Dhimmi Nazi E-Mail Exchange of the Day

By Debbie Schlussel

Almost all Schlussels in the world are Jewish (one of the exceptions, for example, is an Austrian dhimmi doctor who treats the UAE royal family, and there are some Schlussels in Norway and other places who are neither Jews nor of Jewish descent).  My distant cousin, Arnie Schlissel, compiled the family tree. But, because of my surname, many people assume I’m of German descent, and they tend to be left-wingers and other anti-Semites who try to group me with the Nazis.  The thing is, while Schlussel is a German word that means “key,” it also means the same in Yiddish, the German-Hebrew hybrid from which my last name emanates.

For the record, both sides of my family are 100% Jewish from Poland.  We refer to ourselves as “Galtzianer,” a reference to the Galicia region from which all four of my grandparents came. I have no German blood in me.  My only contact with Germany is that, on my mother’s side, my grandparents were Holocaust survivors whose last concentration camp was Bergen-Belsen, where my mother was born. On my father’s side, my grandparents came to the U.S. around the turn of the century to escape growing European anti-Semitism. But even on my dad’s side, most of the family remained in Europe, and most of both sides of my family were wiped out by the Nazis.

Thus, the brief e-mail exchange below (typical of many I get) with a German leftist dhimmi to Islam, which I think you’ll find of some entertainment value:

Madam,

I am consterned about such a lot of hatred and political nonsense that unfortunately many simply minded people would believe, and I am afraid that you have german ancesters [DS: sic] that makes me ashamed as german lutheran christ [DS: sic]. It is all a huge sin and wrongdoing and I can only explain with mental disease you might suffer from.

I will pray for you and ask our allmighty God to have mercy on you.

Dear Nazi:
No, I’m not German, moron. I’m a proud Jew. And my relatives were tormented and mass murdered by yours. Go F yourself.
Buh-Bye.

You let him have it real well! You go Debbie!

Oh, the irony of such an email suggesting that Debbie has “mental disease.”

Loved your reply, Debbie. You’re a pitbull. I sure am grateful that you’re on our side.

DS_ROCKS! on September 7, 2011 at 4:56 pm

Debbie’s from Michigan. No Pitbull, she, but a proud, ferocious, unkillable Gulo Gulo! Gulo Gulos are well known for being the most ferocious predator, pound for pound, in the world, and are the mascot of the University of Michigan for that reason. Many a Gulo Gulo, despite weighing only, at a maximum, around 70 pounds, will take on a black bear. For example, there is one recorded instance of a 27 pound wolverine battling a 500 pound Black Bear for food.

Debbie is an exception to her own rule about a small being kicking the ass of many physically larger creatures.

    Occam's Tool on September 7, 2011 at 7:11 pm

I always say, “Why Waste Words?” I LOVE IT.

P.S. That sounds like something I would write.

Jonathan E. Grant on September 7, 2011 at 5:06 pm

Too many people judge other by their surname. In fact, I would write much the same thing. And if he really is a German Lutheran, he might have began by writing that he understood the Jews face a new Holocaust in the future that needs to prevented. I am sure for the record, he understood nothing. Honesty can set people straight. If it got him thinking, perhaps it did something good. If he didn’t, then that’s his loss!

NormanF on September 7, 2011 at 11:59 pm

Debbie, I don’t actually suspect the guy is really German.I could be wrong of course. I think the spelling mistakes are a deliberate attempt to make out he’s German and of course, there’s a sick humour in him/her pretending to be German considering you’re a jew.

B: Possible, but he does have a .de e-mail address, and why go to the trouble? DS

Barry on September 7, 2011 at 5:11 pm

A .de extension is from an address in Germany. If you’re going to write a total stranger a letter, at least introduce yourself, ask intelligent questions and don’t make assumptions! She was right to be turned off to someone who chose to insult her instead. And never assume that every one is necessarily related to you in the event you get that question about your ancestry. Since I have a rare surname, I kinda don’t have to worry about my identity no matter where I live in the world.

