No Tears for Anti-American, Anti-Israel Creep Casey Kasem & His Similarly Inclined Kids

By Debbie Schlussel

**** UPDATE: Casey Kasem Hosted Anti-Semitic Palestinian Event Featuring Jew-Hater, Holocaust Denier ****

When he was healthy and had a celebrity bully pulpit, Casey Kasem was a far-left, anti-American, anti-Israel creep, who dumped his first wife for a blonde model/actress bimbo. So no tears for him from me, now that he is old, sick, and infirm. Karma is a bitch. And anti-Israel, anti-American karma is a sharmouta.

Karma is a Bitch for Israel-Hater Casey Kasem (Pictured at Openly Pro-HAMAS/Hezbo ADC Fundraising Dinner)

You may have read the sob stories over the formerly famous DJ Kasem, who used to host “American Top 40” and was the voice of “Shaggy”on TV’s animated “Scooby Doo.” Now 81, Kasem is in the advanced stages of Parkinson’s Disease, and his aging bimbo second wife, Jean (she played Loretta Tortelli, Carla’s sister-in-law, on NBC’s “Cheers” and a short-lived spin-off), refuses to let Kasem’s kids from wife #1 see him. No tears for them, either. It’s apparently a case of what goes around comes around for Kasem and his kids, given their politics.

Born Kamal Amin Kasem to Lebanese Druze Arab parents who left British Mandate Palestine for Lebanon and then moved to Detroit, Kasem was on the forefront of attacking Israel at every opportunity possible and helping openly pro-Hezbollah/HAMAS groups, like the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) and the Arab American Institute, raise money. Kasem also authored a brochure for the Arab American Institute, which applauded Candice Lightner, the half-Arab founder of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), for attacking Israel. In the article, Kasem wrote:

When Lightner protested the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon, her boyfriend called her “anti-Semitic.” The relationship ended. Her non-Arab father knew better. “Honey, you are a Semite,” he said. “That’s the way I was raised,” says Lightner. “We [Arabs and Jews] are all Semites.

That is, of course, baloney. Everyone knows that anti-Semitism means hatred of Jews, but Arabs–particularly Muslims–have tried to hijack the term as a red herring to distract from their hobby of Jew-hatred.

When Israel invaded Lebanon in 1990 to save its people from PLO rapists, torturers, and killers–and at the time, even the New York Times documented how Israelis were welcomed by Shi’ites and Christians as liberators, Casey Kasem was in People Magazine and on Entertainment Tonight attacking the Jews and Israel. He also attacked Israel in the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah War, signing a full page Arab American Institute ad against Israel (along with Paul Anka, Jamie Farr, Tony Shalhoub, F. Murray Abraham, and other Arab celebs). And he endorsed the 2009 Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) “Benefit Concert for Gaza” (MPAC’s chief and founder is married to the chief of Kind Hearts, shut down for financing HAMAS).

Kasem was also constantly at far-left marches and protests, whether it was against the Vietnam War, while our guys were losing life and limb over there, or at anti-Reagan protests. This Arab nationalist, to whom America gave so much, clearly didn’t share too much of a love affair with the country. Kasaem also helped raise money for ACCESS–the tax-funded Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services–a Muslim-dominated, tax-funded Arab welfare agency based in Dearbornistan.

As I’ve told you before, ACCESS gets millions from the federal and Michigan governments and has used that money to train Al-Qaeda terrorists and help them get commercial drivers licenses and Hazardous Materials Hauling Certificates; to fund the anti-Israel Divestment Conference at the University of Michigan; to harbor and help shield Muslim illegal aliens (including terrorists) in the United States; and to aid and abet pregnant Muslim aliens in birthright citizenship for their children, all while defrauding Medicaid.

