Bathrooms, Trannies & Some “Stupid” Questions: Michigan’s Dumb Law vs NC Law

By Debbie Schlussel

*** SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE ***

transsolidarity

I have a few “dumb” questions about the corporations and aging rock stars and others who are upset with the North Carolina law they claim is about bathrooms and legalized discrimination (it isn’t). I also want you to know about the proposed Michigan law, which goes in the complete opposite direction and is ridiculous.

Let me start out by saying that I personally don’t have a problem with people who deface and mutilate their bodies to become cosmetic approximations of–but not actually–the opposite gender with which they were born (and the DNA of which they will always have). I think it’s a psychiatric condition, and they’re sick in the head (Caitlyn Jenner is Exhibit A). But we live in a free country, and if they want to be bizarros and follow through on that with painful, depraved surgery, go ahead. I’m libertarian on it, even though I don’t approve. What you do is your business. Just don’t make taxpayers pay for it and religious schools hire you as kids’ teachers. I do object, however, when it’s shoved down our throats (pun not intended) and celebrated–which is what has happened. It’s an illness, not heroism, no matter how many awards chick mags give out to the artist formerly known as Bruce (Jenner). Yet, we’re told not just to “tolerate” it, but to happily bend over when it’s shoved in our faces at every turn.

Then there are the questions regarding bathrooms. And it’s not just bathrooms. It’s locker rooms, too. And not just locker rooms in school, but at health clubs and gyms, etc.

A couple of weeks ago, I had lunch with a liberal friend of mine who is a prominent member of the Detroit media. He and I were discussing the bathroom issue and North Carolina’s law . . . and Michigan’s proposed law. As much as you’ve heard the overwrought shrieking and moaning about the laws in North Carolina and Mississippi (which merely affirm the religious freedom laws in those states that have been in effect since at least the early ’70s), I’ll bet you haven’t heard a word about what’s going on in Michigan. The Michigan Board of Education and the State Legislature were about to enact laws that mandate public schools to address transgendered kids by their preferred name and gender and allow them to use the bathroom of the gender with which they currently identify. Oh, and school officials weren’t allowed to inform parents of this. This absurd law was about to become Michigan law until some conservatives rightfully sounded the alarm. We’ll see what happens.

My lib media friend at the lunch said, “What’s the big deal? They are in bathroom stalls. There’s a separation and privacy.” Um, not exactly. I personally don’t have a problem with men who pretend they are women using bathroom stalls next to me. But that’s just me, and others–whose beliefs and views I respect–do have a problem with that, and their rights are being trampled upon here. Plus, I have a “stupid” question about this. If the argument is that there are separate bathroom stalls and nobody will see anything, then why have separate bathrooms for the actual genders at all? If the argument is that bathroom stalls separate everyone and there won’t be leering bisexual trannies looking at women in the stall next door, then why not have actual men and women share bathrooms and make them all unisex?

Well, you see, it’s not just about stalls at all, which is why there are separate bathrooms. Anyone who pretends otherwise is intellectually dishonest. People often change clothes (and, therefore, get undressed) in bathrooms outside of the stalls (which are far too small in many cases and usually too gross and disgusting in which to change). There are also urinals in men’s rooms and there are no “stalls” between those.

Then, there is the fact that the use of bathrooms isn’t different from the use of locker rooms. In fact, at many gyms and health clubs and in many public schools, the delineation between the bathroom and the locker room isn’t there. It’s basically one facility. And I don’t wanna accidentally see some post-op or between-ops tranny naked. Sorry, I don’t. And it can’t be helped. I can’t count how many times that some gross person–it’s always a gross, “ungroomed,” chunky person–at the gym loves to walk around naked in the locker room and you cannot avoid the image you wish you could erase from your mind. Unsee! Unsee! Unsee! It happens. And the laws in question would apply to locker rooms, not just bathrooms. Caitlyn Jenner, who is now a “female” according to the law (and a newly “corrected” birth certificate) but still has penis, could walk around naked in a women’s locker room, and the gym or club or whatever establishment couldn’t do anything about it, unless there are laws to protect the establishment. There is a reason–several reasons– why there are separate men’s and women’s locker rooms.

