Tip for the Palestinians: If You Don’t Want a Mom & Kid Killed . . .; Tip for Netanyahu, Too

By Debbie Schlussel

One of These Guys Should Be Running Israel; The Other is Currently Running Israel

Palestinian murders of Jews and Christians via bombings, stabbings, shootings, and so on, never ever stop. You just stop hearing about them in the news. . . until you do, when you are told that “violence has flared,” even though there was never any “flaring,” as it’s a consistent occurrence. But when Israel responds, you are preached at about the killing of an “innocent” Palestinian mother and her kid. Here’s a tip for the Palestinians who don’t want to be killed by accident. And I also have a tip for Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu who doesn’t want Israelis to be deliberately killed, as they are daily by Palestinian Muslims.

What if I told you that Muslims from Jordan and Egypt and Syria and Lebanon decided they wanted to build a mosque over most of the Vatican in Rome, including most of St. Peter’s Basilica . . . and that the Muslims would control St. Peter’s Square and who entered and when? What if I told you that Catholics would no longer be able to attend services anywhere near there and that even on the odd hours they could be in the vicinity, they would not be allowed to pray, or even to mouth Catholic prayers? You’d say this was nuts and that Catholics should kick the Muslims out and re-assert Catholic authority, right? And yet all of this happened with and to the Jewish Temple Mount, the holiest site in Judaism, where Muslims built a mosque over it (after throwing garbage on it).

But the Israelis have no cojones. They not only won’t assert Jewish authority over the Temple Mount, but the government of Israel long ago handed over control of it to Muslims–to their Waqf. Even when Israel recaptured the holy Jewish city of Jerusalem, the Israelis did nothing to assert control over the Temple Mount. To date, they’ve ceded policing of this area to Waqf guards (a/k/a anti-Semitic HAMAS supporters), who’ve allowed the Mount to be used to launch attacks on Jews and Israeli authorities, throwing rocks at them, etc. Until 2000, when Jews wanted to go to the Temple Mount, they were required to get tickets and permits from the Waqf. They can only go there during certain hours and are forbidden from praying or dressing in religious garb. They are not even allowed to mouth the words to prayers. Some Jews tried to do this a few times over the course of the last few decades, and each time they do, it’s used as a pretextual excuse for mass terrorist attacks by Palestinian Muslims on Jews, even though those attacks were already planned. That happened with the Intifadas (uprisings). And that’s happening now.

But I have news for Israel, if you act like a weakling, you will be treated like one and won’t be feared in the Muslim world. Muslims are the same as Marxists in following Stalin’s advice, about continuing to dig with bayonets if they find mush (and retreating if they find steel). Never reasserting Israel’s and the Jewish people’s rights to ALL of the Temple (including the Temple Mount) was a festering mistake. Israel cared too much in 1967 and has cared too much to date about what the rest of the world will think. (And no matter what Israel does, the rest of the world hates it, anyway.) If Israel had simply dismantled the mosque built atop the Jewish Temple, or at least retaken control of the structure and who goes in and out, Muslims would not have the Temple Mount as an excuse and a ruse. And Muslims would fear and respect Israel more. Instead, Israel has allowed the Muslims to show them who’s boss.

And, per usual, the “flaring” of violence against Jews–that “flaring” that never really flared because it’s been consistently occuring–is taking place. Kids were forced to watch Palestinian terrorists execute their parents in a car in the so-called West Bank. But you don’t hear about that because 1) they are Jews (and the only lives that count are Muslim lives allegedly taken by Jews), and 2) it was a deliberate act meant perpetrated in cold blood. The only thing that is important to the media is the killing of a Palestinian baby machine and her kid–both of them Jew-hating HAMAS supporters and enablers, BTW (the kid would have grown up to hate and probably kill Jews). It doesn’t matter that this was an accident, or that Israelis were targeting HAMAS weapons factories and sites. It doesn’t matter that Israelis have been stabbed and shot by Muslims for weeks and that a Palestinian homicide bomber just made an appearance (and a detonation).

Only Palestinian lives matter. Memo to Palestinians: don’t want a mother and a kid killed by accident? Stop your deliberate non-stop bloodshed of Jews, including moms and their kids.

Memo to Netanyahu: if you had any balls, you’d take away control of the Temple Mount from Muslims and start allowing Jews to openly hold services there.

Sadly, the average Palestinian on the street has bigger balls than Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli PM, does.

And that’s why the stabbings, shootings, and other killings of Israelis continue.

And why I sigh and shake my head, each time people e-mail me and cheer what a great, tough speech Netanyahu made to the UN or Congress.

Talk is cheap. And empty tough talk costs live.

No one ever said, “Speak loudly and carry a toothpick.”

***

BTW, the Palestinian Muslim chick suicide bomber wounded herself. Which is a good thing. But she also wounded an Israeli police officer.

And Israel has already taken the jihadista to their hospitals for the best medical care there is. You know, so she can one day try to bomb again. That’s why these stabbings and shootings and homicide bombings continue.