From a September 1990 People Mag article on Kasem:

Long an antinuclear lobbyist and homeless-rights advocate, Kasem traces his active Arab-American politicking to the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon. “You wind up with 20,000 dead Lebanese and Palestinians, 40,000 maimed and 150,000 left homeless,” he says. “That’s when my shoe was stepped on. All of a sudden, that was really close to home.”

Outside the radio studio, home for Kasem is actually a Holmby Hills, Calif., spread complete with sunken tennis court and a three-hole golf course where he and wife Jean, 35 (formerly ditsy Loretta of TV’s The Tortellis), moved this spring. . . .

He won’t be lowering his voice when it comes to Arab-American bias. Kasem insists he’ll keep right on protesting U.S. military actions in the Middle Last along with fellow opponents like Ron Kovic and Daniel Ellsberg. Guns may be poised in the Gulf, says Kasem, but “the only way we’re ever going to get a solution is through dialogue, not through war.”

Sadly, Kasem’s kids were “educated” and “trained” in his politics and share his far-left, anti-American, anti-Israel views. So, I have the same amount of sympathy for them as I do for him. The same amount of sympathy they have for innocent Israeli victims of Islamic terrorism: zero.

Casey Kasem’s trademark line was, “Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars.” Sadly, he didn’t take his own advice, and reached for the jihad, instead.

The same jihad that wasn’t too kind to his Druze ancestors or relatives that are still in the Middle East.

As I said, no tears for this guy and his kids. They have no tears for innocent victims of the Islamic terrorists they support.

Casey Kasem did very, very well in the United States. He was also more than happy to deal with Jews when he had an active career. His pathological dislike of Israel should have made his antisemitism quite clear. Mr. Kasen’s charitable support of organizations and individuals who were financing known terror groups should have put him behind bars.

Surprisingly enough, his son is a Green Beret.

Yes, absolutely! One of the strengths that makes this site unique is that you tell the truth about dead people, and, by extension, sick or infirm people. You do not sugarcoat them.

I, also, am sick and tired of people who act like jerks all their lives, and then when they get old and/or sick, whether because of their own behaviors or otherwise, expect sympathy. No, they are the same people.

And Mothers Against Drunk Driving? Another sleazy organization, that fosters Government authoritarianism. To my knowledge, there has never been a reliable study, or statistical evaluation of whether their antics reduce accidents (the politically incorrect term, being eclipsed in some jurisdictions by the more politically correct term ‘crashes’). Just more harassment of drivers (I guess it’s more OK to oppress drivers rather than the more politically correct bicyclists who are more ‘sensitive’ to the environment’).

Debbie, I’ve never heard of this guy until just now, and thanks for the information of this guy, Casey Kasem. And I to am not shedding tears and having pity for him and his love ones, because not only he has disgusting and spiteful views regarding geo-politics, but so are his children, from the looks of it, Mr. Kasem indoctrinated his kids into his dogmatic political views of hating the US, hating Israel, hating the Western world, while having sympathy for the Arabs, Islam/Muslims and preferably the third-world.

I don’t know what Druze is. I assume it’s not Mooooooslim.

I did not know any of this stuff. It’s like a total buzzkill. Scooby Doo was a fav of mine as a young’un and on Sirius/XM they play the old 70’s shows of his AT40’s. Sometimes it sounds like it’s not the 70’s but I reckon it is since he’s wicked old now and has been sick for sometime. Well, at least now I won’t have to be sad when he carks it.

I thought the only controversial thing about him ever was that record made by “Negativeland” called “U & The Numeral 2” like 22 years back when they sampled him having a meltdown behind the scenes at AT40. He was so angry and swearing (like Loofah Boy Bill O’Reilly!!) so it was funny because you just thought he was a congenial dude 24/7. Apparently not. He sued the band it was banned but I had a copy before the suit as it used to make me LOL.

Anyway, this column was very informative and I must agree. It’s a shame because many of us grew up with his voice. I had only recently found out he was Arab…I guess I thought he was Italian or something.

Thanks for the informative column. I guess by now I ought not be shocked by those who support Moooooslims. It’s getting tiresome and sad. A total buzzkill.

