Stop mispresenting of history you have never knew right – go to library, read some historical books (Poland is not one of US states) and publicly apologize for your insults.

Almost whole my family died in one of german nazis ghettos and concentration camps – they were murdered by germans, not the Poles. What you wrote in previous post was just insulting me. It’s sad how little knowledge you have about history and dare to be an authority on this field, but this is not really the problem. The problem is you are not telling the truth about reaction of Poles. In most part of their comments they just wanted you to go get some book about WWII and learn. The problem is you don’t see how insulted Poles can feel when you accuse them of killing people they actually saved. If reading is such a difficulty for you, watch “The Pianist” or “In Darkness”. This issue got so serious because Poles are now defending their honour. But if you really want to be so ignorant, don’t expect the rest of the world to respect your sick ideas.

Anyways, as a Polish citizen I feel somewhat offended by you blaming a nation for the acts of few. And we all should remember that WWII was such a dramatic experience for a whole world that many people from many countries have done terrible things. But many have done something heroic too… And none of them was thinking about nations/races – they were doing it for their (and thier’s relatives) lives and freedom.

I am a non-Jewish Polish American. I have been to Aushwitz multiple times, and the last time I was there, there was a Jewish holocaust survivor who was a tour guide. Her version of what happened didn’t match yours either. I suggest you hit the history books. One of the things that makes this the best country in the world is freedom of speech, which allows you to spew your venom. But it does not mean your actions are without consequences. You have hurt many people with your irresponsible comments. I did some research on you, and you used to be a political commentator on multiple news networks. These days there are no networks willing to touch you with a 10 ft pole, unless it’s Al-Jazeera using you to illustrate that Jews are a bunch of crazed Muslim haters. You have gone of the deep end. Even accusing Whole Foods of disscontinuing the sale of Israeli products, while there were Whole Foods buyers in Israel purchasing a new batch of products. Your credibilty Is shot. My great grand parents in Poland saved a family of Jewes by hiding them in their own house. They were risking their own lives for them. Debbie, Jewish people were the ONLY ones who were giving out Polish people when Soviets invaded Poland on 09/17/1939. They were on the same page with widely hated Soviets – they were crazy about the communism, they loved that and they believed in that.
So when on 06/22/1941 Germans attacked Soviets – Jewish people became their primary target. Polish people who were fed up with Jewish hatred were too scared, though, to give them up. Because they believed in and feared God. They were suffering with them in gas chambers, were executed with them. And for hiding a Jew – there was just one punishment. Many of them survived and some of them were even honored with Israeli’s “Righteous Among the Nations” awards.
After 07/22/1944 when Poland was “reborn” – Soviets began to occupy Poland again. And who were their principal and most cruel torturers? You guessed it. You name them. Soviets brought them to Poland!
Who were those who were in charge of assassinating all Polish officers in Katyn? You guessed…
What was the Lavrentiy Beria’s ethnical background? You know it very well…
Pick up some historical facts and get some humility.
And just to summarize and to finish peacefully: your ancestors will not tell you who were those who murdered them.
My father, in 1947 and 1948 was tortured in a prison by two Jewish NKWD officers. His father was dreaming about free Poland. Before the war they were all living peacefully together with the Jews until July 1939 when it became clear that Hitler was getting ready for the invasion. When the people were raising funds for the machine guns – half of the society everybody contributed. And you guessed who did not. The Ungrateful ones who had been sheltered there for centuries and who were always afraid of stepping up the plate – even on their way to the gas chambers.
There was an Israeli movie. Mossad spies captured a former torturer from the camp. And he rebuked them that they were so self absorbed that Germans needed only a few soldiers to lead large groups for death…

The people of that country were upset by my column about Polish complicity in the Holocaust.
As a matter of fact we were not only upset but we are furious. And we were not upset/furious because your wrote truth, but because you wrote lies.