The laws in North Carolina and other states merely reiterate those reasons and reconfirm existing law. Yes, it’s being billed as bigoted and discriminatory. But I don’t want to see Caitlyn Jenner’s unit in my gym’s locker room. And I especially don’t want to see it in between his castration and, uh, “reconstruction” surgeries or after. Do you?

If that’s intolerant of me, so be it. I see enough gross stuff in the movies I review. I don’t wanna experience it in person. And neither do North Carolinians . . . or Michigan elementary school children.

So, while, as I said, I believe in live and let live on the whole tranny thing, and I completely oppose persecuting them in any way, this is something different.

I believe in basic human dignity and in treating people I see in person with respect (except jihadists, Jew-haters, and certain others). That includes transsexuals. I’ve encountered them in women’s clothing stores and so on, and I act as if they are just regular fellow women (even though they aren’t women, no matter how many warped liberals tell me so). I wouldn’t dream of embarrassing somebody like that. They have enough issues, and I feel sorry for them. They are ill (though the elites keep lecturing me that this is “normal” and “don’t judge”–nope, it ain’t normal, and there is too little “judging” going on in society today, which is why America is in the sewer).

But I also wouldn’t dream of sharing my gym’s locker room with one, either. Like I said, I just don’t wanna see Caitlyn Jenner’s penis, which is still intact as far as we know.

And if that’s “intolerant,” then it’s also “intolerant” for women not to want straight male flashers in women’s locker rooms.

It’s the same thing. And both “men” have the same mental defects.

Also, mentally defective: the people who want to impose this on me and other women in the locker room, anyway.

Again, if this is “necessary,” then why do we have separate bathrooms at all? Let it all hang out, right? Isn’t that what they want?

I have a suggestion: let’s have trannies in the women’s bathrooms at all the mosques and Islamic schools across America.

And see what Bruce Springsteen does when they refuse to comply. Before he’s beheaded.

**** UPDATE: Reader Lisa asks: “Why not join a women-only gym?”

Well, I personally hate “women’s gyms,” which are basically lazy, fat clubs with bad equipment that is rarely used.

But this raises another point: right now, in states without the North Carolina law, a person like Caitlyn Jender–who, again, still has a penis as far as we know–can join a women-only gym. And refusing him/her/it, would be grounds for a discrimination lawsuit. After all, as noted above, Bruce Jender now has a driver’s license and birth certificate saying he’s a woman.

That’s another reason the North Carolina law is necessary in our depraved, warped world. Real women who want to avoid the Caitlyns won’t be able to get away from them.

I mean its actually about abolishing gender differences.

Why make a fuss about feminism? There is no such thing as a man and a woman.

A biological fact you say? No, you’re wrong, gender is a social construct.

What has man has defined, he can undo.

Why worry about bathrooms? You shouldn’t care who the person is for the person has an identity and what the person does with it is their business.

Except when it comes to imposing it on every one else.

Then its no longer one’s personal affair, is it? If gender is irrelevant, do we really need to make rules about it?

That’s the question society will have to answer.

NormanF on April 19, 2016 at 2:18 am

You are correct. This policy approach goes beyond dignity and respect. It is the enforcement of a unisex ideal. Since there is no apparent need to medically validate one’s new gender, it becomes simply what one says it is. This really does open the door to voyeurs and sexual harassers, since people do lie. I can also see the police being reluctant to intervene in various cases of voyeurism or worse, since they themselves could be risking a lawsuit.

