Win or lose, Hillary Clinton is un-electable. She may win, but it will only be because she faced off against a Republican candidate who isn’t backed by his party’s leaders. This has been talked about.

Here’s what the news media doesn’t tell you: Donald Trump is the first true Republican candidate for President since William McKinley. I don’t know where anyone got the idea that Republicans stand for “free trade”, but that’s untrue. Read the writings of Abraham Lincoln. From their Whig Party roots through the formation of the GOP, Republicans have historically supported high tariffs. This policy was in synch with the party’s policy of abolition (of slavery). It’s about preserving and expanding the value, esteem, and dignity of working people. Republicans are for free trade among free people; not duty-free trade with massive labor forces ruled by tyrants.

Hillary Rodham is great at appealing to preserving the value, esteem, and dignity of the WELFARE class. To that end, to give away things for free, she is willing to force American working people to WORK FOR FREE while she hauls in millions from the “Clinton Foundation”. She doesn’t get it! Bernie Sanders doesn’t get it either. Selling debt instruments to China so their slave laborers can make cheap goods for Americans is a ticket to eventual national bankruptcy. All the while, American workers are stressed more and more to hold on to our standard of living while competing against a massive labor force motivated by tyranny.

Americans get this! Minorities get it!

I probably won’t know who wins this election until morning. I just thought I’d share this thought with you because it’s been on my mind for a while. Trump is the first true Republican to run for President since William McKinley. He’s flawed in so many ways. I’ve never seen a candidate for President who had more talent for stepping into dog doo. But he’s the first true Republican I’ve seen in my lifetime.

Hillary is no mystery. We all know she’s for sale to the highest bidder. She’ll find poor people and offer them crumbs paid for by taxing the middle class while telling us that she’s taxing “the rich”. Her corporate pals will make a fortune providing the goods and services. The kickbacks to “the Clinton Foundation” will continue in one way, shape or form. Corporate executives of Fortune 500 companies have nothing to fear from Hillary Rodham. That’s why even the Republicans among them are supporting her.

Are my views so off-the-wall? If they are, we will have President Rodham in January.

If not, maybe… just maybe the crazy guy, Donald Trump will win. If he does, I’ll have to own him for better or worse.

We used to have a saying: “Be careful what you ask for. You might just get it.”

Sincerely,

I have spoken before of the hidden Trump vote and the bumper sticker and home sign indicators (i.e., the lack of them for Clinton when they were ubiquitous for Obama). But I have just seen one of the most powerful indicators of all favoring Trump: Dow futures are down hugely as are stock markets throughout the world at 11:40 pm EST. This is a repeat of Brexit. Of course, like the Brexit stock market drop, this decline is a reflection of the anger of the Elite Establishment, including billionaires like Soros, the bankers, and other big players that favored Clinton. (For investors, don’t be despondent, the markets will rebound as they did with Brexit. Trump will be good for the stock markets.)

As I type this (Wednesday morning, 2:06 A.M. NYT), Trump has only 6 electoral votes left to clinch – and Hillary, 55. We’ll see what happens.

ConcernedPatriot on November 9, 2016 at 2:06 am

Damn dude pulled it off. Pulled a rabbit out of his f-in hat. Lol this is ridiculously awesome. Has their ever been a worse underdog. Trump seriously had to battle the planet. Lol. He gets maaaaad props. Did it his way. I know Hillary is sick.

MrBigBrain on November 9, 2016 at 2:06 am

Just tells you America, all of America is tired. Everyone’s prediction was off, except I’ve been telling my co-workers for months, people are playing this close to the chest and and when they get inside the booth, they’re going to pull the lever for Trump, but won’t admit publicly. They laughed.

MrBigBrain on November 9, 2016 at 2:10 am

Google just called it for Trump. High fives everyone!!

YCHtT on November 9, 2016 at 2:36 am

Yep, The Donald pulled it off. Wisconsin did it for him. 276 electoral votes. Now the real work begins. (And us realists have no illusions, as Debbie had emphasized months ago.) I’m not laughing or gloating or high-fiving, but taking it all in slowly and methodically. Gloating is usually for the leftists. It was more like dodging a fast bullet.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on November 9, 2016 at 7:27 am

The news media lied! To listen to them over the past months, you’d think Hillary was a shoe-in. I think many of you (including Debbie) bought into it… at least a little. I know I did.

