More Sharia in Dearbornistan: Vietnam Vet Lawsuit Against Muslim-Based Discrimination
For those who constantly, fallaciously claim that there is no adherence to sharia (Islamic law) in Dearbornistan, I’ve given you many examples over the years of the contrary. And now, John Benitez, Jr., a Vietnam War veteran and male nurse, gives us yet another example. He filed a lawsuit against the City of Dearbornistan for discriminating against him, a non-Muslim, and firing him from his job at a city-operated medical clinic. His crime? He treated female Muslim patients, when ordered to by a superior. The clinic is now closed, but you have to wonder why the debt-ridden city was operating a medical clinic in the first place. And I guarantee you that many of the Muslim patients claiming “need” to get this city-funded healthcare were committing fraud. Medicaid fraud (and other entitlement fraud)–as I’ve noted on this site over the years–is rampant in that community.
Read the federal civil complaint filed by Benitez against Dearbornistan.
It’s pretty straightforward and quite clear what went on–Muslim-based discrimination against non-Muslims for not complying with the Islamic religion in a public, tax-funded institution. If you think this will only happen in Dearbornistan, think again. More and more of this will happen all over America as Muslims reach critical mass in more and more cities and suburbs around America.

Let’s see now: Free treatment, possibly fraudulently received, disrespect for a trained and competent nurse who was acting upon the directions of his superior? Hmmm, how would anyone know what the sex is of someone covered head-to-toe in sheets?
Furthermore, I wonder what the Nursing Guidelines have to say about “religious mandated” treatment?
I’ll bet that a one-way air ticket to the patient’s original homeland would cost less in the long term than all this PC nonsense. Or, perhaps, certain people should finance, build, and administer their own hospitals with their hand-picked Staff.
Mr. Benitez, I sincerely wish the best for you in finding a new position in which you do not have to work with idiots.
