A Tale of Two NY Subway Pushing Deaths Involving Islam
And now we see yet another double standard in charging hate crimes. It all depends on whether the Muslim is the victim or the perpetrator.
Muslim NY Subway Murderer Naeem Davis Doesn’t Get the Erika Menendez Treatment by Prosecutors or the Media
In recent weeks, two men were killed when they were deliberately pushed off the New York subway platform, and both involve Islam But only one–in which the perceived “Muslim” is the victim rather than the actual perpetrator–was charged with a hate crime. As you probably know, the perpetrator of the most recent case, Erika Menendez, pushed Sunando Sen, an Indian Hindu, to his death from the platform of New York’s 40th Street-Lowery Street station, because she thought he was Muslim and hated Muslims and Hindus ever since 9/11. (Not sure how Hindus, who’ve been repeated victims of Islamic violence and terrorism, got lumped in, but it isn’t the first time American idiots can’t get straight who perpetrated 9/11 (like the ones who murdered a Sikh just after the attacks), and is to be expected since the media, pop culture, and politicians still aren’t sure who committed 9/11 and won’t pin it on the actual perpetrators: Muslims.) She allegedly said:
I pushed a Muslim off the train tracks because I hate Hindus and Muslims ever since 2001 when they put down the twin towers I’ve been beating them up.
And, so, she’s been charged with a hate crime, and it’s all over the news. Not all over the news is the identity of the perpetrator and reasons for the perpetration of the other recent New York subway pushing murder. On December 3rd, Ki-Suck Han was murdered by Naeem Davis, when Davis deliberately pushed Han from the platform onto the subway tracks at New York’s 49th Street and Seventh Avenue station. Davis is a devout Muslim, something that’s been hardly reported. Davis, unlike Menendez, was charged only with second degree murder and not a hate crime, even though there can be no other explanation for his deliberate murder of Han other than that the perpetrator is Muslim and the victim is non-Muslim. Yup, it’s jihad, no matter what they say. It’s just that Davis, unlike Menendez, isn’t mentally ill, and he’s smart enough not to tell police his actual motives. I love how the mainstream media also repeatedly made excuses for Davis, such as implying that he has psychiatric problems or that the Korean he murdered “started up” with him. And ABC News even referred to his Islamic beard as a “goatee,” when the photos clearly show no goatee, but a full-grown beard.
Assistant District Attorney James Lin told the court that defendant Naeem Davis, 30, of Queens, N.Y., “has admitted to lifting [the victim] off his feet and pushing off the wall behind him to add more force.”
Lin said victim Ki-Suck Han, 58, had been described by witnesses as “rolling over a few times like a bowling ball” before being struck by a train as it pulled into a crowded Manhattan subway station Monday afternoon.
Davis appeared in court Wednesday around 11 p.m. with a shaved head and a goatee.
Um, does that sound like “second degree murder” to you? Nope, it’s first degree murder. But the only place you’ll see that Davis is Muslim is, ironically, on the Huffington Post:
Naeem Davis, 31, an immigrant from Sierra Leone, said during an interview at Rikers Island Friday morning . . . . he is a devout Muslim who usually visits a mosque daily.
Again, you heard this nowhere, and yet the “anti-Muslim” motivations of Ms. Menendez are everywhere. She’s charged with a hate crime. He isn’t.
And it’s yet another example of the double standard the mainstream media and prosecutors apply to non-Muslims versus Muslims and their victims. Expect to see much, much more of this in 2013 and the coming years.

Debbie – I need your help. I have been alerted to a web site – Muslims4liberty.org – which is using very clever deception to promote Islam as a religion that is fully compatible with our Constitution and Bill of Rights. While I know that this is a form of taqqiya, I lack your intellectual abilities and knowledge to effectively counter this site’s Muslim owners. I do not want their message to go unchallenged. If there is anything you can do to help, please, don’t hold back. Few non-Muslims know as much about Islam and sharia as you do, and certainly none are as fearless.