The only reason Hillary had a chance was because the mainstream GOP didn’t support Trump. Now that he is the apparent President-Elect, he will have to serve without mainstream GOP support.

Well… Abraham Lincoln’s GOP were a bunch of scoundrels. Why should Trump’s be different?

The news media lied… again. 8 years ago, they had Hillary Rodham pegged as an unstoppable juggernaut. A freshman Senator from Illinois beat her. This year, a senile, babbling old man from Vermont almost beat her in the primaries. He would have done it had Hillary Rodham not stacked the rules in her favor. I never thought Hillary Rodham was actually electable.

We listen to news media lies about Israel day after day. Why should they report the truth about this?

The cheer-leading in the news media was so obvious. Even when the cheer-leading was for Trump, it was obvious. However, the trump cheer-leaders in the media were a distinct minority.

Beware! The fact that Trump’s cheer-leaders in the news media were right on this does not make them any more truthful or reliable than the others. They were cheer-leading too.

So after 24 years of leveraging her position as First Lady of the United States to pursue unprecedented political power, do YOU think Hillary Rodham is ready to retire? I hope she is. Unfortunately, I think she’s insane and will never quit.

Sincerely,

There is NO Santa Claus (aka TINSC)

There is NO Santa Claus on November 9, 2016 at 7:51 am

I wondered why she conceded so rapidly and graciously. Then I remembered about all the e-mails and other investigations.

Little Al on November 9, 2016 at 8:04 am

Donald Trump is not a babbler, nor is he senile. Anyone who cannot see through this is wrong, and needs to reconsider. He is crazy like a fox, that’s all.

Yes, Donald Trump is a halfway sleazy (for business practices, not the girls thing, although yes, that, too) frat boy who has a very good friend in none other than Vince McMahon. This was strategy, to bring his Noo Yawk swagger and Trumpian braggadocio to the political stage and brawl his way to the nomination, and now the presidency.

Anyone who thinks this man doesn’t have a serious bone in his body is wrong. I’m a New Yorker. I know how he thinks and what his game is. It’s the Noo Yawk version of “Ev’thang’s BIG down heah in Texas.

It’s why it’s so easy to make fun of Noo Yawkers, NOT modern New Yorkers, because most New Yorkers nowadays are not from NYC, didn’t grow up here, don’t speak like Noo Yawkers, etc. Trump is only 10 years older than me. We’re vulgar, we lack manners, we make fun of people while displaying the same faults we make fun of all day long, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Collective Noo Yawkers, that’s what we’re famous for.

Trump defeated the distraction politics of the Chicago Machine that Hitlary represents with a Noo Yawk style of the same. He used bizarre tactics to make a carnival out of the election, like the old days of the small town carnival. The sword swallower, the bearded lady, the circus strongman, the snake oil salesman telling the crowd it’ll cure yer granmaw’s warts and git the gun grease off yer saddle ther’, boyah.

Anyone who thinks doesn’t have a serious bone in his body is wrong. He fooled you. He can be very serious and articulate. He’s been giving very serious policy filled, governance type speeches all over the country. He knew the media would sandbag him as they did to Reagan. So, he followed the Reagan strategy of taking it to the people.

How he will govern is a different story. But he’s no lightweight, he’s an old school Noo Yawker, rich boy though he may be.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on November 9, 2016 at 8:14 am

Thinking back, could have any of the other 17 could have beaten Hillary. Donald did it without spending a zillion dollars. Minimal donors, not beholden to anyone specifically. Brilliant. Brilliantly played. I think Obamacare delivered it for him, brought the Indies over.

MrBigBrain on November 9, 2016 at 11:16 am

It was close, but we got a cigar. Congratulations to Donald Trump for running a tireless campaign. I realize he will catch heat from all sides over the next four years — Congress, the courts, newspapers, blogs, clergy, black “civil rights” leaders, Mexican activists — but for now, a little bit of gloating wouldn’t kill us. We’ve earned it.

Statistically, it didn’t matter about Clinton being a woman, the Democrats don’t hold back to back.

To go Dem to Dem, without death, hasn’t happened since Pierce-Buchanan. The others were FDR-Truman and JFK-LBJ.

