Why would this even surprise ANY of us? Obama has his records sealed so tightly no one can obtain even a copy of his civil union records to MANchelle or the birth certificates of the Rent-A-Kids, yet he will release personal and sensitive information about anyone who dares cross his path. And of course, we’ve all forgotten the release of PRIVATE personnel records of the Cambridge police officer who made the mistake of arresting Obama’s BUDDY, Henry Louis Gates, Jr., but then the cops DID act “Stupidly!”

Onyango Obama, originally from Kenya, is a half-brother of
the president’s late father. He pleaded not guilty to all the
motor vehicle charges on August 25 and was released.

He also was briefly held by U.S. Immigration and Customs
Enforcement in late August on suspicion of violating an order
issued a number of years ago to return to Kenya. He then was
released.

His next scheduled court appearance is March 1 when a judge
will hear the motions to suppress evidence from the traffic stopand the breathalyzer test.

Can you imagine the court back log if every drunk driver demanded copies of the arresting officers driving record? How about his personal file, details of all similar arrests made thru their entire career. Just pile on the requests and the paperwork to make the problem go away. I find it absolutely unthinkable that now the POLICE OFFICER’S records can be introduced as evidence in a court of law, but not the criminal’s. Debbie, correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t judges routinely bar evidence of past criminal behavior from being introduced at trail because it might be “prejudicial?” Yet let’s rake the arresting officer over the coals. Unless the arresting officer was legally drunk at the time of the arrest, his driving record has absolutely no bearing on this case. This is disgusting, Chicago-style politics at work. And the Dems whine about the “politics of personal destruction” at which they excel.

It just so happened he picked on the wrong black man and now is being forced to face consequences FINALLY for his actions. I am sure he has spent decades harassing the black community and the poor. I hope Obama brings the hammer down on the cop and ends his career and puts him, and all the other racist bully cops out there, in prison where they belong. If I was president and some cop wrongfully harassed and commited a hate crime against my uncle, I would do the same thing! I am so sick America.