Worry on April 19, 2016 at 6:20 am

I would wish to say that this was the start of a slippery slope. But this threshold was crossed a decade ago when states, localities and colleges caved to Muslim demands to install footbaths in public restrooms. But in the larger picture, the appeasement of states like Georgia to the demands of LGBT supremacists (and this is what it is, as I’ll say below) is a bellwether of how we will ultimately lose the war with Islam. If states will appease one special-interest group on matters like this, then they will do so with another. (How long will it be before NYC Mayor de Blasio, who recently signed an executive order mandating “transgendered” bathrooms, will do likewise to mandate Muslim footbaths in public restrooms, given his coziness with Islamic supremacists like Linda “Cockroach” Sarsour?)

The trampling of women’s right to privacy and of their dignity by this foisting of so-called “transgenders” on to them is also an indicator of how little leftist elites truly care about women or children. The elites’ callous indifference to those pushing back against LGBT supremacist demands is reminiscent of the current Muslim invasion of Europe, where EU elites are pushing ahead in spite of the demographic nightmare which is now following. It was like what Debbie had written a few years back about the dumping of thousands of Muslim “refugees” into Wyoming, with absolutely no thought to consulting the public.

Unfortunately, conservative opposition to this madness is being beaten down, particularly because of the corporations, etc. that are boycotting and coming down on North Carolina because of its new law.

One me-too conservative on Salem (I listen in my car — not at other times) said that it would be sensible for North Carolina to repeal its new law because of the economic damage that will supposedly be inflicted on the state.

He is either too dumb, or else just disingenuous. These corporations are a battering ram for political correctness, and their appetite for beating down those who disagree with them is insatiable. They have become a national force for beating down any local laws with which they disagree. Any conservative (a much-abused term these days) who is too dumb or dishonest to realize this is really part of the problem.

Little Al on April 19, 2016 at 8:28 am

You’re right in that many of these corporations are run by de facto cultural Marxists who, at the end of the day, couldn’t care less about women, children, or the future of society. Their allegiance, essentially, is to the New World Order. The message they seek to force onto society is, anytime and anywhere Judeo-Christian values come into conflict with Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island “values,” it’s Judeo-Christian values that must yield and give way.

And animating this, as many others have noted, is this overall belief that there is absolutely no difference or distinction whatsoever between male and female, and that both genders are essentially interchangeable, so what’s the trampling of a woman’s privacy or degradation of her dignity – not to mention the destruction of children’s innocence – to them? My answer is simple: Male and female are biology – “transgender” is ideology. And again, if states knuckle under to LGBT supremacist groups like Human Rights Campaign (who, in terms of their goals and aspirations, are really no different in tacticology and otherwise from HAMAS front/Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated CAIR), then how will they stand up to the demands of Muslims for the “right” to wear hijabs or long beards or separate facilities for men and women or prayer rooms to bray to Mecca as has already taken place? (My short answer: Not at all, they’ll fold like a cheap fan just as fast.) And finally, what’s the position of the University of Michigan at Dearborn(istan) on the issue of “transgender bathrooms,” given their fateful 2007 decision to install Muslim footbaths in restrooms?

ConcernedPatriot on April 19, 2016 at 10:40 am

Fact 1 – NC’s law doesn’t apply to ANY PRIVATE BUSINESS. It applies to gov’t entities. Private businesses may have all bathrooms open to everybody and then they’ll have to deal with the backlash, not the state.
Fact 2 – NC’s law (in gov’t buildings) ALLOWS legal transgenders to use the bathroom of their new gender identity.
The media is purposefully leaving out the law’s key safety components for women and children that the original Charlotte, North Carolina law had obliterated. What started this whole fiasco was the city of Charlotte, without allowing its citizens to vote, mandated that all bathrooms must be open to all people based on how they “feel.” One didn’t even have to be dressed in the clothing of the opposite sex; anyone could just walk in based on however the wind blew that day. It was outrageous. There were No protections for women changing their babies diapers, men could loiter in the bathroom all day- it was a disgusting disgraceful law created for political reasons.
Important: No transgendered had been kicked out of Charlotte’s bathrooms. There was no LGBT outcry for bathroom justice in Charlotte. The new Charlotte Mayor wanted to make a name for herself, so she and her democrat cohorts on the city Council crafted a poorly thought out and politically driven law to get attention. The state had to come in and put back safety measures for women and children and allow them to have some privacy in the bathroom. The obfuscatory media doesn’t tell the truth and pushes a false narrative. Other than a few really out-there, far-left cities, most of the United States has the same basic laws and ordinances regarding bathroom access.

