ACLU = America’s Communist Liars Union
The ACLU was founded in the 1920s by Roger Baldwin and Crystal Eastman, described as a “progressive” and “the perfect feminist.”
Earl Browder was general secretary of the Communist Party of the United States from 1930 through its dissolution in 1944. When the party was reconstituted as the Communist Political Association later that year, Browder was chosen as its president. Browder proudly proclaimed that the ACLU functioned as “a transmission belt” for the party. To deny the ACLU’s founding was attached at the hip to communist organizations is to deny what can easily be proven as truth.
For the past few decades, the ACLU has been on a major crusade to destroy Christianity in America, promote filth under “freedom of speech and expression,” and of course, vigorously defend the homosexual culture of death. On Jan. 10, 1963, Congressman Albert S. Herlong Jr., D-Fla., read a list of 45 communist goals into the Congressional Record. Below are the communist goals being implemented by the ACLU in their quest to destroy America’s culture and traditions:
1. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
2. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
3. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all form of artistic expression. An American communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings,” substituting shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.
4. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”
5. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
6. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and television.
7. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural and healthy.”
8. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”
9. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
10. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of “the big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the communists took over. Obliterating the American past, with its antecedents in principles of freedom, liberty and private ownership is a major goal of the communists then and now.
11. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture ñ education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
12. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
Anyone who has been following the destructive path of the ACLU can easily see how effective these communist goals have been implemented to “promote democracy” and protect your “civil rights.” Lenin stated: “Communism alone is capable of providing really complete democracy.”

Three John Does and a Jane Doe will not have to take the witness stand when the trial involving HazletonÔø?s Illegal Immigration Relief Act starts Monday.
On Friday, Judge James M. Munley issued an order allowing the four to simply submit depositions, rather than offer testimony and face cross-examination.
Ôø?Deposition testimony is usually considered inadmissible hearsay,Ôø? Munley wrote.
However, he cited Federal Rule of Procedure 32, which allows depositions in Ôø?exceptional circumstances.Ôø?
Munley wrote that this case involved those circumstances because of claims from plaintiffsÔø? attorneys that they had been subject to threats.
Ôø?They assert that due to the intense media coverage this case has engendered, a significant risk is present that the identity of the Does will be revealed although we have ruled that they can proceed anonymously,Ôø? Munley wrote. Ôø?Counsel for the Doe plaintiffs have been inundated with Ôø?intensely hostile correspondenceÔø? and Ôø?hate mail threatening violenceÔø? from anti-immigrant groups regarding their representation of the plaintiffs. Thus, they are concerned that such groups may attend the trial and attempt to identify and/or harass the Does if they testify live.
Ôø?Finally, the Does argue that in the event that the ordinances become effective, they face losing their homes and livelihoods by revealing themselves through this attempt to assert their alleged constitutional rights,Ôø? Munley added.
The city argued that the depositions were taken only for the discovery phase and that the plaintiffsÔø? attorneys never said theyÔø?d use them in lieu of testimony.
But Munley sided with the plaintiffs.
Ôø?We find that situation that the Does find themselves in Ôø? is an exceptional circumstance and that makes the use of the depositions appropriate,Ôø? the judge wrote. Ôø?While we understand the defendantÔø?s concerns, we find that it will suffer no prejudice by the submission of depositions.Ôø?
Munley further wrote that the city had already cross-examined the Does Ôø?thoroughlyÔø? and that it has not Ôø?presented any specific areas relevant to the trial that they did not address at the depositions.Ôø?
Ôø?The testimony of the Does appears to be complete for the purposes of the case,Ôø? MunleyÔø?s order reads. Ôø?Bearing in mind that this case involves a non-jury trial, the court is confident that it will be able to make appropriate findings as to the DoesÔø? veracity and credibility by reviewing the depositions.

So what Lenin is saying here is that democracy is only possible in a truly classless society, because democracy in a Capitalist society is only available th those with the capital. And therefore once a condition of true democracy has been achieved the need for a state will wither away.

Well firstly as a point of information, I’m not a revolutionary Marxist, I’m a Democratic Socialist. Whilst I appreciate that you are too stoopid to know the difference, I thought I would just put my stake in the ground.
To answer your question, as far as I am aware there has never been a country anywhere – democratic or otherwise – that has ‘adopted Marxist theory’ as you put it. Some theorists point to aboriginal societies in Australia, and the South Pacific – but I don’t buy that as a model for the industrialized world. So it’s a bit of a moot point, we will never know if Marxism would have lead to true Democracy, though personally I doubt it. I think true and complete democracy is impossible in ANY form of society because the rich and the powerful will always impose their will on the not-rich and not-powerful.
So to summarize, Lenin said democracy is only possible in a classless society, and though I agree with that, I’m saying a classless society is impossible – despite what John Lennon seemed to think 😉
As far as your other questions are concerned, no I don’t teach I work in advertising, and I’ve never heard of this Kuby bloke you are going on about.