Because Netanyahu and other top Israelis are too concerned with appeasing the world rather than practicing the only thing that will stop the violence: “the Chicago Way.”

A few airstrikes won’t do it. It never does.

That Was Then . . .

The Chicago Way? How about the Torah way? No Muslims in Eretz Israel. Period.

I’m not sure I agree that Bibi has no balls. Instead, he is part of the elite stratum that has always run Israel. The one thing these elites can’t risk is having the so-called Dati Leumi “National Religious” in power. The be-hatted Haredim have been co-opted and corrupted, practicing a “Judaism” that involves, among other things, letting wifey work while they “study” all day. But the National Religious believe both in Torah and in Zionism. They are dangerous to the elite stratum that believes only in making Israel look like the US (with older buildings). The elite stratum also holds that business interests trump everything, and business partners in different countries want the Fakestinians to have a “homeland.”

In 1967 Israel *could* have kept control of the Temple Mount. Now so many business interests have developed that there would be some cost in taking it. But this would be short-term cost. After all, Germany is perfectly happy to do business with Iran.

The #1 rule is know who you’re dealing with. David Mamet, one of cinema’s great screenwriters (and directors) has indeed got the principle down:

“You wanna get Capone? Here’s how you get him. He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue! That’s the Chicago way, and that’s how you get Capone!”

Ralph Adamo on October 12, 2015 at 5:45 pm

The Palestinians pull stuff, and then whine when they get their fingers burnt in the process.

Just maybe it don’t have nothing to do with politics, investments or National interests. Debbie is square on! The most Holy place on earth for the world’s Jews and some Christians is the temple mount. It doesn’t belong to the Muslims. It has always belonged to the Hebrews tribes. If the Muslims want their mosque, fine they can take it a part stone by stone and relocate it to a place in their lands. The Jews have the GOD given right to the Temple mount. What would Abraham do? He would clear the temple mount for the True and living GOD! The GOD of the JEWs and some of the Christians. Not my words, not my thoughts but the Word from the Holy Bible;the words of the Living and True GOD of the Jews!
Debbie Schlussel, may her God protect and bless her. Amen. p.s. GOD says his Temple will be rebuilt on That Holy ground. Again, not my words but words from the Holy Bible. Its all going by the Book.

I think Netanyahu has much more limited power than people believe. He apparently sought to attack Iran on at least a couple of occasions but the IDF nixed the plans.

The Israeli PM is a much weaker figure than the American President, constrained as he is by IDF brass, the police, the courts, and even his own attorney general.

It’s been my opinion for some time that Israel really needs to completely gut the structure of government in favor of a system which features a strong president.

adam on October 13, 2015 at 12:26 am

Netanyahu is a great communicator and diplomat, but he barely does anything of substance!

Hillel on October 13, 2015 at 8:19 am

Israel, Jews, Palestinians, Palestine, Arabs, Persians, Zionists, Caliphates, Temples, Mosques, Ancient Monuments, a Multitude of Religious Beliefs, and a plethora of related factors – all have combined to create a modern, more entangled, more confusing, more challenging, and a more capable of mass devastation chain of events “GORDIAN KNOT”.

Who will be the “Alexander” who will unravel it and how will this “Alexander” proceed afterwards?

Adam, your suggestion / opinion is: “It’s been my opinion for some time that Israel really needs to completely gut the structure of government in favor of a system which features a strong president.” Please read Plato’s comments:

I truly wish resolution in Israel’s favor would be as simple as sending General Patton into action to bring enlightenment to the eyes and minds of these “lost in the 7th Century Luddite Leaders” who deny Israel and the Jews the Right to Exist.

This “GORDIAN KNOT” must be resolved – asap. It is THE EXISTENTIAL QUESTION for all the World to answer correctly.

Dennis on October 13, 2015 at 8:19 am

The problem is that “palestinians?” DO want “a mother and a kid killed by accident”. They would rather have the press this generates (and the effect of this press) than have their relatives alive.

That is sick.

Just like here with the Black Lives Matter killers, the media, worldwide has chosen who’s lives are important. These self-hating white “journalists have done more harm to the fabric of the human race than all of the despots & dictators combined. It will take the People to stand up against the do nothing, say nothing “leaders” in both countries to end this insanity.

MuzzCrusher on October 13, 2015 at 9:22 am

    Hello MuzzCrusher,

YES…the SILENT, SELF-HATING JOURNALISTS are pathetic.
Here is a headline I saw while doing this morning’s readings.

“Gaza Imam Wields Knife, Tells Congregation to Kill Jews Like Muhammad Did”

This is a blatant directive to murder Jews, i.e. Israeli citizens, because this Imam hates Jews.

WHERE IS THE WORLD’S OUTRAGE ABOUT THIS DEATH THREAT?

