Thanks for the exact evidential information Debbie, about an hour ago, I’ve read this story on the left wing “New York Daily News'” website and they failed to mention the word “Muslim”, because the attacker happened to be, ironically a Muslim woman, and they also distributed this woman wearing her hijab in a mug-shot photo.

And I’m none to stunned that other sources didn’t mention her allege faith, probably didn’t want to feel embarrassed, and didn’t even did “newspeak” by being Orwellian in their analysis, etc.!

I can understand why nobody stepped in to stop this.
Look what happened to George Zimmerman when he tried to stop an obvious case of a bugler casing out an apartment complex.
He gets his entire life ruined.
If I had been there and punched a black, Muslim, woman can you imagine the hell that would rain down on me.
The video that everybody would see would be the one of me hitting the attacker.
No media would run the video we just saw of the black woman beating this white woman.
The story would just be about a white man beating a black Muslim woman.

I just read news reports about this and apparently the two women both worked at Mickey D’s, the other woman was hispanic, and the entire incident had to do with the victim gossiping about the assailant at work. Something to do with the assailant’s love life, if you can believe she’d have one.

Black women beating each other up is not unusual at all. We had an incident at my office where two black female employees got into a fist fight in the elevator lobby over a comment one woman made about the boyfriend of a friend of the other woman. The fight escalated to the point where one woman pulled a knife. The whole thing happened pretty quickly, and at the time the knife came out, several supervisors were pulling the women apart. Other female employees (black) were standing around cheering them on.

We fired both women, who then filed an EEOC complaint. We even had a black female supervisor testify on their behalf that violence is considered an acceptable means of conflict resolution in the black culture.

The video is sickening and got me very angry the first time I watched it.But when you think LOGICALLY about it you see that :1-This is what people call “cat fight”(they even make beer commercials with those scenes). The idea is not so “hot” now eh ? 2-The religion of the big woman is not the issue. Was the black woman who almost did the same thing to Debbie in Wall-mart store some time ago a Muslim ?3-You have to watch the beginning of the fight several time to notice it(because some guy walks in front of the camera) but if appears that the victim MIGHT HAVE swung first and that would explain people’s lack of action.

I noticed a lot of comments are focusing on the racial aspect of this brutal beating and that’s to be expected I guess. Any confrontation between a white and a black person is elevated to a racial issue. But I wonder how these same folks are responding to the literally thousands of “Catfight” videos on YouTube that show white girls beating each other down (and Black girls beating each other down, and Hispanic girls beating each other down, and on and on…).

I’m looking at CNN right now and they have the story of this beating…it was horrific, especially since the victim’s child had to watch (and she threatened the child while a bunch of knuckleheads stood around and watched….manhood anyone???). And yes, you should be prepared when “they” come for you…everyone should have the right to self-defense. However, since crime stats who momst assault victims are assaulted by someone they know, if “they” come for you, most likely it will be a relative or friend.

Words cannot adequately describe my response as I read this article and saw this video. Both the attacker and the bystanders are vile barbarians. American justice would be insufficient for an attack of this sort. Only a Biblical “eye for an eye” form of justice here would approach sufficiency. And all of the bystanders ought to rounded up and photographed and have their images posted on the Web so that they are properly recognized in the “Hall of Shame” where they belong.

I would also like to point out, that I don’t believe that the victim was not a White person. She was part-Black and she is married to a Black man, for those who choose to interpret this act of barbarism in terms of race.

Finally, I would urge the victim’s family to file a lawsuit not just against the barbarian Latia Harris, but also against McDonald’s. Although McDonald’s would, no doubt, argue that Harris was acting out of personal motives and, therefore, that the corporation should bear no responsibility for the acts of their employee Harris, there is a doctrine of law that could be properly applied: NEGLIGENT HIRING.

A search of Harris’ criminal records found that in December 2010 she had been charged with hindering prosecution. Definition: “A person is guilty of hindering prosecution when, with intent to prevent, hinder or delay the discovery or apprehension of, or the lodging of a criminal charge against, a person whom the person accused of hindering prosecution knows has committed acts constituting a crime, or is being sought by law-enforcement officers for the commission of a crime.”

Thus, Harris has a record of closely associating with a criminal and of protecting that criminal. The lawsuit against McDonald’s would be even stronger if the criminal she was protecting was sought for an act of violence. McDonald’s chose to knowlingly employ a Muslim without verifying if she had a criminal record.

And even if the lawsuit against McDonald’s should fail on legal technicalities, the case will likely get much publicity and put pressure on McDonald’s to pay up just the same. This is not the “eye for an eye” justice that should be rendered here, but Harris’ capture and incarceration, coupled with a hefty settlement from McDonald’s will have to substitute for what options remain for this “civilized” nation of ours.
