WTF?! Obama Kerry Condemned Nigerian Bombing of Boko Haram Islamic Terrorists
On Saturday, the Obama Administration condemned the Nigerian government for bombing Islamic terrorists. Yup, the same Islamic terrorists who kidnapped nearly 300 mostly Christian girls, forcibly converted them to Islam, and vowed to sell them into sex slavery. That outrageous behavior by the Islamic terrorists isn’t condemned nearly as strongly by the Obamaniks as the Nigerian government response. Can you imagine if FDR and Harry Truman condemned the British for bombing Dresden and urged “restraint”? It’s the same deal here. It’s as if Obama were criticizing America for defeating Japan by dropping the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Were any innocent civilians killed at Omaha Beach and Normandy? Well, then, maybe we should condemn the Americans who bravely fought the Nazis there, right?
When reader Duane sent this to me, my response was “WTF?!” But with Obama and company I should be jaded upon jaded and there should be the end of the use of WTF. Because nothing surprises anymore. Not the weakness, not the pandering, promoting, and appeasement of Muslims, nothing.
Nigerian warplanes struck militant camps in the northeast on Friday in a major push against an Islamist insurgency, drawing a sharp warning from the United States to respect human rights and not harm civilians. Troops used jets and helicopters to bombard targets in their biggest offensive since the Boko Haram group launched a revolt almost four years ago to establish a breakaway Islamic state and one military source said at least 30 militants had been killed.
But three days after President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in the northeast, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry issued a strongly worded statement saying: “We are … deeply concerned by credible allegations that Nigerian security forces are committing gross human rights violations, which, in turn, only escalate the violence and fuel extremism.” . . . Washington “condemns Boko Haram’s campaign of terror in the strongest terms”, Kerry said, but urged Nigeria’s armed forces to show restraint and discipline.
Huh? Extremism is already fueled and escalated quite high. Responding to and trying to defeat it is not fueling or escalating anything, except the hastening of the terrorists’ defeat.
Nigerian defense spokesman Brigadier-General Chris Olukolade said in a statement that troops destroyed several Boko Haram camps and weapons stockpiles in forests around Borno state, epicenter of the uprising and relic of a medieval Islamic empire: “Heavy weapons including anti-aircraft and anti-tank guns were also destroyed in the process,” he said. “The special operations … resulted in the destruction of much of the insurgents’ weapons and logistics such as vehicles, containers, fuel dumps and power generators.” He said the death toll amongst the insurgents would be verified during mopping up exercises in the camps, including in the Sambisa game reserve in Borno state. A military source said at least 30 insurgents had been killed in one operation.
This, my friends, is how you win a war. You drop bombs and kill people. You destroy buildings and lives. Again, it’s war. And Islam is at war with Nigeria. This is the only way you fight it. Period. This stuff about not harming civilians is total BS. How many “innocent civilians” were killed in World War II? Hundreds of thousands. Does that mean we should have just given a White flag to the Nazis and surrendered to them and the Japanese? Insane.
But, sadly, America–whether it’s Obama or Bush before him–has never noticed that Islam is at war with us, just as it is at war with Nigeria and every other country that is not yet Islamic but “meant to be” in the grand plan. Islam is at war with us and Nigeria, but we are not at war with Islam. We are at peace with appeasing and ultimately losing everything to it.
Boko Haram murdered over 10,000 Nigerians since its founding in 2002. And in the world according to Barack, the country should just look the other way and do nothing. Again, simply insane.
But, hey, I guess Twitter hashtags will do the trick in defeating Islamic terrorists, right?

Oh, and here’s another schmuck:
“A state of emergency appears to be a further step toward responding to the crisis in the north through military rather than political means,” a former U.S. ambassador to Nigeria, John Campbell, wrote in a blog. “The brutality of the Nigerian security services appears to generate support for the Islamists.”
In case you were wondering, Campbell was U.S. Ambassador to Nigeria under President Bush, from 2004-2007, and he looked the other way as Boko Haram grew and murdered. Appeasement is the name of the game on both sides of the infected appeasement aisle.

Secretary Kerry and the Obama Administration seem to have few problems with Islam. Whatever actions they have taken on the terror front have been so deliberately limited that any any deterrent arising from them is rendered negligible.
