HAMAS’ President-Elect: Obama Was Talking to HAMAS for Months Using “Fired” Advisor; UPDATE: VIDEO ADDED

By Debbie Schlussel
**** UPDATE: Reader Alex sent the video, below, of HAMAS advisor, er . . . Obama advisor Robert Malley yukking it up with Muslims and attacking Israel. BARF. SCROLL DOWN.
Remember Robert Malley, the pro-HAMAS, rabidly anti-Israel foreign policy advisor whom Barack Obama claimed he fired from his campaign when Malley’s extremist point of view came to light?
Well, not only was that a lie–Malley was NOT fired–but Malley has been making entreaties to HAMAS on behalf of Obama for months. I’m sure all the dummies–Jewish and otherwise–who voted for this man for President won’t care about this latest news, since they weren’t bothered by Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Rashid Khalidi, Louis Farrakhan, William Ayers, and Bernadine Dohrn.

Ahmad Yousuf, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh’s political advisor, said that during the recent US presidential race a secret meeting between senior Islamist group figures and advisors to President-elect Barack Obama was held in Gaza.

Mazel Tov, American Jews!: Obama Hearts HAMAS

“We were in contact with a number of Obama’s aides through the Internet, and later met with some of them in Gaza, but they advised us not to come out with any statements, as they may have a negative effect on his election campaign and be used by Republican candidate John McCain (to attack Obama),” Yousuf said in an interview with London-based Arabic-language newspaper Al-Hayat, published Tuesday.
Yousuf said Hamas’s contact with Obama’s advisors was ongoing, adding that he was still on good terms with some of the aides he had befriended while residing in the US.

Those “advisors” include Robert Malley–the “fired” Robert Malley–who wasn’t so fired after all.
Obama lied, people will die.
My friend, Jerusalem Post investigative Reporter Michael Freund writes:

There you have it – proof positive that Obama just can’t wait to start talking with Hamas, cuddling up with them, and ultimately appeasing them, despite their bloody record of terror against the Jewish state.
Most American Jews chose to vote for the Democrats, but what they got instead are the Defeatocrats, and ultimately it is Israel that will be made to pay the price.
Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Sadly, those of us who do care will have to howl at the wind–the wind of 55 million-plus who didn’t vote for HAMAS’ newest BFF (Best Friend Forever).
It’s tragic that on this Veteran’s Day–while our troops continue to serve in harm’s way fighting Islamic terrorists–our future Commander-in-Chief has already been spending months making nice-nice with Islamic terrorists.
G-d help this sinking nation.
***
Oh, and please don’t send me the “But He’s Jewish” e-mails about Malley. Yes, he is, and ironically, Malley’s father was an Egyptian Jew–as in Egypt, the country that expelled tens of thousands of its Jews from their homes and kicked them out of the country for being Jews.
What can I say?–I’ve always known that the Jews’ worst enemies are . . . the Jews, especially the vast majority who’ve forsaken our conservative religion and pride for myopic liberalism and apologism.
Santayana may be over-quoted, but he was right. Too many Jews have doomed themselves to repeating our persecution over and over and over again.

Am I supposed to be sturprised? I always felt that you shoud judge a candidate by what he says or does (or associates with ) before he becomes a candidate – as a better indication of his true mindset. Obama is a plain out and out charlatan. We are in for some difficult times. It would have helped if the GOP had more seats in the House and Senate. As for American Jews – on a polticial level I have nothing but contempt for the majority of them. They have the political sophistication of 4trh graders.

The American Jews who voted for Obama have to be the stupidest people on the planet. Must be descended from the ones who made the Golden Calf and told Moses he was full of baloney.

I’m not trying to defend Obama; I think there will be a 5-way tie between our most rrecent five presidents for worst president in US history. Nevertheless, I don’t think BHO is doing anything re Hamas that Bush II wouldn’t have, and isn’t doing, or that the EU isn’t doing. They all want to talk with Hamas & force Israeli concessions.
It is particularly disgusting that he lied to his nitwit Jewish supporters. I guess they wanted to be lied to, since social agenda and prestige are more important to them than Israel. But he sure didn’t wait very long.
Like Court Jews through history, the Jewish elite in the 1930s, and on through today, the most important thing to the Jewish elite is getting ‘their’ candidate re-elected. Lying and misrepresentation is fine with them if it helps Obama get elected. That is paramount.

Just interested in Henry Winkler as the ongoing Hamas poster boy. Did I miss something? I met him a couple of years ago at a fly fishing ranch in Montana. He’s a very nice man but definitely a Hollywood moonbat. He tried to start a breakfast table discussion re the Iraq war not realizing he was dining with at least two rock-ribbed Republicans. Thankfully, this wonderful man who was a retired sub captain/cable station founder in his ’80s somehow changed the subject so smoothly, none of us realized it until quite a while later.

I watched a little under 10 minutes of the video. I had to give up. This guy is another one of those Ivory Tower intellectuals who don’t have a clue about the true nature of things but never the less believe they can solve all the world’s problems.
I guess our only hope is the plot from the movie “Sven Days in May” but with a different ending.

I meant “Seven Days in May”

I guess the press is just going to completely look the other way with BO not matter how outrageous the behavior?! The MSM continues to sound their own death knell. Buh-bye.

now we know why he said he’d meet with leaders of rogue nations without conditions… he’s already made them.

Let’s start saying it now (before we are “the people”): “Obama Lied People Died”
Put me down as thinking of all the Jews who voted Demonrat – as lower than low. We will march into the ovens again. Oprah has more sway than Moses.
Take care Debbie and G-d Bless.

I am frequently asked why so many American Jews voted for Obama (and would risk their own safety, America’s & Israel’s). Perhaps it is the allure of the feel-good moment of “look Ma – I’m not racist!” Or the false belief that anti-Semitism is over so Jews would be “SELFISH” if they care about the Jewish people. Centuries of hatred has effects -it has distorted the psyche of some people of Jewish descent – like nothing else can. Hence, the self-hatred of those like Malley.
But, not me.

This is really depressing.
If the Palestinians want a state they must establish peace and the rule of law within their territories, and reject all parties and organisations that are hostile to their neighbour Israel. Do whatever it takes to stop the rocket and other attacks against Israel. Israel would probably assist if asked.
This is the point he needs to be hammering home, IMHO.
Instead Mr. Malley says that it makes sense for people to turn to al-Qaeda when other ideologies haven’t worked.
He says: “What do Palestinians want today? They have to come together and say “What’s the objective?” And really, I don’t have good answers to this, because there’s a good case to be made for all kinds of objectives..”
A poor candidate for his job, surely.
Obama promised that Malley would not play any role in the future, then days after the election Obama sent Malley to Cairo and Damascus to discuss Obama’s plans for the region.
I wish the NY Sun was still around to report on this, at least. I was sure someone would step in and save the paper 🙁
