Ending the Republican Tranny Act: Arlen Specter Comes Out of the Democrat Closet

By Debbie Schlussel
So, the big news of the hour coming out of Washington is that liberal Democrat U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania Arlen Specter is finally coming out of the closet and announcing he’s proud to be gay, er . . . a Democrat. Until now, this political transvestite has been posing as a Republican–and doing a pretty bad job of it. But now, he’s ending his cross-dressing act, throwing off the boxer shorts, and putting on the Dem bra and panties for all of us to see.
What you may not know is that Arlen Specter was originally a Democrat in the first place. Then, he switched to the Republican Party. And now he’s going back.
Hmmm . . . In and out. In and out. Isn’t that what got Bill Clinton and Gary Hart into political trouble?

A refresher on Specter: he was bad on most issues, including
* Immigration–he supported open borders and the decriminalization of the Immigration and Nationality Act and didn’t want employers of illegal aliens to be criminally charged as felons.
* Priorities–he hauled in NFL owners and NFL Network execs for hearings on stupid sports business matters in which government shouldn’t be involved, like whether an NFL team cheated and whether the NFL Network charged Time Warner too much to carry the channel.

We can thank GWB for personally helping to get Arlen Specter re-elected when he was supporting Democrats against the President in the Senate.Goes to show Bush was a closet liberal too.
It was Arlen Specter that tried to push through the Illegal Alien Amnesty and he pulled a fast one at the end of the last vote by pushing through the managers recommendations that resulted in the Fence on the border not being built.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. He is exactly the kind of career politician that we do not need in Wash DC.

As a lawyer in the 1970’s, Specter helped Ira Einhorn escape justice for years by helping post bail that enabled the ’60’s radical (and founder of Earth Day) to flee the country after he murdered his girlfriend Holly Maddux and stuffed her body in a trunk. Another act of ignominy and infamy besides all that you mentioned.

During his “dinner” with Hussein in the White House, the heavens opened, the angels descended on him and a what’s left of a white fluid dripped out of his ass. That’s when he got the inspiration of switching parties for good.
Arlen Specter’s ass must be one of the biggest, rounded, reddish ass holes in the democratic party now.
I can’t wait for a “leak” coming out of the White House explaining how Hussein Obama is doing his guests, especially those so-called “republicans.”

P.S. Specter was also on the Warren Commission that “investigated” the Kennedy assassination, and was part of the team that crafted the “single bullet” theory.

Thank God that George W. Bush, Rick Santorum and the GOP spent so much money getting him reelected in 2004. Heckuva job guys!

Watch how much more intelligent, independent minded and principled he will be this afternoon compared to what the MSM and Dems thought of him yesterday.

I made a comment on Facebook and Twitter about Arlen Specter coming out of the closet politically an hour before I read the title of your post. Did you send that thought to me telepathically?!

I also noticed two ads on this page alongside your article about Specter: one for “Gay Republicans” and another for “Single crossdressers looking for love”. How appropriate for the topic!

We always knew he was a democrat. The only reason he switched is because he’s being opposed next year and being a democrat almost guarantees his victory with Philadelphia and Pittsburg’s support. He’s been Senator since 1981….how I wish we had term limits for these congressional morons.

The way politics are going in the world, the alternative in V for Vendetta is looking more appealing

Goodriddance to him. I wish more of his kind would get out of the leadership of the party. Looking forward to Snowe and that other woman senator to exit the party as well. The republican party needs some house cleaning.

Spector is and always has been a whore.
McCain, Snowe and Collins are free to leave. Good riddance.

I always liked Arlen Specter. I think his embrace by the Democrats shows just how shameless and power-hungry they really are.
Even though I like Arlen Specter I have always noted that he made a complete jackass out of himself on numerous occasions. But the REAL problem with Arlen Specter is that he’s O-L-D. The U.S. Senate is starting to resemble a friggin’ old-folks home.
What the heck does Arlen Specter need to serve another term in the Senate for? Must our congressmen serve until they die in office?
Look at Tom Lantos! There’s a guy who served one term to many! Sure! We liked him, but look at what happened when he served that one last term.
Our Congressmen need to learn to call it quits and enjoy a little retirement time. There’s always consulting and other appointed positions. Heck! I think Walter Mondale did more good for America as Ambassador to Japan than he ever did as Vice President.
There’s a lot of good contributions our Congressional leaders can make in their later years. I have always liked Paul Simon’s example. He mentored a replacement (who seems to have forgotten a lot of what Paul Simon taught him as the years pass) and retired to write some great books. One of those books was about choosing Supreme Court nominees. It was written after the Clarence Thomas nomination.
Remember that? Remember the Clarence Thomas nominiation? Remember Arlen Specter’s role? Remember how me had a jackass out of himself defending Clarence Thomas? The Democrats remember! But they don’t care because it’s not about principle. It’s about POWER.
I have a funny feeling the people of Pennsylvania see through this and will act accordingly come re-election time. In the mean time, let’s remember what we learned about Democrats today.

Didn’t he just get convicted of murder? My goodness, I never liked how he butchered The Beatles ‘Let it Be’ album anyway. Leave it to a freaking democrat to ruin prefectly good Beatle music…

Finally!!! Good riddance!!! Hope all the RINOs take this opportunity to bail out of the party and follow the footsteps of Jim Jeffords, Lincoln Chafee and now Specter.
Let only real Conservatives, and that too anti-Islamic ones be the only ones running on the GOP ticket going forward. We need to get back the party.

Arlen Specter was a big piece-of-worthless-shit. The republican party didn’t lose a dime when he left. Now if the Pubbies can just get Susan Collins, and Olympia Snowe to do likewise, the rest will eventually fall into place.

Originally from PA. with many family and friends there. Never met anyone who admitted voting for this clown. I assume Philadelphia is like Chicago, large dead turnout.

Arlen Specter has been defeated by Joe Sestak. I estimate this defeat will likely be a black spot in his political career. This is also a major thumb down to Obama.First Time Home Buyer Programs