Skunky on October 4, 2013 at 4:52 pm

“carks it”? Literally a LOL expression or at least it’s striking me so. I’ve never heard it used until here, now. Maybe, Skunky, it’s original with you or I embarrass my out of touch old self.

Hey, though, in the same context wouldn’t “parks it” work?

lee of the lower case "l" on October 4, 2013 at 6:57 pm

Lee (of lower case) it’s an Aussie slang for death. Glad you like it. I do too. It sounds great (as most Oz strine does…).

They like to call dead things “cactus” (“He’s cactus”, “The car is cactus”…) so it may be a shortening of that. It’s one of my favs! 😀

It’s an offshoot of Islam. They did their own funky stuff. Very secretive and hush hush. Maybe they don’t even know themselves really but in the end they don’t have to guess who their friends are anymore.

Frankz on October 4, 2013 at 8:20 pm

I know y’all don’t like Wikipedia but this article is accurate. The Druze are an offshoot of Islam but are different in several respects, as stated in the article. Among them are equal rights for women. Their women sit on their councils. Also they tend to be loyal to the country that has taken them in because they were a persecuted minority within Islam. This has created a crisis for Israeli Druze, many of whom serve in the IDF at high ranks, because they have relatives in Syria who are loyal to Syria. Some of the more recent Knesset members however have been less supportive of the Jewish government.

BD: Wikipedia is NOT accurate. Stop promoting it on my site. DS

I didn’t know that Casey Kasem was a far-leftist, nor that he was anti-Israel (which follows from being a far-leftist in nearly every instance anyway these days). And I didn’t know about the anti-Israel sentiments of Paul Anka, Jamie Farr, Tony Shalhoub, F. Murray Abraham. These are things that I learn about only here, at this website. (Though I did know that Anka had performed in Israel several times, so I’m somewhat puzzled about the “little Arab,” as Frank Sinatra used to call him, signing something anti-Israel.)

Things certainly have changed for the worse in Hollywood. Many years ago, one of the top entertainers in the US was Danny Thomas, who many thought was Jewish, but he was actually of Lebanese descent. Most of Thomas’ friends and collegues were Jewish, and, as I’m very knowledgeable about the history of comedy in the US, there were never any indications ever that he had any anti-Israel sentiments. The same is true of his daughter, Marlo Thomas–also a very successful entertainer.

While I’m mentioning comedy, let me end this post with something humorous, from an interview of Marlo Thomas:

“Everyone thought my father was Jewish, and I grew up in Beverly Hills, which was practically a shtetl,” said Marlo Thomas, speaking of Danny Thomas.

She recounted her father’s honorary admission to the Hillcrest Country Club, which at the time was restricted to only allow Jewish members, and which was the stomping ground of the comedian pals of Danny Thomas, including Danny Kaye, Milton Berle and George Burns.

“Groucho Marx said, ‘Look, I don’t mind having a non-Jew as an honorary member,’” Thomas recalled. “ ‘But couldn’t we at least pick someone who doesn’t look Jewish?’ ”

33 years ago, Casey Kasem got himself a trophy wife 33 years younger, and got what you get when you get in to the situation that he got in to.

Skunky, in case you didn’t see it on that other post a couple weeks or so ago, in the immortal words of David Cassidy, . . .

“I think I love you.”

Love your new avatar too, although it’s a bit intimidating. The previous one was at least somewhat humorous and approachable. This one says, “be afraid, be very afraid.” Don’t worry, I am.

Debbie, thanks for bringing up Paul Anka. Never knew that about him. Guess that was his way of doing it “My Way.” Sucks that so many people that put forth the congenial, carefully coiffed Hollywood image turn out to be scumbags. Not that I’m surprised, as I’ve known what self aggrandizing phonies most of them are for a long time. Just sucks, that’s all.

