Finally, fashion companies are taking a stand against illegal drugs. First H&M, and now Chanel and Burberry, are saying Buh-Bye! to admitted cokehead model, Kate Moss.
Sorry to disagree my fave supermodel Debbie, but I’m guessing bad publicity is the reason Kate Moss was dumped than them taking a stand against drugs. Frankly, I’ve always thought Moss is just average at best, and I don’t get the Jolie as babe of the century mystique. Jokie is nice looking, but not extraordinary.
Speaking of nice looking ladies, Debbie, you planning on posting a new pic along with the new site format? C’mon, at least put the other back, even though a new pic would be great!

THE MAN;so,are you saying (kate moss) doing 5 lines of white powder and getting caught (THE GETTING CAUGHT’S THE TRUE REASON,RIGHT)?So how does bad PR play into it? She got caught and that’s it(NO SPIN ZONE)to bad , and if she was more attractive, you’d be upset.what are you busting debbie about, The Man?

I think you must have misread The_Man’s comments danny.
He was just saying, the only reason she was dropped was because the fashion companies did’nt want to get any bad PR over having a model under contract that does drugs.
If this story never got out, and the company knew that she was doing drugs anyhow, they probably wouldn’t have cared. It’s probably a valid assumption.

I hope that the first paragraph was a little tongue-in-cheek. But honestly – respectable companies have a right to hire models that don’t attract too much heat.
In little Katie’s case, she shacked up with a chap by the name of Peter Doherty, whose alleged drug escapades would make Motley Crue and Scott Weiland (ex-Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver) look so uber-Amish.
So, I’d cut a little slack on Katie and go after the real crooks…
