Azeez Ahmed Al-Ghaziani: Saudi Texan Indicted for Fake CIA, Military, Fed IDs; Dallas Paper Rips Schlussel “Irresponsible Speculation”

By Debbie Schlussel

Back in October of last year, I told you about Azeez Ahmed Al-Ghaziani a/k/a Azeez Ahmed, a Saudi Arabian Muslim living in Hurst, Texas near Dallas. His abandoned, wrecked truck contained multiple fake IDs, including a CIA ID, several military IDs and Department of Defense decals for military vehicles, many fake military documents, and several other fake IDs from an assortment of federal agencies. The feds also found methamphetamines and long guns in his vehicle. And he owned a dry cleaner shop, where he had access to all kinds of chemicals that could easily be turned into bombs and explosives. Given all this, I thought, as did reader Duane, that Al-Ghaziani might be planning a terrorist attack on a nearby military base. Yesterday, Al-Ghaziani was indicted in federal court, and, in a report on it, the Dallas Observer questions not Al-Ghaziani’s motives and plans, but MINE.

Azeez Ahmed a/k/a Azeez A. Al-Ghaziani Might Have Been the Next Nidal Malik Hasan

Today, Dallas Observer “reporter” Eric Nicholson called my October 3rd report on Al-Ghaziani, “a good degree of fairly irresponsible speculation as to his plans,” which is hilarious. I mean, what do you think a Saudi Muslim with lots of chemicals and many fake military documents and IDs was going to be doing with those–throwing a Tupperware party? While I don’t yet have access to a copy of the federal indictment, check out the very similar mid-October Federal Criminal Complaint against Al-Ghaziani, comprised of the affidavit signed by NCIS Special Agent David E. Watson, a member of the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force. Does it sound to you like my early October post was “irresponsible speculation” or spot on? There is a reason a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force is the chief investigating agent here. Al-Ghaziani’s not just a meth dealer. He’s probably a terrorist. One of the decals on his truck was apparently a phony sticker to get into a Forth Worth Naval Reserve base, and the truck had “wig-wag” lights to make it look like a military vehicle. He had several phony federal agency IDs bearing his photo and two different names, Dominik Emilius Kaiser and Azeez Ahmed Al-Ghaziani.

Also, read the Detention Order signed by Federal Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L. Cureton, who cites Al-Ghaziani’s “international travel history and ties” among the reasons that he detained Al-Ghaziani instead of giving him bond. What “international ties”? We don’t know because we weren’t at the detention hearing and don’t have access to the transcript. But those “ties” aren’t just that he’s an Arab foreign national. There’s something more to it. A lot more. And early reports said that Al-Ghaziani served in the U.S. Army in the past, just like Nidal Malik Hasan.

My speculation is not only not irresponsible, the feds’ isn’t either. There’s a reason this guy had so many fake IDs and tried to make his truck look like it belonged at a military base. And it wasn’t to get into the military wives’ official Kanye West/Kim Kardashian Baby Delivery Viewing Party. This Saudi Texan was up to no good. And people might have died. But he screwed up and got caught.

Thank G-d for that. And remember, the only reason he was caught is because he screwed up, got his truck in an accident, and parked his car where it shouldn’t have been in the middle of the night. All of this caused suspicion and police were called.

If he’d parked in a garage or somewhere else, Azeez Ahmed Al-Ghaziani might have been the next Nidal Malik Hasan. And the Dallas Observer would still be fantasizing that my examination of the facts is “irresponsible speculation.”

Leftist Islamo-panderers, like crack users, never face reality.

DS, the “Dallas News” publishers should be ashamed of themselves for attacking you for telling the whole truth and giving out the facts of this SOB who tried to do evil motives, etc. They should be going after this rat, rather than these left wing hacks at the Dallas News taking their ammo towards you for I don’t know what? This guy tried to do a terrorist act here on US soil and thank goodness he was stopped, and he should be deported for what he tried to do, it was him who tried to commit a heinous act, NOT you Debbie, you were only doing you’re job of doing investigative reporting, highlighting it and bringing it to the table for all of us to read and react to, etc.!

    He should be executed.

This is proof that America has lost its sense of survival. We are too stupid to survive. If you don’t see it, it is PROOF THAT WE ARE TOO STUPID TO SURVIVE.