Also Debbie, I must take issue with the way you failed to give credit where credit is due regarding Casey Kasem. He has an incredible head of hair. C’mon lady, in the immortal words of Ray Lewis, . . .

“lemme hear ya give it up for the dawgs in da house.”

ROTFLMAO!!!

I have to admit, regardless of what he is, or was, American Top 40 was almost a must listen every Sunday morning, decades ago. If you weren’t familiar with what was happening on the radio, you were able to catch up real quick listening to it.

Oh, and also, he has a GREAT head of hair. ROTFLMAO!!! Must be a Muslim thingy.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 4, 2013 at 9:41 pm

I remember hearing “Mr.” Kasem on American Top 40 and his voice on one of my favorite childhood cartoons Scooby Doo. That being said it seems that the old saying karma’s a bitch is apply put here. I didn’t know that “Shaggy” was a far left leaning, Jew hating, Israeli bashing douchebag. It shouldn’t come as no surprise though seeing as how most of the famous Jewish entertainers seem to hate Israel and the U.S. That is the height of irony due to the fact that both countries made Kasem and his brain dead ilk very rich. It also looks like the nuts didn’t fall far from the tree as his kids share his warped views. I’m just sorry(not really) that the poor dumb smuck is now stricken with a debilitating disease. I’m not a superstitious man be no means but I do believe in what goes around comes around. For Kasem it’s looks to have come around with a vengeance.

Ken B on October 4, 2013 at 9:51 pm

Part of Kasem’s leftist politics seemed to have seeped their way into his “Shaggy” character from Scooby-Doo. I seem to remember reading something about Kasem being a vegan, and decreeing that Shaggy, when munching on foodstuffs, not eat meat. (And since Paul Anka was mentioned in this article, it would seem that a reference in a famous Scooby-Doo episode about their encounter with a mummy – and a plot point involving something called the “Tomb of Anka” – may have been an in-joke reference to the “(You’re) Having My Baby” singer/songwriter.)

But given the karma of him now being afflicted with Parkinson’s, it seems he has a bit of company in that department: the left-wing singer (and onetime “squeeze” of once-and-present California Governor “Moonbeam” Brown) Linda Ronstadt, who herself is now suffering from the same disease to the point where she can no longer sing.

ConcernedPatriot on October 4, 2013 at 10:24 pm

Disappointing, but not altogether surprising, to learn that Paul Anka, of Lebanese descent, was among those Arabized Lebanese Christian dhimmis castigating Israel. The no-talent Anka, essentially washed up by the 1960s, derived much of his income from innumerable appearances at Jewish hotels in New York’s Borscht Belt from around 1964 until the hotels all closed by the early 1990s. What an ungrateful, hypocritical bastard – if it weren’t for the Jews, Anka would have had to sell shoes or used cars after his teen idol days ended. He also wouldn’t have had the money for hair plugs (did he and Joe Biden use the same guy to do the transplants, I wonder?).
Another prominent Lebanese Jew-hating dhimmi Christian, by the way, is Ralph Nader. In a despicable anti-Israel rag which calls itself the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs, he is listed as having contributed $500 toward its publisher, the AET (American Educational Trust), a blatantly anti-Israel organization. This can be found in the November/December 2012 issue of this piece of trash, which evidently exists primarily to vilify Israel and its supporters.

I knew Casey Kasem was an Arab since an Arab student once saw his name in print and told me that our pronounciation of CAY SUM was not correct but it should be pronounced as KAH SEHM. Anyway I did not know about his blatant anti-Israel, anti-Semitic views and comments. I admit I did love listening to the Top 40 songs and his mellow, jovial voice and his voice of Shaggy is etched in my mind. Talk about deception. Now I need to deprogramm myself from thinking this slimeball was a swell guy. Though I am not a Hindu or a Buddhist but seems karma is a bitch there Casey Kah Sehm!

Mario on October 5, 2013 at 3:20 am

Thank you for this article. It was extremely helpful on many levels of education. Allow me to elaborate.