Now after decades every reporter calls what was neglected by Muslims, their third holiest place. Not removing it was the biggest blunder in recent Jewish history.

Glen Benjamin on October 13, 2015 at 9:25 am

Mr. Adamo bringing up the Capone scenario raises an interesting memory here. When The Marxist In Chief was on the campaign trail telling us all about visiting 57 states, his Muslim heritage, etc., he said something else. He was talking about how the Democrats would defeat their enemies ideologically.

Of course (roll eyes), he was only speaking metaphorically:

“They bring a knife, we bring a gun.”

Metaphorically, of course.

And of course, if they can’t defeat patriotic conservatives metaphorically, they always have the 1.7 billion hollow point rounds, and 2,700 light armored tanks, . . .

along with The Nation Of Islam, La Raza, etc.

APR: Correction, I brought up the Capone scene in the post. The commenter merely repeated it. Did you read the post or watch the video?? DS

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 13, 2015 at 11:03 am

    Alfredo,
Thanks for pointing out that Obama used the David Mamet line. Here’s the analysis from “Fact Check”:

    Q. Did President Obama once say of Republicans: “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun.”

A: Yes. Obama made those remarks at a fundraiser in Philadelphia during the 2008 presidential campaign. He was paraphrasing a quote from the 1987 mob movie “The Untouchables.”

    FULL QUESTION
Good evening: A WGN talk show was trying to draw a direct comparison between Pres. Obama and Sarah Palin in BOTH having contributed to the hatred across the country:
The host said while Palin had her crosshairs, Pres. Obama has said (meaning Republicans): “If they bring knives, we will use guns.”

I follow politics closely and cannot remember seeing or hearing such a statement, and the show did not site a year or source.
Thanks if you can help, as I’m in a debate with the show host.

    FULL ANSWER
We have received a lot of questions about Obama’s quote since the Jan. 8 shootings in Tucson, Ariz., which left six people dead, injured Democratic Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and sparked a national debate about the tone of political discourse.
One reader asked if Obama was misquoted or if the quote was taken out of context, because “it just doesn’t sound like Obama.” He indeed said it at a 2008 fundraiser in Philadelphia, but the quote may not “sound like Obama” because it was first uttered by Sean Connery in “The Untouchables” — a 1987 movie about Eliot Ness, a federal agent in Chicago who was credited with bringing down mobster Al Capone. Connery played Jim Malone, an honest, tough, Irish American cop recruited by Ness (played by Kevin Costner) to help deal with Chicago mobsters. Connery’s character said this in the movie: “Here’s how you get him. He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. That’s the Chicago way!”

Ralph Adamo on October 13, 2015 at 4:34 pm

DS, technically, your particular video clip from “The Untouchables” deletes the references to Capone that is in the original movie and screenplay. (There is a better and more complete clip on YouTube than the one you selected.) I am providing context to the line, as David Mamet is from Chicago and is also one of America’s greatest screenwriters, having written many memorable lines that are now part of our culture. (Sean Connery became interested in taking the role of Jim Malone when he learned Mamet was writing the script.) Alfredo is alluding to the hypocrisy of Obama — also, of course, from Chicago — regarding gun control.

Ralph Adamo on October 14, 2015 at 6:26 pm

One should not be so quick to criticize others. “Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain – and most fools do.”–Benjamin Franklin. “Humility is the solid foundation of all virtues.”–Confucius.

Ralph Adamo on October 14, 2015 at 7:33 pm

That’s right, Debbie, you did. But I was speaking in the context of the Comments forum. Your article provides the information, sets the tone, and comments from and even discussions between members ensue. I have a particular interest in the different aspects of things in your articles that certain posters seize on to focus their attention.

As for reading, I am on record as having said this before. I read every word of every article, except for movie reviews. I don’t watch most of the videos. None of that has changed.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 15, 2015 at 9:21 pm

Kids were forced to watch Palestinian terrorists execute their parents in a car…

The most disturbing trend is that these kids’ (or any kids growing up as “privileged” whites) stand a chance of growing up to be muslim/Fakestinian sympathizers/supporters/activists such is the pervasive, impenetrable and insane philosophy/psychoses of white guilt/self-hatred.

I’m glad I’m not PM Netanyahu. I’m sure his decisions are constrained by many factors unknown to us.

Thank you for writing this column Debbie. I think columns like this help form a critical mass of American opinion that influences our anti-Semitic regime to support Israel diplomatically when it otherwise would not do so.

Jews should do what Hindu activists did in a similar Hindu religious site in 1991 in Ayodhya, India, where Muzzies had destroyed a major temple in the 16th century and built a mosque over it

After years of campaigning to demolish the mosque and build a temple in its place, they actually went ahead and did it in 1991. Since then, while the Hindu temple hasn’t been built, no government – secular or Hindu – has dared to allow a mosque to be rebuilt there.

Jews need to blow up the al Aqsa – preferably at night, when nobody is there – and block any mosque from being rebuilt ever.