Yes ‘As goes’. You are right, that terorrist should be executed by the military within 24 hours!!

That Dallas “reporter” should be fired for his stupidity!!!! He’s a nut case. He’s probably a Muslim.

My question for Eric Nicholson would be why he is running interference for Azeez Ahmed Al-Ghaziani? Who is the irresponsible one? Is it the person who attempts to make publie information about a very dangerous person who is in federal custody, or a reporter who decides to suppress that infomation?

Worry01 on January 9, 2013 at 6:17 pm

DS, your bona fides speak for themselves for those who live in reality-ville.

You have forgotten more than ‘Dallas Observer “reporter” Eric Nicholson’ will EVER KNOW about these things. Anyone who believes his arrogant ignorance against your knowledge is a fricken’ dope.

It’s like if P’Shaw decided to do a website to answer yours. LOLOL…it makes me giggle even to think about it. Not in the same league and not even in the same building.

It’s like comparing chicken salad to chicken sh**(Eric Nicholson).

But now we know fo’ sure that dumb, dhimmi ‘Dallas Observer “reporter” Eric Nicholson’ speaks out of his tuchis. *insert whoopie cushion sound*

Skunky on January 9, 2013 at 6:19 pm

I don’t know anything about Eric Nicholson or the Dallas observer, nor would I setup a website to upstage this one! I actually enjoy the provocative nature of DS! Like Eminen, DS is doing circles in the parking lot, with the windows down and the system up screaming I don’t give a F@ck! I admire DS for throwing the punches, but she also takes some of her haters too literally which ends up glorifying them IMO.

I just visited the Daily observer website and they don’t even have a Paypal donation link!! Different league, Different building. Skunky world, where it’s 4:20 all day!

The Dallas News? Oh, excuse me, the Dallas Observer. How could I make a mistake like that?

What the hell is that outfit? Looks like a witless, talentless reporter who is trying to advance his career by showing how politically correct he is. Shows what happens when a bureaucratic mentality finds its way to a local, mediocre newspaper.

Little Al on January 9, 2013 at 6:34 pm

Eric Nicholson is an operative of the Marxist-Islamofascist Alliance, and may very well be a mawlah. To claim that speculation about Azeez’s motives is “irresponsible” is a clear attempt to run interference for the mujaheddin.

One wonders whether the entire editorial board of the Dallas Observer is on the payroll of the Ikhwan, or just Mr. Nicholson.

Just like every ACLU’er and left-wing judge in New York City who is trying to put the brakes on the NYPD’s “stop-and-frisk” program, including stopping potential trespassers hanging around housing projects (as so-called “Judge” Shira Sheindlin did, yesterday – just as one example), is in effect running interference for every drug dealer, gangbanger, rapist, murderer and other violent criminal elements in the city, and seeking to clear the path to bring NYC’s crime rates once again up the stratosphere as it was for nearly three decades before Rudy Giuliani was first elected mayor – and thus drag the city back to the lawlessness and anarchy that led many law-abiding New Yorkers to live in fear 24/7/365.

Hi CP – I was annoyed when I read about this. But it might be a cunning plan to let the scum roam free and kill each other.

Nir Leiu on January 10, 2013 at 4:22 am

Debbie, don’t you get it? All the fake ID’s, the documents, the military stickers, et al. — Doofus here was just a bystander, a tourist, who needed all of that to travel, see the sights in America, visit Army and Navy bases for his own edification, and so forth. Must be that, since he’s a Muslim.
Have to admit that the Dallas “newsman” was right — you jumped the gun (pardon the expression!) and assumed that Doofus was potentially a terrorist (or is that “workplace violence committer”?), with essentially no evidence to demonstrate that he had any ulterior motives in mind, don’t you see?
Now, had Doofus been a Jew or a Christian with a .38 and a proper carry permit, who attempted to get on a military base without accurate ID, THEN you could safely assume that you have one of those right-wing crazies on your hands who wants to blow up the entire world.
Gotta get your parameters straight, there, girl! Take the Dallas “newsman’s” criticism to heart — he’s only trying to help!

At some point, one of these guys will succeed. Then, the Nicholsons of this world will explain to us how the perp was the victim of discrimination, bullying, Islamophobia, blah, blah, blah. They have a story for every possible contingency.

