I barely made it through the very first episode of The Sopranos and that was it for me. He was simply way too good at portraying psychopathology.

I don’t get it. Just because he acted in an add that ended up being played in Israel to promote HBO says what exactly about Gandolfino that his support of John Kerry and Barack Obama didn’t?

Debbie…Don’t want to change the subject but based on “whistleblower” info I’ve seen re Benghazzi and Syria, Israel is “in bed” with sunni muslim obama in efforts to destabilize Syria, unseat Assad and install a sunni muslim brotherhood regime in his place. I find this very disturbing if true. I realize Israel and Assad are not the best of friends but at least Assad has been relatively easy on religious minorities under his jurisdiction. Maybe you could clarify what’s goin on for me.

Quite obviously, the Mafia protection racket learned well from the Muslim incursions into Sicily with their jizya racket.

I loved the show, and him in that role, but didn’t he have a couple protracted salary negotiations that held up production keeping all his co-stars and crew out of work?