Dinak on April 19, 2016 at 8:35 am

You mentioned rhetorically “why have separate restrooms”. Actually I think that is their ultimate goal. What we are seeing now is just the beginning. I can’t really believe that there is a great wave of popular indignation over the NC law. Even here in Ohio, I’m seeing mayors debating sending employees to NC. Obviously they are caving in to some “big gay / transgender” mailing campaign. How much of the general population is really upset because they can’t choose what restroom to pee in? I’m guessing not that many. It didn’t see it being that popular in Houston. If all else fails, they can always have some corrupt judge force the issue.

jerry d on April 19, 2016 at 9:48 am

Being from NC now all of the hoopla that this law is getting is just too funny. One my to work the local talk show host last week took the week off so his more liberal producer took over. The moron kept saying that the NC law just infringes on the transgendered peoples rights to use the bathroom that corresponded to this chosen sexual preference. He also croaked out of his pie hole that female bathrooms have stalls and that women and girls wouldn’t be able to see the transgendered person do what they do to use said bathroom. A sane person called in and pointed out to him what you said Debbie about how about locker rooms in gyms and what not. I know that the gym in the high school I attended and gyms on all of the Naval bases I was stationed at the bathroom (head) shower and locker room was all one big area. Men walked around butt naked from the urinals to the showers and I’m sure that the women did the same in their locker room. Heck during my sophomore year in high school as I’m sure that’s going on in high schools now across this great country I used the bathroom to change from my regular clothes to my Mickey Dees uniform and drove myself to work. People like the idiot liberal talk show host carp about the transsexuals rights but what about the rights of the women and girls and men who feel uncomfortable with having someone like Jenner in their locker room. He couldn’t explain it and neither can any liberal that I talk to. Yet you have aging rock “stars” like Bruce Springsteen saying he won’t come to NC to perform. Hey Bruce I for on won’t miss you. You stank in the 80’s and you still stink. Stay in New Jersey on your tax payer subsidized farm you poser. NC Governor McCrory for his part has stood firm on the law even from attacks by leftist fruitcakes like NC ACLU Sarah Preston. He also held his own on barely watched liberal gagfests like Meet the Depressed with host F Chuck Toad. He’s a far cry from Virginia’s doofus in Richmond. It’s a shame that we have to keep knuckling to minorities in this country while the majority suffers. The leftist progressive liberal nitwits don’t care and if you say anything otherwise you are labeled a racist, sexist, homophobic knuckle dragger. I am neither but I also won’t sit around and watch as my rights are slowly being eroded away by stupid odious liberal and week kneed low T RINO politicians at the local, state and federal level. Our governor is up for reelection and I’m going to do everything in my power to that he goes back to Raleigh. We don’t need someone like the brain dead fools running VA and SC.

Ken B on April 19, 2016 at 9:57 am

Agreed. We don’t need laws creating “magnet bathrooms” (and schools) for these people. Let them keep their personal business private within their own relations. Let them choose their bathrooms and their behaviors within wisely. If they choose to obviously flaunt their choices, then they might be inciting responses for which they may have no legitimate defense in an environment of either responsibility or dignity to those around them. This discussion is important as it reflects on the trending of the underlying nature of a society and its values, and whether or not it might have a future.