NormanF on September 8, 2011 at 12:04 am

Debbie, as other posters say, give them hell! I’m glad you’re standing up to these vile hateful ilk DS that assinate you’re character and defame you’re reputation for knee-jerk issues. When I first saw you’re name a number of years ago Debbie, I said to myself, “Hmm, I think Debbie Schlussel is of German lineage because of her last name”, but I read you’re wikipedia profile and I learned that you’re of Polish lineage! And BTW, I to loved your response to Mr. Nazi-Schmdit.

“A nation is defined by its borders, language & culture!”

Sean R. on September 7, 2011 at 5:13 pm

Polish Jewish lineage. Galicia, where Debbie’s Jewish ancestors lived, is not that far from Bukovina, where my father’s Jewish ancestors lived. Before the First World War, both regions were part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Awesome and succinct response!

Betty on September 7, 2011 at 6:17 pm

Here is the scoop, as most of us debbiophiles know.

The left are the new anti-Semites, the new Nazis. In fact, Hitler was a leftist. The Nazis were socialists.

And isn’t it great how Germans accuse other people of being Germans?

Jonathan E. Grant on September 7, 2011 at 6:40 pm

Of course he was. The words “extreme right wing” suggests the Nazis were an extreme variant of a conservative party. Nothing could be further from the truth. They were in a fact a socialist party, whose only difference from the rest of the Left was they were dedicated to biological rather than material determinism. But their philosophy and goals were similar to that of other leftists. In the century since, their hatred of Jews has found its way into the rest of the global Left.

National Socialism is alive and well.

NormanF on September 7, 2011 at 11:53 pm

Debbie, this guy so pissed me off I had to write to him. Here is my truth filled tirade to a toad of a testicle-less twit.

Mr. Black Forest full of himself..you remind me of why I would
never for a zillion dollars marry another German. You guys
are all alike…jew haters as well as, major misogynists who
feel dealing with whores is okay, but having to deal with a
really gorgeous brilliant woman is not your cup of tea.
Perhaps that has something to do with a lack of balls, not
to mention a weiner schnitzel that can’t point north ever.

As well, some of you are in denial about what your kind did
to innocent women and children…you in the deep black forest
with a mean, nasty satanic streak should be so ashamed.
Next time you go to criticize someone, make sure you first
have all the facts moron. Again, having lived with such a
man for over 25 years convinced me there is something
genetically evil about germans in general…always looking
for someone you can take down so that the focus is off
your faults, YOUR SINS, your shortcomings, but most of all
you always insist on showing your lack of humanity, while
parading a total lack of humor. Why do you love SICK CITY?

Your overbearing egos lack compassion coupled with your
control freak totalitarian ways..it is all so utterly disgusting, so go get lost in the black forest which matches the color of your nazified soul …and for god’s sake don’t criticize and attribute your sins to a beautiful woman called Debbie Schlussel.

Actually are you sure you aren’t a muslim man..they too have a
real problem with real women preferring them to be little girls
they can manipulate, abuse, use and degrade at will or whim.
All you leftists are the same…faux men hating femininity.
I can’t help but feel you wish you could have her, but are
probably german ugly and could never have a woman like her,
so miserable meister brau—-like Deb says, go F yourself!

For your info, I am a christian, not a german nor a Jew, but
I will defend to the hilt any beautiful woman who is extremely bright and able to express herself…I know for I am one too!
From….One who is now free to be me, not someone’s lackey.

Thank you Debbie S. for being you…both beautiful inside and
out…love your work. Do not let the stupid bastards get you
down..their number is legion…and in many colors/faiths.

virginia dare on September 7, 2011 at 7:07 pm

Debbie way to roll. You might have insulted his poor English too but no matter. I too love nothing more than insulting anti-Israeli Eurocraps over their countrymens’ Holocaust activites. It generally shuts them the F up.