    1. I learned from reading this and comments that the author is an unabashed right wing extremist, based on the volume of spittle utilized. Seems clear enough; no ambiguity on this point.

    2. Based on the g_d love filled comments above from the apologists for the Sons of Abraham (ya’lls common grandaddy)you people are a real piece of work. Any criticism, even justified, is painted as an ‘attack on Israel’. ERgo MOT (Members of the Tribe) are generally still selfish children, kicking sand all over the temple.

    3. Based on the religious undertones of this who conflict, after reading this and the comments my affirmation to remain an anti-organized religion and atheism are spiritually confirmed.

    4. Casey Kasum, one of my young adult idols, has now been elevated to the status of Fighter for Liberty. When one sees FIRST HAND what Reagan’s trickle down/deregulation has done to this country, deaths from the lies of Vietnam (you would defer to patriotic silence those who would end the killing “while Jews were dying in Vietnam”. Kasum, et al wanted to end deaths, you wanted protesters to shut up about it. What kind of logic is that?). His activism was well documented and quite impressive, and I’m not even a liberal!

    5. I almost wish there were a Kingdom of Heaven. I’d sit with amusement while you frantically explained to the Director of Immigration why you based you life on intolerance and hatred of those not like you.

You are your’s are dismissed from this adult discussion until you can articulate like an adult. I’ll not tolerate bickering with children.

“And Mothers Against Drunk Driving? Another sleazy organization, that fosters Government authoritarianism…Just more harassment of drivers…”
Little Al on October 4, 2013 at 2:35 pm

“Candice Lightner, the half-Arab founder of MADD” was kicked out of the organization years ago. Seems her views weren’t extreme enough for them. All she wanted was to get Repeat Offenders like the one that killed her daughter off the road.

“The biggest problem in reducing drunk driving fatalities now clearly consists of the hard core of alcoholic drivers who repeatedly drive with BAC’s of .15 or higher…”The man who killed my daughter kept on driving drunk,” Lightner told Health magazine. “He has since been arrested several more times. In each case his blood alcohol content has been .20 or above. A small segment of our drinking/driving population causes the majority of the fatalities. So why aren’t we going after them? … This is a feel-good, do-nothing law.
Candy Lightner says that “police ought to be concentrating their resources on arresting drunk drivers—not those drivers who happen to have been drinking. I worry that the movement I helped create has lost direction.”
She is disturbed by MADD’s shift from attacking drunk driving to attacking drinking in general.”

Obviously those invested in MADD are more interested in making money for the ambulance chasers than saving lives.

I remember that jerk Kassem during the 82 Lebanon war. He and other antisemites. Judging from the foam-at-the-mouth attacks against Israel during that time one would think that there would be no casualties in war and it would be just like the movies where the extras get up and walk home at the end. Kassem and others went absolutely crazy at Begin because some of his bombs hit non combatants (who were held hostage by the PLO back then).

Underzog on October 5, 2013 at 12:08 pm

Okay so no tears from you for this family, I understand Casey has been both beloved and reviled by people over the years. However the issue at hand, where the second spouse’s wishes trumps the blood children is something that happened in my family recently. The archetypal wicked step-mother is alive and well and has caused much grief for my sister and I and my Dad’s brother, who were kept away until his sudden death. No chance to say goodbye, not even informed that he was on his deathbed.

Seeing this played out for a family publicly makes me realize we weren’t alone and there are untold numbers of step-mothers who have pulled stunts like this, when the man is weak and they can finally shut away the first family the way they’ve always desired to. We still have daily pain from this lost chance to see or say goodbye to our father for such unnecessary selfish reasons.

(I do realize this doesn’t represent ALL step-parents, okay?!)

James on October 5, 2013 at 1:09 pm

You are correct on the phenomena, James.

