i had to go to a meeting at a chrysler development center in detroit once and as i was sitting at the stoplight off of an I-94 exit ramp, i saw a car in my rearview mirror coming off the freeway at a high rate of speed. he wasn’t slowing down much when he went between me and another car stopped at the light. he side-swiped my car so hard it dragged my vehicle into the intersection and my car did a full 360 degree spin. i was lucky i wasn’t hit again and looked up and this idiot’s car was spun around also, and we were facing each other. of course he was a blake (as i refer to them) and he takes off. i was so furious i chase after him and once we were down a side street, i realized my critical mistake. he stops, get’s out of his car and i assume he was preparing to shoot. believe it or not i did get his license plate and turned around on someone’s front lawn. there was a police station nearby and i went in to give my report… as i was filling out the paperwork, i told them the guy was last seen just a mile away and here’s his license plate, expecting them to capitalize on the info. the cop laughed at me and told me no one will be investigating this because there are countless of similar events every day. i was also told that most likely the driver wasn’t the owner of the car, which was probably unregistered and uninsured.

the police report was only for my insurance company’s benefit.

(Oops) got him to safety. We returned about 20 minutes later to find his truck completely demolished and everything that was inside stolen. I’m not racist at all. But that was insane! That means African-Americans are represented about double relative to their percentage of the overall population, and Caucasians about half. Of course, there are historical and economic reasons for this. Personally, I don’t care about the race of the people who are on food stamps; I just don’t want to see taxpayers’ generosity abused. Good points. Been this way a long long time. My brother was driving through an intersection 28 years ago in the d and got hit by a car load of youths. He kept on driving and praying that his car would get him home as theirs was disabled. Smart.He was a bit smarter after that and spent less time there after.

I would like to point out that the Rev. Al Sharpton was on CNN and he condemned this racist hate crime, and he admonished the black gang members to follow the law and restrain themselves from engaging in racist conduct. And we should also note that President Obama said in a comment to a reporter at MSNBC that the brothers should never have struck the white driver because if he had a son, he would be just like the white driver. Debbie should be ashamed of herself for not giving credit to Rev. Sharpton and Pres. Obama where credit is due.

This travesty is only a small sample of what happens in the jungle every day. In a city where the police union has stated “Enter At Your Own Risk: Police Union Says ‘War-Like’ Detroit Is Unsafe For Visitors”, all we can do is cry out for help from someone other than the criminals ruling over the criminals.

Now that slaves were emancipated almost 150 years ago what are we to do? Make excuses for racist behaviour because someone who commited the racist act is black? Or, should we make accusations of President Bush for not evacuating New Orleans prior to Hurricane Katrina because most of the people there were black? It’s getting crazy. I was inside RUSH Hospital in Chicago with my handicapped son who is physically and mentally challenged and is wheelchair bound. Three African Americans robbed me in that elevator, inside a hospital mind you while standing behind a crippled child in a wheelchair. This had nothing to do with slavery, unequality or any other excuse. They were nothing but lazy A$$ thugs who are a disgrace to any race. To the north of Me is a country called Papua New Guinea,PNG for short. There hasn’t been much in the way of law there since independence many decades ago.