I am a North American and despite my ancestry, I don’t particularly care much for Europe. I was born in the New World.

NormanF on September 8, 2011 at 12:09 am

      Hi all,
please dont put all Europeans in the same boat. I am jewish, English and live in Vienna, Austria. Austria is not even slightly as antisemitic or anti-Israel as the newspapers would have you all believe. Believe me, if it was I would be off to Israel tomorrow. I support Israel as much as possible an will always do. Israel has many friends here in Vienna as well as a growing and prosperous Jewish community. The Israelitische Kultusgemeinde has received lots of properties which were stolen from them (not all but lots more than elsewhere) and has last year built an ultra modern Jewish hospital and old age home and also a brand new Hakoah sports center. Of course there are antisemites here but there are enough also unfortunatly in Israel. I would take all of the self hating jews and throw them over the border into gaza to their wonderful pali friends. Best regards from vienna, Alan S.

Genealogies can be complicated. I am German Lutheran on my mother’s side going back generations in Pomerania and I am Romanian Jewish on my father’s side going back generations in Bukovina. I’m not really Jewish except through cultural identification with Jewish history, culture and faith and my surname – which only Debbie knows, is Jewish and as far I know, I’m not related to people with my surname in this country. All my paternal ancestors perished in the Romanian Holocaust except for family in Israel on my father’s side of the family tree. I’m one of those singular people in life with a mixture of German and Jewish blood. I don’t understand how the perpetrator married the victim but such is life. I’m thankful to G-d for making me a decent person and unlike this Schmidt guy with whom Debbie had an exchange, I may not always be right and never deliberately seek to give offense. And I’m definitely not a dhimmi!

NormanF on September 7, 2011 at 11:49 pm

Dittos. A strange silence along with a deep knowing. We’re a generation of mutts, too,–mixture of Polish & German (some Lutheran, some Jewish)–who are the product of generations who’ve always supported the Jewish people and Israel.

It’s been very sad for some of us to be ‘nothings’ without a clear christian or jewish identity. But I can understand why our great grandparents & grandparents chose to hide out in the open (beginning in the late 1800s)as white, middleclass Americans with dubious to no religious affiliation.

They were trying to ‘hide’ and protect our parents. Then our parents continued that hiding mode. It’s impossible to discuss religion in our family. Impossible. And it’s even harder to discuss our family tree.

I began studying about Judaism several years ago as a result of investigating our family tree. And I decided then to purchase a solid silver Star of David necklace from Israel. I wear it always. No one in my family has EVER uttered a word about this. But I saw something beautiful in my Mom’s eyes when she first saw me wearing it : ) I’ve added some other things around my house, too. She knows I know, but it just isn’t discussed.

    Maybe we don’t have to.

Aurora on September 8, 2011 at 1:49 pm

Hi Debbie, I know nazis were/are dumb – but as dumb as this Herr Schmidt? This could be a case of mental disorder. A lot of people in the public eye seem to attract these nuts (the left will hate that politically incorrect term, but as somewhat nuttish myself I can use it!).

I can imagine a bewigged English judge intoning ‘would Counsel inform the court as to the meaning of ‘F’….’ as you faced down the defendant.

Nir Leiu on September 8, 2011 at 12:30 am

That German’s name is Shit not Schmidt. Now that we have his place of residence maybe it’s time to deliver a ton of high octane whiffing horse manure, instructing the delivery to the front lawn of the Shit house. That will keep him busy for a wee while.

What a sanctimonious imbecile….

Debbie, the photograph you’ve attached to this article of Arafat’s uncle, the Mufti. Is there any truth in this piece below which was a comment elsewhere.

‘I wonder how many people know that Arafat was an Egyptian given a false Identity and fake Jerusalem birth certificate by the KGB. and trained at Balashikha near Moscow before he spontaneously appeared to lead his newly invented “Palestinian people”
( Mihai Pacepa, ex chief of Romanian intelligence in the Wall Street Journal in 2003 )’

Eyes Wide Open on September 8, 2011 at 12:51 am

Arafat was not born in Palestine. And if Mahai Pacepa is to believed, his homosexual predilection was notorious. Is it any one he died of AIDS due to unsafe sex?

