VIDEO: “Moderate” US Muslims Honor/Memorialize Ayatollah Khomeini
This is a great example of the “moderation” and “Westernization” of American Muslims: their honoring, celebration, and memorialization of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. Remember him? Yup, the guy who led his henchmen to seize the U.S. Embassy in Iran and hold U.S. personnel hostage for 444 days. Oh, and he’s also the same guy who prescribed that Muslims marry their daughters off by the age of nine so that they are out of the house and having sex with some gross older guy “before first blood” (Khomeini’s and Shia Islam’s reference to a woman’s periods). He’s also the guy who helped found, finance, and direct Hezbollah–the terrorist group that murdered over 300 U.S. Marines and Embassy officals–from his lair in Iran. Listen to the comments of these anti-American “American” Muslims in our midst and how they celebrate what Khomeini did to Americans on Iranian soil. If you think this is any different from Americans honoring and praising Hitler, think again. It’s exactly the same thing, except that Hitler’s remaining followers are few. Khomeini’s followers are all Shi’ites around the world, none of whom will denounce him and almost all of whom revere him.
“Loyal” US Muslims Celebrate, Honor Ayatollah Khomeini
Question: why are we allowing Iranian TV on U.S. soil to film and broadcast this crap? So much for phony embargoes on our enemies. Technically, they don’t have an embassy or relations with us, so their “interests section” shouldn’t have diplomatic immunity.
The mourners honored the life and legacy of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a Press TV correspondent reported.
“Imam Khomeini … was not tainted by any Western ideological orientations or Western forms of governance,” Afeef Khan from the Contemporary Islamic Thought told Press TV.
Among the issues discussed at the gathering was the impact that Imam Khomeini had on world affairs and the global shift in power politics in favor of Muslims.
“He showed that one person who motivates a society that may not necessarily have the military prowess [like that of] its adversaries, that, one person … can stand up to the entire world,” said Afeef Khan.
“He made the mighty, great United States seem like the paper tiger,” said an American Muslim attending the ceremony.
“Imam Khomeini has taught me as, like, a younger Muslim, how to stand up for what I believe in,” said another attendee.
According to the participants in the remembrance event, Imam Khomeini’s message of Muslim unity remains strong and resonates with the global Muslim community.
“Not only did he start, you know, the Islamic Revolution in Iran, but it was more importantly an Islamic revolution. … All Muslims now … celebrate the revolution of Iran just because of its more of an Islamic uprising,” said an American Muslim attending the event.
Similar ceremonies were also held in other parts of the world to honor Imam Khomeini’s demise anniversary.
I’m not surprised by any of this, as I’ve been warning that these are the Muslims we have on U.S. soil, not the non-existent “moderate” version that is pimped on us by the mainstream media, the current and immediate past Presidents, and–yes–Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Bill O’Reilly, and every other faux-conservative yakker.

Islam itself is evil and anti-American. That’s the bottom line.
