Why Should I Be Surprised that HAMAS/Hitler Fan Oliver Stone’s Son Converted to Islam?

By Debbie Schlussel

Plenty of readers have sent me the story about Oliver Stone’s son, Sean, er . . . Ali, converting to Islam in Iran.  I’m not sure why this is big news.  As I’ve written regarding Stone over the years, he’s an anti-Semite, hates Israel, and traveled to Ramallah to meet with HAMAS leaders (he’s pals with Ramallah HAMAS chief Hassan Yussef) and give them comfort, for which he should be prosecuted as far as I’m concerned.  He’s also said that Jews should be restricted in where they are allowed to live, a Judenrein/Nazi/Muslim policy.  I was surprised that people were surprised by Oliver Stone’s recent anti-Semitic, pro-Hitler comments.  To remind you, he was a close friend of Yasser Arafat and made an anti-Israel fake-umentary for his terrorist-in-chief buddy, just after Arafat blew up masses of Jews at the Passover massacre.  And he expressed plans to do a 9/11 conspiracy theory movie.   Oliver Stone did the work of the Muslims for them, so it’s only natural his son should become one.

Oliver Stone Echoes Views of Best Bud Yasser Arafat

This is what happens when far-left Jews have kids and replace Judaism with liberalism, Jew-hatred, and America-hatred.  That happened to Oliver Stone’s father who married a non-Jewish woman and had Stone (who is not Jewish according to Jewish law).  That happened with Stone’s loser kid, Sean–I mean, “Ali.”

The Islamic conversion is the result I’ve always said happens with atheists and people raised with very little religion.  They are future Muslims.  And in Sean/Ali’s case, present Muslims.  Their life is spiritually empty, so they join the moongod cult to fill the void.  You make movies like “Platoon,” where Americans are the bad guys.  Or movies like “World Trade Center” (read my review), where you don’t dare tell the world who crashed the planes into the towers and show fake scenes of Muslims crying all over the world–when they were actually dancing in the streets celebrating and passing out candy, it’s logical that your spoiled idiot of a son will drink that all up and join the religion of America-haters and excused, apologized-for Muslims who blew up the Towers.

Not news.  Not new.  Not gonna stop happening … until people have the courage to raise their kids with Judeo-Christian religious beliefs (or if you’re Hindu or Sikh or whatever non-Muslim religion, those beliefs).  The humanistic crap never works.  It only means you are a potential Muslim for the picking.

Now, the next time Oliver Stone travels to hang with his HAMAS mass-murdering buddies, the pretend-American Stone can be accompanied with a genuine Muslim in the family.

On the other hand, since Sean/Ali Stone is a Shi’ite, maybe the HAMASniks will do the right thing to Oliver Stone the next time–what they do to all Shi’ites when they can get away with it.

But, now, dear old dad Oliver can make the same kind of kiss-ass trip to Hezbollah that he made to HAMAS.  And his circle jerk to Islamic terrorists and mass murderers will be complete.  Praise allah, right?

Sasha and Malia are already considered Muslims under Islamic law because, under Islamic law, their dad is considered a Muslim, too.

So, when are Sean Penn’s kids saying the Shehadah [the Muslim oath of martyrdom that comprises the conversion to Islam]?  3-2-1 . . . . Hey, Spicoli, meet the whole new world of khat.

I wasn’t surprised. After all, he learned from dear old Dad what’s wrong with America and its Judeo-Christian culture.

All leftists are potential converts to Islam. It has many of the same beliefs in common.

The only thing that I’m surprised about is that this didn’t happen sooner.

Hollywood on February 14, 2012 at 6:26 pm

I wonder if it was explained to him that should he change his mind later and decide not to be a Muslim any more that it is the duty of all Muslims to kill him.

And I’m sure this liberal kid is very pro-homosexual.
How is he going resolve the problem of it being the law of the land of his beloved Iran to hang homosexuals?

As with all liberals, they never actually think things through to their logical conclusion.
If they did any serious thinking, they wouldn’t be liberals.

And since he has declared himself a Shiite, does he know that 80% of the Muslim world wants to kill him now?
At least before you had the hope that Sunnis might not kill you in the hope that they could convert you to Islam.
As I have said many times, the only thing Muslims do better than killing non-Muslims is killing other Muslims.

smg45acp on February 14, 2012 at 6:36 pm

Only the puritanical Salafists consider Shiites heretical.

There are some doctrinal differences between Sunnis and Shiites but they can bury the hatchet when it comes to mutual hatred of Israel and America.