Phil Lipofsky on April 19, 2016 at 10:00 am

Why do people like Charles Barkley and others consider me a bigot because I don’t want a man using the same locker room / bathroom as my daughter?

What has happened to our culture and society?!?!?!

I_AM_ME on April 19, 2016 at 10:18 am

“I believe in basic human dignity and in treating people I see in person with respect (except jihadists and certain others). That includes transsexuals.”
Are you saying here that you believe in treating transsexuals with respect. In the past few years, you’ve been critical of trans people and I totally hear what you are saying. I don’t think “normalizing” transexualism will solve the problem. It’s a very complicated issue. My theory is that some people are “born that way” or decide to be that way like sexual orientation, career choice, etc. Results may vary.It took me years to accept my childhood’s friends transition.
For the record, I am a special needs program assistant at a local JCC and one of my responsibilities includes supervising them collecting towels in the men’s locker room. I get uncomfortable seeing naked men walk around the locker room while I’m in there. I never liked locker rooms. I always preferred changing clothes into single-person bathrooms. I think adding a few more single person bathrooms in public places could solve the problem. Debbie, have you ever seen “Trembling Before G-d?”

M: My being critical of people or their demands and lifestyles in writing on this site doesn’t mean I would embarrass them when coming face to face. That’s not cool, and I would never do and have never done that. I generally treat all people (except jihadists and Jew-haters) with decency when encountering them. Never saw that movie. DS

Matthew on April 19, 2016 at 10:23 am

It should also be noted that many of these traitor businesses that are threatening to or have bailed out of North Carolina, do business with countries like Saudi Arabia that truly do oppress gays. As in, stoning or beheading them.

ConcernedPatriot on April 19, 2016 at 10:44 am

I’m sure Mayor DeCommio and all the others pushing for this one size fits all bathroom culture will continue to use gender specific bathrooms, those labeled Men and Women. Just like the elites who make the rules for all us little people ALWAYS do.

Our politicians ALWAYS do the Burger King and have it their way, while they insist that all us little people have it one way.

God is NOT pleased with the human race at all, and right now, his displeasure is falling big time on the United States, Great Britain and the rest of the English speaking Western world. That will continue for a while.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on April 19, 2016 at 10:56 am

So much debate about an issue affecting maybe 700,000 people. Wonder why these marginal folks get so much attention? This is just another shiny coin taking our attention off of more important matters.

JeffT on April 19, 2016 at 10:59 am

It may be, as you put it, a “shiny coin,” but what this is really about, in essence, is sacrificing women and children on the altar of LGBT supremacism, with basic societal norms being totally discarded and completely rewritten to accommodate a small minority – in this case, anywhere from 0.1% to 0.3% of the total population. As I keep saying, any society that knuckles under to such forces, at the end of the day, couldn’t care less about women or children and would leave them hang out to dry at the first opportunity; any society centered around decadence, hedonism, and dissolute lifestyles, with no regard for its future, is one that will collapse in about 1-2 generations. And you think Erin Andrews (who, I.I.N.M., Debbie has raked over the coals in past articles) had problems at that hotel she stayed in?

Again, this is really no different from the incessant demands of Muslim groups to essentially have all Western values completely gutted and replaced with Sharia law, as has already happened in increasing swaths of the U.S. – again, as Debbie has been warning.

ConcernedPatriot on April 19, 2016 at 1:35 pm

Speaking of Erin Andrews, she got paid WAYYYYYYYY more in the law suit than these 18 years olds who can’t wait to start their 3-8 year planned careers in porn as part of their empowerment statement to the world.

Maybe that’s what young girls need to do, find the motels and gas station bathrooms with the hidden cameras, . . .

      then sue.