Kids want 2, loving, opposite-sex married parents. Selfish adults add nothing but chaos when they remarry and even worse, have more kids (marriage or not). The issues multiply more than the worst Tribble infestation.

There are so many dads who don’t wanna be dads & yet silly females think that a NEW guy will wanna be dad to their kids. Many of those men are paedophiles and hook up with the dumb female to get to the kids in the first place. So disgusting.

If you marry and have kids and your marriage fails you should stay single ’til the kids are 18 & on their own. But that won’t solve the evil stepmom.

So much hurt and damage is caused by selfish adults who can’t do anything right today, let alone keep their kids happy & healthy. All gambled away for their crappy sex life and selfish & neurotic needs.

Skunky on October 5, 2013 at 1:38 pm

Right on, Skunky. You are incredibly well tuned to the thought processes of today’s America, collectively and in individuals as well. I think there is something to be said for reformed liberals in that perhaps because we were/are surrounded by the mindset (friends, relatives, co-workers), and of that ilk ourselves once, there is a very deep understanding of the underlying psychoses present in such people.

Alfredo from Puerto Rico on October 5, 2013 at 3:06 pm

None of this surprises me. Casey Kasem was well-known in the mid-80s as an activist for Arab ethnic identity here and in the Middle East. I remember seeing him one evening on CNN’s “Crossfire” back then, complaining about anti-Arab “bias” in movies and TV dramas. He was anti-Israel back then, not that Robert Novak or Pat Buchanan minded too much.

Kasem hasn’t let up since. And as AT40 DJ, he’s a panderer to the lowest common denominator. Little Steven, he ain’t.

Hi again, trying to get into the habit of commenting here more regularly…

Ah yes, Casey Kasem… his “Top 40” thing every weekend. He also did a lot of voice acting back in the day. He did a couple of voices for the original “Transformers” cartoon back in the 1980s (Cliffjumper and one or two of the other Autobots; you know, the good guys). HOWEVER… and this is where it gets really hypocritical… he apparently left the series in protest after they showed some negative Arab or Middle Eastern stereotype. Granted, that was bad in its own way, but in light of this information which Debbie had provided us with about the man, that just makes the hypocrisy even worse.

Funny, all the information I dig up, huh? First “Breaking Bad”, and now this…

Let’s understand the most basic characteristic of the nature of God. First of all, GOD IS LOVE. Everything God does flows from His love. When God grants His GRACE, it likewise is rooted in and flows from His love. Whenever He extends mercy and forgiveness, favor and blessing, kindness and forbearance, it is by HIS GRACE!

And the world sees Muslims kidnapping Christian girls in Nigeria, which have followed Islamofascist attacks on 9/11, Londons 7/7/05 transport bombings, Pan Am 103 bombing, current day slavery in Sudan, Nairobi Kenya massacres, Mumbai India massacres, poison gassing of civilians in Syria, cannibalism in Syria, attacks on Coptic Christians in Egypt, attacks on Christians in Pakistan, 8 year Iraq/Iran war (1 million dead), and on and on.

    Happy Eternal Nakba Pal-e-SWINE!

stupid jewish cunt.

God on May 13, 2014 at 9:01 am

Most American Jews are traitors including the politicians! You should all be ashamed to be an Israeli first than American. By the way no Jews should be accepted to the American military. Jews are not reliable as Americans. They should not be trusted!

Sean on May 13, 2014 at 9:44 am

Wow. You’re an idiot. Do you actually believe this garbage? Zionists are not real Jews. They are greedy manipulative control freaks who have enslaved many populations. Don’t believe their lies, they have no moral reason not to lie. They have created war, death and destruction and hidden behind a false claim. If they actually believed in a God, they would act Godly.

Zionists and Israel are evil forces on this planet. If you don’t recognize this fact as obvious, you are gullible and easily deceived.

Zionists are not really Jews.

I feel like my I.Q. dropped significantly after reading this drivel from a blonde bimbo who’s boob size is probably higher than her I.Q.

