Starbucks Jihad: Perpetrator in Starbucks Stabbing “Willing to Die for Islam”

Say a prayer for 70-year-old Jerry Kush and another person who is unnamed, the latest victims of jihad in America. Kush was stabbed nearly to death at a Starbucks in Vancouver, Washington, by a man who said he was “willing to die for Islam.”

The man accused of stabbing two people at a Starbucks in Vancouver may have gotten violent for religious reasons. The crime happened around 5 p.m. Monday at the Starbucks at 11502 S.E. Mill Plain Boulevard.

Police said it all started when two men got into an argument and one of them pulled out a knife and stabbed the other man in the stomach. Another person was also stabbed during the altercation, which took place in the parking lot of the Starbucks drive-through.

One of the victims ended up with minor injuries but 70-year-old Jerry Kush was badly hurt. He is in serious, but stable condition and is on a ventilator, according to his family. Kush, who regularly stops at that particular Starbucks, did not know the attacker.

The suspect, Scott C. Fandrich, was captured at the scene. People who know him told detectives that he had said in the past that he was willing to die for Islam. They said he was talking about religion with one of the victims just before the stabbing.

Remember, this is not a cafe in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv. It’s in the United States of America. When will we wake up to the fact that it’s Islam, stupid?!

That was no accident. It’s the journOlist’s way of reinforcing the notion (because the perp was white) that jihadists are merely hijackers of islam and not representative of the religion’s core beliefs.

If you grasp that simple formula, you’ll know why the pertinent details about Islamic murders of Americans and Jews are quickly airbrushed out of the pages of history.

There are some old apartments less than a mile from me that are filling up with Muslims and some other sort of funny-hatted Asians. They stroll through my neighborhood all the time. I’m just waiting for something bad to happen at the old apartment complex.

Let me guess… convert to Islam? What is it about Islam that drives those new to the faith to join the war against “non-believers”? (I know, rhetorical question.) One never hears about a convert to Bhuddism, Christianity or Judaism suddenly joining a holy war.

Wafa Sultan has written of the desert ethos behind Islam – one where survival involved stealing from or waging war against other tribes. (Not that such behavior was the only option. The Jews of Arabia were peaceful farmers and traders.) So an ideology with violence at its core will resonate with those of a violent predisposition. Lots of converts are made in prisons, for example. So they keep doing what they’re predisposed to, only now with religious sanctification.