I mean, what happened to her sucks, REALLY sucks, and should happen to no one, but . . .

some of the descriptions about the horrors and tortures she suffered as a result were a bit extreme. Ahhhhhhhhhh, the miseries of privileged Western society!!! Try being a housewife in Libya, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, etc.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on April 19, 2016 at 2:16 pm

I have a better suggestion: let’s pass laws that force the Mosques and Islamic schools across America to openly embrace gays and transgenders, instead of throwing them off buildings and treat them as though they have to abide with this b.s. just like us Christians are being forced to.

University of Toronto Dumps Transgender Bathrooms After Peeping Incidents – http://www.dailywire.com/news/330/university-toronto-dumps-transgender-bathrooms-pardes-seleh

parthens on April 19, 2016 at 12:53 pm

There’s another side to this law though, one that you didn’t consider in your blog post, and it seems that the lawmakers who passed didn’t consider it either.

Take a look at this Tweet: https://twitter.com/JayShef/status/712845760287494144/

This person is fully transitioned female-to-male transsexual. They look pretty manly, beard, and “everything else”. But their birth certificate hasn’t been changed, for whatever reason.

The law now *requires* this person to use women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, even though they look much more like a man, and will definitely make other women in the locker rooms uncomfortable. This person isn’t even comfortable using those themselves, but they are required to.

Is that something you are comfortable with? How do you reconcile this?

Andy R. on April 19, 2016 at 2:35 pm

Actually, what is being pushed is for someone who claims to be a gender other than their birth gender to be allowed into the locker room/restroom of their choice. As Debbie noted, you can walk in with your “Junk” intact and be perfectly acceptable in the eyes of the law. No Transformation required. Ponder that for a moment. Teens, through legal counsel, are asserting these right now.

Worry on April 19, 2016 at 11:34 pm

I think what people miss in all this furor of this madness is not so much the a tranny using the womans bathroom, (even though Debbie’s point regarding gyms is awesome and I never thought of that) but I would be concerned about the creeps, weirdos and pervs that would dress up as woman to film, rape and attack.

Yeah maybe they could do that now, but they would definitely stand out, where as if these laws pass, after awhile, they would be accepted. I had a good friend of mine attacked in a Starbucks bathroom. A dirty border brother hid behind the door, when she came in, he slammed it shut, locked it, but she being a tough cow-girl fought him off and escaped, so no, I would trust these demented pervs out there. NO WAY

MrBigBrain on April 19, 2016 at 2:42 pm

My wife asked me about how I would treat a transgendered person and I am like you Deb, I would treat any individual with respect and love, and would expect the same in return. But I do not respect groups that do not respect my individual rights as a Christian. The difference between the individual and the group is lost by many.

Virginia has long ago fallen to the perverted, amoral, subversive, dissolute Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island “values.” They couldn’t care less about women or children, or for the future of society. That state is one of many that will fall sooner rather than later to Muslim domination and supremacy. When will the judge who made that ruling, come down on the side of HAMAS CAIR in their efforts to impose Sharia law here?

The fact that laws designed to protect women and children are presented and distorted in the “news” media as “discriminatory” towards LGBT’s underscores another insidious aspect of the world today – the extent to which homosexuals control every avenue of the media, Hollywood, the political structure, the judicial system, academia and pop culture (which would include the fashion industry). It isn’t just the likes of CNN’s Anderson Cooper or MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow; they also sit on editorial boards of major newspapers and are unfortunately influential columnists. Think of the National Lesbian & Gay Journalists Association (NLGJA). It’s also why the fact of one of Human Rights Campaign’s founders, Terry Bean, being nailed a few years ago for sex with underaged boys, was never even remotely picked up by the media, while fixating 100% on decades-old allegations of sexual abuse by Catholic priests (who it turns out were of “that” lifestyle). Another reason why in the end we will all fall to Islam and the proverbial “thousand years of darkness.”

The federal 4th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that a student has the right to use the bathroom that matches its choice of gender. The country is insane. The judges are corrupt.

Concerned Citizen on April 19, 2016 at 11:21 pm

Aside from Debbie’s suggestion on why have gender segregated bathrooms in the first place, here’s another: why not have bathrooms of every ‘gender’ group of people that can be imagined?

