HAMAS CAIR Seeks Mtg, $s From Lowe’s, Holds Off on Boycott; Lowe’s Gave $s to Muslim, Anti-Israel Causes?

By Debbie Schlussel

I warned you.  After the uproar over Lowe’s pulling its ads from propaganda show, “All-American Muslim,” I told you it might not take long until Lowe’s capitulated to HAMAS CAIR (the feds said in documents that CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in fundraising for HAMAS terrorist activities).  On Sunday Night, HAMAS CAIR Michigan’s director, Dawud Walid a/k/a criminal Delano Anthony Willis, Jr.,  is holding off on the boycott he threatened on Sunday.  After Walid/Willis, Jr. saw that Lowe’s wasn’t backing down from its decision to stop advertising on the show, he lied to the media and claimed he never called for one (when, in fact, he did all over the Detroit airwaves).  Now, he and HAMAS CAIR are asking Lowe’s for a meeting.

This is usually how it all starts.  The meeting happens, with HAMAS CAIR shaking down the business for thousands of dollars and getting the business to agree to diversity training, which is often done by Suehaila Amen, the Hezbollah- and HAMAS-supporting star of “All-American Muslim.”  If Lowe’s meets with Walid/Willis, Jr. and HAMAS CAIR, you know it’s all over.

Also, here’s another tip: when you shopped at Lowe’s, your money was might have been going to extremist Islamic organizations that help Muslim illegal aliens and support HAMAS and Hezbollah.  Does Lowe’s give money to ACCESS, the Muslim-dominated Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services, which was raided by the FBI for helping pregnant Muslim aliens commit billions of dollars in Medicaid fraud and get birthright citizenship for their babies?  ACCESS, as I’ve told you over the years, also aids Muslim illegal aliens to come and stay here on U.S. soil and get entitlements.  The organization also lobbied against putting Hezbollah and HAMAS on the State Department terrorist list because it wanted American Muslims to be able to continue to fund those terrorist groups.  ACCESS sponsored the University of Michigan Divestment (from Israel) Conference at which “Annihilate the Jews!” was shouted in unison by conference participants. And ACCESS founded and runs the Arab American National Museum, which features many anti-Israel exhibits.  ACCESS announced today that it will stop accepting money from Lowe’s, but if, in fact, Lowe’s donated to ACCESS, you have to ask why the heck Lowe’s was giving them money in the first place.  Ditto for the National Network for Arab American Communities, a Muslim-dominated political activist group that helps illegal aliens and organizations that openly support Hezbollah and HAMAS.

Both organizations say they will stop accepting donations from Lowe’s. But did they ever get any in the first place? A search of Lowe’s foundation’s 2010 tax forms–the latest on file and publicly available–revealed no specific contributions to either organization. However, some local Lowe’s stores, as the forms note, donate free goods and services to some organizations, none of which is detailed on the forms. Are your home improvement dollars going to these anti-Israel, pan-terrorist causes? I put in a call to Lowe’s to find out. I’ll let you know if I hear anything in response.

More:

Muslim activists and community leaders have sent Lowe’s corporate officials a letter requesting a meeting regarding the decision by the home improvement chain to yank its ads from the Dearborn-based “All-American Muslim” reality show.

The show, which airs at 10 p.m. Sunday on the TLC cable network, follows the lives of five Muslim families in Dearborn.

“We sent a letter requesting a meeting between community leaders of various organizations including (the Council on American-Islamic Relations) to try to come to a resolution regarding the issue,” said Dawud Walid, the executive director of CAIR-Michigan Tuesday.

Walid said Tuesday no boycott against Lowe’s has been called. . . .

Lowe’s officials have apologized for the move but have not said it would reconsider its actions and reinstate its advertising.

Meanwhile on Tuesday, the leaders of the social-services organization ACCESS and the National Network for Arab American Communities (NNAAC) Tuesday announced said their groups will no longer accept donations from Lowe’s.

Again, IF Lowe’s did give to these organizations, why the heck was Lowe’s donating to groups that openly support Islamic terrorist groups and aid illegal aliens, in the first place?

Well, as liberals – and paleoconservatives – have stated for decades, businesses, especially large multinational corporations, are only about their own interests, which is making money. They are not about any national interests. Their ultimate profit margin doesn’t depend on the strength and vitality of American markets (or the culture and nation that produces that market) and if America falls apart (or merely goes socialist) they’ll just make money off whoever is next in line, be it the EU, China, Brazil, etc. As a matter of fact, lots of companies are making money off helping us go down the tubes, and it isn’t just “liberal Hollywood” either.

Being pro-Muslim is good for the bottom line. There are 1 billion Muslims, and many Muslim/Arab countries are teeming with natural resources. And if these countries learn how to develop their natural and human capital like China and India did and other nations are doing, that is just more money. And even now, being “pro-Muslim/pro-diversity” is more profitable than being conservative. It is also more consistent. Lots of these companies do lots of business with Muslim countries, communist countries, and other repressive regimes (and would do even more if it weren’t for sanctions) so that makes doing the flag-waving thing much more difficult to sustain. If these folks are doing billions in business with China, Iran, Iraq (including with Saddam when he was still alive), Venezuela, Dubai, UAE etc. then sponsoring a TV show is small potatoes.

