The Last Word on Hugo Chavez (MTWDHQ)

By Debbie Schlussel

A number of readers have asked me for my comments on the death, yesterday, of Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez, MTWDHQ (May The Worms Digest Him Quickly), yesterday from cancer. And the reason I haven’t said anything is that there isn’t much more to be said. That Chavez was a despotic, crazy tyrant who caused the Venezuelan people to be ever more hungry and jobless is old news. That he sided with fellow tyrants of the world who did the same–Cuba’s Castros, Iran’s Ahmadinejad, and Ridgemont High’s Jeff Spicoli–also not exactly new info. That he hated America and had orgasms over self-hating American Noam Chomsky–also not exactly breaking news. That Chavez was an anti-Semite and hater of Israel maybe wasn’t as well known or reported in the news (reader Jon Grant of Grant Patent Services says his Jewish friends in Venezuela feel unsafe to walk the streets there, Jews have been beaten by Chavez thugs, and synagogues are gated now because of Chavez’s anti-Semitic conduct and speech; see more in his comment, below). But there is perhaps one more thing to say on Chavez, and I hope I’m not being disrespectful when I say:

Dear G-d,

You missed one. . .

ahmadinejadchavez

Or maybe two . . .

castrochavez

Or three . . .

seanpennchavez

Buh-bye, dude. Rot In Hell.

Actually I would have been interested in reading your spin on Jimmy Carter regarding Chavez. Not that I don’t know what you would have said. I do. I would have liked to read it in the delicious way you express your thoughts sometimes.

I_AM_ME on March 6, 2013 at 4:05 pm

The Venezuelan government actually had thugs which attacked synagogues. Successful Jews were subject to heavy attack and were forced to flee the country. The country’s Jewish population, which never experienced any governmental sponsored anti-Semitism in the past, saw its population plummet from 40,000 to 7,000 Jews. More are leaving.

Sean Penn threatened to punch anyone who called Chavez an anti-Semite. Well Sean, let me know when you are showing up at my door. I stand by my statements.

Jonathan E. Grant on March 6, 2013 at 4:08 pm

It’s a shame he didn’t have a transmittable disease so the same fate would visit those Hollywood elites who sing his praises. Chavez, how’s the smell of sulfur? R.I.H.

JeffT on March 6, 2013 at 4:28 pm

These idiots really deserve their own mad experiment planet where they can happily wreck things without hurting other people. No such luck.
It has to be ours.
What a bunch of palookas.
It doesn’t matter how many times their ideology destroys everything it touches they keep going.

I get the impression Penn thinks he’s playing a part in a movie half the time, .
What an ass kissing goombah.
Being associated with a socialist dictator knucklehead doesn’t stop you from being an Hollywood actor knucklehead. Dolt.

Frankz on March 6, 2013 at 4:38 pm

They should just stake his carcass out….buzzards gotta eat, same as worms!

IceNoMore on March 6, 2013 at 4:46 pm

Jimmy Carter has a pathological hatred of Western Culture, Western Democracy, and Jews, not necessarily in that order. There was never an American hating dictator he has not praised.

Part of this arises out of all of the Arab money he collected while in office (the then low interest BCCI loans for his peanut operations), and out of office (the millions given for his Carter Center, and for speeches).

He is beneath scum.

Jonathan E. Grant on March 6, 2013 at 4:58 pm

“Dear G-d, You missed one. . .Or maybe two . . .Or three . . .”

LOL!

DS_ROCKS! on March 6, 2013 at 5:12 pm

The Western Left’s love affair with tyrants and dictators isn’t exactly news.

I haven’t said anything either up until now because I find the mourning for him to be a revolting spectacle.

If you’re going to say something nice someone who died, please save it for good and decent people. For those who are evil, I ask that you keep your big, stupid yap shut.

We have a lot of idiots and know-nothings in the Western World as the hand-wringing over Chavez has revealed. The late Venezuelan dictator is no one home to write about and I’m one of those rare people who had to put in a word today to set the record perfectly straight.

Hw won’t be missed!

