Video of the Day: Far-Left Bozos Storm ICE Mtg., ICE Agents Just Sit There

By Debbie Schlussel
This video shows everything that’s wrong with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). A bunch of mostly overweight, career ICE bureaucrats in Flagstaff, Arizona were holding a management meeting in a hotel conference room. A bunch of far-left, open-borders, illegal alien advocating bozos storm their meeting, and these senior ICE agents just sit there for two minutes doing nothing. The ICE chick doing a presentation just stops her presentation for this whole thing. Incredible.
Questions:
1) Why does ICE management need to waste tax dollars to rent a hotel conference room for a meeting? The conference room at ICE offices in Flagstaff wasn’t big enough or fancy enough? If they stayed at ICE offices, this BS wouldn’t have happened.

2) Why does ICE have a sign on the hotel conference room door advertising who they are and that they are meeting in that room? Do they want the world to be able to listen in on their plans? Love the security at this place, where people in orange jumpsuits walk through a hotel with no questions asked.
3) How did these left-wing bozos know they were meeting at this hotel? Clearly, this was planned in advance, so who told them where and when ICE management was meeting?
4) Why did ICE agents in attendance just sit there for two minutes and allow this crap to continue to go on? What if they had guns or planned violence? If this were any other law enforcement organization, these bozos would have been handcuffed, arrested, and escorted out. It’s kind of emblematic of ICE’s attitude toward the illegal aliens that protest and walk on the American streets right under their eyes, while ICE bureaucrats like these guys (and women) sit back doing little about it.

I agree, and it’s 50/50 whether the disrupters were told by someone from the hotel or someone from the conference.
Of course the lack of action is due partly from ‘compassion’ from ICE for the illegals, a la Chertoff. There may be another explanation though, as well. Ramos and Compean have not been pardoned, and are languising in prison for doing their job. Even if an ICE representative in the room wanted to do their job and arrest the disrupters (which I realize is doubtful) the example of Ramos and Compean may have been enough to dissuade them.

Hey! There you are … didn’t think I was going to get my dose of Debbie today.
Now to answer your questions:
1. Most Governmental Departments waste our money … it’s there God-given right. The own office would have been perfect, for this meeting, had the owerweight guys not shown up. BTW, the BS happens at all their meetings, no matter the location.
2. Great question … how about all the confused hotel guest, that walks in on their meeting, with his bucket in hand actually looking for ice?!
3. These left wing Bozos are tipped off constantly … through George Soros, from listening to NPR, oh wait a minute, I believe one of them actually has the Director of Ice’s cell phone number.
4. They simply don’t give a rat’s culata.
Have a spectacular weekend!!!

HAPPINESS: an illegal alien Mexican sent back to Mexico with a muslim under each arm.
Build the border fence, its law.

What else do you expect from these government bozos whose only prerequisite is that they have a pulse to get the job. Oh yeah, there may be a few who do not fit that category but when they learn what they are up against, they usually move on to a decent job. Bush has allowed every department of government to metastasize and as much as I do not like the future prez. he can’t do much worse that the current. Get a government job and you have it made for life. What a mess…

ICE is the laughing stock of all law enforcement to include state, local and federal agencies. The Obamanation needs to put a dagger through the heart of the abomination known as ICE ASAP. Can you imagine anything more embarrassing than this video? These are “management” senior special agents!!! They just sit there with smirks on their faces? Get up off your fat asses and arrest those assholes for criminal trespass. At least tell them to get the F out of there. Morons! ICE is an agency run by morons.
I feel very sorry for the legacy Customs and INS street agents who are stuck in ICE hell. None of them asked to be part of the DHS lunacy. To be ICE free is the greatest feeling one could ever experience. ICE is the worst nightmare in the history of federal law enforcement. But I have no sympathy for the “pure” ICE agents who signed on to this fledgling embarrassment of a federal agency voluntarily. For the most part, these agents signed onto ICE because no other agency federal agency would even consider hiring them. These agents got what they deserved in ICE. But the citizens of the United States deserve better than this. Congress needs to act immediately.
Management officials like John Chakwin are being promoted to SES SAC positions when over 80% of the employees under his command gave him a failing grade. Morale in SAC/Dallas is lower than whale shit but Marcy got her boy through the SES process! How can the Office of Special Counsel continue to ignore the continuous falsification of qualifications and pre-selection of promotions that is rampant throughout ICE?

I hate to defend an ICE bureaucrat in any way, but ICE Special Agents do not have jurisdiction or authority to enforce anything but Immigration law. To have acted in a law enforcement capacity in a hotel during a conference would be technically illegal.

Activist: you obviously know nothing about ICE. ICE was created after the merger of US Customs and INS. The merging of those agencies brought together numerous authorities and grants ICE Special Agent much, much more than just enforcement of immigration law. ICE works investigations dealing with Title 8 (Immigration), Title 18 (Federal Crimes), title 19 (Customs Law), Title 21 (Narcotics) and Title 31 (Money/Financial) of the United States Code (and I am sure there are more). The managers were well within their legal authority to open their mouths, ask the intruders to leave and if not, arrest and/or detain them (unfortunately they chose to do nothing). Now if these were purely Immigration Enforcement Agents, not Special Agents, then maybe your argument has some validity. You would not know the difference anyway.

Duh, if they didn’t have jurisdiction, could these super security sleuths have figured out who to contact to have these characters arrested? or is that beyond their capabilities also? If so, why are we, the taxpayers keeping them on the public payroll?

longliveusa: We are on the same side here. I spoke rashly concerning ICE authority to enforce only Immigration law. However, no Fed law was broken in this case…
