“ICE, The Movie” Delayed Again

By Debbie Schlussel
Readers know that I’ve been following the odyssey of the anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) movie, “Crossing Over,” or as I call it, “ICE, The Movie.” It stars Harrison Ford and Sean “Jeff Spicoli” Penn. I’ve read the script, and I’m negatively impressed.
As I’ve noted, “Crossing Over” lies about ICE policy regarding detaining alien mothers and their children–a main premise of the movie simply isn’t true. As I’ve also noted, makers of this movie eliminated a very accurate Muslim honor killing scene when Muslims whined about it. And finally, as I’ve noted, writer/director Wayne Kramer appears to have committed immigration fraud to get U.S. citizenship, since he is apparently a main character in the movie who commits the crime and since he claims he lived every step of the movie. When I first noted this, the director’s and studio’s lawyers sent me threatening letters (which didn’t work).

Many readers–including ICE agents–have asked me when the movie is coming out, since it does not appear on the schedule anywhere, and when I last wrote about it, the movie was scheduled for the August cinematic cemetery, where all bad movies go to die a quick death.
Since then, the movie has been yet again moved to the end of October. The movie was originally set to debut last November, then December, then March, then April, then June, then July, then August. That’s a bad sign when a movie keeps getting moved. It’s also a bad sign when the movie doesn’t even have a trailer or movie poster yet. I predict that this movie–IF it’s ever released in movie theaters–will bomb.

Of course I hope the movie bombs. It sounds loathesome. On the other hand, it might do well. There are 12-20 million illegal aliens in the US, counting conservatively, and they might all go to see it to give them inspiration for their criminal and mooching ways. Then there are all their supporters and the liberal Obama nitwits.

This movie might do better if it is in Spanish with English subtitles.
🙂

Off topic a little bit, but here are some better “movies” on youtube.
It’s about a Jew girl in China. I didn’t even know there are Jews in China. Not to mention a Jew girl that can speak Chinese fluently…

They’re pretty funny. And best of all, they’re a spoof on one of Debbie’s favorite series, “Sex and the City”. 🙂

The other picture from ropeofsilicon is interesting, too. Ray Liotta checking out Judd’s jugg’s.
Ford looks like Tommy Lee Jones in the picture you have, and how do I get one of those spiffy polo shirts?
This movie is going to be like that trash about the guy waking up without his kidney in a New York bathtub, everyone will pat themselves on the back and then forget about all the money they lost paying good actors to act out a crummy cliche of a script.
I can’t wait to see it.

As soon as I see the name Sean Penn I automatically skip it. Same goes for the extremely overrated Ashley Judd.
Has Sean Penn ever been in a hit movie after “Fast Times at Ridgemont High”? It’s amazing how actors like him can keep getting hired.

Harrison Ford is a quiet stupid yet typical Hollywood Democrat Marxist who couldn’t hold Robert Duvall’s urine specimen as an actor.

Jim Sturgess fans have been patiently awaiting the release of Crossing Over and have been bitterly disappointed with each delay. Politics aside, Jim has a memorible part as Gavin Koseff, a british born Jew whose character is based on Kramer’s own experiences (this according to Debbie). Those who’ve attended screenings say that Sturgess does an admirable job and actually performs an original song written by him for his character. It’s so sad that a young and talented actor’s career has to suffer because of the politics of Weinstein and his cronies who have delayed this film over and over.

ICE doesn’t have street agents over age 50. ICE management runs them off as soon as they are eligible to retire. Harrison Ford is 66, nine years past the mandatory retirement age of 57. ICE the movie, will bomb just like ICE the lowest rated agency in the federal bureaucracy. What next a movie on the hapless Federal Protective Service? Oh, my bad. FPS is part of the rapidly melting ICE! ICE FREE is the ONLY way to be.

These is no career path for a Senior Special Agent with ICE. His experience and time with ICE counts for nothing for details and assignments, unlike the FBI. The most experienced ICE agents who want to continue to work complex cases are treated poorly and ridden out of the agency. So, with the FBI agents love their later years and stick around for 30, with ICE, the topic is KMA eligible.
I have to complement the Customs Crowd on one thing, they would have never let Harrison Ford wear one of their shirts without official approval from Headquarters. Each of the thirty million illegals that squeezed in under Amnesty and subsequent lawsuits thinks that they know something about immigration enforcement, they don’t squat, except how to break more laws.
This movie is going down like a prostitute on the Hugh Grant just off Sunset Blvd. Screw you Kramer, you communist, leftwing nut. Let me know when your done bad mouthing the United States, so we can ask why you don’t go back to were you came from.