NormanF on March 6, 2013 at 5:17 pm

Well, it seems we’re all thinking along similar lines. My particular winning Trifecta would have been Chavez, Ahmadinjad, and Kissinger. (Though I did hear that Kissinger broke some bones in a fall the other day.) The only thing those people are good for is wormmeat.

Ralph Adamo on March 6, 2013 at 5:21 pm

Sean Penn has shown why he hasn’t gown up past “Fast Times At Ridgemont High.” He’s a child in a man’s body and doesn’t have either the intelligence or the wisdom you’d find in a person of his stature.

When you spend a great deal of time rubbing shoulders with the world’s bad guys, you lose sight of who they are. And his comments exemplify everything that’s wrong with today’s Hollywood crowd. Ain’t no class among them and its just as well they thought Chavez was the coolest guy on the planet to hang out with.

I have as little interest in what they have to say as in who they keep company with – the more important standard by evaluating their character. I could give a rat’s rear that Penn and his Hollywood ilk are depressed over missing their fellow Castroite thug from South America.

NormanF on March 6, 2013 at 5:30 pm

For those persons extolling the “virtues” of Cuban healthcare system, Hugo Chávez is a clear example of how awful state-run health can be (and a reminder to those persons who still believes in Michael Moore’s pathetic praise of that system).

By the way, it had been offered to Chávez to get medical care at Syrian-Lebanese Hospital in São Paulo(Brazil’s most expensive hospital). Chávez turned that offer down as their friends in Cuba would offer him a much stricter control of the information flow, which I believe is the only thing Cuban health system could offer.

Lula, Brazil’s former president (and as leftist as Chávez), may be a rabid leftist, but he is smart enough to dump socialist healthcare to treat himself with the very best of capitalistic cancer treatment in Brazil’s most exclusive hospital.

Rodrigo Veleda on March 6, 2013 at 6:04 pm

Scott, if you are on this thread perhaps you should look into the dirty deeds Hugo (Rot In Hell, ya bastard!!) Chavez had going on with Iran. Via Cuba and Panama and other SA countries.

Look up “Bolivarian”.

ANYONE mourning Hugo Chavez (who is now, muy caliente in Hell!) is a bad person. Take note and avoid them. He was the Dhimmiest of Dhimmis!

That idiot running North Korea.

Michelle on March 6, 2013 at 6:13 pm

They’d be saying nice things about Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin if they had died today.

After all, one man’s tyrant is another man’s hero.

I’m worried he’ll make the worms sick.

Michelle on March 6, 2013 at 6:14 pm

Michael S on March 6, 2013 at 6:48 pm

The UN Human Rights Council did find the time to pay tribute to the deceased dictator at the behest of Cuba.

Such is the world we live in.

Sean Penn was wrong about Chavez and maybe others. However, he went out of his way for Ostereicher in Bolivia and he has my eternal gratitude for that/

Facts of Life on March 6, 2013 at 7:21 pm

Debbie my former neighbor lady was Venezuelan and once when her mom came to visit from Caracas she was saying bad things about Chavez and I mentioned that he was anti-Semitic. Mom got pissed, said I wrong and started defending him. Luckily due to my personal charm and expansive social skills I maintained my valued guest status. BTW Debbie the family didn’t have a lot of money and the teeny bopper daughters were constantly being invited to extravagant bar/bat Mitzvah parties (from the fancy private Episcopalian school mom worked at) and they felt pressure to give gift money. I explained to mom that these events were generally contrary to Jewish tradition, that the people giving them were not representative of Jewish people in general and that her girls were not required to “pay their way” at these events, which she was glad to hear. The husband was a kindly, cat loving Iranian born professor who hated the Iranian government almost as much as me. He told me he was antagonized at work by his more religious Muslim colleagues, and that they were recruiting fellow Muslims into the department. The university itself has a particularly toxic and threatening Muslim student association that harasses and stalks the fragmented Jewish student population, including placing mock eviction notices on their dorm room doors. Of course the administration saw nothing wrong with that particular exercise in free speech.

A1 on March 6, 2013 at 7:52 pm

When I heard he was ill, I instantly suspected our government did this to him. Who knows, but now some Russian general is calling for an investigation, that kind of startled me.

