No Joke: Homeland Security Moving to Insane Asylum

Well, at least, it’s a case of appropriate new digs.
The Department of Homeland Sharia, er . . . Security is moving to a mental hospital facility. And wasting $3 billion in U.S. taxpayer money to do so.
