Debbie, what Obama did today for Israel was complete suicidal, since I’m a “non-jew”, I pity some of my family and relatives who voted for this imposter three years ago. And I applaud Allen West for speaking out and condemn and pity Obama for what he did earlier on today.

I believe Obama is completely foolish on account on what happened before 1967 what was occuring in Israel during that time. DS, you have to look beyond Obama for what he did, I don’t Obama did all of this all by himself, I think some of his PR men, and handlers whispered into his ears and give out a speech about Israel or it might that George Soros (we all know that Soros is anti-semitic himself despite being of jewish origin) called or texted Obama to give a speech about Israel and Palestine?

Notice that Obama didn’t get any more specific than “1967.” Netanyahu ought to say to Obama, “The 1967 borders? Alrighty,” and then proceed to reclaim the borders from the SECOND HALF of 1967, which would include a giant chunk of what is now Egypt.

Debbie, I just posted some new thoughts on the other thread.

I repeat the 48′ borders were simply armistice lines. They were never legally agreed to borders between Israel and the Arabs. Here is another fact: Jordan was the one that attacked Israel and as a result, lost the 1967 war.

Israel has every right to title and sovereignty over land that no one legally owned. There was never a Palestinian Arab state in all of recorded history. It may make sense to share the land with the Arabs.

But its reckless and the height of sheer folly to treat the 500,000 Jews who live there as some sort of colonialist occupiers. They returned to the land of their fathers. They have more legal good title, justice and right to live on that land than any one else.

Its really sad Israel isn’t standing to defend the pioneers who have settled it and made cities, industry and culture flourish there. A just world would see that Jews have nothing to harm peace. Its barely a month since the Fogel family was massacred and every one is speaking of them as though their children need to be moved out of their homes – for Arabs who see Bin Laden as a hero.

Is this peace? I don’t think so. Offering to destroy yourself is never going to win you the esteem of your friends or the gratitude of your enemies. Every Jew must resist the falsification of history. The Jewish State must never leave its holy places in the hands of those who have no true love of the land.

Its that simple.

My husband wanted to show this to me on our honeymoon in 1983. The place is in Al Azaria (Bethany). It took us over 1 1/2 hours to find it. Every Arab we asked feigned no knowledge. Of course when we found it, it was in the midst of Al Azaria and of course it was known to all. Goats and sheep were grazing and surely pooping all over the hundreds of broken Jewish headstones. I don’t know how much of this area still exists, but I have photos. It was surrounded by a chainlink fence with Israeli signs in Hebrew stating what was there.

Jews were ignored, and the Brits retained the Palestine Mandate. The Jews agreed to allow the land east of the Jordan

Besides the Jew-haters with whom he surrounds himself, he is not unlike the ancient Egyptian Pharaoh of the time of Moses (Moishe Rabbenu) whose heart was hardened. The world likes to believe Israeli concessions to the Arabs will bring about peace, brotherhood and goodwill towards all men.

But they won’t. Its one thing if Israel had a partner that wanted peace. But to make concessions for nothing to people who want to destroy you is the very definition of insanity and doing it again would be a reckless gamble with the very lives of Israel’s people.

In a world in which Egypt promises to revoke its peace treaty with Israel, why in the world should Israel buy from the Arab souk (marketplace) when the goods in question have an expiration date on them. And the new PA-HAMAS terrorist regime by the way is not offering a peace deal with a warranty! That’s why Netanyahu, rightfully so, took a pass on it.

Europeans and Americans who won’t have to live with the consequences of their pro-Arab pandering can safely tell Israel to retreat to the “Auschwitz lines.” The first obligation of Israel’s government is not to mollify the Arabs but to ensure Israel’s survival.

Indeed, the late Golda Meir said it best decades ago and its worth repeating again: for Israel, its better to live with a bad press than to die with a good epitaph.
