With the Continuing Hussein Obama-Kennedy Camelot Comparison, I Ask . . .

By Debbie Schlussel
. . . The same question I asked when these comparisons first reared their heads:
Who’ll be Obama’s Marilyn (and multiple other harem members, many of whom doubled as spies for organized crime and our foreign adversaries)?

Yes, that’s what we really need . . . another Kennedy “Camelot.” Uh, no thanks.
As I asked back in June:

Why would we want to return to it? What was so great about it?

Happy Birthday, Mr. President . . . .

I can understand why so many people relate the BHO presidency with JFK. Surface similarities like advances of African-American people, a young charismatic leader, and the vanquishing of the Republicans.
But I also believe there is a deeper similarity that many supporters of BHO and the Democratic Party, and all too many Republican hacks also hope for. The JFK era was the beginning of the US defeats in Vietnam and elsewhere. We lost the Cuban missile crisis; the Soviets withdrew from Cuba, but only after we agreed to remove Jupiter missiles from Turkey. On a deeper level, there was the broadening of the Vietnam conflict which the US ultimately lsot, and the consolidation of the Cuban revolution.
I have no doubt that all too many of BHO’s supporters, to the extent they know about this, welcomed these defeats, and hope for similar defeats of the US in the Mideast, Asia and elsewhere in the world.

Debbie, that picture is begging for a caption contest (my entry: “Jack, please, I said you and Bobby have to take turns”). BTW, one more thing about rich people I have learned: they have cool hidden safes in addition to the de rigueur offshore accounts. An acquaintance recently moved into a large house previously occupied by a shady felon/mogul. He told me the house has three hidden safes including one in the floor of the garage.

Debbie, after careful consideration of the question and reviewing the post, I can answer that there must be “two answers”– but as I see it, Granholm is definitely not even close to one of them!

I wouldnt say Camelot, but I have heard BAMelot. I guess that is what you call a Black Camelot. As for the next Marilyn, I would say Mt.HOprah. Or maybe Larry Sinclair can be Obama’s chauffeur driver again?

Or maybe he’ll follow the “dream of his father” and get a few more wives. Several concubines and what-not.
This guy has severe narcissism and a a cult following. Even Kim Jong Il has a multiracial harem.
Seriously, Michelle “My-Belle” lacks an attractive personality and is hard on the eyes. Do folks really think Osama/Obama stayed married to her without straying into deviant behaviors?

As long as he doesn’t start yelling, “Waitress! Waitress! Where’s my sandwich!” or, “What do you mean I’m all wet and lost the car? Just tell 5-0 that I’ve been here all night.”
Here’s soemthing: Kennedy’s got to the White House and Congress through bootlegging moonshine and siding with Nazi’s. The One got to the White House through drug use, slumming and siding with Hezbollah.
Something else: Jackie-O made maternity clothes fashionable in her time. I guess Michelle-ARRGH is making ugly-sitck cosmetics the newest thing in fashion!

As much as I think Obama is going to be very wrong for this country for a lot of reasons, this is patently unfair to say. If you have evidence of that kind of behavior it’s one thing. Speculation like that is exactly what the left does in their sneering, smearing mentality. It’s Al Sharpton yelling “Well they coulda done it!” (ref Brawley case of years ago)… There’s enough stuff that’s out in the open and provable to have doubts about the upcoming administration. Making stuff up does nothing for the credibility of those opposed to that administration’s stated policies and probable actions.

Mistress_Dee,
I’m really getting sick of this.
I’m not making it up. Michelle Obama is not attractive in anyway, shape, or form. And frankly, I’m getting sick and tired of folks telling me to cower to their beliefs!
Second of all, it is fair to say it. This was a SATIRE COMMENT!
(Why do I even…)

Democrats, Nobama and Kennedy lovers are the stupidest people on the planet-in the original Camelot story, murder, adultery, power mongering and backstabbing, and above all, an implosion of King Arthur’s reign occurs and then everybody dies in the end. Why would any intelligent person compare their administration to Camelot? And they make fun of Palin’s lack of knowledge…

I keep going to see Camelot with great expectations, hope and inspiration, but it always ends in disaster.
