When Will Nabih Ayad Pay His Student Loans?: Hijab Plaintiff’s Lawyer, Muslim Activist Owes U.S. $117,000+

Over the last couple of days, a big news story in the Detroit area is that of Raneen Albaghdady, a garish Muslim woman with more make-up than RuPaul (with apologies to Ru) and a bad nose job. If this is Islamic “modesty,” it’s always opposite day in that religion.
Nabih Ayad: Won’t Pay Student Loans, U.S. Govt. Suing Him
Ms. Albaghdady voluntarily took off her hijab–her head-rag–at the request of Wayne County (Detroit) Circuit Court Judge J. William Callahan, saying, “OK, it doesn’t matter” (a portion of court video conveniently left out of a CAIR YouTube posting). But a month later, with CAIR having its hooks into the case, it no longer “doesn’t matter.” It’s now, per the litigation jihad, a lawsuit. Although I’ll bet her biggest embarrassment was the fake hair extension that she had clipped on her head underneath the scarf (why would she need that with her hair covered?).
But that’s not the story here. The lawsuit over her chintzy leopard-print head shmattah isn’t the story. The story is that her lawyer, Nabih Ayad, is being sued by the U.S. government for not paying a cent on the nearly $120,000 he owes after you, the U.S. taxpayer, put Ayad through college and law school, so he could file frivolous Islamic lawsuits like this one. And while he hasn’t paid you back a dime of it, Lebanese immigrant Ayad wears expensive suits, drives a fancy car, and lives in a luxurious home in an upper middle-class neighborhood of Canton, Michigan. And don’t forget his large diamond stud earrings (on both earlobes).
Yet, as they rush to cover Ayad’s every lawsuit on behalf of every Islamic terrorist and every uber-aggrieved Muslim, no one in the mainstream media will cover this story, a story I broke on this site. And you wonder why Ayad has no shame. Why should he? He’s getting away with it. And he even used a fake name–an alias: Nabin Aydd–in connection with getting the loans.
I’ve written about the Shi’ite Muslim Ayad before. His family is active in Hezbollah, and he openly supports the group. He is named after Nabih Berri, his relative, who heads the Shi’ite Amal Militia, a huge component of Hezbollah. He was a plaintiff in the ACLU lawsuit against the NSA wiretaps. None of this, of course, stopped Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm from appointing Ayad Treasurer of the tax-funded Michigan Civil Rights Commision.
And yet the government lawsuit over Ayad’s student loans continues. Instead of working out a payment plan, Ayad is fighting the suit, claiming he shouldn’t have to pay his student loans, that you should have subsidized him to the tune of $120, 000 “just ‘cuz.”
And it’s not like Ayad doesn’t have the money. Like I said, he represents most of the Islamic terrorists and Islamic crime suspects in town. At an undercover meeting I had with former Ayad client Al-Qaeda terrorist Omar Abdel-Fattah Al-Shishani–who later went to prison, Shishani told me (he didn’t know my real identity) that Ayad took $25,000 from him, visited him once in prison, then dumped him like a rock because he’s not an Arab. And there are rumors throughout the Muslim community that Ayad gets all the trumped up Muslim lawsuits referred to him by “former” Islamic terrorist, FBI award revokee, and marriage fraud perpetrator Imad Hamad of the Muslim-dominated ADC because he then gives Hamad kickbacks from settlements and fees. I wonder if he has the same rumored arrangement with CAIR-Michigan’s Dawud Walid a/k/a Delano Anthony Willis, Jr. (who has an interesting criminal rap sheet).
So, will the Hezbollah student loan debtor ever pay America back? If he doesn’t, I can’t wait to get my hands on the federal government’s creditor exam of Ayad.
I would not be surprised if it showed a lot of pay-offs, er . . . “payments” to Imad Hamad and ADC, not to mention mysterious cash infusions (passed off from foreign terrorist sources).

We all know that no other media source in this city will let this info be known–and they will attempt to bury it as they highlight the phony hijab complaint.
Notice who filed the suit too–CAIR–which has been ID’d as a terrorist supporting muslim front organization–Hooper et al–taking on all cush garbage cases–the flying sheiks et al. Why is CAIR still allowed to be here and to operate? Why does no other media outlet ask “why?”