I’m not going to say a thing about someone being wrong yesterday, because she is right so often. But I’m happy that she was wrong this one time. Wisconsin, Michigan AND Pennsylvania! WTF?! I love America, Trump loves America! Now we can get her back on her feet after eight long-ass years of pushing her down. Screw Obama Been Lyin’, his bitch wife and all stinking, lying, cheating Clinton’s!!!!!

I tried to stay up to watch the election results on Fox Business Network but went to bed after Trump won Florida. I tried to watch it on Fox News but the trio of idiots in Meghan Kelly, Chris Wallace and Bret Bair made their show unwatchable. Especially that shrew Kelly. She just can’t let go of her Trump hatred and it shows in her reporting. When she got joined by the other Trump hating shrew Dana Perino you could tell that they hated reporting when he started winning. They probably cried themselves to sleep repeating President-Elect Trump in their tiny minds. I’m glad that he won my state of North Carolina plus running the table and winning Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia and Wisconsin. This was due to Hillary not being able to get out the Black liberal, Hispanic and dimwitted millennial Bernie Sanders vote. She was just a badly scripted candidate. That’s why she didn’t come out to talk to her supporters even after most of them left knowing that hope(and more change) was lost. Thanks Debbie for reminding us who the never Trump traitors are. All of these people are reprehensible but one of the worse was twitchy John Kasich. This man has no honor and it was only fitting that Trump won Ohio without his help. What a putz along with new Black Lives Matter choir boy Beck. He really needs to get back on his meds because he’s imploding faster James Comey. Speaking of imploding Obama has invited Trump to a White House pow-wow. I wish that I could be a Hillary fly on the wall to hear what will be discussed. Remember when our thinned skinned presbo said that Trump wasn’t qualified to do his job. I wonder how he feels now. Just like I would like to know how The First Klingon is going to treat Melania when they meet. Poised former model meets Angry Black Linebacker. It will probably go down like the time Mooche met the former French First Lady Carla Bruni. Aunt Ester threw more shade her way than a weeping willow tree. With this win want to bet that the Clintons still won’t go away. We can only hope but much like the Obamas when they finally leave next year I’m not counting one it.

I have a restored faith in the American people.
Americans, when pushed to far ( to the left) are smart enough to see the redline; be it the totality of Hussein’s socialist, race bating and mentally ill policies and huberis as well as the despicable media we are surrounded and engulfed by.
Yes.. political correctness can only be tolerated to a point. ( and believe me The scumbag media will still not learn from this phenomena.. they never do)
Bullshit cries of leftist race-baiting will only go so far ( got it you racist leftists and class warfare pigs!!)

And hopefully Trump will bring forth in totality the thing he promised foremost. Keep unscrupulous, dangerous and contemptuous terrorizing scum OUT of our country, whatever ethnicity they may be. And Keep us a sovereign , strong nation, as any frickin country should be.!!!!!
And now, I say, celebrate the destruction of the enemy. Indeed, after 8 years of torture, don’t be afraid to gloat in your victory and indeed, REVENGE!! Revenge is good at the right time and place! (Talmud)

As far as all the spoiled, overrated, overpaid Hollywood celebs (i.e. Cher, Alec Baldwin, Miley “Virus,” Barbra Streisand, Samuel L. Jackson, Chelsea Handler, Amy Schumer, Lena Dunham, Seth McFarlane, Kristen Bell, Sarah Silverman) who’ve vowed to leave America now that Trump has been elected . . . I remind everyone of the countless number of Americans – including Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin and singer Tina Turner – who not only left America but also renounced their citizenship, over the way Obama was running the country into the ground. As for Saverin (who’d come to this country from Brazil), I remember vividly loudmouth / “Squirrel!”* senator “Schmuck” Schumer sounding particularly racist and xenophobic when he effectively said the guy was no longer welcome in this country. So much for their “diversity” claim.

* Schumer’s attention span, with his focusing on different issues every week, is much like the dog in that film “Up!” Sadly, he still pollutes the Senate, though I had no part in that, voting proudly for his opponent.

