Very cute and kinda funny. (BTW, my fave thing about Salma Hayek is that even though she’s part Lebanese, she’s resisted the Muslims’ attempt to make her into one of their Arabist crusaders and mostly identifies as a Latina.) In case you were wondering, the other brunette appears to be Sofia Vergara.
I am no fan of Salma Hayek, she is very liberal. However she is 42 years old has kids and has no right to have a body like that. Sorry Debbie, but you put up the video. Can you say Muy Caliente? I bet you rock like that too 😉 The skit is cute. Most Mexican Telenovelas, (Mexican Soaps) always portray the women as passionate, beautiful, hostile, and SEXY, did I mention SEXY?. Believe me as someone who has dated many Latin women, they will let you know when they are upset, there is no silent anger or passive aggressive BS. That is the way I like it. The video of her being upset is very sexy. Sorry, my opinion. One thing about Latin culture there are no effeminate men or feminists running the show. It is very defined in who is the man and who is the woman.

Shame on Zogby for giving cover to them and his organization. Most of this groups are just Palestinian sympathy front groups that have a few useful idiots who aren’t muslim giving them cover. Much like a ProChoice Catholic funded by Soros.

Enjoyed the video and the Spanish portion simply re-enforced my contention that anything spoken in a Romance language – no matter how silly – sounds beautiful 😉

Thanks Debbie, it was a “marginally” cute clip. Absurd scripting. I’ve never been a fan of musicals and this one also pegged my “hokey” meter. But Salma is, as CaliforniaScreaming said, muy caliente, in any venue. Extremely so. Yes, they are a passionate people as is witnessed by most Spanish language TV stations. Watch any, even if you don’t understand the language, and you can tell immediately they are a passionate, sensuous people. Hated the very annoying Jimmy Kimmel-plugging banner at the bottom of the YouTube window that blocked the English subtitles but, that’s how it goes sometimes. Um, Jimmy Kimmel has NEVER been on my watch list. I miss Jay Leno even though I rarely stayed up to watch more than his monologue. He’s a class act. NONE of the other late-nighters are, especially, Letterman (as you’ve often said). I enjoy your reviews. Keep’m coming.

Debbie, that is Sofia Vergara. The other girl is Jennifer Esposito. Either one of which I could easily spend the rest of my life with. On the other hand, Salma Hayek never did anything for me. The video was pretty funny though.

Salma Hayek is Lebanese, but Lebanese Catholic. It’s fair to note that Lebanon was a vast majority Catholic (maronite) country. She doesn’t deny her father was Lebanese and Muslims that want to claim her are asinine.
D: Lebanon is no longer a majority Catholic–or even Christian–country. It is now a majority Muslim country. Didn’t say she denied she’s Lebanese. But, yes, Muslims constantly try to claim her and other Christian Arabs so we will identify with them. That’s the whole purpose of the Muslim-run and dominated Arab American National Museum–to hijack the Christian Arab-American story and confuse us into believing Muslims in America are just like them, when they are not. I’ve written about this on this site, several times. DS