Then they have no problem working together and the Sunni Hamas has no issue with their alliance with predominantly Shia Iran.

Too much is made of the animosity among various Muslim sects. Yes, the very extreme ones will kill each other but puritanical fanaticism serves as its own form of natural selection.

“The Islamic conversion is the result I’ve always said happens with atheists and people raised with very little religion. They are future Muslims.”

You have a point in that statement til an extent Debbie, from what I’v notice is that many secular people could careless for religion and spirituality, and I’ve known many atheists, agnostics, etc. have called out islam and it’s teachings. As I’ve said DS, I agree with you in that sentiment and I also at the sametime disagree with you in that sentiment as well.

And I totally agree with you on Oliver Stone being anti-semitic, being a pimp and shill for islam, etc. If Sean-Ali Stone decides to leave islam anytime in the future, the islamist will do everything they can to track him down and try to kill the dude.

OFF TOPIC:

I was traveling this pre-Valentine’s Day weekend and noticed that the airport in Austin, TX blocks DebbieSchlussel.com. The airport uses Boingo Wireless–a service at many airports (and probably monitored by the DHS). If you’re in a place that uses Boingo Wireless, please check and see if this website is blocked.

Barry Popik on February 14, 2012 at 7:02 pm

    @Barry

I’ve lived in Austin a long time and am frequently at the airport. You may have noticed a statue of a woman, sitting in a chair, in baggage claim. The woman is Barbara Jordan, one of those communists that you’re not allowed to call a communist because she was black.

Tried to log onto DS at Austin’s airport? I’m shocked that you got out alive!

CornCoLeo on February 14, 2012 at 8:57 pm

Barry are you serious that an airport in Austin, Texas had the audacity to block this blogsite? If that’s the case then we must give Debbie herself an email to notify and aware of this fact, and she (Debbie Schlussel) herself has an obligation to contact that airport in Austin, TX and they’ll have to explain to her why they decided to block this website?

To if this is the case, then it’s complete “FASCISM” and “UN-AMERICAN” what that airport in Austin, Texas did, and I to believe this is coming from the Obama administration, and if it’s coming from BHO’s administration, it’s “IMPEACHABLE” what they did at that airport by blocking certain websites!

Obama the “former Muslim apostate” who for “some reason” Mislim fundementalists did not execute – today Obama proposed a further cutting of the US nuclear arsenal by another 80%.

The ONLY group these weapons would be used as a deterrant and a hammer against is the purposely overbreeding Muslim world now invading every inch of this planet.

I wonder if Stone knows that if he tries to convert back his name will no longer be “Stone”, it will be “Stoned”.

CornCoLeo on February 14, 2012 at 8:37 pm

Good one CornCoLeo!

This Oliver Stone is a real dirt bag. What a piece of filth he is. Who would listen to this mental patient?

I agree and applaud DS’ theory on the Islamic Conversion. Who in their right mind would want to convert to Islam if they knew nothing about the religion? If you know nothing about Islam it is more feasible to think it would be an intense but benign experience. I have learned it is rotten to the core and I’d rather covert to the Church of Scientology (which I detest), a fraud religion if there ever was one, but better than Islam!

Look at the hedonist formally known as “Cat Stevens”. This cat NEVER liked who he was (he’s on his THIRD name change…how many times have YOU changed your name?) and can’t get the balance right. He’s either too THIS or too THAT. Sucks to be him.

And as a child of the 70’s, it is hard to think Muhammed Ali was not so benign BUT that’s just it…we were children when he was a household name and how were we to know? And his state of health presently makes one feel sorry for him but he was very cruel to Joe Frasier and the family of Malcolm X (not a sympathetic person, I understand) says that Ali could have saved his life and didn’t. I never knew any of these things in the 70’s. It’s shocking to learn now!

I adored the Lakers and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar…I am glad I never knew anything about him when he was my favourite except he used to be Lew Alcindor!

Skunky on February 14, 2012 at 9:05 pm

No word from Oliver yet on the conversion. Turns out, Muslims aren’t terribly fond of Buddhists, so Oliver had better watch his back when little Sean/Ali comes to visit. Might want to look under the bed for bombs before nighty-night.

adam on February 15, 2012 at 1:18 am

With all due respect Debbie, but Goddammit!

The general consensus amongst atheists is that there are no Gods, no prophets, no Satans, demons and angels.

While it’s true that some non-believers turn into believers, they did it mainly because they wanted to belong – more character flaw than rule.

Many atheists, anti-theists, humanists, materialists and agnostics, sadly, don’t realize that if there were to be a world-wide Jihad, they – we – would be the first ones on the chopping block.