1) The election was an exact repeat of the Brexit Vote. All the experts, all the pollsters, all the media elites, all the powers that be said Brexit and Trump would be horrible and they had no chance of winning. They were thankfully completely wrong.
2) The Leftwing rigged polls were so wrong. Here is what they said on last day:
ABC Clinton +5
Bloomberg Clinton +4
Reuters Clinton +4
CBS Clinton +5
NBC Clinton +7
Rasmussen +3
Huffington Post Clinton +8
The (English socialist) Economist Clinton +5
Monmouth Liberal Arts College Clinton +7
Quinnipiac Clinton +6
Will any of you ever believe any of these polls ever again?
3) Based on those polls, how many of you still believe that Hussein Obama has an approval rating over 50%? Do you still believe those numbers?
4) Who got it right:
IBD Trump +2
LA Times Trump +2 (yes a horrible leftwing piece of toilet paper but they were right and I have to give them credit)
5) The Las Vegas odds makers were correct on everything for decades and now they have
gotten it wrong twice in a row with Brexit and Trump. Glad they lost their money.
6) The “Deplorables” are the new Silent Majority
7) How many people lied to pollsters and associates and secretly voted for Trump?
8) We killed 2 birds with 1 stone, this is the end of both Hillary Rotten Clinton and Hussein Obama at the same time. It is the end of a very ugly chapter in American History. I couldn’t possibly be happier for America.
9) It feels like 1980 all over again, the horrible malaise that was crushing the country under Carter and Obama is now removed.
10) What happens now to the evil pact: Obama pardons Hillary and Hillary gives Obama a seat on the Supreme Court? I bet Obama abandons Hillary now and no pardon is coming.
11) Could you imagine hearing that Witches voice on TV every day for 4 straight years?!! You don’t know how lucky you are
12) The Media said the stock market would crash and yet it is rallying like crazy on the Trump win.
13) The only good thing the spineless RINOs did the past 8 years was to stop Hussein from putting another leftwing nutjob on the supreme court for life, they failed to stop him on everything else.
14) Speaking of which Obama warned last Thursday “If Trump wins, it will undo everything I have done the past 8 years.” Thank God!
15) One of those things will mercifully be an end to Obama’s war on police, where he was winning big time with hundreds of police being slaughtered thanks to Obama.
16) Imagine how many hefty LBGBTC people Hillary would have put in hundreds of key government positions and telling you how to run your life if she won?
17 Obama set back race relations 50 years in this country, hopefully that will start to reverse also.
18) Will the Clintons now finally stop pretending they are married when that hasn’t been the case for decades? Now that they are of no use to each other, I predict they end the charade.
19) What happens to the hundreds of millions of dirty dollars in the Clinton Foundation, who gets that money?
20) Speaking of the former Creep in Charge, guess where he was on the eve of the election? You don’t know because the media didn’t tell you. Debbie Schluslel said he was in Dearbornistan, Michigan trying to get out the Muslim vote in the critical state of Michigan.
21) This is the end of the whole global warming socialist redistribution scam and with it thankfully the end of 500 year old technology (wind power) and the end of Solar and the end of Tesla and those silly electric cars.
22) What happens to the political future of all the RINOs who attacked Trump? The Bush clan all voted for Hillary, what is their political future and legacy?
23) I hope Paul Ryan gets booted from speakership. He abandoned Trump when he need help the most. Imagine Churchill abandoning England during the Battle for Britain”.
24) Has anyone ever figured out why last time’s loser Mitt Romney so savagely attacked Trump, and yet he was so nice and respectful to Obama and treated him with kid gloves in his debates?
25) Speaking of which, what are you going to do the next time the Elites tell you the RINOs can’t put up someone “unelectable” like Trump and you need to put up “electable” people like Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, John McCain, Mitt Romney and Bob Dull.
26) When does Meg Witman’s losing streak end? He personal life is in ruin, she lost her 2 attempts at public office, she continues to run HP into the ground, and her outrageous personal attacks against Trump failed miserably. Why is she on the losing side of every election she gets involved in?
27) Hillary is so broken, she keeps putting off her final speech, she can’t pull herself together. The speech is now delayed for the 4th time until 12 noon now.
28) What is Comey’s future? Does he have a friend left anywhere on the planet and also why is he so tall?
29) Women were supposedly against Trump yet why were all his ex wives and lovers all fully supporting him? Don’t these women know him better than anyone?
30) You have to give credit to Mike Pence. He took the Veep to be job when no one else would, stood by Trump all the way and is a tremendous man, principled conservative and very good speaker and good on his feet from years of honing his skills as a talk show host.
31) Classic Quote: “The Media elites felt if they just kept jiggering the polls and telling each other that Hillary would win enough times, it would somehow come true”
32) Lets hope they don’t blow the control of both houses and the executive like Bush and friends blew so horribly in the early 2000s.
33) I am ecstatic Trump won. To be honest however I don’t really like Trump and like all of us, he is quite flawed and he is a million miles from Reagan. However, he is 1000s times better than Hillary. I also love the fact that the Left hates him so much and his unwavering courage in the face of that despicable onslaught. Those are admirable qualities.
34) Also impressive about Trump is unlike typical ultra wealthy types, his children are all great kids, extremely successful and professional. You can attack a lot in Trump’s personal life but he appears to have been a very successful parent, an admirable quality.
35) This is the end of inversions and the trillions of dollars in corporate money trapped overseas and it is going to come back. The host of CNBC said he spoke this morning to a CEO who has 38 billion overseas, and he said the second the RINOs change the law, that money will be returned to the USA.
36) I love the fact Trump is a complete outsider. He owes no one anything. He doesn’t care about what anyone else says. He survived a savage onslaught for over a year and never once blinked. He was abandoned by his own party and vilified by the powers in the RINO party. He is his own man. He is not a lawyer, he is a businessman. You wouldn’t want to be a lifelong Washington lobbyist trying to talk to him about some special interest issue would you? Do you realize how refreshing all this is?
37) All that said, I expect the country to continue to decline, but at a much slower rate than the country has been crashing under Obama and would accelerate under Clinton. The country’s institutions are already damaged beyond repair. Most indicting is the fact he is inheriting a country that has 100 million (not a misprint) able bodied people age 16 and over who are not working. It took decades to get into this horrible condition, it can’t be overcome. We have more than 50% of the country getting “free money” from government in one form or another. We have a horribly dumbed down education system. We have 20 trillion in debt and if Trump does nothing it will automatically rise to 25 trillion in just 4 years.” We have a country smothered by mountains of crushing regulations growing at only 1% per year, the worst sustained stretch of growth in the country’s history. The country is hated AND has no respect from any country in the world. Obama got rid of all our allies and emboldened all our ememies. Our military is a shell of it self. We just had 8 years of a president who hates everything about America- its racial make-up, its wealth, its (former power), its traditions, its religion and its institutions. This has left half the country feeling the same way. We have a country that think Pot is good for you. Punk Colin Kapernick epitomizes the state of half our country. No way Trump can overcome this. Reagan was able to completely reverse everything and his success was so great it effects lasted for almost 20 years. That is impossible now. The best we can hope for is to slow the decline so don’t get hopes too high.
38) The woman who is campaign manager for Trump just stated that one mistake Hillary made was she didn’t really campaign at all the last 2 weeks out of a combination of arrogance and the fact she couldn’t afford another fainting incident.
39) Can Fox now finally get rid of fraudsters Megan Kelly and Kristen Powers? How long before they wind up at CNN where they belong?
40) I predict Bill O’Reilly will still be all about himself.
41) The Media has been losing viewers and readers for years. What happens now that they have been exposed as liars and just a wing of the democratic party. Do they continue to fade into oblivion or did the election show they are already completely irrelevant.

