On the way to catch my flight
I noticed snowflakes playing
In the ever failing light
When you dropped me at departures
I was really coming down
Deep and crisp beneath

The terminal was seething
Without much Christmas cheer
So I found an empty closet
And bedded down in there
When I woke much later
I was quite alone
Checkin was deserted

I thought it was stupid, unfunny, unoriginal and I hate the old bastard singing it.

I’m sick of these balding, fat, un-hip/hispster and old singers. Whatever happened to rockers that had to grow their long, stringy hair from childhood and were skinny as rails? That took sacrifice to their craft.

Now we have mediocre singers with short hair, skinny jeans and those tiny flannel shirts and glasses and mediocre songs.