So no, Debbie, I don’t believe I can follow the teachings of a non-existent prophet promoting a non-existent deity (more on that later) based on drunken misinterpretations of fragments of scriptures. You’d either have to pay me a planeload of money or kill me.

And speaking of “moongod” – you probably may have been made aware that Allah was originally a SHE before the non-existent prophet decided to do a bit of a gender re-assignment to be more in his image.

The sad thing is that I am statrting to doubt if I am normal or not. He is not the only idiot who did that, the sister-in-law of Tony Blair also adopted Islam after visiting the city of Qum in Iran and bragged about it on public TV. She said she is neither a Sunni nor a Shite but just Muslim. I wracked my brain to understand these people but I couldn’t.

There’s a lesson here: all those upper-crust lefties who listen to NPR, push the interfaith dialogue chicanery, and other-wise convince their kids that Islam is a ROP shouldn’t be surprised when their children go the way of young Sean.

I just saw a forlorn-looking white grandma walking behind her hijabed daughter and bearded arabic-looking son-in-law. They had 3 children, and the oldest girl (perhaps 12 or 13) already had on the hijab.

Parents: you have no one to blame but yourself if this happens to your children.

Right back @ lolwhat…

Since you seem to be an anti-theist, then take this into consideration: the (“European”) Juaeo-Xtian societies tend to be more tolerant of un-believers than the Islamic Umma.

I’d rather have a Southern Baptist, Mormon, Xtian Scientist, Pentecostal, 7th-Day Adventist or even a Chabad Lubovitcher talk my ears off rather then have am Islamist Jihadist shove a Quaran up my arse at sword-point.

Of course, I’d rather shoot the bastard first than go through that.

You know, Debbie, I wonder how many anti-Semitic Jews have converted to Islam, secretly? Finkelstein, Kushner, Soros, etc., etc. And this supposes that they really were Jews, which may not be true if we could trace back their heritage far enough.

It’s time we correct the rabbis who claim that one cannot throw off one’s Judaism.

skzion on February 15, 2012 at 6:29 pm

Per Melanie Phillips:

In the introduction to her – in many respects fascinating and
informative – 2006 book on Islamism in Britain, Londonistan, Melanie
Phillips laments the decline of Christianity in the UK, and suggests
that its disappearance is paving the way for radical, political Islam.

However, she also notes, somewhat contradictorily, that, so far, the
vacuum has been filled by all sorts of New Age-type “cults,”
neo-paganism and even Satanism. In the introduction, Phillips
exclaims,

Judaism and Christianity, the creeds that formed the bedrock of
Western civilization, have been pushed aside and their place filled by
a plethora of paranormal activities and cults.

The observation bears reflecting upon, although we should step back
from viewing this phenomenon at the most extreme fringe possible.

First of all, we need to ask why the religious vacuum in the UK has
been filled – not, as Phillips herself asserts, by Saudi and
Tehran-funded Islam – but by other, unorthodox, forms of spirituality?

Der Nister on February 15, 2012 at 7:14 pm

One other point: The theme of empty souls converting to Islam was covered by Robert Ferrigamo in his dystopian trilogy of fiction known as the Assassin series which takes place in a war torn and divided US in 2040 or so. Check it out. Prayers for the Assassin etc. What was fiction in 2000 slowly becomes reality now as the spiritual vacuum is filled.

Der Nister on February 15, 2012 at 7:18 pm

This is a fine example that the American left has embraced and conspires with these filthy, subhuman, 7th century throwbacks.

Back in the day, these types embraced Buddhism or shaved their heads and begged for change in airports. Now it’s chic to be a muzzie throat cutter.

One last thing, I noticed that this creep’s family background is eerily similar to Adam Gadahn’s.

Dave on February 15, 2012 at 10:34 pm

Sean

I agree w/ you – I’ve seen several atheists who are as unrelenting in their criticism and condemnation of Islam as Islamo-aware Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists and so on.

Actually, if one thinks about it, if you take 2 extreme schools of thought – all religions are good vs all religions are bad, which one do you think is more likely to call out Islam and Muslims? There is an atheist site called SkepticsAnnotatedBible, which is essentially anti-Religion, and lists out what it considers the controversial teachings of the Bible, the Quran and the Book of Mormon. I haven’t read their Bible & Book of Mormon sections, since I don’t see either Christians, Jews or Mormons as a threat to anybody, but w/ endorsing them completely, their section on the Quran is absolutely dead-on!