The real issue is a globalist corporate culture that is trying to make as much money as possible with no regard to how it is being made. Sure, it is easy for conservatives to tune out talk like that when it is being made by the “Occupy Wall Street” crowd, or by environmentalists or people who talk about “neo-colonialism” and their real problem is capitalism itself. But corporations who will do anything for a dollar actually are as big a threat to our culture, sovereignty, security etc. (and when I say “our” I mean America and Israel) as Islam.

Why doesn’t Lowes stick to selling lumber and mind their own business?

RT on December 14, 2011 at 3:03 pm

Well this explains why they were paying for ads on the tv show. Some one in a money spending decision post of their company is a muslim supporter. Bet if they checked that same some one’s signature is on all the checks to access and the show. Next step is to check their bank account for the kick back bribes.

I can’t go to Home Depot because of their strong support for the gay agenda. Now I can’t go to Lowe’s because they have no balls. Where the heck am I going to get my building supplies? All the local hardware/lumber stores have disappeared. What a dilemma.

JT: I added this info to the post: I looked at Lowe’s foundation’s tax forms and could find no contributions listed to ACCESS or the National Network for Arab American Communities. Maybe these groups are lying or pretending they actually got something from Lowe’s in the first place, but never did. I’ve put in a call to Lowe’s PR people. We’ll see what their response is. DS

And yet, some of the same ones yelling and screaming about Lowe’s pulling their ads from “All American[sic] Muslim,” back in the day, were calling for advertisers to pull their $$$ from nominally (great emphasis on “nominally”) conservative venues such as Fox News (a.k.a. PAWNN) and drama queen Glenn Beck.

How optimistic our enemy within must be. Hiding in plain sight, exposed only in the far reaches of the internet, they work patiently; confident the mainstream power structure will remain denial plagued. Our appeasement responses to their goading must give them orgasmic quality pleasure.
Terror and the threat of terror works. It’s slowly backing us up, closer and closer, to the edge of the cliff.
Where to find the leadership able and waiting to come forward to take the requisite action against this existential menace we face? Carping is getting less and less stimulating. What, already, can be done to effectively battle this cancer buzzing all about civilization? Wish I knew.

For a different take, check out the letter on Kayak’s web site when they pulled their funding from this show: http://www.kayak.com/news/we-handled-this-poorly.bd.html. At least the guy was honest – “Lastly, I watched the first two episodes. Mostly, I just thought the show sucked.”

Perhaps they were threatened with violence. Not terribly surprising, considering what Lowe’s is dealing with.

Ghostwriter on December 14, 2011 at 4:38 pm

I share Lee’s frustration. I always say it but I still don’t say it enough…It is an absolute shocker where we are in USA 10 years after 9/11. It is worse than a crying shame.

The Mooooslims are smart enough to know in freedom-loving USA that they can use Alinsky-like tactics against us. By taking our values and freedoms, turning them around and gaining more ground by gaming the system.

And that gets me to the NEW Dhimmis (No, it is NOT hate speech!!!) who do not know ANYTHING about Islam yet even if you were to give them 2 free hours with DS (where she, like an opening argument, would relay the basics…just the BASICS of the Islamic threat) would still walk away and call her mean (even 10 years after 9/11!!!) and say “shame on you! Muslims are peace-loving and have families and are NOT a threat. You’re just a hateful sicko to say such mean things about them”.

What do we do with that type of ignorance? And they are CONFIDENT in their ignorance too. It just makes me crazy.

And since these useless idiots hate religions (especially Christianity) but tolerate Islam (strangely enough!) you can say to them “since 9/11 there have been over 16,000 acts of jihad all over the world” and they will strongly spit out (with arrogant confidence) “What about Tim McVeigh and Anders Breveik”? And even if you bring up Hussein al-Husseini to prove there was an Iranian influence in the Oklahoma City Bombing they will STILL feel that the shooter in Norway will trump the myriad of jihadi nonsense and that you should be ashamed of yourself for alluding that there is a problem with Islam. It’s absolutely crazymaking.

I thought Hussein al-Husseini was Iraqi. Jayna Davis’ book is on my shelf, maybe I’ll make it my next read.

I agree w/ JeffT, but I’ll take a pro-gay company over a pro-Muslim company any day. No, I won’t like it, and I don’t always believe in lesser evils, but just like we have no choice in not buing stuff not ‘Made in China’, similarly, these are some hard choices we just have to make.

For stuff that might be available in smaller stores, like OSH, I’d say go for those, and only use HD or Lowes when absolutely necessary.

Buy local at mom and pop hardware stores

Howard Greenstein on December 15, 2011 at 7:23 pm

I have to speak to you about HUD subsidized buildings like mine and their restrictions on seasonal holiday decorations, especially the discrimination against anything Jewish in my building despite the presence of Russian Jews who can barely speak English. Covert anti-semitism is as hurtful as the Moslem based hatred and lies.
By the way you are so right, the KKK used similar tactics suing for first amendment violation rights on cities that refused them a permit to march. This is CAIR crap is nothing but an attempt at extortion. FBI:Wake up!