David Lanham on March 6, 2013 at 7:52 pm

DS on the death of Hugo Chavez:

“MTWDHQ (May The Worms Digest Him Quickly)”

That’s a good one, Debbie. I like it.

Okay, now from the top my quick summary of what DS said and my response:

DS on the death of Hugo Chavez:

“MTWDHQ (May The Worms Digest Him Quickly) … Buh-bye, dude. Rot In Hell.”

Me: AMEN!

Or as Jeff Spiccoli would say, “You’re a dick!” So long Hugo, RIH.

Sean M on March 6, 2013 at 8:37 pm

Folks, you know who’s having the last laugh over Chavez’s passing, our former president, “George W Bush Jr.”! The reason why I mentioned “Dubya” is becase did you folks remember back in 2006 at the UN when that POS Chavez visited the UN and called Bush Jr. the “devil” and also went on his anti-American rant against this nation and we the people of this republic. And also at the sametime I was never a fan/supporter of Bush Jr., we all know that GWB was a big government Republican, etc.

And I’m not surprised that Sean Pencildork is mourning this low-life tyrant and other far-left hollywood whackjobs, we all know that many of these folks in hollywood are on some type of drug that’s clearly have messed and ruined their critical thinking and that’s why many of them have the inability to think for themselves and use common-sense.

And our pal Jon Grant is right, Chavez was not only an anti-semite who collaborated with the IRI mullahs and hezbollah terrorists, he his agent thugs vandalized jewish synagogues across Venezuela, and that’s one of the reasons why the jewish population in Venezuela decreased when he was in power!

“A nation is defined by its borders, language & culture!”

DJH on March 7, 2013 at 12:08 pm

Hugo Chavez was the friend of Marxist guerrillas and drug traffickers. He and his friends lived the high life while proclaiming solidarity with the poor. Hugo Chavez gave away oil to favored regimes and friends(home heating oil in the United States), even though Venezuela could ill afford such gestures. Hugo Chavez, through his confiscations, nationalizations, and absurd price controls made Venezuela even more dependent upon imports than before he came to power. Hugo Chavez leaves his country a wreck, and is still praised and mourned. Even after all that happened in the twentieth century, there are still those who salivate over Marxist and Fascist thugs.

Worry01 on March 6, 2013 at 9:18 pm

His Bolivarian Socialism is simply Cuban Communism with a lot of oil.

Not a dime’s worth of difference between Castro and Chavez.

NormanF on March 6, 2013 at 9:38 pm

May he BIH (Burn in Hell) !!

davidc on March 7, 2013 at 12:36 am

“May the Worms Digest Him Quickly.” That’s a good one. That’s also how many Venezuelans feel about Hugo Chavez. I wasn’t a fan of Chavez. I thought he was a egotistical windbag with a touch of paranoia. I’m not sorry this guy’s gone. Venezuela will be much better off without him.

Ghostwriter on March 7, 2013 at 12:41 am

I would have rather seen him dissolved in acid rather than make the poor worms sick. Sean Penn is eternally trapped in his role in The Falcon and The Snowman. I don’t thinks he was really acting in that movie, I think he was just playing himself. And Debbie you forgot to throw in Oliver Stone in the list of people G-d missed.

markswfl on March 7, 2013 at 2:16 am

Hugo Chavez – ISHKYM! (I should have killed you myself!)

But, honestly – I never wish that kind of death from cancer on even my worst of worst enemies (except Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, the people who invented Islam, the Inquisition, the Pogrom, etc).

But right now my friend Satan is mighty pissed that he has yet another loser nutbar in his vile domain. He’s gunning for big game.

And there is a big list of game to hunt: Lance Armstrong, Jerry Sandusky, the Castro brothers, the entire Kim and Penn bloodlines, Oliver Stone, Ahmedinejad, the entire Muslim Brotherhood, any surviving Ustasha f***er, Vladimir Putain (he’s the new Stalin, y’know)…

On a much sadder note, Canada’s singer/reconteur Stompin’ Tom Connors has passed from this mortal coil at the age of 77 Wednesday. RIP Tom – our country is more united and proud because of what you have given over the years.

