This is Al-PBS: Check Out Tax-Funded Television in Detroitistan

By Debbie Schlussel

On Sunday, some people attacked me when I noted that PBS’ prime time Memorial Day special was simply a fraud and merely twice-a-year patriotism (also on Independence Day) to fund its 363 other days of the year chock full of anti-American and pan-Islamic programming.  But check out the TV listings for the night after Memorial Day. . .  at least the ones in Detroit on PBS.  I highlighted the PBS programming in the rest of the country and what they aired on WTVS, Detroit’s PBS affiliate run by Islamo-panderers.  The scans are below.  Check out the stark differences . . .

USA Today’s Tuesday prime time TV listings nationwide:

Detroit Newsistan’s Tuesday prime time TV listings for Detroit:

As I’ve noted on this site previously, Jeff Forster, the Vice President of Programming and Production for Detroit’s PBS (Palestinian Broadcasting Service) affiliate, once recruited me to host my own political TV show.  But I quit.  It wasn’t just that Mr. Forster went out of his way to tell me facts of questionable import and taste, like when he proudly proclaimed how he was a fan of Oui Magazine, “because it was the first magazine in America to show women’s pubic hair.”  (Yup, that’s the kind of “high-brow” stuff rife at PubicBS.) I quit because the PBS people were–Quelle surprise!–stuffy, humorless liberals with a taste for the boring, lame, and unoriginal.  Oh, and they were pandering to Muslims and trolling for Islamic cash.

I asked Forster and his PBS minions for press credentials and a cameraman to go to the U.S.-Arab Economic Conference held in Detroit just after 9/11.  I wanted to ask the Saudi Princes in attendance, including Bin Laden friend and enabler Prince Faisal Al-Turki, a few questions.  I also wanted to ask one of the Saudi bankers, a man who was part of Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda’s “golden chain” of financing why he funded Islamic terrorism.  Forster said no.  When I asked why, he said, “You’ll embarrass us.”  I asked why it’s embarrassing for Americans to ask Saudis why they enable and finance Islamic terrorists who mass murder Americans.  Then I said, “I’ll embarrass you?  You definitely embarrass me.  I quit.”  And I hung up.  I later learned that Forster and the Detroit Al-PBS dhimmis were seeking more than $400,000 in Saudi funding at the conference in order to finance the “Muslim Sesame Street” program they were planning.  They’d already shot the pilot.  Forster later told me that this was a way of healing “the real victims of 9/11, Muslim Americans in Dearborn and elsewhere.”  They planned to nationally syndicate the show, but the Arabs gave ’em bupkus.

Regardless, the TV listings above show who runs PBS in Detroit . . . and it ain’t people who really care much about America.

So, for those of you who attacked me on Memorial Day for pointing out PBS’ phoniness and fakery, WAKE. THE. HECK. UP! And stop tolerating the Republicans who refused to end tax-funding of this reprehensible network.

Moslem Sesame Street? I guess they could change the name to “Sharia Street”. It’ll be interesting to see what happens to Big Bird – whether he gets beheaded, or is stoned.

PBS needs to be defunded Federally, or restricted to Masterpiece Theatre, NOVA, and Great Performances.

A guy that would say that about the magazine is a true pervert, seriously. Another “contrarian”, ha. What else would motivate a person to celebrate a breach of good taste but a desire to see destruction? I think sociopaths are slowly getting total control of the world and apparently their goal is destruction. Maybe it’s real evil, because it’s too consistent to be by accident. For instance, I saw Mousehunt, for children, and there’s swearing in it! You’re telling me that was an oversight? Obviously not. So then, think about the desire to expose children to swearing and you begin to grasp the real evil that is behind it. These people do not behave this way by accident. They don’t take the side of vicious muslims by accident, either, they want to support evil. They’re controlling most of the media, btw.

About the censorship, I was censored by Larry King on behalf of the Iranians when we accidentally shot down their airliner. I called his show to ask the Iranian spokesman why we should care about their airliner if they were continually calling for “death to America”. They screened my call and when I told this Iranian woman my question, twice, they hung up on me. So much for a free press at CNN.

Yes, we see Mo’s legacy fo every time we read about a suicide bomber, the rape and enslavement of maids, honor killings, terror attacks, etc.

If American outreach made them like us, we’d be seeing it in the headlines and on the ground.

No such thing. Why would we try so hard any way? I would think if Islam really was the Religion Of Peace, it would be the one taking the initiative to prove its goodwill. What PBS does won’t change it.

PBS has long accommodated the Saudi Petrochemical Lobby.

Does anyone remember “Death of a Princess”? Does anyone have a copy?

Besides the Muslims, if you listen to this garbage network, it is one victim after another. Some story about affirmative action, then some obscure cultural item about a victim group and so on. It’s even worse than the network news if that’s possible. You would think nothing is newsworthy that doesn’t deal with victim oppression or the evil Republicans or how good Obama is, etc. It is a reflection of the lack of will, and, by now, the brainwashing of the more affluent among us that this is permitted to continue. And the Republicans weren’t serious about cutting funds; just a little drama for the base so they’d get re-elected.

And bad as the Detroit substitution was, the nationally scheduled gala concert was a sop to affirmative action. A female lead vocalist, and works by Duke Ellington. Nothing wrong with Ellington; he was a great composer, but it is a rule that they always have to pander to affirmative action. You’d never have a concert of just dead white males.

Why are taxpayers funding PBS? The entire nation has access to news and information. MSNBC speaks for the Obamanation. We don’t need another tax funded propaganda network. This country is BROKE! Not only has the federal government cut spending, the debt is increasing by the second. The debt ceiling should NOT be raised a penny. It’s time to live within our means as a country, just like we must as individual citizens.

I will continue to say it until I am dead, or PBS is no longer funded by taxpayers:

The politicians are not serious about eliminating or reducing the deficit if they cannot eliminate funding for such an insignificant organization such as PBS.

“Al-PBS” – LOL!

Well, one of the most anti-American shows I’ve ever seen has returned to my local PBS station. It’s called “MI-5” and it’s being shown tonight at ten. For many of it’s seasons,it virtually bashed the U.S. for basically existing at all and wanting to defend itself. What do you think about it?

I keep asking people everyday, who still watches public broadcasting, in an age of online streaming, netflix, etc.