Thank you for the pictures that remind Hollyweird Self Hating Jews that Islam=Nazi=Islam. They are so quick to equate Timothy McVeigh with Christianity when he wasn’t a Christian. In 2 photos you show the moral equivalence between National Socialism & Sharia loving Islam.

worry01 on September 8, 2011 at 11:50 pm

Dear Posters,

I know many of you lost relatives in Germany during WWII and the Holocaust, probably the most terrible events in German history and history of the 20th century.
You may go ahead and bash an entire country and its people for e-mails written by leftist brainless (no, not brainwashed, that would mean they HAD one, but they don’t) and other wannabe good-doers. But if Germans were as Nazi, as most people here put it, why do Nazi parties have less than 2% in the elections? There is anti-Semitism in Germany as there is in every other country.
I am half German and I have no prejudice and hatred towards Jews, nor has anyone in my family or any of my friends (if they were anti-Semitic, they wouldn’t be my friends). In fact many of them do support Israel, they know how evil Islam is.
I do not know why so many people give so much about ancestry, race etc. In fact I think a person’s ideology and deeds are what really counts. I think I’m not the only one who likes Debbie and her work because of the her work itself, for being an honest person, intelligent and a very engaged one. Debbie being Jewish or not, of German, Polish or whatever descent is not really important to me.
I am half German and I am very disappointed to see people putting me along with islamofascists, whishing my country going to hell burning under the flames of Jihad and wishing even my death and that of others because someone wrote a Nazidhimmiislamofascist completely stupid e-mail to Debbie.
I completely disagree with him and I am really glad Debbie gave a short but smart answer.
However Virginia Dare’s answer is – sorry – full of hatred, full of a**-kissing on the other side and fishing for compliments.
We do have an islamization problem and I talk about it. I speak out in public and even in the presence of Muslims. I have once had a problem with the police who accused me of being a Nazi. As they found out I had Jewish friends they tried the “then you are hostile towards strangers” tactics – EPIC fail, my mother isn’t German either. So they called me Christian fundementalist – once again: EPIC FAIL – I have no religious affiliation. Everything has to be categorized in Germany – I call myself a freethinker. That’s why left and right and everyone else trying to categorize me hate me.
I know many, really many Germans who are like me. But as soon as we try to speak out, the leftist media, leftist lawyers as well as our new “Übermenschen” from Turkey and Arabia cut us off and we have no chance. It is like running against a wall. Not THE GERMANS are the problem, it’s the institutions that were strategically taken over by the “antifascists” who in fact ARE the fascist and by Muslims. What do you expect a German or Polish or Italian child to become if it is “educated” in a school where he/she is the only German/Pole/Italian in a bunch of 3rd Worlders from the Middle East and with teachers of the same region, discriminating such children?
Our city councils for immigrants is represented by 49 Turks and one Lebanese. Do you think they’d ever care for any other immigrant groups?
I have spent some time in Nahsholim, Israel and I can say it was a great time and it was great to see there were more people from Germany who were just like me.
Germany is far from being perfect and really has a more than awful past. But we should more than ever stand together and do not let leftist douchebags like Mr. Schmidt divide us. What Virginia Dare did, was in fact what we call “pouring water on the mill” or “throwing shit in the ventilator”. This is just what such people want to see: Hateful, insulting and generalizing comments.
Germany is not as homogenic as the islamic world, there is no common ideology like the Koran being followed by all Germans – so comparing them is without any sense…
BTW: That guy lives not even 60 miles from my hometown, I might send him a bag of dog crap or giving him a “friendly” “hello” on the phone.
Keep on the good work, Debbie, I am on your side. And I really appreciate what you do!
Best wishes and may Muhammad rot in hell!