The Reverend Jacques on March 7, 2013 at 5:58 am

luagha on March 7, 2013 at 12:55 pm

I won’t join the Chavez hate wagon. Thanks to politics of envy so beloved by America, He is hated by my fellows because he took the coarse started by Simon Bolivar then took the oil revenues flooding from his bankrupt country and spent them on his people.
Anti Colonialists are always hated by the USA media who have an agenda loosley based on ” the morals of working hard for money,as long as it’s not them working hard for the money but you and me “.
Do not forget the country was being bled white by an elite propped up by a goyem government in Washington.
Chavez transformed the nation and reduced poverty by half.
Free education, social mission welfare programs, a revived agriculture sector . All bought about ,because his veiw was unlike that of the oil rich Saudi governments attitude to the poor, the oil money is spent on the people .Another foul regime propped up with USA support.
America herself once thought the same way under former leaders who wanted to be elected as a way of serving the people.
Time will show that Chaves was a shining light in a continent full of corruption and poor people . Corrupt politicians and poor uneducated populace are a bad combination, which from 1998 (wasn’t so long ago was it ? ) he fought hard to overcome and drag his people from a oil only economy to one where the population is educated and well fed by the their own efforts
A lot of Chaves policies were the result of the theories of a well known Jew and are in place in Israel…so why hate the man?
If the USA had a president who really stood up for his nation and not the cronies in the oil biz,the USA today would be a far better place ,Dont you think? .

It’s good to see Spicolli had a minute to expound on his feelings for Chavez. After all the world saving he’s been busy at . Or busy assaulting a girlfriend, or paparazzi camera. Useless turd.

samurai on March 7, 2013 at 5:18 pm

Debbie, while this is good news, I’d say that G_d got the least significant of His targets. I’d have preferred the Castros to be taken out first, then the US @$$ kissers of Chavez like Chomsky & Richard Stallman, then the Iranian ayatollahs and only after all of them, Chavez.

However, I do hope that the Venezuelan regime collapses quickly, and that Venezuelans can return to their pre-Chavez days when they were the richest country in Latin America. I hate to see them on the same side as the Jihadis when it comes to OPEC rules. And hopefully, the anti-Semitism there will end w/ Chavez.

Infidel on March 7, 2013 at 6:27 pm

I’m surprised it never came out in the news how Hugo Chavez supplied Oprah’s planes with free fuel in exchange for her “help.”

On a related note, Hugo Chavez, surrounded himself with narc-traffickers (drug dealers) to succeed him. That possibly can’t be related to Oprah, right? That’s not what I’m talking about, right?

(Good thing I use a proxy or Oprah would send her goons after me).

01 on March 7, 2013 at 7:09 pm

Why is that at almost every eulogy one has to listen to the BS about all the good things the dead person was, what about all the bad things. My belief is that when a person is evil or an SOB in life, the only good thing about them is that they are DEAD. Chavez was a Bastard from birth and died a Bastard. Go to Hell Hugo, that’s where you belong.

Robert A. on March 7, 2013 at 7:27 pm

Johnny Ringo on March 7, 2013 at 7:58 pm

I guess it’s no surprise that the fifth-column leftist media, in reporting Chavez’ death, placed special emphasis on his America-hatred, as if they actually agreed with what he spewed over the years. That plus the ignorant yobs (who are euphemistically called “the poor”) in Venezuela who all blindly supported him.

Hugo Chavez can be considered a Fascist .
Dictator by decree (an actual law) , Hugo Chavez, nationalized business or property he wanted , Chavez’s personal army ‘chavistas’ were violent (sometimes fatal) towards the political opposition or just people they did not like, socialized society , very anti-semitic & anti-catholic (he wanted to reorganized the church & Chavez said that ‘jews own all the world’s wealth’ (which is what the german socialist ruler 30s/40s said), many opposition activists were jailed or went missing, Chavez nationalized media outlets etc..
Chavez had a growing military and was a close military ally of Ahamdinejad’s Iran. Hugo Chavez supported Bashir (Bashir was accused of genocide in Darfar).

World News on March 8, 2013 at 8:41 pm

Chavez was no friend of the United States. Of that we can be certain.

In addition, he fully participated in the taxation without representation price-fixing scheme better known as OPEC.