As in bathrooms for men, women, gays, lesbians, men who’ve become women, women who’ve become men, bi-sexuals, and any other sexual perversion that one can imagine? That’s one solution that should make everyone happy. Except those having to foot the bill to make that many facilities. I wonder whether companies like Paypal, which are quick to scrap their plans for Charlotte, would enjoy having to create 7 or more bathrooms in every facility of theirs?

On the gyms & locker rooms, one thing I’ve never been able to get over – people walking around nude. It’s one thing to go to their locker, be momentarily nude while putting on their underwear, and then maybe wearing something really light that they probably wouldn’t in public. But when I see people sitting nude, watching TV…. eeewwwwwwwwww… Even at home, where I live alone, I don’t do that. And here, one’s gender is completely irrelevant – I don’t wanna see nude men OR women OR anyone else (since this now needs to be explicitly stated).

And yeah, I’d like to see Trannies and other alternate gender activists, who are active not only in Western countries but also countries like India – I’d like to see them try their antics in countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Qatar, and even the oh-so-NATO Turkey. They don’t dare b’cos they know that they’ll be taken to the tallest minaret and dropped from there. And even if the police did take their side, they’d be in the midst of a Muzzie lynch mob. Of course, that’s not the right way to treat them, but their cowardice is noteworthy – they bitch about bathrooms in free societies in the West and East, while they dare not raise a peep about real persecution that they actually experience in dar ul Islam.

Infidel on April 20, 2016 at 2:29 am

The various laws are immaterial. All that has to happen is that some moose-lamb somewhere fears his sensibilities are being offended and proclaim such, and the laws will be changed in a heartbeat.

Genesis says, clearly and simply: “Male and female he created them”.

The world seems to be saying: “Oh, no he didn’t”.

I believe Genesis – and believe that that the truth will prevail. The rescue we pray for when we say the Lord’s prayer and ask for God’s Kingdom to come is so close now.

Many years in my ‘yut’ as the libs tend to pronounce it, I was at a tavern to meet some buds for a beer after work. They were late, apparently but were playing me and had some tranny who was gorgeous by the way, sidle up to me at the bar sipping a beer, waiting for my buds to arrive. She was very attractive and I wondered why I was getting the attention, but I happened to spot at the way back part of the room 4 guys giggling about someting and it was my buds and you get the rest. I spoke with this alluring tranny and said something like ‘those guys in the back told you to come on to me didn’t they?’ ‘Yes, she said, ‘but please don’t be mad at me or them.. you’re a nice guy and they gave me a twenty so don’t me mad, pleaaaaase.’ She practically meowed, the little kitten.
I told her. ‘Look, this is none of my business but I don’t think you should let anyone play you or you play you, because it must be really hard for you to be a women that you feel you are when your a man, and you’re going to need all your strength to be who you are without play acting and putting on airs and hiring out like some boy toy- don’t you dream of maybe real love in your life??
She practically fell over me with gratitude for my words, which were soft and sincere, and she thanked me for my concern and said ‘oh honey, if only I could find a guy like you, and be a real women for you’

I smiled. I saw in the back of the room the idiot buds yucking watching this and I felt for this ‘women’. I held her hands, and said something like
save your strength and don’t waste it on crap… you’re going to need it in this crazy world and to stay sane and lovely will take all your efforts.
Then I gave her a warm hug, and a kiss- and said’ stay safe baby’

She had little tears of joy and I felt for the poor dear, and while I gave her the hug and kiss, I gave my buds the middle finger that they could view in the back of the room. End of story.

Why don’t you rent a room? Actually, your remarks were pretty condescending towards that transgender person you were supposedly with. Deceiving someone for kicks or out of pity in that situation is not virtuous.

Debbie, the problems start with the building codes that REQUIRE separate men’s and women’s toilets (except in limited use occupancies, etc.)