As for Oliver Stone, I’m surprised that he himself hasn’t converted to Islam, assuming that he ain’t a closet Mohammedan already. But yeah, I do think it funny that his son converted to Shiite Islam, and is likely to get pwned by Sunnites later. Norm is correct that Shia and Sunni do get along, but only when there is a common enemy around: otherwise, in Iraq, it’s essentially a split country (the pretentions of the Bush administration notwithstanding), in Syria, it’s a full blown civil war, in Pakistan, there is a Sunni group called Sipah e Sehaba that does its usual taqfir attacks on Shiites, and even in Gaza (check out Yahoo! News some weeks ago) Hamas, despite its Iran links, persecutes Shiites.

Infidel on February 16, 2012 at 1:55 am

Infidel, I don’t mind atheists unless they are the kind that want to get rid of my religion and the religions of others. And keep their snarky comments to a minimum.

Even thou’ I am supposed to, I don’t have an interest in looking to convert people. In fact, I’d rather excommunicate those who should be excommunicated. I also don’t try to tell others my religion is the “RIGHT” one. (One can believe that (or not believe it) and still not have to mention it.

And in reading your comments on Islam, all I could think of was “great, another reason to NEVER want to convert”.

I loved what Ralph A. said about the creativity. It was powerful. So on top of that, as a female I get to look forward to female circumcision, being drapped in sheets of material, having a husband provided for me, having to have babies with the arranged marriage-beast (whether I wanted them or not), if raped I would need to hope that there were 4 other Mooooslim males just bludging about (and would speak on my behalf) and on top of that (and among other things) now I would have to be prepared to fight it out with Sunnis or Shi’ites! Fabulous!

I’d rather join the church of Satan. If I am gonna join a demonic religion, I wanna go directly to the big, bad guy.

Skunky on February 16, 2012 at 12:55 pm

Errata – above, I meant to say ‘w/o’, or without endorsing them completely… Like lee, I need to start reading before posting 🙁

Infidel on February 16, 2012 at 2:12 am

Another great insight into Oliver Stone and son. But let’s l99k at the bright side of the conversion of Sean Stone to Islam. Although Sean will inherit his father’s film business connections, as a Muslim he will be an even more creatively impotent than his extreme Leftist father, Oliver.

The fact is that Muslims lack the ability to be creative, and hence they produce no literature, music, art, film, theater work of any note whatsoever. The two things just do not go together. That’s why why when Cat Stevens became a Muslim, he ceased to produce any music of note. Whatever modest creative abilities Cat Stevens might have had were erased permanently after he was inculcated into the cult.

So shed no tears for Sean Stone’s conversion to Islam. It means that he will be totally unable to produce or create anything of note, and will be merely a footnote in Oliver Stone’s Wikipedia listing. Perhaps Oliver Stone will also convert to Islam. That would be good in the long run, as they would both disappear…. forever, like Cat Stevens.

Ralph Adamo on February 16, 2012 at 2:20 am

Barry Popik on February 16, 2012 at 2:37 am

Those “atheists” who criticize all religions equally are actually deathly afraid of islam, but they “lump” islam in with all the other religions so they (hope and theorize) won’t be singled out for retribution by the muslims.

That means that if someone else uses them, they must cite DS as their source and link to this post. And with you being her regular reader for a while–I think a year?–I’m assuming that you know what DS does to those who plagerize her.

No surprises with Stone’s son. Let’s see – out of curiosity – which Jews in Hollywood ever work with Stone again. Interestingly he wrote the screenplay for ‘Midnight Express’ which is a great movie. It’s been downhill ever since. I always thought Platoon was overrated (although it ain’t bad).

Debbie I don’t think it’s a good idea to offend atheists in this respect. I’m not one myself but there are plenty atheists who are anti-dhimmi (including a few Jews I know personally) and plenty religious believers (Jews and Christians) who are dhimmis and anti-Semitic. The problem is harebrained liberalism. And the moral and cultural relativism, along with the Jew-hatred, that infects the Left cuts across the religious/atheist divide.

LOTS of Jewish synagogue going Americans voted for Obama. Enough said.

Larry in Tel Aviv on February 17, 2012 at 6:25 am

Muslims believe in God. Atheists don’t believe in God, and are therefore not “potential Muslims.” Christians, on the other hand, do believe in God….

Have you noticed how many religious people tend to be tolerant of Islam?

Steve Stoddard on September 16, 2015 at 6:26 pm

In the last few hundred years, Christians have moved more toward atheism — and Muslims have generally avoided that improvement.

So now we have only jihad, and not jihad plus the inquisition. Naturally, we need to be rid of both.