Mr. Nicholson, watch this video about slavery in Saudi Arabia in the 1960’s and picture yourself, your wife, or your child for sale, because that’s what they would do if they could (and I predict they will, in Europe, before this century is up):

I read your piece Azeez Ahmed Al-Ghaziani. It is amazing that some journalist would be lashing out at you for providing vital information about a very dangerous individual. John Nicholson really does need to be held to account for his comments. Have you tried contacting the public editor or ombudsman at the Dallas Observer? A reporter’s job is not to suppress information that is already public or of genuine public interest. John Nicholson actually does a disservice to his profession by doing so, not to mention the damage done to the credibility of the Dallas Observer as a legitimate news gathering organization.

It is important to challenge newspapers directly when they ignore important stories, while disparaging those who do report on them. Silence is consent or acquiesce.

Worry01 on January 9, 2013 at 8:25 pm

Excellent work as usual, Debbie.

To all:

I think that there is another reason why Eric Nicholson unjustly lashed out at Debbie–because he is jealous that Debbie does a better job at giving out news and commentary than he does.

Finally, I second what what Worry01 wrote on January 9, 2013 at 8:25 pm.

I would be most interested to see the Swiss and Cayman bank accounts of the newsmen in this country, and I would love someone to reveal that many, many reporters have been on the payroll of the Arabs for years. Robert Novak received millions from the Assad family. Jimmy Carter received millions for his self-aggrandizing Carter Center and for his speeches from the Saudis. Many others in this country are on the take.

This is just another example of why bother to read a newspaper.
They are all equally scurrilous with perhaps one or two exception.Hopefully if newspapers lose enough readership they will go bankrupt and out of business. Good riddance.

Hey, we know that Obama’s favorite group, The Muslim Brotherhood, has infiltrated the White House and Homeland Security. Feel safer, now? What’s the trick in getting into bed with the nation’s newspapers? Not that hard to do, since newspapers idea of investigating something is to…well, ignore it.

samir, I only glance at your comments to see if, 4 days after your blood libel regarding the Talmud, you finally have found the passages you asserted were in there.

    You haven’t.

Shocked, that you have to realize that drawing logical conclusions is considered “dangerous.”

“Making sense” will soon be considered a crime.

“Thinking for oneself” already appears to be a criminal act.

Just the looks of Ghaziani tells me that he is possessed by a satan. Look at his eyes mam. We have a habit of hosting extremely hostile people to our country as a show of confidence in our system. When will we wake up I have no idea.

No samir. You now simply repeat your assertion from before. I asked you to find the actual text, and I gave you an online version of the whole of Tractate Sanhedrin in which to look.

Your reference was meaningless before anyway, as “Sanhedrin 55a 55b” is not reference in the first place for that text, which you would know if you had read it.

Here, yet again, is the link for the Talmudic material:

He falsely references Talmud, Tractate Sanhedrin. I provide the full text and ask him to find what he claims is in there. He can’t. Then he talks about whirling chickens!

    Of course, Muz love deceit.

These leftist dhimsh*ts, hopefully, should be amongst THE FIRST to have their heads sawed off on You Tube. I think this putz should be given the “Breaker Morant” Treatment, taken out @ dawn, given a bindfold & a smoke, maybe a force-fed pulled pork BBQ samich from the Germantown Commissary, just outside of Memphis, AND BE SHOT!

And WHY THE HELL NOT?! Its not like we didn’t execute German spies & saboteurs in WWII!!! I keep having to remind myself that regressives will go to any lengths necessary to whitewash, gloss over or just FLAT OUT LIE about history. Especially the history of the days when we were still actually in the business of WINNING freakin wars. And look at what we had to do to a country with the same type suicidal fanatacism & devotion. And if we HADN’T done it the way we did, just read the book, “Code-name Downfall” the Secret Plan to Invade Japan and Why Truman Dropped the Bomb” by Thomas B. Allen. The casualty projections WILL BLOW YOUR MINDS.

But hey, the regressives sure “fixed” our military. Or at least hamstrung it to the point its no longer as effective as it COULD/SHOULD be. Gell, we now have a “president” who’s “uncomfortable” with the notion of “victory”, & ACTUALLY REFRRRED TO THE SURRENDER OF THE JAPANESE ON THE DECK OF MISSOURI” when he was asked the question about what he thought it’d take to achieve victory in Afghanistan.

And there you have it, my friends.
