Choice is not an option under the Affordable Care Act. You get to choose from a set of preselected options. Also, the substantially higher cost of Gold and Platinum plans, which are the best among what is offered, are prohibitively expensive for people with limited incomes. The premiums are bad news, but the co-payments and deductibles are even worse for the average person.

The abortion culture has had a very deleterious effect on the value of life since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. Not just the fact that as far as they’re concerned, “a woman’s right to choose” both begins and ends with abortion (as exemplified by the abortion lobby’s murderous opposition to the use of ultrasound machines in health clinics, and buying some judges to rule their way), but also their overall message – that life is cheap, expendable, a dime a dozen, utterly worthless and of no value whatsoever, to be casually tossed aside (like an old Kleenex tissue) at the slightest whim; that pregnancy is like a catastrophic disease and tantamount to a death sentence; that motherhood is a punishment; and that having and raising children is a massive inconvenience and undue burden that severely constricts a woman’s life, puts an irrevocable crimp in their lifestyle and takes years off their life that they’ll never get back – possibly being one factor among many that drove Casey Anthony, in 2008, to murder her 2-year-old daughter Caylee (besides Casey, herself, being a completely selfish you-know-what that is of four letters, starts with “s” and rhymes with “gut”). The phony “war on women” meme has been used as a justification by the Left for their multi-pronged war against the family (their insistence on keeping parents in the dark about their teenage daughters’ use of abortion pills), the unborn, the culture of life (with many pro-life groups subjected to the same type of politically-motivated harassment from the IRS as what conservative and Tea Party groups have been going through since Obama took office, and several pro-life activists facing daily death threats from pro-abortion extremists), and religious liberty and freedom of conscience (Planned Parenthood’s practically putting a gun to the heads of Christians, Catholics, Jews and other religions, forcing them to subsidize free abortion pills and in effect be accomplices to the overall culture of death, “or else”).

As for Obama, he has always been an adherent of the culture of death, dating from the days when he was a State Senator who voted against a bill that would have protected babies born alive in these dens of death called “abortion clinics.” It underscores how much the Left’s knowledge of women’s health is so narrow that it encompasses their version of the ABC’s – abortion, birth control and contraception.

And one other thing: He delivered this latest BS to try to divert attention away from a “March for Life” that took place around the Capitol yesterday.

I’ve never understood how people who scream “KEEP YOUR LAWS OFF MY BODY!!!” when it comes to abortion square their full-throated support for Obamacare or any type of single-payer/gov’t-mandated healthcare. My suspicion is that they’re idiots.

It is a shame that people still don’t understand that abortion is murder. It is the same trauma as women who suffer a miscarriage have, yet worse because they initiated it themselves. Now they have blood guilt on their hands for the rest of their lives. How is this helping women. Any woman who would choose to have an abortion is as nuts as one who would take her own life. In fact, many women who have had abortions do try to take their lives as a result.

Saying the fetus is not human is like saying that the Jews were just dolls as they were stacked like firewood outside the gas chambers. It is the same culture of murder that promoted both of these concepts. If you really want to save the rights of women, stop the brainwashing that abortion is harmless.

And given that Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger, was a vile racist and eugenics adherent and (at one point) may well have also been a Hitler supporter in the early stages of his regime, the abortion culture’s callous dehumanization of unborn babies makes some sense in a very grotesque and insidious way. Never mind abortion being murder as those with an actual IQ realize, and the fact that women who have had abortions have not only tried to take their own lives, but in some cases have wound up with breast cancer and other catastrophic physical issues.

Abortion is even more nefarious and destructive when you also consider that at the same time, the Left is pushing for illegal alien amnesty which would tip the demographic scales past the breaking point – and such illegals (not to mention Muslim “refugees” from Somalia, Syria et al.) are breeding like rabbits at the same time native-born Americans are murdering their unborns in the name of “choice” – a circumstance that, if unchecked, will even further accelerate the time period by which white Anglos in America will become a minority in their own country. Especially considering that countries that sanction abortion and artificial birth control have replacement rates per family that are under 2.0 and, depending on which country, completely unsustainable in terms of maintaining Western civilization (part, but only part, of why Europe is already falling to Islam – in Spain in particular, the replacement rate is at or below 1.0).