Buildings are now under construction all over the country using the IBC or other national/state codes for design of toilets.

Solution?

A national omni-sex building code supplement (similar to the ADA)

In the building structure, one toilet room on each floor that is for “omni-sex”. It shall have one lavatory, one urinal and one water closet. It must be handicapped accessible of course. It shall have a disclaimer on the door, “be prepared to be grossed out inside.”

All new buildings in the permit process must comply.

There is a solution to all problems even seeing Bruce’s penis while he still has one.

I have had the unfortunate experience to have a male in my office’s women’s room. This young man was very unstable, would have hysterical fits while on his cellphone, flushed lots of paper towels down the toilet so they would be clogged/flood the bathroom, and tried to make inappropriate small talk. ALL the women in my office would avoid the restroom when he was in there. Also, there is an excellent video on YouTube– Women: Decide for Yourselves on the topic of why men should not be allowed legal access to women’s rooms. Yes, they are mentally ill. That does NOT mean anyone should validate their delusional ideations. This insanity is advancing the Left’s war on women one restroom/locker room at a time.

I can’t disagree with one point you make here, Debbie. I would add one point– this begs the issue of open lesbianism and homosexuality, now accepted societally. Once the centuries old recognized moral standard that homosexuality is deviant was set aside, all this other stuff, was sure to come like a flood. There’ll be more– polygamists, pedophiles, pederasts, beastiality practitioners etc. ALL will use the human reasoning that “no one can judge” another.

When humans lose “the fear of G-d” anything goes. They sow the wind and reap the whirlwind.

And now we have a classic example of Newspeak over the burning social issue of bathroom rights for Transgendered People.

Curt Schilling has been fired from ESPN for asserting that people use the bathroom consistent with their anatomy.

He was fired because ESPN “believes in inclusion”.

Little Al on April 21, 2016 at 5:23 am

ESPN – which has long ago been infected by the true “evil virus” of political correctness – had previously suspended Schilling for comparing Muslims to Nazis. In essence, Schilling lost his rights for speaking the truth about G-d’s rules and basic nature, as opposed to the Communist Left’s drive to twist all of the above to suit their warped, perverted, dissolute ideology. ESPN is yet one more entity that couldn’t care less about the privacy rights or basic dignity of women or the innocence of children. And didn’t Erin Andrews once work for that chicken outfit?

And about Schilling’s prior comments, he is basically correct on this point: It doesn’t take too many in one subgroup to start and cause trouble for the rest of society, and take a wrecking ball to destroy it all.

Unless I missed another, PANHANDLE was the only one to note Handicapped / Handicappers using the facilities.

I have seen situations in which a handicapped male or female, wheel-chaired or not, would be assisted by an opposite gender pal / partner to gain access to the assisting person’s designated restroom. The men or the women already in the gender-designated restroom indicated acceptance of the unusual use / assistance and even to the point of offering assistance. There was even an air of shyness, bordering embarrassment, by the opposites offering help.

These are situations in which ADULTS ACT IN AN APPROPRIATE, NON-SEXUAL MANNER…MUCH LIKE YOUR DOCTOR / NURSE DOES.

However, reality and human nature needs to be understood noting that all humans may not be able to control themselves, act like adults. and be “Spock-like”.

So, I am on the side of caution and propriety and think the MEN and WOMEN divisions should remain intact based upon DNA. Any exceptions should be based upon the premise’s owners. In the case of Government, well, a row of Single and / or Double User Rooms, Handicapper equipped, should become SOP.

(Next time you take a drive / road trip, make note of FAMILY ROOM LAVATORIES which can be used separately from the Main Facility housing the traditional MEN – WOMEN lavatory.)

ps: Don’t forget to flush, put the lid down, and then wash your hands – ha ha ha.

Why is their right to be disgusted above the right of a person to go to a public toilet? You’re pretty vile.