Jeremy on May 13, 2014 at 6:21 pm

lol is this satire?

Aidsdude on May 15, 2014 at 3:44 pm

Anti semite does not a description of jew hating. A semite is an indigenous person from the middle east which most jews are NOT!! Why don’t you stop letting your jewish handlers educate you regarding what is what and grab a brain for yourself. Jesus, some people are so blatantly and entirely stupid!

Stopjewishterrorism on May 16, 2014 at 2:09 am

Wow, nice words from a vacuous jew whore. Not surprised in the least.

I see the usual gang of neo-Nazi Jew-haters (with their “Zionist” canards) have crawled out from under their rocks, in the last few comments here . . .

However, now that Kasem has become yet one more source of worm food (like Pete Seeger, Howard Zinn, George McGovern, Mike Wallace, Maya Angelou, et al.), having finally croaked this morning (June 15, 2014), I think I speak for others who follow this site in extending the appropriate “R.I.H.” sentiments.

ConcernedPatriot on June 15, 2014 at 11:58 am

I assume you are not christian.

Because you should forgive them. Only God can judge.

Are you God? Because if you are, I got a load of questions for your holy ass!

    Amen to you sir!!!

Froike on June 15, 2014 at 3:13 pm

you are one nasty person…so reflective of your zionist crowd. You and your zionists are what wrong with the world. Nasty evil people.

yourawhackjob chick on June 15, 2014 at 12:32 pm

Casey Kasem didn’t dump his first wife, she dumped him, look it up, never trust an article that begins with its own lie!

Rick Vendl II on June 15, 2014 at 1:13 pm

Wow, what a wacko website! With wacko comments to match!

spookym on June 15, 2014 at 1:15 pm

Well, he’s dead now! Good riddance to this piece of anti-Semitic anti-Zionist piece of garbage!

Froike on June 15, 2014 at 3:12 pm

Casey Kasem talked against Israel for invading his homeland, Lebanon, and was then accused of being an anti-Semite. Was he supposed to cheer them on? For your information Arabs are also Semite, not just the Jewish. Definition from Webster’s Full Definition of SEMITE

1
a : a member of any of a number of peoples of ancient southwestern Asia including the Akkadians, Phoenicians, Hebrews, and Arabs
b : a descendant of these peoples
2
: a member of a modern people speaking a Semitic language

It amazes me how people can take something and turn it into total hate. It is sad that if you disagree with something, you are a hater, many of you need to look in the mirror, that is where you will find the hater.

Photocrazy on June 15, 2014 at 11:35 pm

I once saw a documentary on public-access cable, in favor of Palestinian terrorists and rife with hatred of Jewish people.

Kasem narrated it, and was saying the usual type of hateful things that Nazis would smile and nod along with.

none on June 16, 2014 at 7:47 am

wow….I’m speechless…I truly know nothing, it’s amazing what they can keep from you: thank G for internet…I used to listen to him all the time in the 80s…maybe his 1988 pay dispute was really about his politics, which would not have set well in that time period.

SeaRes on June 16, 2014 at 8:06 pm

So protesting Viet Nam was anti-American? I see sending 19yo kids off to die in a war we had no business entering as VERY anti-American.

And exercising you Constitutional rights to protest a doddering old fool is anti-American? Reagans policies and legacy have destroyed this country – THAT is anti-American.

And believe it or not, it IS possible to be anti-Isreal and NOT be anti-semitic. If not for the massive flow of US dollars, Isreal would be another 3rd-world theocracy. Isreal is the obnoxious brat on the playground with a huge big brother who will beat you up if you don’t agree with everything his little brother says or does.

What a stupid, pointless waste of electrons this web site is. So sorry I came across it.

Dave on June 16, 2014 at 9:36 pm

Why do these A-holes who make all this money here, hate this country so much. Imagine being in one of those middle east countries and openly complaining about it. You’d be checking out barrels for size really quick.