42) I end with a Great quote from hard left wing reporter John Harwood: “Hillary Clinton’s political career is over”.

Trump will win

Cary on November 9, 2016 at 4:08 pm

Well, I was right about everything except that I expected that the steep decline in stock market futures last night would carry over into the morning. I think that would have happened except that multi-billionaire Carl Icahn–a long-time friend of DJT and of course supporter–plunked down some big money bullish bets cutting against the pro-Clinton bears. My theory of the substantial hidden Trump vote and lack of Clinton bumper sticks/home signs proved to be correct. And kudos to Professors Helmut Norpoth and Allan Lichtman for their more scientific predictions on a Trump victory.

Now we need to move on to the next phase of predictions. I think the DJT presidency will be unique. Because DJP will be the first president without previous political or military experience, Mike Pence is going to play a far more important role in DJT’s cabinet than any VP before him. And, fortunately, for America, he is also a man with values and principles who has plenty of political experience to balance out DJT’s business experience.

I guess there’s isn’t a need for more popcorn.

Some interesting things about Van Jones’ “whitelash” remarks, besides the obvious. I mean, this administration and their flunkies just can’t stop trying to bring back the 60’s. He used a twist on the old “white backlash” theme from back then.

But when he said it, . . .

I couldn’t even see the “president’s” lips move.
